Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
We’re seeking a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead to captain a high-performing team of Customer Solutions Architects and help drive the adoption of Supabase across a diverse range of customers: from agile startups building towards their first launch to established brands with highly scaled workloads. This role will support the East Coast region across the Americas.
As the CSA Team Lead, you will be responsible for both people management and customer outcomes - supporting team execution while developing repeatable best practices across pre-sales discovery, proof-of-value onboarding, and technical success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Supabase, CSA Leads oversee a portfolio of high-value customers by empowering their team to deliver technical excellence and long-term customer success. You'll work directly with the team to:
- Hire, coach, and grow a global team of CSAs who serve as trusted technical advisors to our customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define and scale the CSA motion across the full customer journey—from discovery through adoption and renewal.
- Create structured onboarding, training, and development plans for CSAs to level up in technical storytelling, Postgres optimization, and customer success strategy.
- Ensure CSAs consistently deliver successful outcomes, unblock adoption, and drive value for paid Team and Enterprise accounts.
- Work directly with strategic customers when needed—especially during complex escalations, architectural deep dives, or critical onboarding milestones.
You'll be joining our team to support Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
PRE-SALES DISCOVERY:
- Lead and review technical discovery led by CSAs to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success.
- Guide CSAs in designing and presenting platform demonstrations tailored to high-value customers, helping them clearly articulate the value of the Supabase platform and team.
- Collaborate with Growth team members to size deals, provide anticipated usage estimates, and identify potential workloads supported by the Platform.
PROOF-OF-VALUE ONBOARDING
- Support your team in defining and executing proof-of-value scopes that balance business outcomes with low-friction onboarding.
- Ensure CSA-owned timelines, success criteria, and engagement tactics result in a high proof-to-conversion success rate.
- Build reusable onboarding flows (email sequences, docs, templates, webinars) that accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS & EXPANSION
- Help your team build detailed account plans focused on both short-term adoption and long-term expansion opportunities.
- Provide ongoing technical coaching for CSAs conducting architecture reviews, schema design evaluations, and performance tuning for production workloads.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer feedback, share emerging customer needs with Product & Eng, and communicate roadmap milestones back to customers.
TRUST & PLATFORM ADVOCACY
- Coach CSAs to act as internal and external champions of Supabase, building trust with customers through consistency, clarity, and deep product expertise.
- Uphold a standard of excellence in customer engagement, ensuring Supabase becomes embedded in the way our customers build.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, technical startup environment.
- Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), with a deep understanding of schema design, indexing, and query performance.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications using frameworks like React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js.
- Clear, confident technical communicator and storyteller. Must be able to distill complex technical topics into actionable outcomes for customers and team members alike.
- Experience navigating stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving across teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and internal BI dashboards.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Strategic Finance team sits at the center of how the company allocates its time and resources. We're hiring across three complementary tracks — and looking for people with sharp financial instincts, a builder's mindset, and the drive to take on a large scope quickly. Whether you lean toward GTM strategy, FP&A infrastructure, or broad strategic partnership, this is a rare opportunity to shape a pre-IPO company at a pivotal moment in its growth.

- Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability
- Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
- Manage company performance against financial targets — identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1–4 years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills
- Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- A "get things done" mentality — you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
NICE TO HAVES
- Expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python
- Systems thinking — you design processes to be reliable, scalable, and maintainable
- Curiosity about AI tools — prior experience is a plus, but not required

