Oyster’s Data Engineering team is building the foundational AI platform layer that will enable teams across Oyster to develop, deploy, and operate secure, production-grade AI capabilities. As a Senior Data Engineer focused on AI Platform, you’ll work at the intersection of data engineering, platform engineering, and applied AI. You’ll build the data pipelines, services, integrations, and reusable platform capabilities that power AI use cases across Oyster.
You’ll leverage Oyster’s existing AWS and Snowflake data platform to make enterprise data accessible, reliable, secure, and useful for AI, supporting capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, tool calling, and AI workflows.

- Build and maintain data and knowledge pipelines for ingestion, transformation, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, vector search, metadata, and knowledge management.
- Develop secure, reusable ways for AI systems to access enterprise data and systems using APIs, MCP, tool calling, and similar patterns.
- Build reusable services, libraries, frameworks, and developer tooling that make it easier for engineering teams to build and productionize AI capabilities.
- Apply strong data engineering practices around data modeling, data quality, lineage, access, reliability, and governance to AI-related data and systems.
- Help establish patterns for AI deployment, observability, evaluation, and lifecycle management, including quality, latency, reliability, security, and cost.
- Partner with engineers and stakeholders to take AI use cases from prototype to production, ensuring the underlying data and infrastructure are scalable and maintainable.
- Ensure AI platform capabilities meet Oyster’s security, privacy, access control, and data governance requirements.
- Evaluate emerging AI and data technologies and determine where they can create meaningful value for Oyster.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, backend engineering, ML engineering, or a related discipline, with experience building and operating production systems.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Strong data engineering fundamentals, including data pipelines, data modeling, data quality, orchestration, and secure data access.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable modern data platforms, and tools such as dbt, Airflow, or similar.
- Hands-on experience building or supporting production systems using LLMs / generative AI.
- Practical experience with one or more of RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI agents, or enterprise knowledge systems.
- Experience building data or platform capabilities that are reusable across teams, rather than only developing one-off solutions.
- Experience taking systems from experimentation to reliable production, including considerations around scalability, observability, performance, and maintainability.
- Solid understanding of security, authentication/authorization, privacy, and data governance, particularly in the context of enterprise data.
- Strong communicator who can work across Engineering, Product, and IT to turn ambiguous AI and data problems into practical engineering solutions.
Bonus
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or other managed foundation-model platforms.
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar approaches for connecting AI systems to enterprise tools and data.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, monitoring, or AI quality.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases or search technologies.
- Experience implementing AI security, governance, or responsible AI practices.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We want every great startup to be using Attio. This role exists to make that happen.
We're looking for someone who has lived the startup journey, knows the ecosystem inside out, and has the relationships and instincts to move fast at the highest level. You'll own Attio's position in the Bay Area entirely - from the programs and partnerships that drive adoption, to the events and content that shape how founders think about Attio, to removing whatever friction stands between a great startup becoming a customer.
You'll operate with founder-level scope and autonomy - working across product, sales, and marketing to remove blockers and do whatever it takes to make Attio the default CRM for the best startups in the world.
The ideal candidate is deeply networked in SF and the broader tech ecosystem, has the pattern recognition of a former founder, VC, or early operator at a generational company, and is senior enough to drive forward and make things happen.
Important Note: We’re approaching this search with some flexibility on title, level, and compensation — our priority is finding the right person, and we’ll shape the role accordingly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Startup dominance - Own the goal of getting every top startup onto Attio, with a relentless focus on YC and top accelerator cohorts, Series A penetration, and logos across the best VC portfolios
- Strategic partnerships - Build deep relationships with the most influential VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem players - not as a channel, but as a genuine partner in how they support their portfolios
- Events + community - Conceive and execute high-impact events - demo days, summits, dinners, hackathons - that bring the best founders together and position Attio at the centre of that world
- Founder relationships - Be personally known and trusted by the founders of the next generation of breakout companies; be their go-to for advice, introductions, and tools
- Cross-functional execution - Work across product, sales, and marketing to remove friction, identify gaps, and ship whatever is needed - new motions, integrations, custom work - to serve the startup market
- Content + storytelling - Shape the narrative that makes Attio the obvious CRM choice for founders, producing content that resonates deeply with how they actually build
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 7+ years of experience as a founder, VC, or early operator at a high-growth startup - you've been in the room when the important decisions get made
- A genuine, existing network across the startup ecosystem - you know the founders, the investors, and the connectors
- The instincts and credibility to earn trust with early-stage founders quickly, and the seniority to drive decisions internally at pace
- A track record of building and shipping complex programs or initiatives that moved the needle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for the founder audience
- A builder's mindset - you're comfortable with ambiguity, operate with urgency, and take full ownership of outcomes
- An eye for quality - whether it's a startup program, a founder dinner, or a piece of content, you know what great looks like and hold yourself to it
WHAT DOES THE HIRING PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
- Initial conversations
- 30-minute intro with a member of our Talent team
- 30-minute track record interview with our Chief of Staff
- Core interviews
- The interview process will include three working sessions exploring your approach to problem solving and execution, ecosystem and activation thinking, and your perspective on AI, founder authenticity, and values alignment.
- Final stage
- 30-minute closing conversation with a member of our leadership team
- Offer call (if it’s a mutual fit)

