— while also overseeing management reporting, credit portfolio analytics, treasury and liquidity, and finance team development.
You will combine hands-on analytical ownership with senior-level financial leadership, helping translate business and portfolio dynamics into clear financial decisions. The role requires a highly structured finance leader who can build scalable planning and reporting processes, challenge assumptions, maintain rigorous data integrity, and partner effectively with Product, Risk, Marketing, Operations, Legal, investors, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:

across revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount, including monthly re-forecasting and scenario updates.
Build and maintain a robust

, connecting operational and portfolio drivers — including card issuance, activation, portfolio growth, DPD/NPL trends, and credit losses — to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow outcomes.
Deliver monthly
variance and root-cause analysis
, identifying deterioration or upside early and translating financial insights into clear management actions.
Continuously improve and automate FP&A processes through standardized templates, driver-based budgeting, stronger data flows, and shorter planning cycles.
Build and stress-test
base, downside, and stress scenarios
, including their impact on profitability, funding requirements, liquidity, and runway.
Own and continuously refine
unit economics models
by product, customer cohort, and vintage, ensuring economics remain current as the business and portfolio scale.
Develop financial models for
new products, pricing changes, and strategic initiatives
, including sensitivity, break-even, NPV/IRR, and cost-of-capital analysis.
Integrate
credit losses, CoR, ECL/IFRS 9, funding costs, and processing/platform expenses
into a defensible view of portfolio profitability per card, cohort, and vintage.
Maintain high standards of
data quality, reconciliation, and traceability
across financial models and management reporting, documenting limitations and developing defensible proxies where required.
Prepare monthly
management reporting
covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, waterfall analyses, portfolio economics, and key business drivers for HQ, investors, and the executive team.
Ensure material discrepancies are investigated and resolved before external reporting, and maintain clear disclosure of
related-party versus third-party transactions
.
Own
credit portfolio yield and performance analytics
in partnership with the CRO function, including yield, APR proxy, DPD buckets, NPL/CoR, vintage curves, and cohort performance.
Deliver cohort and vintage analysis to support
pricing, risk appetite, provisioning, and portfolio management decisions
.
Oversee the
13-week rolling cash flow model
, liquidity scenarios, and runway analysis, acting as first-line reviewer and approver on behalf of the CFO when required.

