Along the way, we’ve: - Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders - Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects - Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation That’s the company we’ve built. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. Your main goal will be to empower n8n enterprise users to treat automation as software, enabling them to develop, deploy, and scale mission-critical workflows with absolute confidence. To do so, you’ll own product strategy and execution for n8n’s Enterprise team, focused on application lifecycle management, developer tools, and production-grade workflow operations: WORKFLOW LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT - Define how teams move workflows from development to production with clear environment separation and promotion paths. - Shape capabilities for workflow version history, rollback, branching, and conflict resolution. - Build product experiences that help engineering teams safely manage changes across mission-critical automations. ENTERPRISE DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE - Own Git-based source control workflows that make n8n fit naturally into modern software development practices. - Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver powerful yet intuitive tools for technical teams. - Translate complex developer workflows into product experiences that feel reliable, scalable, and easy to adopt. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES - Proven product management experience: You’ve shipped complex technical products in enterprise environments and can point to lessons learned that shaped your craft. - Strong developer empathy: You understand how engineering teams build, test, version, deploy, and operate software in production. - Thrive in ambiguity: You bring structure to fuzzy technical problems and prioritize clearly across many possible directions. - Exceptional product sense: You anticipate edge cases, second-order effects, and enterprise-grade reliability needs without needing perfect information. - Ownership and bias for action: You fix what’s broken, ship, learn, and iterate rather than over-plan. - Influence without authority: You align engineering, design, data, sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and docs through clarity and trust. - Technical product judgment: You’re comfortable making tradeoffs across usability, scalability, security, reliability, and implementation complexity. NICE-TO-HAVES - Git and source control experience: You’ve worked on or closely with products involving Git, branching, versioning, pull requests, or conflict resolution. - Enterprise security experience: You understand secrets management, environment variables, access control, or secure configuration patterns. - Observability experience: You’ve worked on products involving monitoring, usage insights, performance visibility, or operational dashboards. - Coding or SQL skills: You can code, write SQL, or go deep enough technically to partner effectively with engineers on architecture-level discussions. - Remote work experience: You’re familiar with remote-first work environments and can collaborate effectively across time zones. - Entrepreneurial or early-stage experience: You’ve worn many hats and can navigate in many areas at once. Why join us? At n8n, your work won’t disappear into a slide deck. You’ll shape how engineering teams build, version, deploy, and operate mission-critical automations at scale — turning n8n into the platform where automation is treated with the same rigor as software. You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first team with high autonomy, strong technical ambition, and direct visibility into enterprise customer impact. Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on? Location: United States (Remote) Workplace: Remote About Teleport Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it. Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence. Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world. ABOUT THE ROLE Teleport Cloud takes our traditionally open-source and enterprise access plane and provides a SaaS option for our customers to adopt. As such, our team is building our production and software as a service infrastructure from scratch. We tackle the hard problems that allow our customers to trust us for secure and reliable access to their infrastructure. Excellent security is table stakes; a security breach can compromise our customers' infrastructure. We must also balance security with maintaining productivity and building a compelling product offering for our customers. Most of the code you will write will be written in Go. We strongly encourage you to explore our GitHub Repo https://github.com/gravitational to get a taste of what we are building. Important information - We require to be in-person in our Oakland, CA, office for the onboarding week. - We conduct background checks. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Re-engineer the core teleport product to scale globally and optimize routing latency for teams distributed around the world - Re-write portions of the core Teleport product to enable our goals for the cloud product - Build out our monitoring and observability stack to alert us to production issues and minimize false positives so we can all get a good sleep at night - Work on automation to tackle and eliminate the highest toil activities - Execute on traditional operation challenges, such as patching, scaling, backup and restore, disaster recovery, and more - Investigate the outages and incidents our customers experience with our product - Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure 24/7/365 system uptime. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Willingness to collaboratively work with Teleports’ engineers on coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md as part of the interview process. - 5+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering and/or SRE/DevOps roles. - Strong experience in Linux systems, networking, containers, and troubleshooting. - Have solid Go and Kubernetes development experience. - Strong experience developing scripts, automation, or lightweight programs, submitting patches to the product codebase, or building tooling that incorporates AI agents into operational workflows. - AWS Cloud experience is preferred, GCP experience is acceptable. - Systems Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki etc. - Operate and support the observability platform to maintain visibility and reliability. - Experience operate in a team where sound security choices are critical, and where reasoning about correctness and system invariants (e.g. formal or property-based methods) is valued. - Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies. - Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset. - Excellent communication skills. HOW WE HIRE Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do. For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout. 1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements. 