An overview of this role
Credit-based and consumption-based offerings are becoming central to how GitLab monetizes. The systems that meter, rate, and bill that consumption sit underneath all of it. You'll own the backend usage billing pipeline and its product direction while supporting the Monetization Platform and Infrastructure team as it modernizes the foundations underneath it.
When another GitLab team launches a credit-consuming capability, you'll help them make it billable across GitLab.com, self-managed, and GitLab Dedicated. This is a technical, systems-oriented product role: success means building a monetization platform other teams can launch on quickly and correctly, rather than shipping customer-facing UI.
What you’ll do
Own the product direction for metering, aggregation, and rating in GitLab's usage billing pipeline, including the Zuora and CustomersDot integrations that turn usage into invoiced revenue.
Make onboarding a new credit-consuming capability a repeatable process rather than a bespoke project each time.
Partner with product teams on what to instrument, how to meter and price usage across GitLab.com, self-managed, and GitLab Dedicated, and what it takes to be billable on launch day. Stay ahead of their roadmaps so billing doesn't delay launches.
Prioritize pipeline scalability, performance, and reliability as consumption grows, balancing those investments against new capability enablement.
Own billing defect detection and remediation so errors surface before they reach a customer's invoice and billing outcomes remain auditable.
Support the Monetization Platform and Infrastructure team by framing problems, explaining the value of platform investments, and prioritizing them against operational risk.
Define and track measures of billing accuracy, pipeline reliability, cost to serve per capability, and time to monetize so teams can make informed pricing decisions.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning the product direction of consumption- or usage-based billing systems.
Experience with Zuora or a comparable billing and revenue platform, and an understanding of how product and finance systems interact.
Experience with prepaid, commitment, or credit-drawdown pricing models (balances, reservations, overage, expiration) and the edge cases they create in billing and revenue.
Experience launching new products or pricing models while coordinating across engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance and go-to-market teams.
Ability to bring together teams you don't manage around work their launches depend on.
Experience defining problems for platform or backend teams whose users are often other teams.
Clear written communication in an all-remote, asynchronous environment; you'll use issues, epics, and direction pages to lead.
Familiarity with developer tooling, financial audit or revenue recognition, or an engineering background can help, but isn't required.
You use AI tools as part of how you work: prototyping, analysis, spec writing, and investigation.
About the team
In Monetization, we coordinate across engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance and go-to-market on new products and pricing models. Our remote, asynchronous work uses written issues, and epics to keep decisions visible.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are looking for a Deputy Regional Information Security Officer to own ICT security, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of entities at different stages of maturity, from established licensed operations to new markets launching under frameworks. This is not a support function. You will be the named security officer for your entities, accountable to their boards and their regulators.
This is a high visibility, high trust role for a security governance professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and financial services, and who is energised by applying established group frameworks to the local needs of a growing regulated entity.
Payward is one of the world's most trusted and secure digital asset platforms, operating across a growing network of regulated entities spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As we expand into new markets and deepen our regulatory footprint, the demand for embedded, senior-level ICT security leadership at the entity level has never been higher.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Prepare, contribute and report to regional risk governance and board committee meetings, highlighting control status, risk exposure, and readiness
- Execute risk assessments and control testing across UAE operations in line with VARA cybersecurity guidelines and security best practices
- Maintain and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA), integrating findings into global resilience planning
- Contribute to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation, testing, and updates, including entity-specific scenarios
- Collaborate with Group Security and IT to:
- Align UAE-specific regulatory controls with global policies and control frameworks
- Contribute to the development of security policies to meet international and UAE compliance requirements
- Conduct security control validation and document evidence for internal/external audits
- Participate in remediation planning for audit findings and track progress to closure
- Support the RISO in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to regulators
- Prepare and present security and resilience reports for internal governance committees and local entity management
- Assist in responses to regulatory examinations, including due diligence and compliance queries
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams to interpret regulatory changes and propose control adaptations
- Participate in the regional incident response process, assist with post-incident reviews, and support continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security requirements into operational processes
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Regulatory Governance
