Role Overview
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant architectural ownership. You will set the technical direction for how Backblaze detects, correlates, and responds to infrastructure incidents across our data centers, and you will mentor other engineers on the team as that platform matures. If you have a passion for making complex distributed systems visible, you are comfortable making architecture decisions that will outlive your tenure, and you are excited about applying AI and agentic automation to infrastructure operations, this role was built for you..
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Set technical direction and standards for observability across the organization, including instrumentation conventions, alerting philosophy, and dashboard design patterns.
Mentor engineers on the Observability team and act as a technical resource for SRE, Storage Engineering, and Network Engineering on observability practice.
Lead design reviews for observability work and represent the team in cross-functional architecture discussions.
Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions for observability and AIOps tooling, including data sovereignty and compliance considerations.
Produce and maintain design documentation, runbooks, and architectural decision records that make the platform operable and extensible by future contributors.
Observability Platform
Own and evolve our metrics pipeline, including VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, and the Consul-based service discovery layer that keeps scrape targets current as infrastructure scales.
Own and expand our logging stack (OpenSearch, Logstash, and Filebeat) across all Backblaze data centers.
Architect and expand distributed tracing with Jaeger and OpenTelemetry, extending coverage beyond the current application instrumentation to new services.
Define and maintain Grafana dashboard standards for infrastructure, storage, and application performance visibility.
Drive expansion of internal application telemetry in partnership with application teams to improve visibility.
Define capacity and retention strategy for the telemetry stack as the fleet grows.
Infrastructure & Automation
Own infrastructure-as-code for observability stack deployments across multiple Kubernetes clusters.
Write and review automated playbooks for configuration management and automation across Debian-based bare metal servers.
Partner with the SRE team on Consul-based service discovery for VictoriaMetrics scrape target automation.
Lead Ceph storage observability, including OSD health, performance metrics, and integration with alerting.
Collaborate with the Network Engineering team on BGP, routing, and network-level observability.
Required Qualifications
8+ years in a systems engineering, SRE, DevOps, or observability-focused role, including demonstrated technical leadership on a platform or infrastructure team.
Deep hands-on experience with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, or equivalent metrics platforms, including PromQL, Alertmanager, and operating these systems at scale.
Experience designing and operating log aggregation pipelines such as Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Logstash, Filebeat, or similar.
Working knowledge of distributed tracing (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent), including instrumentation strategy, not just operation.
Proficiency in Python and/or Go for automation and tooling.
Experience with Kubernetes, including deploying workloads and understanding pod networking and storage.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling and configuration management.
Strong understanding of Linux internals, with Debian/Ubuntu preferred.
Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar on a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll work across engineering, SRE, security, and leadership, and you'll be expected to write design documents that drive decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading the evaluation or deployment of AIOps tooling, including alert correlation, deduplication, or automated root cause analysis.
Experience building, deploying, or operating AI agents or agentic AI systems. This is a strong differentiator.
Familiarity with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) or self-hosted LLM inference in an infrastructure context.
Familiarity with Ceph storage, including OSD management, pool configuration, and CRUSH maps.
Experience with incident management platforms.
Familiarity with BGP, network observability, or working in multi-DC environments.
Experience with secrets management in production environments.
Experience operating in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
Prior experience in a storage-focused company or hyperscale infrastructure environment.
What You'll Work On
A telemetry stack spanning several data centers with exabytes of storage under observation.
Real infrastructure at scale: Kubernetes, Ceph, Vitess, KVM, and a custom storage platform serving hundreds of thousands of customers.
A collaborative team that values engineering excellence, transparency, and operational rigor.
Pay Transparency
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
The expected salary range for this role is $178,000 - $200,000 plus 10% target annual bonus and RSUs.
At Backblaze, we value being fair and good to our customers, partners, and employees. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values. We are committed to fostering a workforce where all employees feel a sense of belonging regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, socio-economic status, ability, veteran status, and education. ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
LangChain is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager to help keep our growing go-to-market organization informed, enabled, and ready to execute as our products and company evolve.
We operate in one of the fastest-moving areas of technology. Our products evolve quickly, new capabilities launch frequently, and the knowledge our GTM teams rely on is constantly changing. As we scale, we need a strong operating system that ensures sellers understand what we're building, why it matters, how to talk about it, and where to find the information they need.
