We're hiring an E-commerce Operations Associate to support the Brand Managers across our portfolio. This is a heavily operations-focused role: you'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep our brands running smoothly day to day across DTC, subscription, and Amazon.
You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll be pointed at whichever brand needs the most operational horsepower at the time, which means you'll see how three very different consumer businesses actually run, and you'll build the judgment to run one yourself.
Think of it as the
#2 seat on a small, fast-moving brand team
. You'll keep operations tight, flag risks before they become problems, and free up the Brand Manager to focus on high-leverage decisions. You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll go wherever the portfolio needs operational horsepower most, so you'll learn in one year what usually takes three.
What You'll Do
Inventory & Operations
Own inventory tracking, demand planning, and reorder cadence across DTC, subscription, and Amazon
Coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, and 3PLs to keep stock flowing and SKUs healthy
Build and maintain daily/weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts
Spot risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed
Subscription Operations
Support recurring-revenue operations: cadence, swaps, and upcoming-order management
Forecast subscription and one-time demand together so stock covers both
Report on active subscribers, churn, and retention
Amazon
Run day-to-day Seller Central / Vendor Central operations: listings, inventory, and case management
Monitor Buy Box, listing health, reviews, and account performance
Support advertising operations, promotions, and FBA inbound planning
Project Management & Marketing Support
Own task management and coordination across multiple brands at once
Help plan and execute product launches and campaigns
Coordinate influencer partnerships, draft social/email content and creative briefs, and QA landing pages and ads
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally at a consumer brand, 3PL, or manufacturer
Real inventory experience: reorder points, lead times, safety stock, sell-through, SKU-level health
Demand planning skills: building forecasts, sizing POs, balancing stock across channels
Experience managing vendors such as suppliers, co-packers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders
Comfort with ops systems: inventory platforms (Cin7, NetSuite, or similar), 3PL portals, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, subscription tools (Recharge, Skio, or similar), and heavy spreadsheet work
Strong written and verbal English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed. You see what needs to happen and you do it
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously across more than one brand at a time
Benefits
A real seat at the table.
You'll do meaningful work with visibility, not busywork.
Three businesses, not one.
You'll get broad, fast learning across very different categories.
Early-stage opportunity.
If you join now, you'll grow with the platform and get opportunities that won't exist later.

You will turn business needs into clear technical requirements, hold partners accountable for quality and timelines, and keep our online stores fast, stable and secure.
This is an ownership role. You will analyze, decide and approve, escalating only the big calls.
Ownership & Decision-Making
▪ Own our e-commerce, SEO and security infrastructure end to end

▪ Prioritize the backlog: features, integrations, bug fixes, upgrades and maintenance
▪ Coordinate UAT and sign off releases before go-live

▪ Monitor site speed, uptime and conversion issues, and drive fixes
Infrastructure & Security
▪ Lead our hosting and security partner
▪ Coordinate patching, backups, monitoring and disaster recovery

SEO Management
▪ Coordinate multiple SEO contractors across our websites
▪ Analyze organic traffic, rankings, indexing, crawl errors and Core Web Vitals (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
▪ Review reports and give clear, actionable feedback
▪ Guide technical SEO (site structure, speed, structured data, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt) plus on-page and off-page SEO
▪ Turn SEO fixes into dev tickets and verify completion
▪ Track KPIs and recommend scope or contractor changes when needed
Catalog Coordination
▪ Work with the Catalog Manager so product data, categories, pricing and images work correctly on both stores
▪ Translate catalog needs (attributes, bulk imports, feeds, filters, merchandising rules) into technical requirements
▪ Align launches, seasonal updates and promotions with technical releases
▪ Resolve sync errors, missing products and feed failures
Project Management & Governance
▪ Plan and track projects: scope, timeline, budget, risks and dependencies
▪ Run status meetings and report progress and decisions to management
▪ Track partner SLAs, invoices and hours
▪ Manage incidents and blockers when stores or systems go down
▪ Keep the project log, roadmap and knowledge base up to date
Requirements
▪

▪
Strong technical SEO
: on-page, off-page, link building, site audits, GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush
▪
Deep knowledge of servers, hosting, cloud and web security
, plus user access management
▪ Solid grasp of e-commerce operations: catalog, checkout, payments, shipping, promotions, analytics
▪ Proven experience managing
multiple agencies, contractors or vendors at once
▪ Strong project management: planning, prioritization, budgeting, risk and reporting
▪ Comfortable owning decisions and being accountable for results
▪ Experience with Jira, Asana, Trello or similar

Excellent spoken and written English
▪ Organized, proactive and self-directed

Together, they bring deep engineering expertise and an outcome-first mindset to help clients reimagine how they build, operate, and grow, turning the promise of AI into real, measurable business impact.