We are Kolibri Games - a mobile games developer from Berlin. We believe that with the best people, we can make games that players will enjoy for years to come.
Our games have defined the idle genre, and bring enjoyment to hundreds of millions of players all around the world. This is possible due to the talented people who make us who we are. ‘Kolibris’, as we call ourselves, are on a mission to continue making great games and we're looking for new talent to join our team. We strive to offer you a fair recruitment process and a great candidate experience, as well as a friendly environment to work in, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
Senior Unity Developer - Core Game Tech (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join our Core Game Tech (CGT) Team — the small, senior team behind the technology that every Kolibri game runs on.
Our work spans consulting game teams on technical decisions, investigating problems where nobody has defined the requirements yet, and building the systems and integrations that the games depend on. That ranges from compliance features and third-party SDKs to shared systems, standardization and keeping our engine and tooling current.
You'll work in a small specialized team alongside technical decision makers to have strong impact on all the games across our portfolio.
If you like being the person who takes on the technical problems other teams can't, and you don't shy away from constantly diving into new unknowns, learning new skills and driving topics forward, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Design and build the shared systems multiple live games with dynamic events and scheduled content for millions of users run on
Drive third-party integrations and keep the portfolio current: evaluate and integrate SDKs, drive SDK and Unity version upgrades, and understand the impact across every game before it lands
Advise game teams as their technical counterpart, driving standardization and winning adoption of shared solutions on the strength of the work and the argument
Deliver compliance and privacy features across the portfolio, such as age assurance APIs, CMP implementations and GDPR data deletion flows
Investigate open-ended technical problems and turn regulations, vendor changes and internal needs into concrete technical requirements
Required skills
(Ideally 5+ years of professional) Software development experience in C# and Unity3D. Experience in non-gaming contexts is also relevant; we value your expertise, so do not hesitate to apply
You have a wide understanding of how Unity works, you are familiar with native implementations, understand backend interactions, and performance investigations are your bread and butter. The most important skill is to be able to jump into the unknown and get familiar
Strong written and spoken communication, and the credibility to make teams you don't sit with want to adopt your solutions
Experience building libraries, packages, APIs or tooling that other developers consume, and an instinct for what makes them adoptable
Ability to plan, communicate, and execute technical solutions in a way that is both understandable for other developers as well as non technical stakeholders
Ability to derive requirements yourself from ambiguous or external sources — regulation, platform policy, vendor documentation — rather than working from a written spec
A genuine appetite for constantly learning new areas of the stack
Desirable skills
Experience debugging below the C# layer into Android and iOS platform code, and profiling performance on mobile
Exposure to compliance, privacy or platform policy work — GDPR, CMP, age assurance, ATT or similar
Familiarity with reactive or async programming and dependency injection frameworks, e.g. UniRx, Zenject, UniTask
A passion for games and an understanding of the mobile market, like F2P and LiveOps
Strong familiarity with using LLMs in different areas of game development to support your efforts and achieve stronger results
Familiarity with Firebase Crashlytics and an understanding of ANRs.

We are looking for a
Commercial Director
to lead the next phase of OKX's growth in the Australian market.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and executing our commercial strategy to
increase market presence, market share, trading volumes and revenue in Australia
.
You will own the commercial growth agenda end-to-end - identifying where and how we win, translating market and customer insights into actionable strategies, developing new growth channels and strategic partnerships, and leading go-to-market initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement and trading activity.
As part of a global exchange operating in a fast-evolving industry, you will also play an important role in connecting our global capabilities with the needs and opportunities of the Australian market. You will work closely with local and global Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Legal & Compliance to ensure our commercial priorities translate into strong execution.
This is a
builder role
. We are looking for someone who can operate strategically while remaining execution-oriented - someone comfortable creating the commercial playbook, opening doors, testing new growth opportunities and building the capabilities and team required to scale them.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Australian Commercial Strategy
Develop and execute the commercial strategy and roadmap for Australia, with clear accountability for
market share, active customers, trading volume, revenue and brand recognition
.
Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities across customer segments, products, channels and partnerships. Provide strong local market and customer insights.