This role will own three critical areas of our enablement engine: Product Enablement, GTM Knowledge & Content, and Enablement Communications.
You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to turn product changes and company knowledge into scalable training, resources, communications, and systems for GTM.
Working with cross funtional subject matter experts, your job is to turn messaging, trainings, and artifacts into field readiness—making sure GTM can learn it, find it, understand it, and use it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
OWN PRODUCT ENABLEMENT
- Own the product enablement engine. Stay closely connected to Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to understand what's changing, determine the impact to GTM, and partner with these SMEs to build practical field enablement.
- Own GTM readiness for product launches and major changes. Build the enablement plan from initial intake through launch, including training, communications, resource publication, reinforcement, and ongoing maintenance.
- Build and maintain product training. Create and continuously improve product curriculum in our LMS and Content Hub so sellers have a clear learning path across our platform, products, use cases, positioning, and value.
- Run live product enablement. Determine when asynchronous learning isn't enough, coordinate the right SMEs, and facilitate live sessions, workshops, demos, and deeper product training.
- Measure readiness and close gaps. Use feedback, participation, knowledge checks, field questions, and other signals to understand where GTM needs additional reinforcement.
OWN GTM KNOWLEDGE & CONTENT
- Own the GTM knowledge system. Make it easy for sellers to quickly find accurate, relevant, and current information across our Content Hub, LMS, and other GTM systems.
- Build scalable information architecture and governance. Establish clear taxonomy, templates, ownership, review cadences, freshness standards, and archival processes that keep GTM knowledge organized and current.
- Manage the content lifecycle. Ensure training, product resources, competitive guidance, FAQs, recordings, and other enablement materials stay current as the business changes—and remove or archive information that is no longer relevant.
- Operationalize canonical GTM content. Partner with Product Marketing and other subject matter experts to ensure approved messaging, competitive guidance, objection handling, and other core GTM knowledge is consistently structured, maintained, and accessible.
- Build for humans and AI. Structure GTM knowledge so both sellers and AI-powered tools can reliably retrieve and use accurate context. Explore ways AI can improve content discovery, maintenance, gap detection, and enablement workflows.
OWN ENABLEMENT COMMUNICATIONS & CADENCE
- Own the GTM enablement communications engine. Manage Weekly Trace and other recurring enablement communications, consolidating product, program, and company updates into clear guidance for the field: What changed? Why does it matter? Where can I learn more? What do I need to do?
- Run our recurring enablement cadence. Own the operational execution behind weekly enablement, including the calendar, SME coordination, materials, recordings, recaps, and follow-through.
- Create signal from noise. Build predictable ways for GTM to stay current without requiring sellers to monitor dozens of Slack channels, documents, and product updates.
- Improve the enablement operating system. Identify breakdowns in how information moves from Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and other teams into GTM—and build scalable systems rather than continually working around them.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in GTM enablement, product enablement, sales enablement, enablement operations, or a related role in a B2B technology company.
- Experience owning product enablement programs, including product launches, training, ongoing curriculum, and field communications.
- Experience building or managing product training for Sales or broader GTM audiences.
- Strong technical curiosity. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should want to understand technical products deeply enough to explain them clearly and accurately.
- Ability to translate complex product information into practical seller guidance: what it is, why it matters, who it's for, how to position it, and when to use it.
- Experience organizing and maintaining a GTM knowledge or content system—not just creating individual pieces of content.
- Strong understanding of content governance, information architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge lifecycle management.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn a large volume of information into clear, concise, actionable guidance.
- Strong program management skills. You can manage multiple workstreams, SMEs, launches, deadlines, and recurring programs without losing the details.
- High ownership and follow-through. You don't wait for someone to tell you that a launch isn't ready, information is outdated, or a process is broken—you proactively drive it to resolution.
- A builder mentality. You're comfortable starting with an imperfect system, creating a V1, learning from users, and continuously improving it.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- AI fluency and curiosity about how structured knowledge can power agents, search, content generation, and internal GTM workflows.
- Experience with knowledge-management platforms such as Notion and learning-management systems such as WorkRamp is a plus.