We are looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial sales hunter to expand Solvd's client base with new enterprise logos. You will stay ahead of market and technology trends, understand the challenges and priorities of our target customers, and translate them into opportunities that drive real business outcomes. You will generate pipeline through every available channel, including marketing-led campaigns, industry conferences and events, technology and alliance partnerships, and targeted outreach.
You will own each opportunity strategically from first conversation through contract signature. That means building a deep understanding of customer needs, articulating Solvd's value proposition with clarity and conviction, and bringing together the right internal teams to shape outcome-driven solutions. Success in this role is measured not only by deals won, but by clients who see value early and become long-term partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Logo Prospecting and Pipeline Generation
- Identify, target, and engage new enterprise and upper mid-market clients across priority industries.
- Generate pipeline through all channels: outbound prospecting, marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, conferences, industry events, and partner ecosystems (hyperscalers, AI platform providers, and technology partners).
- Build and execute a disciplined target account plan grounded in market research and customer insight.
End-to-End Deal Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage senior stakeholders (C Level execs and line-of-business leaders) and build trusted relationships across the buying group.
- Sell on value, connecting Solvd's capabilities across AI, agentic engineering, digital, data, and cloud to the client's business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the commercial process, including MSAs, SOWs, procurement, and legal discussions, in partnership with internal finance and legal teams.
Customer Relationships and Thought Leadership
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their advocate within Solvd.
- Share Solvd's point of view on AI, agentic engineering, and digital transformation with customers and prospects.
- Represent Solvd at industry conferences, events, and forums, strengthening brand presence and converting conversations into qualified opportunities.
- Bring market and customer insights back to internal leaders, sharing a clear point of view on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with solution architects, delivery leaders, and practice teams across Agentic Engineering to ensure outcome-driven solutioning.
- Work with Engineering teams to shape and build service offerings that meet evolving customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, account-based marketing, and event strategy to drive targeted demand.
- Work with alliance and partnership teams to co-sell and build joint pipeline.
Sales Discipline and Forecasting
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, keeping all opportunities, activities, and forecasts accurate and up to date.
- Provide reliable pipeline reviews and quarterly forecasts to leadership.
Account Ownership and Transition
- Own each new account for six months after closure, ensuring a successful delivery start and customer delight.
- Identify early expansion opportunities and grow the initial engagement where possible.
- Execute a structured handoff to the assigned Client Partner, including account plan, stakeholder map, and growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, digital engineering, or consulting, with at least 6 years in a new logo (hunter) role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $3M to $4M annual new business quotas.
- Demonstrated success closing services deals of $1M to $3M+ with enterprise clients.
- Experience selling to C-level and senior technology and business leaders.
- Deep domain knowledge of one or more target industries (e.g., insurance, financial services, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality).
- Solid understanding of AI, digital, data, and cloud services and the ability to discuss them credibly with clients.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms.
- Exposure to Agentic Engineering and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products is strongly preferred.
PREFERRED
- Experience selling Digital, Modernization, Generative AI, or agentic solutions.