An overview of this role
As an Senior AI Engineer at GitLab, you'll help build the foundation for GitLab's transformation into an AI-first company. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Building fast matters, but it's not enough on its own. This role starts with understanding the real problem: mapping how work moves across teams, tools, and handoffs, identifying the true constraint, and validating whether AI is the right solution before you begin development. From there, you'll take ownership from discovery through deployment, combining strong engineering skills with systems thinking and business understanding.
Your initial focus will span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, where you will embed AI solutions into key systems and workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape how GitLab team members work, improve flow across the organization, and help advance our mission in a remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you'll do
Diagnose business problems before building solutions. Map workflows, identify constraints, and confirm whether AI is the right intervention. Be prepared to say "this doesn't need AI" when that's the honest answer.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly, delivering working prototypes in days, not months, with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks, shorten lead times, and increase throughput. Measure success using flow metrics alongside adoption and ROI.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and modern AI platforms, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, where appropriate. The right tool wins, whether that's custom code, a platform, or a well-crafted prompt.
Be Customer Zero: leverage and showcase GitLab's AI offerings wherever possible, feeding real-world usage insights back to R&D.
Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand the real constraints. Ask the right questions, bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, and align on outcomes before jumping to solutions.
Define and track success through business metrics, flow metrics, and feedback loops that make performance visible and actionable.
Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools, documenting patterns, and creating reusable foundations that help the team scale its impact.
What you'll bring
A Technologist at Heart -
Genuinely invested in technology, the foundational and the cutting-edge in equal measure. You're as energised by a well-designed API integration as you are by the latest foundation model release. You reach for the simplest solution that solves the problem well, rather than forcing new technology when proven approaches would do. AI is a powerful part of your toolkit, but it sits on top of solid engineering fundamentals, not in place of them.
Competent, Confident Coding Skills -
You can build working solutions end-to-end, write clean and maintainable code, and debug effectively. Whether your skills were honed in a traditional engineering role, through building automations, or shipping side projects, what matters is that you can deliver production-quality work independently.
AI
& LLM
Technical Depth -
Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and a solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Deep, practical experience with modern AI technologies, specifically: Prompt engineering as a core discipline: designing effective system prompts, managing context windows, structuring multi-turn interactions, evaluating output quality, and iterating systematically on prompt design.
Model selection and cost-performance trade-offs:
understanding when a smaller fine-tuned model outperforms a general-purpose large one, when RAG is the right architecture versus expanding the context window, and how to make principled decisions about capability versus cost.
Agentic architecture patterns:
tool use, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade reliability patterns.Practical fluency across the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source alternatives, and the judgment to know which to reach for and when.
AI Safety & Risk Awareness -
You think critically about how the solutions you build could be exploited, misused, or produce unintended consequences. You know how to design appropriate guardrails (input validation, output filtering, access controls, prompt injection defences, and data leakage prevention) and you treat these as first-class engineering concerns.
Systems Thinking & Diagnostic Rigour -
The ability to look at a complex process and see the constraint. Comfortable mapping how work flows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, and tracing problems to root causes before proposing solutions. You instinctively ask "what's actually blocking flow here?" before asking "what model should I use?"
Business System Expertise -
Familiarity with the landscape of enterprise business systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), support platforms (Zendesk), integration and orchestration tools (Workato), AI platforms (Relevance AI), and enterprise search and knowledge tools (Glean). You don't need deep experience with all of these, but to understand what they do, how they fit together, and be willing to build with and across them. A strong understanding of enterprise data models and workflows is essential.
Broad Functional Understanding -
Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders across diverse domains and quickly understand their unique needs.
End-to-End Ownership -
Track record of owning complex initiatives from discovery through delivery. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving to measurable outcomes independently.
Product Mindset -
Ability to scope MVPs, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver iteratively. In addition, consider adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
Preferred requirements
Experience with GitLab platform and CI/CD workflows
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with value stream mapping, flow metrics, or Theory of Constraints thinking
Experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Workato) alongside custom development
Previous startup or high-growth company experience
Experience mentoring or leading technical projects with junior engineers

Unlike traditional outsourcing, you’ll be placed directly with a client as a core member of their team—giving you real ownership, career growth, and long-term stability.
About the Company
Our client is a results-driven AI marketing agency that specializes in local lead generation for high-stakes professional service firms, including legal, medical, and home services industries. Founded in 2014, the team bridges the gap between engineering discipline and strategic marketing to help local businesses outrank national brands. They provide an integrated suite of services, including AI-driven search engine optimization, adaptive PPC management, and sophisticated digital transformation tools designed to turn discovery into high-intent bookings and calls.
Operating as a forward-thinking scale-up, the company focuses on "Midnight AI" systems that optimize visibility across Google Maps, organic search, and emerging AI recommendation engines. Job Summary
This company is a performance marketing agency building the "Agency of the Future" by leveraging AI to dominate the Answer Engine era. While traditional agencies are focused solely on Google rankings, this team ensures clients are cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We are looking for a high-performing closer to lead our revenue function. You will sell directly to business owners and managing partners of firms generating $1M+ in annual revenue. This is a role for a strategic thinker who understands that modern businesses need high-margin, AI-driven solutions rather than outdated agency deliverables.

