About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Fujairah, and Armenia, with Abu Dhabi and Riyadh opening next. We leverage a modern technology stack to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Recruitment Specialist to own hiring across the Deluxe Homes Group end to end — from housekeepers, technicians and drivers to customer support, finance, technology and branch supervisors. You are the single point of
accountability for keeping every vacancy moving: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and a clean handover to onboarding.
This is an ownership role, not a coordinator role. We need someone who makes routine decisions — which channel to use, which candidates reach the hiring manager, when to switch on an agency — and reports after, not someone who escalates and waits. If a housekeeping shift is short next Monday, you already have three vetted candidates ready.
Note: This role does not include HR administration (visas, payroll, employee relations). Those sit with the HR team — your job is filling seats with the right people, fast.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Run every vacancy end to end: intake with the hiring manager, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and handover to onboarding.
• Own time-to-fill per role and keep a live pipeline for every open position — no vacancy sits without movement for more than a week.
• Conduct structured phone and in-person screenings against the role profile before any candidate reaches a manager.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia.
• Report pipeline numbers weekly (roles open, candidates sourced, interviews held, offers out) — in the tracker, not from memory.
2. Sourcing & Channels
• Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels — direct outreach, not just posting and waiting.
• Keep the careers page (
jobs.deluxehomes.com
) postings current, accurate and closed when filled.
• Build and maintain a warm candidate bench for our recurring roles: housekeeping, maintenance technicians, drivers, guest support.
• Run the employee referral channel and keep it visible to staff.
• Manage recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill roles: brief them tightly, hold them to deadlines, and cut the ones that underdeliver.
3. Volume & Specialist Hiring
• Deliver blue-collar volume hiring (housekeepers, cleaners, technicians, drivers) at pace and to standard — including batch interview days.
• Fill office and specialist roles: customer support, reservations, finance, marketing, technology, and branch supervisors.
• Support branch hiring for Fujairah and Sharjah, and coordinate Armenia vacancies with the local HR Manager.
• Screen for our non-negotiables: initiative, fast learning, and delivered outcomes — not just years on a CV.
• Enforce the application screening question on every role and filter on it before reviewing CVs.
4. Process, Records & Candidate Experience
• Complete reference checks before any offer is requested — no exceptions.
• Keep complete, accurate recruitment records: every role, every candidate, every decision traceable.
• Give every candidate a clear, respectful process — timely updates, honest rejections; they are also future guests and owners.
• Prepare offer requests with full details (role, salary, start date, conditions) for HR Manager and management approval.
• Improve the process every month: where candidates drop off, which channels convert, what to change next.
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment in the UAE at a 100–500 person company — hospitality, property, facilities or similar operational business preferred.
• Proven track record hiring BOTH blue-collar volume roles and office/specialist roles — you can name your numbers: roles filled, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and UAE job boards (Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent); you source directly, not only post-and-pray.
• Structured screener — you interview against a profile and can defend every shortlist decision.
• Decisive operator — you make calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers.
• AI tools used daily for sourcing, screening and outreach (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn AI). Not optional in 2026.
• UAE residency. On-site in Dubai 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00 — this is not a hybrid or remote role.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hospitality, holiday-homes or property-management hiring background.
• Experience running an ATS and keeping it clean.
• Additional sourcing languages for our candidate pools: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog or Russian.
• Familiarity with UAE visa categories and MOHRE basics (offer-stage awareness; processing sits with HR).
• UAE university graduate (UOWD, AUD, AUS, Heriot-Watt Dubai, or similar).
What We Offer
• Full ownership of recruitment across a 700+ property, ~230-person group — your results are visible every week.
• Direct access to the HR Manager and company leadership — decisions get made, not queued.
• Professional development support. 6-month probation per UAE Labour Law. UAE employment visa sponsored.