- Familiarity with developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, LLM applications, or agentic AI is a plus.
Compensation: $150,000-180,000 base salary + options

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE:
A developer is getting ready to launch their first subscription app. A growth team wants to improve its paywalls. A founder has heard about Daily Payouts and wants to understand whether it could help. They all reach out to RevenueCat, and they all deserve a useful conversation. You’re that conversation.
As a Product Expert, your job is to understand what someone is trying to accomplish, explain and demo the relevant parts of RevenueCat, and help them take a sensible next step. Sometimes that means helping them get started themselves. Sometimes it means bringing in an Account Executive, a Sales Engineer, Support, or someone else.
This is a new role at the intersection of inbound sales, product education, and helping developers get started. You’ll own the inbound conversations that don’t go directly to our Account Executives or Sales Engineers, and help us build a great experience for the people behind them.
You might be early in your career, building apps on the side, or looking to turn your product knowledge into a more customer-facing job. You don’t need to have held this exact role before. You do need to know RevenueCat well, enjoy talking to people, and have good judgment about what would actually help them.
We’re initially hiring one person in EMEA and one in the Americas. You’ll initially report to our Sales Engineering lead and learn alongside teammates who have been handling these conversations for years. You’ll also help shape how the Product Expert team works as it grows.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Make a great first impression. Respond to inbound interest, run useful discovery conversations, and understand the app, the people building it, their goals, and what they need from us.
- Turn product knowledge into practical guidance. Give clear demos, answer questions, and connect the relevant parts of RevenueCat to someone’s situation. Help them understand the product, its limits, and what getting started involves.
- Help straightforward adoption move forward. Guide people through the next steps they can take themselves, share useful resources, and follow up so a good conversation turns into progress.
- Recognize the right next step. Bring qualified commercial opportunities to an Account Executive and involve a Sales Engineer for deeper technical discovery, complex migrations, or solution design. Connect support questions and people who aren’t ready yet with the appropriate team or follow-up. Understand (and tell people) when RevenueCat is not right for them.
- Make handoffs easy for the customer. Keep clear notes on goals, requirements, open questions, and next steps. Stay responsible for follow-through until the next owner has picked up the conversation, so the customer doesn’t have to start over.
- Help us improve the experience. Share recurring questions and feedback with the team. Turn what you learn into better demos, resources, and playbooks, and help us see where conversations or handoffs get stuck.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of RevenueCat. You can show how you’ve used the product and explain it in your own words. We care about what you understand and can demonstrate, whether you learned it at work or through your own projects.
- Curiosity about the app business. You want to understand how developers build products, make money, and grow, and how RevenueCat can help.
- Clear, friendly communication. You listen carefully, ask useful questions, write concise follow-ups, and explain the same idea differently to a developer, founder, or growth lead.
- Technical common sense. You’re comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls at a practical level. You can recognize when a question needs an engineer and bring them in with useful context.
- Commercial common sense. You can spot a promising opportunity, understand why timing and fit matter, and recommend a useful next step without making every conversation a pitch.
- Ownership and follow-through. You can manage several conversations, keep your notes and commitments straight, and make sure people hear back from you.
- The ability to work remotely and keep learning. You communicate proactively, ask for help when you need it, and can work hours that meaningfully overlap with customers and teammates in your region.
We’re more interested in your product knowledge, judgment, and helpfulness than a particular degree, job title, or number of years on your résumé.
Ideally, you:
- Have built or shipped an app using RevenueCat, including a side project or Shipaton entry.
- Have helped people through support, community participation, teaching, demos, or another customer-facing role.
- Have experience with developer tools, subscriptions, or a product with both self-service and sales-assisted customers.
- Enjoy improving a process or creating a resource that makes the next person’s job easier.
What success looks like:
Within the first month, you’ll:
- Deepen your RevenueCat knowledge, shadow customer conversations, and learn how Sales, Support, and other parts of the business work together.
- Start handling conversations with support from the team and learn when to bring in a specialist.
- Host one of our bi-weekly demo stream, for a live audience of customers and prospects.
Within the first three months, you’ll:
- Independently run the inbound discovery conversations and demos in your coverage area.