Build the Growth Engine
Develop and execute strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and trading activity.
Identify opportunities to strengthen OKX's positioning and competitive differences in Australia.
Build scalable commercial models and growth channels rather than relying solely on short-term campaigns or individual relationships.
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Growth teams to improve customer journeys, propositions and conversion across the funnel.
Lead Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Own the commercial GTM strategy for major products, services and market initiatives in Australia.
Develop compelling local value propositions and determine the right customer segments, channels, partnerships and activation strategies.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations and Customer Support to translate GTM strategies into executable plans.
Develop
Strategic Partnerships
& Distribution
Identify, evaluate and structure strategic partnerships that can materially accelerate OKX's growth and market presence in Australia.
Explore new distribution channels and ecosystem opportunities that extend OKX's reach beyond traditional crypto acquisition channels.
Navigate a Global and Regulated Environment
Partner closely with Compliance, Legal and Risk teams to ensure commercial strategies and market initiatives are developed within applicable regulatory requirements.
What We Look For In You
10+ years of experience across commercial strategy, business development, growth, partnerships or related roles, with meaningful leadership responsibility.
Strong track record of building or materially scaling a business, market or commercial function, ideally within crypto, fintech, trading, brokerage, financial services or another highly competitive digital and regulated business.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable commercial outcomes including
market share, active customers, trading volume, revenue and brand recognition
.
Strong understanding of the Australian market, with the ability to identify local customer behaviours, competitive dynamics and growth opportunities.
Strong commercial judgement with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
Proven experience developing GTM strategies and translating them into successful market execution.
Demonstrated ability to originate, structure and negotiate strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements.
Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to diagnose performance, prioritise opportunities and make commercial decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix organisation.
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly and leaders are expected to build rather than simply manage.
Genuine interest in blockchain technology, digital assets and the evolution of financial markets.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience at a crypto exchange or platform. Strong understanding of crypto trading products, customer segments and market structure.
Experience in trading, brokerage, derivatives, fintech or other transaction-driven businesses where commercial success is measured through customer trading activity and AUM.
Existing relationships across Australia's crypto, fintech, institutional, payments or broader financial-services ecosystem.
Experience working across global and cross-cultural teams, particularly within an international technology or financial-services organisation.
Familiarity with Australia's regulatory environment for digital assets and financial services.
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means building a sustainable commercial engine for OKX Australia.
You will have established a clear strategy for where and how OKX wins in the Australian market, built the team and partnerships required to execute against it, strengthened our local market presence, and created measurable improvement across market share, active customers, trading volume, revenue and brand recognition.
You will have created a sustainable, commercial operating model that combines the scale and capabilities of a global exchange with strong local market execution.

Efficiency Evaluation:
Monitor and optimize moderation efficiency metrics such as SLA, automation rate, AI coverage and agreement rate, false positive rate, and average handling time (AHT).