- Established relationships with leading COTS (Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Shopify etc) or AI platform partners.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success in this role will be measured against three primary KPIs:
1. New Logo Bookings
- Target: $2 million in Year 1; $3 million annually from Year 2 onward.
- Measurement: Total signed contract value (bookings) from new logos closed within the fiscal year.
2. New Logo Acquisition
- Target: At least one new logo per quarter, totaling four or more annually.
- Measurement: New clients with a signed MSA and first SOW or purchase order, with no Solvd revenue in the prior 24 months.
3. Qualified Pipeline Coverage
- Target: Maintain qualified pipeline at 3× the annual bookings target—$6 million in Year 1 and $9 million from Year 2 onward.
- Measurement: Value of opportunities in the CRM that meet agreed qualification criteria, such as MEDDICC, reviewed monthly.
SUPPORTING PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
The following indicators will be reviewed quarterly:
- Win rate: Achieve a win rate of 25% or higher on qualified opportunities.
- Account handoff quality: Support client satisfaction and account growth during the six-month ownership period, with a documented handoff to the Client Partner.
- Forecast accuracy: Maintain quarterly bookings forecasts within ±10% of committed bookings.
YOUR FIRST YEAR
- First 90 days: Build a target account plan, engage marketing and partner channels, and develop $3M+ of qualified pipeline.
- First 6 months: Close the first new logo and reach full 3x pipeline coverage.
- First 12 months: Deliver $2M in net new revenue and 4+ new logos, with each account successfully transitioned to a Client Partner.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary plus a compelling commission plan.
- Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
- The opportunity to build a book of business in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.
- Direct access to leadership and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Runway is building AI to simulate the world. We think world models, not language models alone, are the path to general-purpose simulation: systems that experience the world, learn from their mistakes, and change how stories get told, how science gets done, and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Applied AI is where that research meets a customer with a deadline. Every one of the world's largest studios, brands, and platforms hits a moment where Runway stops being a demo and becomes the way they actually make things. Our team exists for that moment, and we organize around one question: what's blocking this customer from production, and how do we remove it?
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role for people who want to own a problem, not an account. You'll sit with the biggest studios, brands, and Fortune 100 companies in the world, figure out what's actually standing between them and production, and build whatever removes it. Some weeks that's a workflow. Some weeks it's a plugin or an integration nobody has written yet. Some weeks it's getting a room of executives to make a decision they've been putting off.
Your work will be on screen: Emmy-winning shows, Oscar-winning films, Super Bowl commercials, the stuff people actually watch. And the things you build for one customer tend to become product for all of them. Our team's first Shopify plugin started as a customer blocker and was in engineering's hands within a few weeks. We treat this team as R&D for that reason, not as a cost center.
We have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
NO TWO WEEKS ARE THE SAME, BUT YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Find the real problem: sit with the creative, technical, and executive teams at a customer, map how they actually work, and locate the blocker between them and production. Usually it's one of three things: a missing integration, an unproven pipeline, or a stakeholder who isn't convinced yet.
- Build the first of its kind: the demo that shows a studio head or a Fortune 100 CMO something nobody has shown them before. Working proofs of concept on the customer's own brand, footage, or catalog, often built in a day or two before the meeting, and the best of them become product for everyone.
- Make it reusable: turn the one-off that unblocked one customer into the workflow, plugin, or integration the next ten customers start from.
- Run the evaluation: own evaluation plans end to end, guide managed trials, build tailored demos on the customer's own footage and brand, and carry the technical side of deal cycles with AEs.
- Scope deployments that land: 4–12 week engagements with customer-defined success criteria, a hands-on builder and an executive sponsor on their side from day one, and enough discipline to keep them on scope when the asks start piling up.
- Get customers to production fast: take new technical and non-technical customers from signed contract to first production call in days rather than quarters, grow API-only accounts into Platform + API, and fix the onboarding so the support tickets stop coming.