- Help people get started and make well-qualified handoffs with clear context and next steps.
- Build a reliable follow-up rhythm and agree with the team how we’ll measure response quality, opportunity progression, and adoption.
Within the first six months, you’ll:
- Be a trusted source of product guidance for prospects and teammates.
- Show how your work helps people move from interest to a useful next step, and use feedback and data to improve the experience.
- Contribute reusable guidance that helps the team handle common questions and situations more effectively.
Within the first twelve months, you’ll:
- Have helped establish how the Product Expert team runs discovery, demos, follow-up, and handoffs.
- Help new teammates get up to speed and bring customer insight into how we improve the product and our processes.
- Be building deeper expertise around your interests and strengths, with a foundation that could lead toward Sales Engineering, Account Executive, or Customer Success work over time.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

About Peec AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $17M ARR in 22 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
About the role
We're looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to help our sales team ramp faster, sell better, and win more deals. You'll own how our Account Executives and SDRs are onboarded, trained, and coached, and make sure they have the playbooks, content, and market knowledge they need in every deal. You'll work closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience.
This role is for someone who holds a high bar on execution and moves fast. We use AI to speed up our GTM work, and we expect you to do the same. We also expect you to be the person who catches generic, low-effort output before it reaches a customer. Our brand and our customer experience matter too much to ship anything less than excellent.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding for new Account Executives and SDRs: build a structured ramp program with clear milestones and certifications that gets new hires productive fast
- Design and deliver ongoing training on our product, the AI search market, our sales methodology, and competitive positioning, for new and tenured reps alike
- Embed our sales process into day-to-day execution: train and coach reps on qualification, stage exit criteria, mutual action plans, trial management, and negotiation
- Standardize SDR-to-AE and Sales-to-CX handoffs, with clear expectations for qualification, documentation, and ownership
- Partner with Product Marketing, who own core positioning and messaging, to translate these into practical sales playbooks, training, and customer-facing materials: discovery guides, talk tracks, objection handling, battle cards, email templates, decks, one-pagers, proposals, and case studies. Work with Design to keep them accurate, on-brand, and easy for reps to find
- Coach reps alongside sales managers: review calls, run role plays, and use call and deal data to spot skill gaps and sharpen messaging
- Run competitive intelligence: track what competitors ship and say, turn it into battle cards and training reps use in live deals, and flag what matters to Product and leadership
- Measure what works: track ramp time, win rates, conversion, and content usage with RevOps, report on the impact of enablement programs, and cut what isn't working
- Drive adoption of our sales tools (HubSpot, call recording, and AI tools), and build workflows and automations that save reps time
- Translate new features and market shifts into training and materials within days, not weeks, so Sales, CX, and Growth all work from the same story
What we're looking for
- 3 - 5 years in GTM or sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- A track record of designing and running onboarding and training programs with measurable results, such as shorter ramp time or higher win rates
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills: you can run an engaging workshop, give direct feedback on a call recording, and adapt to reps at different experience levels
- Working knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message, and experience building one into training and process
- Data-driven and comfortable with tools: you work confidently in a CRM (HubSpot ideally) and call recording software, turn performance data into training priorities, and have built workflows and automations
- Strong stakeholder management: you work across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and CX with different goals, and keep reps up to date on process and product changes without slowing anyone down
- Strong product sense: you pick up a technical product and a new market quickly and can explain both simply
- Clear judgment on AI-generated content: you use AI to move faster, you know when it makes the work worse, and you push back when quality slips
- A strong eye for quality: you notice off-brand colors, inconsistent fonts, and misaligned elements, and you're comfortable making clean edits in Figma, Google Slides, or similar
- Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, where priorities change weekly
- An ability and willingness to travel between our two offices (New York and Berlin) once a quarter
- Excellent written English. You write clearly and cut anything that doesn't earn its place
Bonus points
- Prior quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive or SDR
- Experience with an enablement platform or LMS, such as Highspot, Seismic, or WorkRamp
- Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech, or the curiosity to get up to speed quickly
- Experience building competitive intelligence or a customer story program from scratch
- Experience at an early-stage company during a period of rapid scale
- Fluent German, French, Spanish, or a Nordic language
What we offer
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

- Take products from discovery through to measurable impact. Work closely with Engineering and Design to prototype, test, deliver and iterate. Explore practical applications of AI, define success measures and use evidence from adoption, supplier feedback and commercial performance to guide what comes next.