Regulatory Compliance:
Collaborate with AML/Compliance partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in risk control strategies.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of product or operations strategy experience in the risk management area, familiar with risk decision engines, modeling services, and risk analytics tooling.
Proven experience designing operational frameworks and SOPs for a review or investigation function at scale - not only documenting existing processes, but architecting the workflow, decision matrices, and escalation paths behind them. Experience with AI-assisted or human-in-the-loop operations is a strong plus.
Ability to translate operational strategy into detailed product requirements, and communicate those requirements clearly to cross-functional teams - including but not limited to engineering, business, partnership, operations, and merchant tech. Comfortable working closely with engineering on system and workflow design.
Track record of owning quality and throughput outcomes for a review or investigation function — defining QA standards, calibrating reviewer decisions, and driving measurable improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
Experience planning and managing review capacity, including in-house and outsourced/BPO teams, across multiple regions and time zones.
Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking, and acting upon impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment.
Nice to Haves
Personal trading experience or education in financial or payment risk management.
Exposure to dispute, chargeback, or representment operations at a payment provider, acquirer, or issuer.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added bonus, as you may cross-functionally collaborate with technical colleagues who primarily speak Mandarin.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own institutional partner products such as Custody, Brokerage, and Fees & Incentive Programs (including MM/MT structures, VIP tiering, and rebate frameworks). Final scope will weigh your background, but the mandate is consistent: build institutional-grade products that compete on infrastructure, economic design, and reliability — and translate that into measurable growth in client adoption, trading volume, and revenue. You will partner with engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and external service providers to ship complex changes that institutional counterparties trust and rely on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Clearly define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES, drive its evolution and turn client and partner requirements into shipped features. Grow the client and partner base. Optimize operations through self-service portals and process automation.
Own the fee schedule and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics, competitor moves, and institutional needs against company strategy, revenue, and competitive position. Build and continuously evolve AI agents for competitor intel, liquidity analysis, fee and rebate simulation, and program operations.
Own the commercial logic of your product lines. Build ROI-grounded business cases for product and partnership investments; quantify revenue and AUM impact to drive prioritisation;
Articulate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional clients.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes. Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints (HK, SG, EU, US) and balance trade-offs between speed, scalability, and compliance.
What We Look For In You
PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody OES, or at a custody, or background from traditional finance on Collateral / Tri-party / CCP solutions. Deep market knowledge and an end-to-end grasp of how counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement connect.
Solid understanding of liquidity dynamics and how institutional crypto markets actually work. Prior hands-on experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates) is a strong plus.
Proven experience of leading strategic business reviews, facilitating on-site requirement discovery, and converting client feedback into prioritized product initiatives. Strong track record of partnering with Sales, BD, and Relationship Management teams in a B2B institutional setting.
Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complex problems, align senior stakeholders across functions, and drive decisions and execution. Able to communicate complex strategies and trade-offs with clarity and influence, producing high-quality strategy documents, product plans, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations. Demonstrated effectiveness leading and influencing globally distributed teams across time zones and diverse cultural contexts.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations. Building automated workflows, using AI for data analysis, or prototyping AI-powered features.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Product Director (P7-1). Experience building a zero-to-one product is a strong plus.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead global finance operations. Accounting and reporting, month end close, financial controls, regulatory reporting, local audit, and regulatory reporting all sit under you. You'll lead a team of 30+ professionals across 15 countries and be accountable for the quality, timeliness, and defensibility of everything that comes out of it.
Partner with the regional C-suite on what's next. Business strategy, exchange listings, infrastructure investment, and M&A — you'll be in the room, and you'll be the one putting numbers behind the options. Capital planning and investor relations sit with you, as do external partnerships that carry a financial dimension.
Price the decisions before they're made. New products, new markets, new licenses. Each one gets a financial evaluation from your team — unit economics, capital requirements, tax and regulatory cost, downside cases. Leadership should be able to trust that analysis without re-running it.
Tighten controls and risk frameworks across crypto and fiat. This is the part most finance leaders haven't done before. Internal controls, SOX readiness, audit, and global regulatory obligations have to work across digital-asset custody and movement as well as conventional banking flows. You'll build the frameworks that hold up in both worlds.
Own external relationships. Regulators, banking partners, payment providers. These relationships determine what the business can and can't do in a given market, and they need a senior finance voice who regulators and bank credit committees take seriously.
Standardize the plumbing. Global finance policies, a single reporting architecture, consistent close and consolidation processes.
Sit on leadership committees at both the global and local entity level, including boards and governance bodies where a licensed entity requires it.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional financial regulations and cryptocurrency market developments.
What We Look For In You
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Deep technical foundation in IFRS and US GAAP. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent certifcation
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or financial services company.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset accounting.
Expertise in financial regulations of various global jurisdictions (e.g., NYDFS, MAS, VARA, MiCA, FCA).
Proven experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and automation tools.
Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience managing multi-currency operations and intercompany transactions.
Ability to lead and develop teams in multiple jurisdictions and work across different time zones.