Owning the full closing cycle, taking 7–10+ qualified calls per week across all US time zones.
Managing and coaching a front-end appointment setter, listening to call recordings daily to identify drop-off points and running live role-play sessions.

+2 years of experience closing high-ticket services in a digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of selling directly to business owners and managing partners in service-based industries (Law, Medical, Home Services).
Ability to speak fluently about revenue, leads, and ROI rather than just "deliverables."
Experience managing or coaching appointment setters to improve top-of-funnel health.
High level of self-discipline and the ability to operate in a remote, founder-led startup environment without micromanagement.
Availability to cover core US hours (8am–7pm CST) to support prospects from EST to PST.

You aren’t just managing a list of integrations; you are building the mission-critical bridges between HRIS, CRM, and Productivity suites that power global learning at scale. Your mission is to define "what good looks like" for native integration quality and hold the organisation accountable to it through clear, measurable outcomes.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Architect the Roadmap: Strategically prioritize our native integration portfolio by balancing customer demand, ARR impact, and competitive benchmarks across the HRIS and CRM landscapes.
- Deep-Dive Discovery: Lead technical reconnaissance by interrogating vendor APIs, testing authentication models, and inspecting payloads to ensure our PRDs are airtight before a single line of code is written.
- Own the Lifecycle: Manage the full "cradle-to-grave" journey of every connector, including proactive versioning, deprecation strategies, and navigating upstream vendor changes.
- Measure What Matters: Define and track the heartbeat of our portfolio through connector adoption rates, sync reliability, and SLOs that prove our impact to GTM leadership.

- Evaluate the Build: Make the high-level call on whether to build, co-build, or partner for new categories, using a blend of technical depth and commercial savvy.
⚡ YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Integration Specialist: You have a black belt in enterprise APIs (REST, OAuth, SCIM) and understand why webhook reliability varies and how data model gaps create sync chaos.
- Hands-on Explorer: You don’t wait for a demo; you jump into Postman, call sandbox APIs, and prototype sync flows yourself to answer the tough questions.
- Precision Architect: You thrive in the details, crafting requirements that leave zero room for interpretation and ensuring our connectors are as reliable as they are functional.
- Metric-Minded Leader: You speak the language of SLOs and ARR, translating technical performance into commercial evidence that resonates with executive stakeholders.
- SaaS Savant: With 4+ years in Technical PM or Integration Engineering, you’ve managed complex portfolios and know the HCM or LMS ecosystem inside and out.
- Commercial Navigator: You know exactly which integrations protect revenue at renewal and which ones unlock new market segments, and you can explain the "why" to anyone.

About Provectus
Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX)
own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE)
embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer.
When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed;
you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for
.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engine