Your skillset:
- Product ownership and strategic delivery: A track record of taking complex problems from discovery through to delivery and demonstrating meaningful user and business outcomes. The ability to connect a long-term vision to the next useful improvement, navigate uncertainty and drive delivery.
- Supplier and user understanding: The ability to understand different users’ goals and turn complicated workflows into useful, intuitive products. Experience with B2B, supplier, partner or marketplace products would be particularly valuable.
- Commercial and analytical judgement: Confidence connecting product decisions to growth, margin and operating costs, while considering value for both hotel partners and holidaymakers. Experience defining success measures, investigating performance and using data alongside qualitative research to make decisions.
- Communication and technical fluency: Clear communication and the ability to align commercial, operational and technical colleagues around priorities, decisions and outcomes. Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data and platform constraints with Engineering.
- Experimentation and AI curiosity: A practical approach to testing ideas and applying new capabilities, including examples of how you have used or evaluated AI to improve products or ways of working.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is a data company, and data is our most valuable asset. The Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) organization turns WHOOP data into trusted intelligence that sharpens every team's decisions. As the data and AI ecosystem grows, making that data trustworthy and safe by default has become a strategic capability, so every product built on it can be relied on.
We are seeking a Director, Data Governance to lead the function as a new pillar within the DAA organization. You will report to our VP of Data, Analytics and AI Acceleration. As the first dedicated leader of this function, you will define the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance. Governance sets the policy and standards; the Data Platform & Engineering pillar engineers and implements them, so this role leads through influence, clear standards, and strong cross-functional partnership.
WHOOP operates a mature data platform. This role builds the governance layer on top of it: formal ownership models, data contracts, an event taxonomy, cataloging and discovery, classification frameworks, and the policies that let the company scale into regulated environments without slowing down. You will build and lead a team and champion intelligent, AI powered approaches to continuously monitor the health and trust of our data.
You should be equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves, and as effective presenting a data classification framework to senior leadership as you are working through a data quality standard with an engineer. Working across Data Platform & Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Product, GRC, Legal, InfoSec, and RAD, you will earn trust across technical and business teams, drive adoption, and ship enforceable governance outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and lead the data governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap spanning data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), aligned with the DAA strategy.
- Build, lead, and coach a small, senior team, developing your people while partnering closely with Staff level technical leaders across the org.
- Establish a formal data ownership model, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to assign stewardship and accountability for critical datasets.
- Define the standards for data contracts between producing and consuming teams, covering schema stability, SLA adherence, and breaking-change management, with implementation owned by Data Platform & Engineering.
- Own the event taxonomy governance framework, bringing structure to event tracking and standardizing how product and engineering teams define, name, and instrument events across platforms.
- Set data quality standards (freshness, validation, monitoring) and the incident response expectations, partnering with Platform to operationalize automated testing and anomaly detection.
- Champion AI powered governance approaches that proactively surface quality issues, ownership gaps, policy violations, and compliance risks.
- Partner with GRC, Legal, and InfoSec to define the privacy, HIPAA, and compliance standards for how sensitive data is handled, which the platform then implements.
- Define role-based access policy across the data platform, balancing security with self-service accessibility, with enforcement engineered by Platform.
- Embed governance standards directly into engineering and developer workflows so the right way is the easy way, rather than relying on manual processes.
- Develop governance metrics and reporting to track adoption, compliance, and data health across the organization.
- Build a culture where trusted data is a shared responsibility across technical and business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in data, engineering, or data governance roles, with a strong background in data governance, data quality, data engineering, or data platform.
- 4+ years of experience leading and building teams.
- Direct experience building data governance programs or frameworks, ideally in a high-growth environment where governance was not yet formalized.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack tooling: Snowflake, dbt, Airflow/orchestration, and data catalog/lineage tools.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data regulations (HIPAA), or willingness to develop deep expertise quickly given the WHOOP expansion into regulated healthcare products.