- Present to anyone: walk an analyst through a pipeline in the morning and a studio head through a production plan in the afternoon.
- Bring the field back to the product: embed with Product, Engineering, and Creative to turn what you saw at the customer into roadmap. Every repeat ask is a product requirement, not a patch.
- Measure what the customer measures: time to production, usage before and after a project, what they shipped because you were there. We track our own numbers in Salesforce and the warehouse; you'll own yours.
WHAT WE VALUE
- People who aren't satisfied with surface-level answers and will go into the data, the code, and the room to find the real one
- Low ego: the customer's outcome matters more than who gets the credit
- Comfort with open-ended problems in unstructured environments, and the instinct to create structure instead of waiting for it
- Builders who would rather prototype than debate, and who keep iterating with the customer until it actually works
- Adaptive and introspective: willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow
WHAT WE NEED
- You build things that run in production. Python or TypeScript, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines. Whether you write the code yourself or with coding agents, you can read it, debug it when it breaks, and explain line by line why it's built that way, including to a customer's engineering team. You've shipped something a customer actually ran: a workflow, an integration, a plugin, or an internal tool.
- You've deployed AI or ML systems and integrations inside complex organizations and can point to the outcome, not just the delivery
- You can hold a room of executives and a room of engineers, and translate between the two. Some of those rooms are at the customer, so expect some travel.
- Nice to have: data tooling (SQL, BigQuery, Retool), or experience in media, entertainment, or advertising production
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About the Role
You will be the person who makes our AI better at selling. You will read its conversations, notice what is working and what is not, and change the instructions it follows so the next thousand conversations go better.
You do not need to know everything on day one. We will teach you our tools, our playbooks and how to write and test prompts. What we cannot teach is the instinct for conversations, a feel for sales, and the curiosity to dig into the data and ask why.
What You'll Do
Review AI-drafted text messages each day, and approve, edit or rewrite them before they send.
Spot patterns across conversations, such as an opener that gets replies but no orders, and figure out the cause.
Update each brand's prompts and playbook to fix problems at the source, then test the change before it goes live.
Respond to brand requests and turn them into playbook updates.
Help launch new brands: deep research on their brand, write the persona and opening messages, and check that offers work.
Run and track A/B tests, and report what won.
Requirements
You read people well. From one text you can tell whether a shopper is ready to buy, has a question, or is done, and you reply the way a real person would.
You have sales instinct. You answer an objection and then ask for the sale, without arguing or pushing the customer away.
You are curious about data. You can open a table of conversations and ask the right questions: how many, compared to what, at which brand, since when. You notice when a number looks off and go find out why.
You fix the cause, not the symptom. When the AI says something wrong, you look for the reason (a missing fact, a vague rule, two rules that conflict) and fix the instruction so it does not happen again.
You are comfortable with AI tools. You use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools regularly and understand that how you ask shapes what you get back.
You are online. These are live conversations. You are responsive during working hours and quick to pick things up in Slack.
You learn fast and like feedback. You pick up new tools quickly and want to get better each week.
Nice to Have
Experience in sales (SDR, BDR, retail or any role with a close rate), customer support, or live chat.
Experience at a DTC brand or ecommerce agency.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript or similar tools.
Spreadsheet skills, or basic SQL.
Something you have built or automated with AI on your own.
What We'll Teach You
Our console, approval queue and playbook system.
How to write, test and ship prompt changes.
Shopify basics, discount codes and how they combine.
How we run and read A/B tests.

About the Role
We're hiring an Ops & Marketing Project Manager to be the organization backbone of a small, fast-moving team. Plans get made in Slack, work gets briefed in Notion, and the gap between those two is where things quietly die. You're the person who closes that gap.
This role sits primarily on the operations side of our home fragrance brand. You'll own wholesale operations end to end, and you'll be the one keeping product development, inventory, and production moving: chasing suppliers, holding timelines, building the project boards, and making sure nothing sits waiting on an answer nobody asked for.