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the DACH market. As Regional Partner Manager for DACH, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our Munich sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's DACH partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the DACH partner community.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own and grow Notion's DACH partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners
- Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in DACH, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity directly to the DACH sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in DACH
- Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry
- Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential
- A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove
- Strong demand generation orientation
- Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
- Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook
- Based in Munich with existing knowledge of the DACH technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA
- Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models
- Existing relationships with DACH-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams
- Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who owns delivery - not tracks it, not reports it, owns it.
You'll be responsible for a specific area: games, features, or platform work. From the first conversation about a requirement through to production - you're on the hook for the whole thing.
This isn’t a coordination-only role. We need someone with previous hands-on software engineering, DevOps, release engineering, or similar technical experience who can actively improve and automate the way software is built, tested, and released.
You set the timeline, track it, and communicate changes before people start asking questions. If there's a blocker, you've already seen it. If a release isn't ready, you say so - clearly and early.
You'll look at how work flows through your area and fix what's broken. Not just follow whatever process exists. You'll design something that actually works, iterate on it, and make it better over time.
A key part of the role will be identifying manual steps, bottlenecks, and failure points in development and release workflows, and then building practical automation to remove them. This may include improving CI/CD pipelines, automating release checks, connecting tools through APIs, and developing scripts or lightweight internal solutions.
Quality is yours too. Not QA's problem alone, not the tech lead's problem. You own release readiness: is it tested, is it documented, does anyone know the operational risk. If the answer is no, it doesn't ship.
You'll work closely with product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams, keep them aligned, and report directly to the VP of Delivery.
What we expect from you
First 30 days
- Understand how delivery actually works in your area - not how it should work, how it actually works
- Map where work gets stuck, what the recurring blockers are, and who the key people are
- Meet everyone who matters: product owners, tech leads, QA, release managers, client teams
- Write up what you found and share it with the VP of Delivery
First 60 days
- Take ownership of delivery tracking for your area
- Pick the biggest workflow problem you found and start fixing it
- Show you can catch a blocker before it causes a delay - at least twice
First 90 days
- Own and communicate a delivery forecast that stakeholders actually trust
- Ship at least one release with no last-minute surprises - quality gates passed, documentation done, everyone aligned
- Present your view on how delivery should work in your area going forward
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in an engineering delivery, software delivery leadership, or similar role where you owned outcomes, not just process
- Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Release Engineer, Build Engineer, Developer Productivity Engineer, or in a similarly technical role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including builds, automated testing, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and rollback.
- You catch problems early. Not because you're lucky, but because you know what signals to watch
- You've worked across engineering, product, and QA and you know how to keep them moving together
- Strong communicator - you can give a clear, honest delivery update to a VP without needing a slide deck
- You care about quality beyond closing tickets - release readiness, testing coverage, operational risk are things you think about naturally
- You're genuinely interested in the product you're delivering, not just the process around it
- You actively look for repetitive manual work and replace it with reliable, maintainable automation.
Nice to have
- Background in iGaming, gaming, or another regulated product environment
- Experience in a B2B or multi-operator delivery model
- Familiarity with incident management and post-mortems
- Experience working with external studios or third-party development partners
- OKR-based planning and how it connects to delivery cadence
- Jira or similar tooling - configuration, not just usage
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive Salary
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Unlimited Paid Sick Leave
- Remote & Flexible Working
- Private Medical Insurance
- Financial Support for Life Events
- Professional Development Budget
- International Exposure
- Regular Company Events
*Benefits may vary depending on location and contractual agreement

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's data platform powers population health analytics for health plans, ACOs, and provider groups across the country. As a Lead Analytics Engineer — Data Modeling & Quality, you sit at the intersection of data quality ownership and analytical data modeling. You'll own the SQL and DBT layer that transforms raw clinical and claims data into trusted, production-grade datasets, while also serving as the quality authority for the data those models produce.
This is a hybrid role — deeper SQL and DBT expertise than a traditional Data Health Professional, with a more analytical and model-focused scope than a Data Engineering role. You're less focused on pipeline infrastructure and more on the logic, shape, and trustworthiness of the data itself.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Independently triage and resolve pipeline data quality issues
Author at least one new DBT model or refactor an existing one to meet current modeling standards
Understand the end-to-end pipeline from ingress through silver and gold, and be able to trace a data quality issue to its root layer
In 6 months
What You'll Be Doing
DATA MODELING & DBT DEVELOPMENT
Author, review, and maintain DBT models using Spark/Hudi from ingest through bronze and silver
Help clients understand their data model, assumptions, and limitations through intentional validation
Troubleshoot and fix issues, then write DBT tests to catch issues proactively
Optimize SQL performance for slow-running jobs
Partner with Data Engineering on table design, partition strategy, and incremental patterns
DATA QUALITY OWNERSHIP
Triage and classify data quality alerts, distinguishing source-level issues from transform-layer failures
Design and maintain volume monitors and DQ monitors (null rate, distribution, future-date checks)
Author and apply clinical DQ rules (entity volume, field coverage, LOINC coverage, referential integrity) and claims validation rules across silver and gold layers
Conduct quality reviews for connector promotions — evaluating silver entity coverage, validation rule pass rates, and bronze-to-silver transformation correctness
Own the ticket queue for DQ, attribution, hierarchy, and customer-specific data quality issues, writing clear customer-facing findings
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL QUALITY COLLABORATION
Lead data quality reviews during connector installation and promotion (UAT → PRD), including claims validation playbooks and null analysis
Partner with Data Engineering on root-cause triage for errors, ingress anomalies, and silver table issues surfaced through data quality monitoring
Coordinate with the Measure Implementation Team (MIT) when data quality issues affect quality measure scores
Contribute to and enforce data modeling standards across teams
TECHNOLOGIES
Data modeling: DBT-Spark, SQL, Claude
Warehousing: Amazon Redshift, Apache Hudi, AWS Athena