- Serve as the named ICT security officer for your appointed entities, with formal accountability for security risk, ICT governance, and resilience oversight at board level
- Prepare and present security, risk, and resilience materials to entity boards, with material review and coaching from the Global RISO Lead beforehand
- Act as the primary point of contact for VARA and other relevant regulatory authorities on ICT and security matters -- including examinations, inspections, licensing interactions, and ongoing supervisory dialogue
- Support entity go live processes by implementing and localizing established group ICT governance frameworks for new market launches, ensuring they meet UAE regulatory requirements and entity specific needs
- As the portfolio evolves, engage with additional regulatory frameworks with support from the broader RISO team
- ICT Risk and Security
- Lead ICT and security risk assessments for your appointed entity, escalating material risks through local governance and the Global RISO Lead
- Maintain and adapt entity level policies and procedures to align with group standards and UAE regulatory requirements
- Coordinate control testing, evidence documentation, and audit preparation with global security and compliance teams
- Manage the classification, escalation, and regulatory reporting of ICT-related incidents within the timeframes required by applicable regulators
- Operational Resilience
- Lead business impact assessments, critical function mapping, and business continuity planning at the entity level
- Oversee continuity and recovery testing, ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations and feed back into global resilience planning
- Maintain oversight of ICT third-party dependencies and outsourcing arrangements in line with regulatory requirements
- Group Liaison
- Act as a key local liaison between UAE entities, the RISO team, Group Security, and Compliance
- Drive local implementation of group frameworks, policies, and resilience standards, adapting them where jurisdiction-specific requirements demand
- Represent entity priorities in group-led security initiatives and governance forums
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in information security governance, ICT risk management, or regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or virtual asset environment
- Direct experience as a named regulatory contact, involvement in regulatory examinations, supervisory interactions, licensing processes, or equivalent
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Experience with VARA or other virtual asset / crypto-native regulatory regimes is a significant advantage and strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement, adapt, and maintain compliance or governance frameworks within a regulated environment
- Experience conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience planning at the entity level
- Familiarity with ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management within group structures
- Ability to translate technical risk into board-level narrative and regulatory-grade documentation
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, each at a different stage of regulatory maturity
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer preferred
- Familiarity with EU frameworks such as DORA and MiCA is strongly preferred
WHY THIS ROLE
- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring in London and APAC.
We're building a creative platform used by artists, filmmakers, and teams at some of the world's most recognized brands. Our support org handles everything from a five-minute billing question to a technical escalation, and we're building out a dedicated tier for the first kind so our more experienced specialists can focus on the second.
We're looking for a Support Representative who's accurate, fast, and comfortable following a process closely under volume. No creative or AI background required. We'll train you on the product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Resolve high-volume, tickets across account access, billing, and plan questions for Free, Standard, and Pro and Max users
- Use existing macros, playbooks, and AI support layer suggestions to close tickets accurately and quickly
- Recognize when a ticket needs product judgment or creative-tool troubleshooting, and route it to Tier 2 Support or Enterprise
- Flag recurring questions that don't have a macro yet
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Clear, accurate written communication, especially on process-driven, checklist-style work
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work without losing accuracy
- Prior experience with tools like Zendesk, Notion, or Slack is a plus, not a requirement
- 0-2 years in any customer-facing or process-driven role (preferably in SaaS, but not required)
- Enough curiosity to spend a little time in the product or help docs before talking to us. No creative background needed, just evidence you looked
WHAT SETS GREAT CANDIDATES APART
The best people in this role follow the playbook precisely and know exactly when a ticket doesn't fit it. They don't force a wrong answer to hit volume, and they don't escalate everything out of caution either. They've put in enough time with Runway to have a real sense of what it does and who uses it, so a ticket that's slightly off-script doesn't stump them, even without a creative background. When they see the same question surface three times, they ask whether it should become a macro instead of just answering it a third time.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
WORKING AT RUNWAY
Great things come from great teams. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwmj4ato2kw&ab_channel=Runway We’d love to hear from you.
We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed. So regardless of race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, origin, ability, age, veteran status, if joining this mission speaks to you, we encourage you to apply.

We're looking for a Director of Product Management to own our security product strategy end to end - the vision, the roadmap, build vs buy decisions. You will set the multi-year investment strategy for our security offerings, go deep with engineering on database security, networking, and identity management. You will be the subject matter expert for other PMs navigating security-adjacent decisions..
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our security offerings, and make the case for it - internally with engineering and leadership, and externally with customers and the market.
- Go deep on database security, networking, and identity and access management (IAM) - enough to argue the details with engineering, not just approve what they propose.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship products that are actually secure, not just marketed that way.
- Translate complex security requirements into specifications and user stories that engineering can understand.
- Own backlog prioritization and the trade-offs that come with it, weighing business value, customer risk, and engineering cost.
- Drive go-to-market for security launches - positioning, sales enablement, documentation.
- Monitor how security features perform in the real world and use that data, not just instinct, to decide what to build next.
- Be the security subject-matter expert other teams come to, and provide guidance and coaching to PMs working on security-adjacent problems elsewhere in the org.
- Represent our security posture and roadmap externally - with top customers, prospects, and analysts when the conversation needs someone who actually understands the tradeoffs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a significant and sustained focus on security products or features, including experience setting security strategy at an organizational level.
- Real, hands-on experience with database security principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and their security implications.
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred.
- Solid program management skills: planning, execution, and risk management across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- A track record of representing product externally - with customers, analysts, or at industry events, and translating deep technical security topics for non-technical audiences.
- Experience guiding or informally mentoring other PMs, even without a formal reporting relationship.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and the judgment to know when to escalate versus when to just make the call.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities shift and you're expected to bring order to it, not just follow along.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
How we build software is changing. Designers are building tools and agents, prototyping in code, and shipping directly into the product. More people can create software than ever before. That makes design judgment more important, not less.
We’re looking for a Design Systems Lead to build that judgment into the foundations of Ramp.
This is not just about maintaining a component library. It’s about making it possible for designers, engineers, and agents to build experiences that look, feel, and work like Ramp—without a designer driving every decision or the design systems team reviewing every change.
You’re a designer first, with the technical depth to guide architecture and get into the code. You have exceptional taste and strong opinions about typography, hierarchy, interaction, and motion. Just as importantly, you know how to turn that judgment into patterns, tools, and guidance that make everyone else’s work better.
You’re deeply curious about AI and already using it to change how you work. You build, experiment, inspect the results, and push past the demo. You can imagine a different way of building software—and lead a team toward it.
This role is for you if you’re excited by:
- Making great design reproducible. Raise the quality of Ramp’s product and encode what makes it good, so people and agents can produce coherent, usable experiences by default. The system should make excellent work easier, not make every experience look the same.
- Reimagining what a design system can be. Build beyond components and tokens into composition, interaction patterns, agent guidance, and evaluations. Connect exploration and production so the fastest way to build is also a path to great quality.
- Leading a team that multiplies everyone else’s impact. Create clear direction, ambitious goals, and a caring yet demanding environment. Inspire curiosity, develop people, and stay close enough to the work to help make it exceptional.
The opportunity is to raise the floor for everyone building at Ramp, while giving designers more room to make the most important experiences extraordinary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and develop the design systems team. Set clear priorities, ownership, and goals. Give direct, timely feedback, hold people accountable, and help them do the best work of their careers.
- Own the system’s vision and direction. Decide what to preserve, evolve, simplify, or replace based on what builders and customers need. Turn that direction into focused work the team can deliver.
- Elevate Ramp’s visual and interaction design. Raise the bar for typography, hierarchy, density, motion, responsive behavior, accessibility, and the states beyond the happy path.
- Make design judgment usable by people and agents. Translate principles into reusable patterns, reference experiences, composition rules, and guidance that produce better work without you in the room.
- Guide technical architecture with engineering. Shape everything from components and tokens to how agents discover guidance, compose interfaces, and check their work. Make sound tradeoffs between flexibility, coherence, performance, and ease of use.
- Stay hands-on. Build prototypes, work in code, and get into implementation details to test ideas, unblock the team, and understand where the system breaks down.
- Define and measure quality. Build repeatable evaluations grounded in real tasks. Measure whether builders can ship better work faster, with less rework—not just whether they use the tools.
- Improve the path from idea to shipped experience. Partner with engineering and AI teams on workflows that support fast exploration, useful iteration, and appropriate production safeguards.
- Earn adoption. Work alongside product teams, listen closely, teach through examples, and turn recurring questions and exceptions into improvements to the system.
- Keep the team moving forward. Experiment as models and tools evolve, share what you learn, and change direction when the evidence calls for it.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience leading and developing strong design or design engineering teams, with a track record of setting direction and delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills. Your work shows a clear point of view, attention to detail, and an ability to make complex experiences feel simple.
- Deep systems thinking and experience building systems that other teams actually adopt. You can show how your work improved both their speed and the quality of what shipped.
- Strong technical fluency. You can prototype and build in code, understand front-end architecture, and work through implementation tradeoffs with engineers—not just hand off specifications.
- Active, hands-on use of AI in your design and building workflow. You understand where it helps, where it fails, and how to improve its output rather than accept it.
- Experience turning design principles into practical guidance, reusable patterns, and quality checks that work at scale.
- Strong product judgment and a habit of staying close to the people using what you build. You connect system decisions to real workflows and customer outcomes.
- The ability to create clarity in ambiguity, make decisions, give difficult feedback, and maintain momentum without losing the quality bar.
- Curiosity that borders on obsession about how AI changes software and how we build it—and the ability to ignite that curiosity in others.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building agent-usable design guidance, generation workflows, or evaluations for design quality.
- Experience building developer or designer tools that became part of other teams’ daily workflow.
- Experience leading a major design-system migration or company-wide change in how teams build.
- Experience evolving a system across platforms or connecting product and brand experiences.
- Founder or early-stage startup experience.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a member of the International Policy Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be a trusted technical advisor to governments, AI Safety Institutes (AISIs), and multilateral institutions. You'll use your technical skills and your experience with government partners to help them understand frontier AI, test it, and apply it to their public missions with a high degree of reliability and safety. This role serves Anthropic's policy, mission, and public benefit goals.
In collaboration with the Policy, Product, Research, and Engineering teams, you'll help partners develop strategies and plans to evaluate and adopt leading-edge AI systems. You will use your excellent communication skills to explain complex topics, including the potential benefits and harms of frontier AI, to technical and non-technical audiences alike. You will also play a critical role in identifying how our AI systems can best serve public interests around the world, while maintaining our best-in-class safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Act as a primary technical advisor for senior officials in partner governments, AISIs, and international institutions. Brief them on frontier AI capabilities, give an honest account of both benefits and harms, and explain safety research in terms that inform their decisions.
Partner closely with the Policy team to understand each partner's goals and requirements. Develop demos, pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites that show how Claude can support their public missions, such as cyber defense.
Lead technical onboarding, enablement, and hands-on workshops for partner institutions, including national cybersecurity agencies. Guide their setup, architecture, and integration as they build with Claude Code and the Claude API.
Act as the voice of our international partners and a key collaborator with our Product and Research teams to ensure we deliver the capabilities they need.
Travel internationally to partner institutions for senior leader meetings, technical enablement, and building relationships.
Establish a shared vision for creating solutions that enable beneficial and safe AI.
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative solutions that leverage our latest models’ capabilities.
You may be a good fit if you have:
4+ years of experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Cybersecurity Engineer, working with governments, international organizations, or the public sector
Experience in technology policy, AI safety, cybersecurity, or international affairs
Designed novel and innovative solutions for technical platforms in a developing mission area
Familiarity with how AI models are evaluated and tested for safety
Strong technical aptitude to partner with engineers and strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
Understanding of and experience with LLM fundamentals
The ability to navigate and execute amidst ambiguity, and to flex into different domains based on the problem at hand, finding simple, easy-to-understand solutions
Excitement for engaging in cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complicated topics in easily understandable terms to a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders, from engineers to senior government officials
Passion for thinking creatively about how to use technology in a way that is safe and beneficial, and ultimately furthers the goal of advancing safe AI systems

Location-based hybrid policy:

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