About the Opportunity
OKX is going all-in on AI-native localisation. The field has long been stuck on one trade-off: you can have translation quality, or you can have scale, but not both. And the real question was never "is this translation accurate?" — it's "can the user actually understand it and get through the flow?"
Web3 is the hardest place to solve this. The vocabulary reinvents itself constantly, with new tech jargon, protocol names and memes appearing every week. It sits next to dense, high-stakes trading terminology, where a single mistranslated word can mislead a user or move money. And every market has its own fast-moving regulations, so the "right" translation is a moving target that must stay compliant across jurisdictions in real time. If you want a localisation problem that is genuinely unsolved — high ambiguity, high stakes, high velocity — this is it.
We're going to break the trade-off with agents. You will own the 0-1 build and launch of two things:
A frontier
agentic translation system
that localises every market (20+ languages) with a human-in-the-loop mechanism.
A self-improving
agentic QA product
that autonomously evaluates translation and end-to-end localisation quality, flags its own failures, and closes the loop.
This is a build-the-frontier role, not a manage-the-vendor role.
This role does not require a linguistics or translation background, multilingual ability, or algorithm engineering skills. We're looking for a PM leader who can build a frontier agentic translation and QA system from 0 to 1 — and make the whole organisation share responsibility for localisation quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead a squad of product managers and developers, and work hand-in-hand with language managers, to ship the translation and QA systems into production. You set the product direction and quality bar; your PMs and engineers build the agents, harness and evals; and the language managers ground the system in what "good" actually means in each market. Your job is to make these three groups operate as one team — and to make localisation quality something the whole organisation owns, not just the language team.
Own the agentic translation system
Architect and ship it end to end, from 0 to 1, across all markets and 20+ languages — where models carry the work and humans set the standard and make the final call. Break the cost curve: hold quality flat while coverage scales across languages, content and release velocity, so cost stops growing linearly with the business. Make the system interoperate cleanly with OKX's existing localisation stack and content pipelines, rather than living as an island.
Build the agentic QA and quality automation
Stand up an autonomous QA agent that evaluates translation and localisation quality at scale — catching regressions before release, monitoring in production, and self-verifying every fix, using LLM-as-a-judge and eval harnesses rather than manual review. Evaluate not just accuracy and fluency but cultural fit, bias and safety — especially on regulated and financial content, where a wrong or non-compliant phrasing is a real risk. Make quality measurable: define and drive a hard quality signal — human-acceptance rate, or the edit effort needed to reach shippable quality (e.g. Translation Time-to-Edit) — so quality is a metric the system optimises against, not a subjective call. And protect the funnel: conversion on key user journeys should never be adversely affected by language or localisation issues.
Make it self-improving
Drive a sustained reduction in severe and recurring production issues — every escape becomes a new guardrail, and the system gets smarter with every release.
What We Look For In You
PM leader who has taken a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1, beyond translation.

Experience with harness/orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge or automated evaluation pipelines.
Has built quality systems, automated evaluations, or release gates that enable confident autonomous-system launches.
International product experience serving users across multiple languages and regions.

Your Purpose
We're looking for a resourceful, analytical, and execution-obsessed B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to become the operational backbone of our marketing team. This is a hybrid role that spans demand generation, event operations, campaign execution, and marketing ops, all with a relentless focus on pipeline growth and efficiency.
You'll own programs end-to-end: from building the strategy and managing vendor relationships to tracking budgets, analyzing results, and iterating fast. Events are an important part of the mix, but so are ABM plays, content-driven lead gen, partner marketing, and everything in between.
We need someone who doesn't wait for instructions. You see a gap, you fill it. You use AI tools daily to multiply your output. You're as comfortable building a campaign report in HubSpot as you are negotiating a venue contract or writing a landing page brief. If you thrive in fast-paced, "do more with less" environments, this role is for you.

This role is focused on bringing structure, accountability, and operational efficiency to that growth environment.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, organization, and accountability to projects across our marketing and creative teams. Operating across multiple brands, departments, and marketing channels, we need someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously.
The ideal candidate has a background managing marketing projects for
U.S.-based DTC marketing agencies or in-house DTC brands
. They should have experience overseeing complex, multi-channel initiatives with a minimum of
$1 million in monthly marketing or advertising budgets
across the projects they manage.