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a mid-level Infrastructure Vulnerability Management Engineer with a strong background in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). In this role, you will bridge the gap between security, compliance, DevOps, and Platform engineering teams. You will identify infrastructure misconfigurations, secure multi-cloud environments, and manage continuous vulnerability lifecycles across cloud workloads, containers, and data repositories to satisfy strict regulatory compliance frameworks. You will also serve as a technical infrastructure responder during security incidents, deploying real-time cloud or network countermeasures to protect our production ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infrastructure Scanning & Triage: Perform continuous security scanning across our cloud posture and workloads. Review, validate, and prioritize flaws and misconfigurations based on CVSS scores, real-world exploitability, and infrastructure network exposure.
- Posture Management & Visibility: Own and optimize Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM), and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) tools to ensure uniform compliance, prevent data leakage, and maintain hardened baselines.
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Security: Configure, tune, and embed automated IaC security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines to identify architectural risks (e.g., overly permissive IAM, public S3 buckets/Cloud Storage) before they are deployed to production.
- Workload & Container Security: Manage the continuous vulnerability scanning lifecycle for container images, registries, and Virtual Machines (VMs), partnering with SRE and Platform teams to build automated base-image patching and rolling upgrade pipelines.
- Compliance-Driven Tracking: Track, document, and manage infrastructure vulnerabilities according to strict compliance SLAs (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS). Maintain audit-ready evidence of infrastructure remediation timelines and exception approvals.
- Executive Reporting & Alerting: Escalate and report critical production exposures directly to the CISO and senior leadership. Maintain dashboards and alerting mechanisms that visualize infrastructure risk trends and cloud compliance posture.
- Remediation Collaboration: Partner with SRE, DevOps, and Platform teams to provide clear infrastructure mitigation paths. Assist in writing, reviewing, or modifying cloud configuration templates directly when necessary to resolve security flaws.
- Incident Response Support: Assist Incident Response teams during active cloud or host-level breaches. Help develop and implement immediate, real-time cloud, network, or IAM configuration countermeasures to contain threats.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Cloud Infrastructure Depth: Strong foundational experience working with multi-cloud environments (Deep GCP expertise preferred, with working knowledge of AWS or Azure).
- Posture Management & Scanning Tooling: Hands-on experience operating modern infrastructure security platforms such as Wiz, Orca, Prisma Cloud, Lacework, or cloud-native options (GCP Security Command Center).
- IaC and Automation Fluency: Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code platforms (Terraform, Pulumi) and GitOps deployment workflows. Ability to evaluate and configure IaC scanners like Checkov, Tfsec, or KICS.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Deep understanding of Docker/container security and Kubernetes architectures (e.g., GKE, EKS), including runtime security, network policies, and workload identity.
- Compliance Awareness: Understanding of how infrastructure configurations and vulnerability management map to security compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, or NIST.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Systems Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" and understand how security decisions impact the entire stack.
- Technical Influence: The ability to drive technical alignment across the organization through expertise and collaboration rather than direct authority.
- Autonomy: Comfortable leading major technical initiatives and driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for breaking down complex security challenges into elegant, scalable engineering solutions.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