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks with automated monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with access control design and administration in cloud data platforms (Snowflake RBAC, row-level security, dynamic data masking).
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment on data standards and policies, and to lead highly cross-functional initiatives. Comfortable influencing engineering, product, and business teams.
- Experience operating in regulated environments.
- Proven track record managing data oversight for complex research initiatives, such as IRB-regulated studies or trials or regulatory filings for the FDA.
- Excellent executive communication and organizational leadership. Able to translate technical governance concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- A player-coach orientation. Willing to be deeply hands-on while building repeatable processes and growing a team.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
*This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 - $230,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. Join our Product and Regulatory Legal team, embedded with Kraken's Product, Design and Engineering teams to ship novel products and experiences that accelerate the global adoption of crypto. We are a tight, experienced group of lawyers from a diverse range of tradfi, fintech and crypto backgrounds who move fast, stay curious and take pride in the commercial accountability of our advice, partnering directly with Product, senior leadership and Compliance to chart clear, defensible paths to launch and to keep our licensed entities running smoothly.
This is a senior product-facing legal role for the European Union. You will be the lawyer the business trusts on questions that cut across several regimes at once: for example, a single product such as a tokenised equity, a card, or an institutional custody and prime brokerage service can touch the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive ("MiFID II"), the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation ("MiCA"), the Payment Services Directive ("PSD2"), the Electronic Money Directive ("EMD2") and banking rules at the same time. You will bring clarity on which regime applies, what it requires, and how to launch within it.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Product Legal, you will act as a senior legal adviser to European leadership on new products, licensing structure and regulatory strategy.
- Own cross-functional product counselling for European Union launches from discovery to design, launch and iteration, giving Product, Engineering, Compliance and leadership decision-ready advice with clear options and risk trade-offs
- Advise on the regulatory perimeter and classification of new offerings across MiFID II and the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation ("MiFIR"), MiCA, the European Market Infrastructure Regulation ("EMIR"), payment services and electronic money rules, and banking regulation, including where an instrument or service falls between regimes (for example tokenised securities, crypto-asset derivatives, margin and financing, and stablecoin-linked products)
- Advise on payments and electronic money offerings, including the Krak card and account propositions, safeguarding, open banking and account-access obligations, and the developing Payment Services Directive 3 and Payment Services Regulation framework
- Advise on banking-related questions that arise in the European Union, including bank partnerships and sponsor-bank arrangements, deposit-taking and lending perimeter questions, the Capital Requirements Regulation and Directive, and the interaction of these rules with our custody, prime brokerage and financing products
- Monitor and interpret European Union legislative and supervisory developments, take part in consultations and industry association work where appropriate, and translate their significance for the business proactively
- Draft and negotiate client-facing terms and conditions, taking clear, business-aligned positions
- Act as gatekeeper for European Union outside counsel engagements: scope the work, estimate and manage cost, and sign off before matters go externally
- Mentor and develop more junior lawyers in the team, set quality standards for plain-English, risk-based advice, and act as a senior sounding board for colleagues across the Regulatory Legal team
- Use AI-assisted tools (for example Enterprise GPTs) to speed up regulatory analysis, first drafts and matter tracking, and to build self-service tools that let stakeholders answer commoditised legal and regulatory questions themselves
- Advise on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements affecting products, including the Transfer of Funds Regulation ("Travel Rule") and the new European Union anti-money laundering package, and on market abuse, conduct, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act ("DORA")
- Lead or oversee licensing, authorisation and variation workstreams in the European Union, including scoping requirements, mapping pathways, supervising outside counsel, preparing application materials and managing regulator interactions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualified lawyer admitted in Ireland, England and Wales, or another European Union Member State
- 15 or more years' post-qualification experience ("PQE") in financial services regulatory law, gained at a regulated financial services institution (for example a bank, payment institution, broker-dealer, exchange, central counterparty or crypto services provider) or at a leading law firm supporting such clients, ideally with in-house or direct product counselling experience
- Deep, current knowledge of several of the following, with real depth in at least two: MiFID II and MiFIR (investment services, market structure, derivatives and conduct), MiCA (crypto-asset services, custody, trading platforms and stablecoins), European Union payment services and electronic money regulation, and European Union banking regulation