The Role
As a Software Engineer in Test at Nex, you will own stability and reliability testing for the Motion Development Kit (MDK), firmware, and hardware modules that power Nex Playground's AOSP-based motion-sensing device. You will build automated test frameworks, stress/soak testing infrastructure, and validation tools that catch instability, regressions, and hardware-integration failures before they reach production. You will work closely with the Framework Engineering and firmware/hardware teams to embed testability across the full Android stack, from low-level sensor drivers and HAL layers up through the MDK APIs that game developers build on .
This role sits within a small, highly technical team that values both specialization and collaboration, with clear ownership of quality across core technology areas .
The Mindset
You are drawn to solving hard reliability problems in systems where hardware, firmware, and Android software all have to work together flawlessly, day after day. You care deeply about long-run stability, not just passing a test once, but proving a system holds up under sustained load, edge cases, and real-world conditions. You thrive in environments where deep systems debugging, Android/AOSP internals knowledge, and rigorous testing discipline directly shape what the platform can confidently ship .
What You'll Do
Design and build automated stability and reliability test frameworks for the Motion Development Kit (MDK), firmware, and hardware modules on an AOSP-based platform
Develop soak testing, stress testing, and endurance testing pipelines to surface memory leaks, crashes, thermal issues, ANRs, and long-running failures
Build test harnesses and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) rigs to validate sensor, camera, and motion-tracking hardware under real and simulated conditions
Create regression suites for firmware, HAL, and MDK releases, integrated into CI/CD to catch stability issues pre-release
Investigate, reproduce, and drive root-cause analysis of field failures, crashes, kernel panics, and intermittent hardware/firmware defects using Android bug reports, logcat, and kernel logs
Define and track reliability metrics such as MTBF, crash rates, ANR rates, and failure recurrence across hardware revisions and firmware/AOSP builds
Partner with firmware, hardware, and platform engineers to define quality gates and exit criteria for new hardware/firmware/AOSP releases
Write clean, well-tested test code and tooling that raises the engineering bar across the team
Build dashboards and reporting for test coverage, defect trends, and release stability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared tools, infrastructure, and cross-role projects (20% Time)
Work with the dual-leadership model (Engineering Manager and Tech Lead) to align on quality priorities and technical direction
Document test strategies, systems, and findings to support team knowledge sharing
What You Bring
3+ years of professional experience in software test engineering, reliability engineering, or QA for embedded/firmware, Android, or hardware-integrated systems
Proficiency in Python, with experience in at least one systems language (C++, C#, Java, Rust, or Go)
Hands-on experience with stability, stress, soak, or endurance testing methodologies
Experience testing Android/AOSP platforms, HAL, embedded firmware, device drivers, or hardware modules (sensors, motion tracking, cameras, or similar)
Strong debugging skills across hardware, firmware, and software layers, including logcat, kernel logs, bug reports, logic analyzers, or serial/hardware diagnostics
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated regression suites
Preferred
Experience with AOSP build systems (Soong/Make), Android Test Harness, or Vendor Test Suite (VTS)/Compatibility Test Suite (CTS)
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test rig design and automation
Familiarity with embedded Linux, Android kernel internals, and Treble/HAL architecture
Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, BLE) used in sensor and firmware integration
Experience with reliability metrics and frameworks (MTBF, FMEA, fault injection testing)
Familiarity with motion sensing, IMUs, computer vision, or signal processing validation
Experience working in small, high-performance technical teams
Background in consumer electronics, robotics, or Android-based hardware products
Passion for pushing reliability standards and deep root-cause problem-solving

Who You Are:
Galaxy Digital is seeking a Site Development Associate to support data center development activities in and around Waco, Texas. This role is responsible for advancing sites through entitlement and permitting, building and maintaining relationships with municipal and county officials, negotiating with landowners, and coordinating with utilities — all in support of the company's data center development pipeline. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who has been through at least one real estate development from land acquisition to entitlement and is excited to apply that experience to the data center industry.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support site entitlement efforts, including zoning, platting, land use approvals, and other local governmental approvals required to advance data center sites.
Serve as the company's primary point of contact with municipalities, counties, city councils, county commissioners, and other public officials on assigned projects.
Build and maintain working relationships with mayors, city managers, county judges, and municipal/county staff.
Prepare and deliver presentations to city councils, commissioners' courts, planning and zoning boards, and other public bodies.
Identify, evaluate, and help acquire permits required for site development, including building permits and entrance/access permits, and coordinate with public works and TxDOT/county road authorities as needed.
Coordinate with utility providers (power, water, wastewater, gas, telecom/fiber) to confirm capacity, service availability, and extension requirements for prospective sites.
Support land acquisition efforts, including sourcing prospective sites, negotiating with landowners, and structuring purchase and option agreements.
Apply working knowledge of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights to identify and help resolve mineral, surface, and lease issues affecting site control.
Understand and help manage the basics of real estate contracts, title work, and the closing process, coordinating with legal counsel, title companies, and surveyors as needed.
Understand the basics of handling claims that may arise during due diligence, construction, or site development (e.g., title, boundary, or contractor-related claims), and know when and how to escalate them internally.
Communicate regularly and clearly with internal stakeholders — leadership, legal, engineering, and construction teams — on project status, risks, and timelines.
Develop working knowledge of data center development requirements (power, fiber, water, site criteria) and apply that knowledge to site selection and entitlement strategy.
Travel within the Lubbock region and broader Texas market as needed to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in real estate development, with direct involvement in at least one completed development project from acquisition through entitlement (commercial or residential); OR equivalent experience as a landman.
Demonstrated experience entitling property and working directly with municipalities, city councils, county commissioners, or other public officials.
Comfortable and experienced presenting to public bodies, boards, and internal leadership.
Working understanding of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights and how they can affect a real estate transaction or site.
Basic understanding of real estate purchase contracts, title, and the closing process.
Experience negotiating with landowners and/or sellers in a land acquisition context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to external officials and internal stakeholders alike.
Willingness and genuine interest in learning the fundamentals of data center development.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
Bonus Points:
Commercial real estate development experience strongly preferred over residential.
Prior experience acquiring or coordinating utility, building, or entrance permits.
Existing relationships with officials or staff in Waco and surrounding municipalities/counties.
Familiarity with the basics of handling title, boundary, or construction-related claims.
Background in energy, land, or infrastructure-related real estate (landman, oil & gas land experience, utility right-of-way, etc.).
NOTE:
This position is based in Waco, Texas, with regular local travel and periodic travel elsewhere in Texas to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.
What We Offer (Remote):

Who You Are:
Galaxy Digital is seeking a Site Development Associate to support data center development activities in and around Lubbock, Texas.
Existing relationships with officials or staff in Lubbock and surrounding West Texas municipalities/counties.
Familiarity with the basics of handling title, boundary, or construction-related claims.
Background in energy, land, or infrastructure-related real estate (landman, oil & gas land experience, utility right-of-way, etc.).