2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager or a Lead Engineer. They will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions. 3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager or Lead Engineer, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution. 4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport. Why Teleport You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. Location: Zomba About GiveDirectly What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need? Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid. Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question: is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty? We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join. We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress. How we work Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated: Recipients first. Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves. Team next. We optimize for organizational success, not individual success. Be proactively candid. We say what we believe and share information openly. Create positive energy. We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain. Think rigorously; act quickly. We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate. Know yourself and grow. We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow. Accept reality. Propose solutions. We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems. Be productively ambitious. We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress. If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit. Want to learn more? Read and listen: We are one of Time100’s Most Influential Companies of 2026, and our work has been covered by The Economist , NPR , TED , and The Washington Post . Location: San Francisco, California Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT SENTRY Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. ABOUT THE ROLE Sentry’s AI capabilities span infrastructure, product features, design, and data ingestion. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect this work across teams, helping them make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver a cohesive product experience. Our AI/ML team is building a modular platform for model routing, agent execution, and evaluations. Issues Platform owns customer-facing experiences such as issue details, activity feeds, and notifications. Product Design shapes how these experiences work together, while Ingest provides the underlying data pipeline. You’ll lead the program across these teams: clarifying ownership, sequencing work, managing integration risks, and coordinating release readiness. You’ll partner with team leads to connect their plans and resolve gaps between roadmaps. You’ll also improve how engineering changes reach teams across Engineering, Product, and Design, along with Documentation and Support. Your goal is a lightweight process giving partners the information and preparation time they need before changes reach customers. You’ll join an early TPM team and help shape how the function works at Sentry. Success means helping teams deliver together through technical judgment, clear communication, and practical coordination. This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office. WHAT YOU’LL DO AI DELIVERY - Connect roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared delivery plan. - Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work so teams address dependencies before they delay a release. - Help teams assign accountable owners, resolve open decisions, and communicate commitments. - Partner with engineering and product owners to define release readiness, including evaluation results, staged rollouts, eligibility, and access requirements. - Bring ingestion and reliability dependencies into roadmap discussions so teams understand the risks behind delivery commitments. - Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingency plans, and timely escalation. - Give teams and leadership an accurate view of progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks. CHANGE READINESS - Build a lightweight process for identifying changes affecting other teams, notifying partners, and confirming readiness before release. - Include documentation and support preparation in delivery planning, starting with AI features. - Establish concise updates showing what is changing, when, and who needs to act. - Review communication and readiness gaps with the teams involved, then improve the process. - Keep the effort proportional to the change and remove steps which don’t improve delivery. HOW YOU WORK - You help teams bring structure to complex programs with unclear ownership or no established process. - You listen to different perspectives, make tradeoffs visible, and help teams resolve competing priorities. - You engage with technical details and connect architectural decisions to delivery risks and product outcomes. - You raise risks early, propose practical responses, and follow through. - You adapt processes to teams’ needs and simplify them when the value is unclear. - You respect team ownership while helping cross-team decisions reach resolution. - You share information clearly so partners have the context they need to contribute. QUALIFICATIONS - Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch. - Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership. - Technical understanding to review design proposals, discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers, and identify integration risks and downstream effects. - A track record of managing dependencies, driving risk mitigation, and adapting plans as conditions change. - Experience creating or improving processes which teams adopted and sustained. - Clear written communication, including program updates, decision records, and escalations with explicit next steps. - Experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design through sound judgment and follow-through. Relevant experience might come from technical program management, software engineering, or another role involving ownership of cross-team technical delivery. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Shipping AI/ML or LLM-backed features, including evaluations, quality checks, and staged rollouts. - Partnering with product design to coordinate design and engineering work. - Working with data pipelines, ingestion, or streaming infrastructure. - Building developer tools or technical B2B products. - Improving release communication across engineering, documentation, and support. Experience in every preferred area is not required. TEAM PRINCIPLES - Make work visible. Keep plans, ownership, decisions, and next steps clear and current. - Raise risks early. Give teams time to respond before delivery is affected. - Reduce friction. Build practices which help teams get work done. - Respect ownership. Support informed decisions and help accountable owners resolve open questions. - Keep partners informed. Communicate changes to scope, timing, and readiness before they affect others. The base salary range Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $150,000 to $240,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll own AI-assisted coding within Sentry’s Platform Engineering organization, building the systems and workflows AI coding agents need to contribute reliably to our codebase. Your work will span engineering teams, with Developer Infrastructure as your home base. Your first focus will be making internal developer systems accessible to agents. Many workflows currently depend on human interaction through a UI. You’ll identify the most valuable gaps, expose those capabilities through APIs, and connect tools such as Claude Code to complete development workflows. From there, you’ll improve the quality of AI-generated pull requests and automate recurring engineering work, including dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and maintenance. You’ll build the context and execution environment agents need: relevant repository information, tools and permissions, state management, tests, logs, recovery mechanisms, and evaluations. You’ll partner with engineers across Sentry to understand where agents succeed, where they fail, and which changes improve the development process. This role combines technical direction with hands-on implementation, from choosing the problems to solve through building, measuring, and improving the solutions. This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office to work closely with Platform teams and engineering leadership. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Set priorities for AI-assisted development at Sentry, using engineer feedback and workflow data to identify where agents would provide the most value. - Make internal developer systems accessible through APIs and build integrations enabling agents to complete workflows across those systems. - Build context systems and agent execution tooling, including tool access, permissions, checkpoints, retries, and logging. - Develop automated checks, evaluations, and feedback loops to improve the correctness, maintainability, and review readiness of AI-generated pull requests. - Automate recurring work such as security dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and routine maintenance. - Improve supporting developer workflows, including issue triage and CI/CD, where they limit agent effectiveness or create repetitive work for engineers. - Lead changes across engineering teams, build agreement on priorities, and measure whether the tools reduce manual work and improve delivery. HOW YOU WORK - You’ve used AI coding agents on real development work and have informed views on their strengths, limitations, and failure modes. - You bring structure to ambiguous problems, choose a practical starting point, and follow through on delivery. - You move comfortably between infrastructure, backend systems, and developer tooling. - You know when to build, integrate an existing tool, involve another team, or stop work with limited value. - You combine data with direct feedback from engineers to assess whether a solution improves their work. - You explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build alignment across teams and senior leadership. QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on ownership of production systems. - Experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or automation used by engineering teams, such as CI/CD systems, internal APIs, code review tooling, or agent workflows. - Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and agents, with an understanding of how context, tool access, and validation affect their output. Prior machine learning experience is not required. - Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals, including experience building reliable integrations across systems. - A track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption. - Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical decisions and recommendations to senior engineering leaders. NICE TO HAVE - Experience building agent harnesses, context systems, evaluations, or automated pull request workflows. - Experience with code review tooling, static analysis, or automated testing. - Experience measuring and improving developer experience or engineering productivity. - Experience with large-scale distributed systems or monolith decomposition. - Public contributions to developer tooling or AI-assisted development projects. The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Artificial intelligence (AI) agents are becoming part of enterprise infrastructure—requesting access, handling credentials, interacting with production systems, and acting on behalf of people. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Identity Security, you’ll shape how organizations understand and address this emerging security challenge. You’ll build the narrative, positioning, and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password, bringing fresh perspective to an evolving product and category while turning strategy into action. How we’re using AI today On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. This is a remote opportunity within the US. What we're looking for: - Bring experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or business-to-business (B2B) software, with an understanding of technical buyers and complex markets. - Bring a clear strength in product marketing, such as product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development. - Think strategically while staying close to execution, turning ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes. - Work proactively and take ownership by identifying what needs to be done, building alignment, and moving the work forward. - Communicate with clarity and confidence with executive, product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences. - Use AI tools and agents thoughtfully to improve research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale while maintaining sound judgment and a human point of view. - Preferred: Have experience shaping an emerging category or working in a high-growth or changing organization. What you can expect: - Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono’s next chapter as part of 1Password. - Evaluate existing positioning and messaging, preserve what remains valuable, and evolve what no longer reflects the product or market. - Build deep understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and the challenges organizations face as AI agents interact with enterprise infrastructure. - Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and the content direction that supports them. - Partner closely with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders to connect strategy across the business. - Bring ideas from strategy through execution, using customer and market feedback to refine the story and priorities. - Help shape the capabilities and resources the product marketing function needs as the business grows. The annual base salary for this role is between $152,000 USD and $220,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations. We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid. As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Dashboard, the team helping customers get more value from the WorkOS suite and helping WorkOS grow as a business. We’re looking for a leader who is excited to manage engineers, but approaches the role as a startup founding member would. You’ll lead engineers working across customer onboarding and growth, billing and monetization, and AI assistance in the WorkOS dashboard. The team’s work connects the customer journey from signup and integration through production and expansion. You’ll partner closely with design, go-to-market, finance, and other engineering teams to make that journey simpler and more effective. This role offers meaningful autonomy to shape what we build and why. It’s a great fit for a strong product thinker who enjoys working closely with product managers and taking the lead on product decisions when the opportunity calls for it. You’ll have room to identify customer problems, propose new directions, and carry ideas from discovery through launch, with ownership of the outcomes. If you’re excited by the chance to combine engineering leadership with product judgment, there’s a lot to build here. You’ll also drive technical strategy, empower your team to execute on projects with a direct impact on customer success and the business, and play a pivotal role in scaling the team and recruiting exceptional engineers. WHAT YOUR TEAM WILL BUILD - Growth and onboarding: help developers move from signing up to integrating and running WorkOS in production. Improve onboarding and next steps, and work with go-to-market teams on timely outreach informed by product signals. - Billing and monetization: build annual-credit capabilities, make billing more reliable and automated, and give customers clearer pricing, usage, and credit information in the dashboard. - AI assistance for developers: bring the Dashboard Agent, WorkOS MCP server, Ask WorkOS, and Support Bot into a coordinated experience, with shared retrieval, evaluations, and quality standards. Help developers get useful, consistent answers and make progress with WorkOS. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and lead a high-velocity team that ships product fast and with polish across growth, monetization, and developer assistance. - Be deeply technical and hands-on: read the PRs, write prototypes, and work with technical leads on architecture and project scope. - Shape the roadmap in close partnership with product managers, design, go-to-market, finance, and engineering. Bring your own product perspective, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions directly where needed—from defining the problem and choosing an approach to measuring the outcome. - Help the team improve the customer journey from signup to production and expansion, using product signals and customer feedback to choose what to build next. - Balance rapid product iteration with the reliability and correctness customers need from billing and the quality they expect from AI assistance. - Push for clarity, focus, and high energy in every sprint. Drive urgency without burning people out. - Spend time with customers and engineers alike—digging into pain points, testing assumptions, and improving the craft. - Coach, mentor, and grow a team of curious, driven engineers through direct feedback, clear goals, and meaningful ownership. - Partner with recruiting to attract, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent. QUALIFICATIONS - Track record of having successfully led product-focused engineering teams in high-performing organizations that shipped real impact. - You've written code at a high level, and you still love to get your hands dirty. You view leadership as an amplifier, not a step back. - Bias for action and scrappiness: You don’t over-optimize for process. You optimize for velocity, customer value, and learning. - You deeply care about the developer experience. You think about UX, APIs, performance, edge cases, and joy. - You ask "why" obsessively, and you push yourself (and your team) to learn constantly. - You build trust, give direct feedback, and create space for engineers to thrive. - You have experience partnering with internal recruiting teams to drive effective and fair hiring processes. You realize that recruiting is a large and important part of your role, and have a track record of recruiting, hiring, and mentoring top engineering talent. - You’re a strong product thinker who connects customer needs, technical possibilities, and business outcomes. You collaborate well with product managers and are comfortable driving product decisions yourself, using customer insight and evidence to make tradeoffs and build alignment. Experience with onboarding and growth, billing systems, or customer-facing AI products is especially relevant. You do not need prior experience in all three areas. Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖 At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being.