You'll also own the marketing calendar and the project flow behind it. Our marketing team moves fast across website, paid, email, and creator work, and it needs someone who makes sure that once something is decided it has an owner, a date, a dependency map, and someone chasing it. You're not deciding what we launch. You're the person who knows the status of everything, without being asked.
We're an AI-forward company, and this is an AI-forward role. Claude is part of how this team works every day, not a side experiment. We expect you to build your systems, SOPs, trackers, and reporting with AI in the loop, and to keep finding the places where it takes busywork off your plate and off the plates of the people around you. You don't need a technical background. You do need real curiosity and the willingness to make it part of how you work.
What You'll Do
Own wholesale day to day: processing orders, charging payments, creating shipments and inbounds, and the customer service that comes with it
Create 3PL orders for suppliers, samples, and anything else needed
Write the SOPs as you go, so the function can be handed to a dedicated coordinator over time. Designing your own replacement here is part of the job, not a threat to it
Product Development, Inventory, and Production
Supplier follow-up, cost comparisons, timelines, and project boards across new products and packaging
Stay closely on top of production status and timelines, and flag slippage early enough that we can do something about it
Support inventory operations and learn the fundamentals of production from the team, with room to take on more here over time
The Marketing Calendar
Own a single calendar across brands and channels: website, paid creative, email and SMS, creator and UGC, promotions, and product launches
Hold the dates. Work backwards from the launch date rather than forwards from today, so creative, approvals, and builds land in the right order
Turn strategy into briefed work. When a plan arrives as ten line items with five names attached, you break it into owned tasks with real dates and confirm who has what
Catch collisions before they cost a day: duplicate briefs, two designers on the same asset, work blocked on an approval nobody requested
Run the weekly cadence. What shipped, what slipped and why, and what's at risk next week, published without being asked for it
Systems, Notion, and AI
Own Notion as the system of record for these areas: structure, templates, status hygiene, and getting people to actually use it
Build real systems where only informal structure exists today, then keep them alive. A board nobody updates is worse than no board
Use AI to build and run those systems, from drafting SOPs and briefs to pulling together reporting and tracking what's outstanding
Keep creator and partnership records, contracts, and payments accurate and moving, in step with finance and the partnerships team
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Exceptional organization. This is the single most important quality for this role
3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects across teams
Operations experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, wholesale, or supply chain
Direct marketing experience, ideally owning or running a marketing calendar across channels
You already use AI seriously in your own work, and you can show us how. We care more about how you think with it than which tools you've touched
Hands-on Notion experience. You've built databases and views that other people relied on, not just filled in someone else's
Experience working inside a CRM and keeping it clean and current (Folk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar)
Strong follow-through. You're persistent with suppliers, vendors, and teammates until you get an answer
The instinct to surface problems early, with a recommendation attached
Strong written communication. Most of this job happens in writing, across time zones
Strong English communication skills
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, and comfort across Word, PowerPoint, and Google's suite of tools
Nice to Have
Wholesale or B2B operations experience, including basic customer service
Familiarity with Shopify, Cin7, Klaviyo, or Figma
Experience with product development or packaging timelines

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
Our Client
AI powered ecommerce agency. They have worked with 500+ DTC and ecommerce brands, managed $250M+ in media spend and delivered $2B+ in client revenue. They run paid social, paid search, email/SMS, CTV, TikTok Shop, Amazon, UGC and CRO for a portfolio of DTC brands.
Their team is lean and works in pods. Each pod has a pod lead who owns strategy and client relationships, a media buyer who owns execution and performance, content managers, and creative support. They use AI throughout our workflow, from account audits to landing page builds to creative reporting, so one strong media buyer can do the work of three.
This is a fast environment. If you are ambitious and hard-working, it will move your career faster than most agencies can. If you need a lot of structure or prefer a slow pace, it is not the right fit.