About the role
Hi, my name is Michael, Head of Data & Analytics at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help our teams make better decisions using customer and product data.
You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to evaluate product changes, design and analyze experiments, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and influence roadmap and business priorities. This is a hands-on role focused on analyzing behavior, building models, and turning data into clear, actionable direction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with stakeholders, and applying data science pragmatically to support product and business decisions. We're looking for someone with an ownership mindset and a bias for action who balances technical rigor with practical decision-making.
What we value
Ownership:
You take initiative and drive analytical work from concept to implementation. You don't wait for perfect requirements — you help define the problem and move the work forward.
Curiosity:
You naturally question assumptions and dig deeper into the "why" behind user behavior. You enjoy uncovering patterns in complex data and have the persistence to work through ambiguity and messy datasets.
Analytical Rigor:
You bring a thoughtful, structured approach to analytics and decision-making. You know how to define meaningful measures of success, evaluate changes with rigor, and distinguish signal from noise in complex behavioral data so teams can act with confidence.
Communication:
You can translate complex analytical concepts into clear recommendations for Product Managers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration:
You work as a true cross-functional partner, balancing analytical rigor with practical business needs. You build trust by making data approachable, actionable, and reliable.
What you'll do
Analyze behavioral patterns across the customer lifecycle to identify trends, usage archetypes, and opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
Design experiments and measurement approaches to evaluate the impact of product and marketing changes - and help teams make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.
Build models and datasets that improve how teams segment customers, forecast outcomes, and identify trends.
Apply machine learning and AI techniques where they solve practical problems, for both internal decision-making and customer-facing scenarios.
Partner with Data Engineering to improve the quality, reliability, and accessibility of core data and metrics.
Communicate findings clearly and directly so teams can make informed decisions without needing a statistics background.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in a Data Science role within B2B SaaS or a similar product- or growth-focused environment.
Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and behavioral analytics - with the ability to apply them pragmatically to real product and business problems.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale analysis, modeling, and exploration.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar); familiarity with dbt is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills - you can explain complex analysis clearly to PMs, marketers, executives, and non-technical partners.
An ownership mindset - you help define the problem and move work forward; you don't wait for perfect requirements.
Why This Role
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact problems across the business while helping shape how data science and analytics evolve within the organization. You'll have the autonomy to explore meaningful questions, influence strategy, and help build a stronger data-informed culture.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $140,000-$150,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.

• Implement model monitoring frameworks to track performance, data drift, data quality, and business impact, with clear retraining and escalation strategies.
• Ensure model explainability and transparency using techniques such as SHAP, feature attribution, and other interpretability methods appropriate for business-critical and regulated contexts.
• Define and enforce best practices around model governance, documentation, versioning, and auditability, proportional to model risk and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality data pipelines, feature engineering, reproducibility, and scalable data foundations.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Commercial, and other stakeholders to translate business problems into pragmatic AI solutions, balancing speed and robustness.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, monitoring insights, and model retraining strategies, rather than one-off model delivery.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in production AI, MLOps, and applied machine learning delivery.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
• 5–8+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments (not just experimentation).
• Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, modular design, maintainability).
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, feature engineering, and practical considerations in production systems (e.g. data leakage, drift, stability).
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing (Spark / PySpark).
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow or similar) for experiment tracking, model management, and reproducibility.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for ML or data workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets in real-world environments.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact, not just model performance improvements.
• Experience working with model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies in production systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating trade-offs clearly.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements, imperfect data, and delivery pressure, balancing MVP speed with production robustness.
The below are considered as a plus:
• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services environments, particularly where models influence business-critical decisions.
• Experience with real-time or streaming ML systems.
• Familiarity with modern AI approaches such as LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), particularly where applied to business workflows or integrated with structured data.
• Experience working in regulated environments and implementing model governance frameworks (e.g. auditability, explainability, approvals, documentation standards).
• Experience contributing to team standards, mentoring, or leading applied AI delivery.