second-level authorization
within the payment approval framework.
Provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring to the finance organization across
FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Data Analytics
, setting clear standards for quality, timeliness, and documentation.
Partner with Product, Risk, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to embed
unit economics and financial discipline
into product, pricing, and strategic decisions from the outset.
Participate in finance systems strategy, including
ERP selection, system integrations, process automation, and financial data infrastructure
.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Funnels team.
We need a producty-engineer or an engineering-y product manager to lead the product vision in a highly technical, experimentation-driven domain where UX choices, growth tactics, and analytics all compound.
RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of the new subscription apps shipped. For many of those apps, Funnels will be a critical lever to monetize them: turning web traffic into paying subscribers, testing & iterating to improve performance, adopting web payments in other channels, and much more.
We can, and should, be opinionated about what RevenueCat’s developers should try next to help them make more money. We’re building the “Make More Money Machine”.
You'll lead Funnels, RevenueCat’s web2app product that turns web traffic into paying mobile subscribers, unlocking efficient paid acquisition and empowering app growth teams to iterate quickly. Along the way, you’ll help us evolve the product to address an even wider set of monetization problems that app growth teams face.
You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers convert, retain, and grow their subscriber base.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Funnels.
- Be obsessed with your customers. Speak to prospective customers to understand their use cases deeply, and identify the feature gaps blocking adoption. Coordinate with existing customers to unblock them and help them earn more money. Triage and investigate problems proactively, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig into what growth teams actually want and the challenges they face, and understand why these products are a crucial instrument in any modern app's growth toolkit.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain new features that deliver value that truly matters, enabling customers to easily spin up compelling experiences, understand the results, and iterate quickly.
- Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break it down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline.
- Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring these growth tools to market. This job cannot be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that connects them.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of product management or technical product engineering experience or analytics experience, with meaningful time growing mobile apps.
- You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are highly proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love getting deep on the data analysis on your own. You’re experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics.
- You are technical. Coding is not a core requirement for this role, being able to prototype with code is (using your preferred AI stack). You can deeply understand how RevenueCat works — what is simple and what is complex within our domain. Maybe you haven’t built and shipped a mobile app yourself (yet) but you have enough knowledge to work closely and independently with highly technical folks. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and enjoy diving into system details
- You’re an excellent communicator. You can express complex ideas clearly and succinctly — written and verbal, synchronous and asynchronous, across timezones and mediums. You can get your point across.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on.
dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.
Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer on the Cloud Clients team, you’ll own end-to-end delivery across the surfaces where dbt developers do their work:
dbt Studio in the browser, the dbt VS Code extension, and the CLI workspace runtime that powers both
.
You’ll help build dbt’s
AI-native developer experience
, including agent workflows, diff review, streaming tool calls, charts and rich outputs for conversational analytics, and MCP apps that bring dbt projects directly into tools like Claude and Codex. This is a true full-stack role: you’ll work across
Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes
, with the expectation that you can take a feature from schema and service design through to the final pixel without a handoff
What you’ll do
Own parts of the CLI workspace runtime that backs both surfaces, including migrating users off our legacy IDE and enabling asynchronous, background agent runs.
Design and build agent-facing experiences: streaming responses, transparent tool calls, diff review, and charting / rich output for conversational analytics.
Extend dbt into other developer surfaces — MCP integrations that make dbt projects usable directly from AI clients like Claude and Codex.
Lead well-scoped projects end to end: write the plan, partner with design and product, ship in two-week increments, and measure whether it worked.
Share oncall and customer support for your surfaces, and mentor engineers earlier in their careers.
Skills we are looking for
8+ years building production software, including senior-level ownership of projects that ran for months and involved several people.
Deep Python experience plus exposure to TypeScript and React experience — you move across the stack without waiting for a handoff.
Built and maintained something other developers depend on: an IDE, an editor extension, a CLI, an SDK, an LSP server, or a data tool.
Comfort with the operational side of shipping — APIs, Kubernetes, Postgres, observability — and with being on the hook when something breaks.
Strong written communication: you can make a technical argument in a document and bring people along.
Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
Bonus points for
Shipped LLM- or agent-powered features to production, with real opinions on evaluation, latency, cost, and where models fall down.
Worked with the Language Server Protocol, Monaco, CodeMirror, or other code-editor internals.
Hands-on dbt, SQL, or data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
Migrated users off a legacy product surface and decommissioned it without breaking them.
Go, Rust, or systems-level performance experience.

Our Customer Outcomes team turns blockchain intelligence into operational capability for our customers. We work with financial institutions, crypto businesses, regulators, and law enforcement agencies across EMEA. We combine technical depth with commercial judgment, owning the customer relationship from early sales engagements through renewal and expansion. It's a small, high-ownership team where individual impact is visible.
As a Deployment Strategist, you own the pre and post-sale relationship for a portfolio of strategic accounts in West and Southern Africa. You lead deployments, drive adoption, and act as the technical advisor customers rely on when the stakes are high. You translate complex compliance and investigative workflows into working solutions on our platform. The role suits someone equally comfortable in a customer's compliance team or government agencies in an executive QBR.
Please note we are only looking to hire people that are based/willing to locate to Johannesburg
In this role, you’ll:
- Own onboarding and deployment for strategic accounts, building adoption plans with clear success criteria
- Advise compliance, investigations, and executive stakeholders as their primary technical point of contact
- Deliver product training, workshops, and enablement that turn new users into confident daily users
- Translate customer workflows and pain points into solution designs, integrations, and platform configurations
- Monitor usage and engagement trends to surface expansion opportunities and early churn risk, and act on both
- Partner with Sales on renewals, expansion, and account strategy, contributing directly to retention and growth targets
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalations and channel structured field feedback into the roadmap
- Represent the company at industry events, customer forums, and conferences across the region
- Contribute to team playbooks and documentation that scale how we serve customers
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles at a high-growth technology company: customer success, solutions architecture, presales, technical account management, or enterprise consulting
- A track record of owning enterprise accounts, including managing senior and executive stakeholders through complex, multi-month deployments
- Working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain: how transactions, wallets, exchanges, and stablecoins work, and how they intersect with AML, compliance, or investigative workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional fluency in English
- Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, data analysis, and logic-based workflows, with and without AI agents.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience in financial crime, AML/CFT, fraud, law enforcement, or financial regulation
- Hands-on experience with blockchain intelligence or analytics tooling