The Role
You will be the media buyer in one of our pods, managing Meta campaigns (with TikTok as a secondary channel) across a portfolio of ecommerce accounts. You own the ad accounts: budgets, pacing, structure, launches, testing and optimization. Your pod lead owns the client relationship and overall strategy. You own the numbers and the execution behind them.
The role combines hands-on buying with media buying strategy. You will analyze performance data, find where accounts are leaking (pre-click or post-click), and propose the fix: new creative angles, landing page tests, budget shifts or structure changes. You will also join client calls and present paid social performance alongside your pod lead.
What Success Looks Like
Every account is paced to its monthly budget, with no overspend and no surprises
Spend moves to the highest-leverage products and campaigns, and comes off losers quickly
No ads run on sold-out products, broken links or outdated offers
Accounts are never starved of creative: you flag gaps early and get new assets live fast
Landing page and creative tests launch on schedule and produce clear winners
Your pod lead walks into every client call with accurate numbers and a clear plan from you
Seasonal moments (Prime Day, BFCM, brand sales) launch on time with approved assets
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management
Build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns daily, with secondary management of TikTok Ads
Own daily budgets and monthly pacing per account, and reallocate spend based on performance, frequency and inventory
Manage campaign structure, bidding, audiences, exclusions and frequency controls
Upload and traffic new creative, and run structured creative and angle testing
Run weekly account sweeps: check every live ad for stock availability, link destination, offer accuracy and copy errors, and fix issues the same day
Monitor ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC and frequency against client targets
Strategy and Analysis
Diagnose performance by separating pre-click problems (creative, audience, fatigue) from post-click problems (landing page, offer, site)
Look past platform ROAS to backend profitability: margins, COGS and blended results
Build landing page test plans and work with our team to get new pages designed, approved and live
Audit ad copy and creative across accounts and recommend what to refresh, cut or scale
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, including Prime Day, BFCM and client sales
Spot and escalate tracking issues (pixel, CAPI, attribution discrepancies) before they distort decisions
Creative Collaboration
Work with content managers, designers and the creative team to source, brief and review ad creative
Identify winning hooks, formats and angles, and turn them into creative requests
Push for authentic assets (real people, raw clips, UGC) that improve performance
Reporting and Client Communication
Prepare performance reports and creative performance reports for client calls
Join client calls with your pod lead and present paid social results, trends and next steps clearly
Keep internal Slack channels and Jira tickets updated so everyone knows what changed and why
AI and Process
Use AI tools (Claude and others) daily to run account audits, generate landing page concepts, draft copy and build reports
Help turn repeated work into reusable AI workflows that make the whole pod faster
Requirements
Must have
3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce brands (not lead gen or boosted posts), with at least one account at $100K+/month in spend
A proven record of scaling DTC ecommerce brands through Meta, at an agency or in-house
Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, auction dynamics, pixel/CAPI tracking and creative performance
Strong command of ecommerce metrics: ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
Precision with budgets: you pace spend to the dollar and catch problems before the client does
Strong ownership: you act without waiting to be told, and you close the loop on every task
Clear, confident communication, written and on calls
Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow, and curiosity about using them more
Humility to do the detailed work and ambition to grow into a strategist
English C1-C2 fluency for conversation level since this is a client-facing role
Nice to Have
TikTok Ads Manager experience
Triple Whale, Northbeam or other attribution tools
Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo, and how paid and retention channels work together
Experience building or testing landing pages
Background in creative strategy, UGC or performance creative
Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
Benefits
What You’ll Get
Fully remote work; USD payment up to 6k/month
Direct ownership of your ad accounts and the results they produce
Training on AI-powered media buying workflows most agencies do not have yet
Access to Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Claude and more
A clear growth path from media buyer to media buying strategist as the agency grows

Short video pre-screen: a few questions so we can see how you communicate on camera
Intro interview with our team
Paid media assessment: a practical exercise based on a real client scenario
Final conversation with agency leadership
