Head of Treasury

What we expect from the Head of Treasury: — Experience in liquidity management and group-level cash flow forecasting. — High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) for seamless communication with international banks and partners. — Solid understanding of banking products, account structures, terms of service, and KYB/KYC/AML processes. — Practical skills in FX management and risk hedging tools. — Hands-on experience in treasury process automation (ERP, BI, payment systems). — Ability to set up limits, controls, access matrices, and internal policies. — Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, macros, formulas) and understanding of BI tools principles. Key responsibilities: — Building and optimizing the treasury function: cash flow forecasting, payment automation, and transparency. — Managing relationships with international banks: account opening, fee optimization, and banking network management. — Assessing and managing FX and interest rate risks, as well as implementing practical hedging strategies. — Cost reduction, control over payment limits, access rights, and transaction security. — Updating internal treasury policies and mentoring the team.
