Are you a QA Engineer who cares about code craft and system stability? Do you want to focus on quality over quick fixes and own your decisions from day one?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
IntelliJ IDEA changed how Java development worked by introducing automated refactoring, and it remains a core tool for thousands of developers worldwide. Within the IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate team, we focus specifically on improving how the IDE supports key JVM frameworks like Spring, Jakarta EE, and Hibernate.
We need an independent QA Engineer to help us ensure these enterprise development tools remain reliable and efficient. You will take ownership of the testing process for new and existing functionality, balancing manual exploratory testing with automated test development. You will work closely with developers to spot flaws early and collaborate directly with product managers to decide which issues impact our users most.
Day to day, you will:
Perform exploratory testing of new and existing features to uncover edge cases.
Run regression tests to ensure platform stability before releases.
Maintain, write, and scale our automated test suites.
Reproduce user-reported issues and provide technical support to resolve them.
Collaborate with developers to share product knowledge and diagnose system bugs.
Work with product managers to estimate the priority and business impact of issues.
What you’ll bring
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical problems clearly.
Independence, self-discipline, and a habit of learning new technologies on your own.
A collaborative approach to working with distributed engineering teams.
What you’ll need
Proven experience testing commercial software applications.
Proficiency in Java or Kotlin sufficient to write test applications and read source code.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Practical familiarity with build tools (like Maven, Gradle, or Bazel), databases, and Docker containers.
Experience testing software across different operating systems alongside basic system administration skills.
What success looks like
Success in this role means earning the trust of your team through sound testing decisions and leaving our codebase cleaner and more stable than you found it. You will move past simple task lists to take real ownership of product quality, helping the team ship reliable updates without compromising speed. Ultimately, success is defined by preventing regressions and ensuring enterprise developers have a seamless experience using our tools.

The role
OLX is launching a new Motors and Real Estate platform in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced and hands-on
Senior Head of Business Development
to be the first on-the-ground commercial leader to build it. The launch will be seeded with OLX's existing classifieds inventory in a market that already has more than 330,000 vehicle listings and 130,000 real estate listings, and there is no existing team or playbook to inherit; you'll build both.
You'll build the supply and customer relationships that underpin the new marketplace (starting with large dealers, real estate agencies, semi-professional sellers, and importers) and create the local team needed to run and grow the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working closely with vertical leaders of Real Estate and Motors within a broader OLX Group ecosystem globally, while drawing on local market knowledge, relationships, and the existing OLX Ukraine business where appropriate.
This is a full-time role based on the ground in
Kyiv, Ukraine
.
Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with
large dealers, semi-professional sellers, vehicle importers, and real estate agencies
, converting them into active supply partners for the new marketplaces.
Recruit, structure, and lead a
new local commercial team
from the ground up, defining roles, processes, and ways of working where none exist today. All in line with global OLX policies and culture.
Own delivery of the
stage-one marketplace launch
, built as a product seeded with existing OLX Ukraine listings.
Drive
supply-side growth and listing volume
as the top priority through the first quarter after launch.
Partner with a future sales team to design and roll out a
premium-visibility (monetization) offer
for sellers once supply scale is established.
Track the competitive landscape — classifieds players, other two-sided marketplaces, and large dealer and real estate groups — to inform positioning and prioritization.
Cooperate closely with global Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, providing customer insights and market information to steer the vision and roll out of products and features
.
Key skills and experience
Based in
Ukraine
, or a Ukrainian national currently abroad who is willing and able to relocate back. Being on the ground is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Proven experience in a marketplace or classifieds business, ideally with exposure to "flywheel" dynamics (supply driving demand driving further supply). This matters more than sector-specific sales experience or prior automotive or real estate expertise.
Alternatively, strong commercial leadership, business development, or sales experience from sectors where supply-partner cooperation is central and the consumer is at the heart of the business model — for example, payments, telecom, mobility, food delivery, or other two-sided platform environments.
Strong communicator with a demonstrated track record of
building relationships
with local business owners, dealers, and partners.
Comfortable
building from zero
: energized by defining process, hiring a team, and creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Experience in the automotive or real estate sector, prior experience in a
founder, country-launch, or “zero-to-one”
commercial role will be a plus.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "desire to win".

About Us
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
About the Role
We're looking for our first hospitality fan Sales person in NRW. Sales is at the heart of our business growth right now, and you will be driving it forward in your day-to-day. This role is about more than closing deals, it is about blending with the hospitality scene and winning the market.
In your day-to-day you can expect a mix of top of funnel activities, field sales, cold sales, networking, events and more.
What You’ll Do
Our sales are not your typical SaaS or office sales. We meet our customers where they operate:
- Find the coolest new hospitality spots in town that everyone talks about
- Create engaging ways to show our product
- Use creative communication strategies to close the deal that will help the merchant operate smarter
- Do a smooth handover to the onboarding team to make sure we go live quickly and successfully