This person will ensure projects stay aligned and on track by establishing clear deliverables, ownership, timelines, and priorities. They will help the team maintain visibility, follow through on commitments, and identify potential blockers before they become problems.
We are not looking for a generic corporate Project Manager.
We want someone who has been close to marketing, creative, DTC, creators, paid media, e-commerce, or agency work and understands the pace and complexity of this environment. Experience simply managing tickets, scheduling meetings, or updating project boards is not enough. The ideal candidate has worked somewhere with multiple brands, campaigns, departments, and deadlines moving at the same time—and knows how to bring order to that environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects across multiple brands and departments
* Create clear timelines, deliverables, owners, priorities, and deadlines
* Keep projects and team members aligned, accountable, and on track
* Follow up on outstanding tasks and make sure important work gets completed
* Identify blockers, missed handoffs, and potential delays before they become problems
* Keep leadership updated on project status, priorities, and risks
* Improve internal processes, workflows, and organization
* Coordinate across marketing, creative, creators, paid media, social, e-commerce, and leadership
* Help ensure launches, campaigns, and important deadlines do not fall through the cracks
AREAS YOU WILL WORK ACROSS:
• TikTok Shop • UGC & creative strategy
• TikTok creators / affiliates • Trybe / creator programs
• Shopify • Organic social / social management
• Meta Ads • Creative production
• Amazon • Product launches & campaigns
* You do not need to personally execute every channel, but you should understand how modern digital marketing and
creative teams operate.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
* Everyone knows what they are responsible for and what matters most
* Priorities and deadlines are clear and visible
* Leadership can quickly understand where projects stand
* Blockers are identified early instead of becoming last-minute emergencies
* Teams communicate and execute effectively across departments
* Processes continuously improve as the company grows
* The organization becomes more structured without becoming slower or overly corporate
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing marketing projects for a U.S.-based DTC marketing agency or in-house DTC brand.
Experience managing complex, multi-channel projects involving a minimum of $1 million in monthly marketing or advertising budgets.
Hands-on experience with projects across Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify.

Extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong at follow-up.
Able to establish ownership, maintain accountability, and ensure deliverables are completed on time while maintaining strong working relationships.
Able to identify inefficiencies and help improve systems, processes, and project workflows.

CloudLinux builds Linux infrastructure and security products. You will join our Automation & Management Services cell, working closely with Technical Program Manager to solve problems across teams and services: cloud-cost data, infrastructure inventory, network policies and capacity workflows.
Check out our website for more information
https://cloudlinux.com/
We are looking for a
Senior Automation Engineer
to join the Infrastructure team. You will independently own agreed outcomes—from clarifying the need with engineering teams, Finance or Security to delivering and operating a useful system. The work includes new development, improvements, repairs and maintenance. There is no traditional on-call rotation; you respond to alerts from your own systems during working hours.
What you will do
Turn an incomplete brief into an agreed result and workable plan. Track cross-team dependencies, explain tradeoffs, raise blockers early and communicate changes to estimates. Confirm completion with the users.
Build maintainable software and cloud/infrastructure API integrations. Handle credentials, pagination, retries, partial failures and repeated execution so unattended workflows remain safe and reliable.
Transform billing, usage and inventory data into repeatable outputs. Reconcile totals and periods, apply agreed allocation rules and make missing or uncertain mappings visible.
Extend inventory, network-policy and capacity automation using existing systems. Retain necessary human decisions and verify the operational result.
Deliver changes through version-controlled code and CI. Understand live state, test recovery and release safely; diagnose failures across code, Linux, APIs, data and networking.
Own monitoring, actionable alerts, documentation and maintenance. Leave systems another engineer can operate, and use coding agents while remaining responsible for design, code, tests and outcomes.
Requirements
Must have
Senior-level experience, typically 5+ years in software, infrastructure, platform or automation engineering. You can explain your own design decisions, implementation and operational results.
Strong production Python, software design, testing, debugging and API integration skills. You can understand unfamiliar code and improve existing systems.
Hands-on AWS experience and solid Linux/networking fundamentals, including diagnosis across host, service, network and cloud boundaries.
Practical SQL and data validation: joins, units, periods, ownership mappings and reconciliation. You distinguish evidence from assumptions.
Safe infrastructure delivery through IaC and CI: state, drift, idempotency, dependencies and rollback, using tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible.
Demonstrated advanced coding-agent workflows for real engineering tasks. You plan and delegate substantial work, supply context, run agents without continuous supervision within defined permissions and stop conditions, and independently explain, debug, test and verify their output.
Autonomous delivery and clear collaboration: investigate problems, obtain decisions, challenge unsafe or unnecessarily complex approaches and follow through. English B2 or higher for technical discussions, written decisions and internal customer communication.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud billing or FinOps tooling (e.g. AWS CUR/FOCUS, Athena), inventory or event-driven integrations (e.g. NetBox or similar), network policies, flow monitoring, identity and access management, capacity tooling, additional cloud platforms, OpenNebula, Kubernetes, Go, or self-service systems.
Our environment includes Python, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, Grafana, and related observability tools. Prior experience with every tool or domain is not required. We value the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, products, and internal business rules.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (
