Day In The Life
Positioning & Messaging:
Own how we describe Workstream on the website, in decks, and in the first 30 seconds of every sales call. Test our biggest narrative question, restaurant-first vs. the broader frontline-workforce story, with real experiments, not opinions.
Product Launches:
Run end-to-end GTM launches for new products, including our AI assistant for frontline teams and our expanding payroll suite: messaging, launch plan, pricing & packaging input, and post-launch iteration.
Sales Enablement:
Build the battlecards, competitive teardowns, ROI narratives, and customer proof that make AEs win. Listen to calls weekly and update the message when the market talks back.
Customer Proof & Content:
Turn customers like the biggest QSR brands in America into case studies, video stories, and webinars, working hand-in-hand with our content and design team.
Ship With AI:
Use AI agents across research, drafting, and analysis to move at a pace that would have taken a full team a year ago. We expect it, and we'll teach you what we know.
Who You Are
3-10 years in product marketing or a mix of PMM and growth/content roles, ideally in B2B SaaS; what you've shipped matters more to us than your title history.
Founder energy:
you've built something from scratch (a company, a product, a channel) and you bias hard toward action; former founders welcome!
Commercially minded:
you judge your own work by pipeline influenced and deals won, and you actually enjoy talking to sales.
AI-native:
AI tools are already part of how you work every day.
Hungry:
you want more scope than your years "should" allow, and you're willing to earn it in person, in SF, with a team that works hard.
Experience with SMB buyers, hourly/frontline workforces, HR tech, or payroll is a strong plus.
Travel & Location
Based in (or relocating to) San Francisco; in-office at least 4 days per week
Occasional travel for customer visits, conferences, and team events
What We Offer
Pay directly to your bank account (once a month)
Health Insurance
Flexible PTO
Follow Singapore Holidays
Company-issued device will be provided
Workstream will process CPF and taxes
Experience using AI to automate repetitive and data processing tasks.

Familiarity with common marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
As an office coordinator at Sierra, you will be responsible for creating and operating exceptional workplace environments that enable our teams to do the best work. You will bring the same level of craftsmanship, intensity, and customer obsession to our physical spaces that we bring to the products we build for our customers.
In this role, you will own day-to-day office operations, including the experience across our customer facing spaces at our San Francisco headquarters. You will partner closely with Operations, IT and HR teams to ensure every office runs seamlessly and reflects Sierra’s high standards.
We are looking for a hospitality-minded, detail-oriented person who can effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You should take deep pride in delivering an exceptional experience for employees, candidates, customers, and visitors.
This role is based in San Francisco and is fully onsite five days per week given the hands-on nature of the position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee the daily operations of our customer-facing spaces.
- Greet guests at reception and foster a warm, welcoming office environment.
- Pick up incoming mail, distribute packages to employees, and coordinate package pickups.
- Maintain the organization and appearance of kitchens, storage rooms, and self-service stations.
- Manage office inventory and assemble gift packages, including baby and customer gifts.
- Support Executive Assistants with meeting logistics, including lunch and coffee setup for customer and internal executive meetings.
- Track CPR and First Aid certifications for office staff and ensure first aid kits and safety equipment are stocked and up to date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities requests and repairs, partnering with property management as needed.
- Partner with the People team on new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup, badge access, and office orientation.
- This is a 6-month contract position that is ineligible for the benefits listed below. The role may be extended or converted to full-time.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, administrative, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A commitment to unreasonable hospitality and a willingness to go above and beyond for employees and guests.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position is preferred.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

We build cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure - the routing, messaging and real-time layer that contact centres run on. High traffic, event-driven services, and a UI that has to stay correct while thousands of live conversations move through it.
We're hiring a senior engineer for a team where AI agents are part of the normal development loop, not a pilot. You'll own features end-to-end across a Go backend and a React/TypeScript frontend, and you'll be accountable for everything you ship — including the parts an agent wrote.
This is not a prompt-engineering role. It's a senior engineering role where AI-assisted delivery is the default working method.
Requirements
What will you do at MMDSmart?
Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend;
Design and develop solutions for high-load and distributed production systems;
Use AI coding agents as an integral part of your everyday development workflow;
Guide AI agents, review and verify their output, and take ownership of the final result;
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, and external integrations;
Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution;
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements;
Help improve our codebase and development practices to make AI-assisted engineering more effective.
You are a perfect match if you have:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong Senior-level engineering fundamentals;
Strong hands-on production experience with Go - 4 years of experience;
Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript; you don’t need to be a frontend expert, but you should be comfortable working with frontend code;
Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems;
Experience designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs;
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar - beyond simple autocomplete;
Ability to use AI to work effectively across different parts of the stack while critically reviewing and verifying its output;
Strong engineering judgement, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently.
Our Tech Stack:
Backend: Go, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand / Redux Toolkit, WebSocket / SSE
Event-driven: Kafka, NATS / JetStream, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture
Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
Observability & Performance: structured logging, metrics, tracing, profiling, high-load and concurrency tooling
AI Development: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot and other agentic development tools
Domain: CPaaS / CCaaS, messaging, voice, real-time communication, external provider integrations
Will be a plus:
CCaaS / CPaaS / telecom background: contact-centre routing, ACD, omnichannel messaging.
Voice stack: WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs
API gateway and microservices integration; GraphQL federation.
Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, infrastructure-as-code.
Polyglot persistence: Redis for caching and ephemeral state, PostgreSQL where a document model is the wrong fit; plus the judgement to tell the difference. MongoDB Atlas or self-managed cluster operations.
Internal tooling, evals or automation built on LLM APIs.
Open-source contributions, especially in Go.
What you get:
An AI-first engineering environment where AI is part of real production development;
The opportunity to use AI to work across the full stack and expand beyond your primary expertise;
Work on high-load communication products with real business impact;
A team where Senior Engineers influence technical decisions and architecture;
Remote work.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem will manage and grow Render's most critical technology partner relationships. This role involves building and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy — spanning AI ecosystem integrations, hyperscalers and early bets on emerging platforms — that drives meaningful distribution and growth for Render. These partnerships touch nearly every part of Render — Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Business Development — and often involve senior stakeholders at some of the largest and fastest-moving companies in AI, so doing this well means coordinating closely across those internal teams and keeping Render's leadership regularly informed.
The ideal candidate brings real technical depth in AI and developer tooling, paired with a proven background in partner management, strong relationship-building instincts, and the executive presence to engage with partner leadership at the highest levels. You should have a deep understanding of how to build and scale product-centric partnerships — from ecosystem integrations to platform-level bets — in a fast-moving, technical market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map Render's technology partnership landscape across AI labs, hyperscalers, and emerging developer products, and build the strategy for where Render has the strongest right to win.
- Own outcomes for the partnerships portfolio — set clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics (e.g., ecosystem integration, developer adoption, joint launches, revenue impact) and hold yourself accountable to them.
- Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution, taking deals from evaluation through negotiation, launch, and renewal, including commercial terms.
- Partner closely with Product, DevRel, and Product Marketing to secure roadmap and staffing commitments, drive integration execution, and run co-marketing — and work with Finance and Legal to structure and manage commercial agreements.
- Scope and lead our thinking on building out a Render Marketplace — including the value proposition to customers and key partners, product and engineering requirements, and commercial and financial terms.
- Own ongoing relationship management for key partners — acting as their primary point of contact, running business reviews and planning sessions, driving expansion and renewal over time, and serving as their internal advocate at Render.
- Bring operating rigor to the program: track and report on partnership performance, maintain clear documentation, and keep leadership updated on progress and upcoming launches.
- Build out a team of partner managers as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10+ years of experience in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or product-facing roles at technology companies — ideally where partnerships were critical during a period of hypergrowth.
- A highly technical background is strongly preferred — former PM, forward-deployed engineer, or engineering experience, particularly within AI — so you can go deep with partner engineering and product teams on integration architecture, connectors, and protocols.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing complex, high-impact partnerships across AI, cloud, or developer platform ecosystems.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, DevRel, Legal, and Finance to execute complex initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
- Strong bias for action — comfortable operating both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with MCP, plugins, connectors, or app/marketplace ecosystems specifically.
- Deep familiarity with the developer tools and infrastructure landscape, and a point of view on how emerging AI-native companies find distribution.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

- Build and maintain a real-time picture of the emerging cloud and international compute landscape — who's active, what they're building, and what terms are available
- Own the full partnership lifecycle in this space — from identifying and sourcing new providers, to negotiating terms, to ongoing relationship management
- Develop and manage relationships across a broad set of emerging and international providers, from account reps up through leadership
- Identify, structure, and help close opportunities where Baseten can move quickly to secure favorable capacity terms
- Define compelling value propositions tailored to different types of providers, rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch
- Partner closely with others in the team already covering this space to build out a durable, well-organized intelligence and relationship function
- Collaborate with the broader Supply and Deals functions to bring opportunities to the table and support negotiation when it's time to close
REQUIREMENTS
- Equal parts relationship-builder and operator — you can open a door and also drive it all the way to a closed deal, not just make the introduction
- Background as a broker or market participant in the compute/cloud space is a plus, though we're looking for relationship-builders, not high-pressure sales types
- Creative-thinkers with the ability to build strong rapport with all types of people at all levels of an organization
- Comfortable with a role that offers strong equity upside in exchange for being early and building something from scratch, versus a purely cash-heavy comp structure elsewhere in the market
- Self-directed and high-energy; thrives operating with real autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-changing market
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing network within emerging cloud providers, GPU brokers, or international compute markets
- Prior experience at a neocloud, GPU marketplace, or compute brokerage
- Experience building channel or ecosystem partnership programs at scale
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