- Demonstrated ability to analyse novel products against overlapping regimes and give a clear view on classification and perimeter, including in areas where the rules are unsettled or supervisors have not yet spoken
- Direct experience managing senior regulator relationships, including notifications, information requests, supervisory correspondence and examinations
- Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including DORA
- Proven ability to instruct, supervise and manage the cost of outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Outstanding analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with crisp, plain-English writing
- Ability to distill complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyer stakeholders and for senior leadership
- A pragmatic, commercially accountable approach to legal and regulatory risk that gives stakeholders a useful range of options and a clear recommendation
- Experience mentoring or managing lawyers, and the judgement to know when to escalate
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Familiarity with using AI tools such as Enterprise GPTs to increase the efficiency of legal services
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience advising on tokenised securities and the European Union Distributed Ledger Technology Pilot Regime
- Experience with EMIR, including the clearing obligation, margin for non-centrally cleared derivatives and transaction reporting
- Experience with prime brokerage, securities financing, margin lending or institutional custody
- Experience advising on the United Kingdom cryptoasset regime or other non-European Union frameworks that intersect with European Union operations
- Experience supporting regulatory aspects of corporate transactions, such as change-of-control notifications and entity migrations
- Experience with European Union data protection and consumer protection rules as they apply to financial products
- Fluency in a second European language
- An authentic interest in crypto and digital assets, and familiarity with Payward's and competitors' products

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
For this role, we hire within the D-F level Range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix builds more products for more customer segments, faster than before. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are the go-to-market partner embedded into a product team, from the first discovery conversation to scaling. You’re not just handed a final product to talk about it. You bring customer, market and competitive evidence into the decisions that shape what gets built from day one: which segments to target, what features to prioritize, how to create Aha moments. You influence what the product does, how it wins and whether people will pay. You also build the systems that keep this work running: from automated competitor and customer insights generation, to agentic workflows that let product teams run smaller launches themselves at high quality.
You work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Growth Marketing and Paid Acquisition.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Taking one (or many) of our big bets to market. With high level of responsibility, autonomy and direct support from senior leaders and domain experts, you will help us launch assisted and AI-native experiences that customers truly love.
- Bring the market into product decisions. Turn customer, market and competitive evidence into clear recommendations for the product team. Join discovery work and design sprints where market specifics shape what gets built.
- Choose who to serve, and who not to. Break users and products down into needs, pains, and functional and emotional value. Define sharp ICPs and decide which segment to win first and later.
- Position the product to win. Define the competitive alternatives, what makes the product different and why it wins. Turn that into a sharp messaging and shape the pricing and packaging inputs.
- Run launches as tests. Run lean tests early, report what the measures show, and adapt the product, the positioning and the go-to-market. You gather evidence that improves our GTM decision quality, not tick off a launch checklist.
- Align the people around the work. Bring structure to complex go-to-market work: clear owners, milestones, decision points and success measures. Facilitate decisions across Product, Engineering, Data, Growth and commercial teams.
- Build the insight engine. Replace ad hoc research with automated flows of competitor and customer insight that product and marketing teams use every week.
- Own part of the context system. Turn each go-to-market decision and artifact into governed context that empowers people and agents alike.
- Build with AI. Build your own prototypes, applets and automations for the opportunities you prioritize, and help product teams self-serve lower-tier launches at quality.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of bringing tech products to market. You have successfully taken complex products or features from discovery to launch and adoption, in a fast-paced environment.
- Data- and evidence-driven over opinion. You set clear targets, success definitions and guardrails. You analyze data and derive actionable next steps. When evidence contradicts the plan, you say so, including to senior stakeholders.
- Customer insight and craft. You stay close enough to users to quote them. You turn what they said into why they behave as they do, and into a narrative people remember.
- AI as a builder. You build agents, automated workflows, prototypes and context towards clear milestones or outcomes.
- Communication and project leadership. You write and speak with precision, align several teams at once and keep many moving pieces on track.
- High agency and curiosity. You find the problem and solve it without waiting to be told, and you carry it like an owner.
- Bias for action. You prioritize speed of learning and progress over perfection.
- English and German. You use German to write customer-facing messaging and English to work with the wider team.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.