- Continuously improve and revisit our sales funnel
- Keep an eye on the new developments in the industry and the merchants’ needs to create our own path
What You’ll Need
You are a natural relationship builder with a passion for hospitality industry:
- Hands-on approach, independence and hunger for fast-paced operations
- Natural curiosity and a healthy appetite for calculated risk - we want you to try new things and not be afraid to fail
- Strong and engaging communication skills - you can grab an attention of a busy hospitality owner and keep them interested
- Passion and curiosity for hospitality and hospitality tech
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management or Hospitality
- You are comfortable working in both English and German
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission
- Flexible time off
- Team events
What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.
• Experience in liquidity management and group-level cash flow forecasting. • High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) for seamless communication with international banks and partners.
Location: London, England
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Your job is to make sure every payout and transaction lands with the right person.
We have spent years getting very good at protecting the things a marketplace has always had to protect: checkout fraud, account takeover, courier abuse. But we are no longer only a marketplace. We now issue banking products, lend to merchants, move instant payouts to couriers, and collect cash on the doorstep. Every one of those is a new way for money to leave the platform.
This is a new team, and it owns that surface: fraud wherever money moves through the platform. Who receives it, who lends it, who collects it, and who holds it in a financial account. Think instant payout rails, merchant cash advances, and platform-issued banking and earned-wage products serving millions of couriers and merchants. These are live loss surfaces, and the volume grows with every financial product we launch.
We are now looking for a
Backend Engineer (Golang)
to build that protection. You will design and ship real-time detection and automated enforcement for our financial products across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. The work is high-throughput, low-latency, and unusually consequential: a rule you ship on Monday can stop a serious loss by Friday. It is also close to greenfield, so you will be setting the patterns every future financial product inherits on day one.
This role will be based in
London
,
UK
as one of the founding engineering roles in our London hub, working closely with our teams in Helsinki and Berlin.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go that score financial events in real time, including payout enrollments, bank account links, credit applications, and account-to-account transfers.
Design fraud detection and automated enforcement for our financial products end to end: from signal collection through to the decision that blocks a fraudulent payout.
Build on and extend our shared fraud decisioning platform, so signals, rules, and models work across all three of our brands instead of being rebuilt three times.
Partner closely with risk analysts, data scientists, and product managers to turn observed fraud patterns into shipped detection, and to know when a rule, a model, or a product change is the right answer.
Work across team boundaries with our account security, payments fraud, and financial product teams. We build on their signals rather than rebuild them, so clean interfaces matter.
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions as we establish the fraud infrastructure baseline for financial products, with support from senior engineers on the team.
Write well-tested, observable code and help the team hold a high quality bar. In fraud, a silent failure is a loss event.
Our expectations:
3 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including backend services you have shipped and owned in production.
1+ years of production experience in Golang, or strong experience in another backend language and real enthusiasm for picking Go up quickly.
A working understanding of low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems. Real-time decisioning comes with a latency budget, and you are keen to learn to build inside one.
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, and some exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
Willingness to operate what you build, including a share of on-call, with a pragmatic approach to reliability.
Uses AI tooling in day-to-day development and can critically evaluate its output for correctness and quality.
Nice to have
Experience in fraud, risk, payments, lending, or financial crime, especially money movement fraud, bank account linking fraud, payout abuse, or lending fraud.
Experience with rules engines, real-time feature stores, or ML model serving in a decisioning path.
Background in Kotlin, Java, Python, or Node.js alongside Go.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
Experience working across multiple brands, regions, or regulatory regimes.
What we value
A product-oriented mindset. You think beyond the ticket, understand the "why" behind the work, and take a high level of responsibility for outcomes rather than output.
Comfort with ambiguity. This is a new team on a new surface; parts of the charter are still being drawn, and you will help draw them.
A track record of owning a project or feature end to end, especially in fast-paced environments.
Clear and proactive communication, with a collaborative spirit. We work across three companies and several time zones, so we move fast, but we succeed together.
An adversarial instinct. The best fraud engineers enjoy thinking like the attacker.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

- We work asynchronously across time zones, supporting each other with open communication and shared goals.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Every feature you build will have a visible impact on how people discover, trust, and engage with our products globally. The Growth Engineering team operates at the intersection of product, marketing, and infrastructure — turning ideas into measurable results. If you’re an engineer who enjoys solving business problems through code and believes engineering excellence drives growth, this role is built for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Product Engineer within the Growth team, you’ll take on complex, high-impact problems that blend product thinking and engineering excellence. You’ll work across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with design, data, and product teams to deliver features that drive measurable business outcomes. This is an ideal role for engineers who use their technical skills to create real-world impact — translating high-level business goals into engineering solutions that improve activation, retention, and monetization worldwide.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and turn them into high-quality, data-driven engineering solutions.
- Implement reusable services and components that power marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences across web and mobile.
- Collaborate on distributed systems that handle large volumes of global traffic while maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, balancing user impact, scalability, and maintainability.
- Measure, experiment, and iterate — using data and experimentation frameworks to understand what drives user behavior.
- Uphold and improve engineering standards, performance, and security practices across the stack.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Proficiency in building full-stack applications using one of the following: TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby, and React or React Native.
- Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD.
- A product mindset — you care about how your work moves key metrics, not just about the code itself.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, or experimentation platforms.
- Background in growth engineering, user funnels, lifecycle, or conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or experimentation frameworks.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
