Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. For this role, we're looking for someone located in the United States.

What the Role Is
Babylist is hiring a
Senior Experiential Producer
for a 6-month engagement who's comfortable leading the strategy, creative direction, and production of events — from marquee Registry Weekend events to partner-sponsored showroom takeovers and brand pop-ups. You'll take a loose brief and own it end to end: concept, creative, vendors, budget, and show-running inside our NYC showroom in Soho. You own how each individual event is conceived and brought to life. Expect several events moving at once, each at a different stage, from early concept through post-event recap.
This is a hybrid role based out of NYC with required presence at the NYC Showroom at least 3 days a week with the occasional weekend. On event days, hours could stretch earlier and later to cover load-in (as early as 7am) and breakdown (as late as 9pm), but that's specific to event days, not the norm.
Events you’d be responsible for and expected to be on site for:
Overview of Events, Pop-ups and Brand Activations
October
10/27 Venue Rentals:
A partner-rented panel discussion hosted in our owned-and-operated space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own.
November
11/9 and 11/10 Venue Rentals:
Two partner-rented activations in our owned-and-operated event space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own. With back to back events, producers will need to ensure that load in and break down is done seamlessly.
December
12/5–12/6 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
12/9: Social Impact Event:
A custom partner-sponsored showroom experience featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
January
1/14 and 1/28: Babylist-produced Event:
Two custom partner-sponsored showroom experiences featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
February
2/6–2/7 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
Who You Are
Comfortable leading strategy, concepting, and production of an event, start to finish — this isn't a role where someone else hands you the concept.
Deeply plugged into the brand activation + experiential world — you know what the coolest brand activations out there look like, you know what's trending, and you have impeccable taste to bring it to life.
Able to originate the concept yourself — you can build a mood board and a full concept deck from scratch, not just execute someone else's vision.
Track record producing design-driven brand experiences and pop-ups — you know the process of turning a brief into a full-blown event, from décor to negotiating with vendors to custom fabrication.
Able to run large and small-scale event productions — you feel just as comfortable executing a 500+ person event at the Babylist Showroom as back-to-back 10–15 person influencer gatherings on consecutive weekends.
Comfortable holding several events at overlapping stages at once — one in planning, one in production, one in recap — without dropping a thread.
Experienced building and managing vendor budgets (catering, rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography) and keeping production on time and on budget.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Set the strategy and concept for individual events — mood boards, decks, layouts, décor, spatial planning — then produce them yourself, concept through strike.
Produce Babylist's signature Registry Weekend events in New York and lead partner-sponsored showroom experiences, from 15-person influencer gatherings to 500+ person multi-programming events.
Turn concepts and approved briefs into real production plans, timelines, and workbacks, and lead the planning meetings that keep internal teams and vendors aligned.
Source and manage production vendors — rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography, signage, catering — and oversee logistics from delivery through installation and breakdown.
Run load-in, show, and strike onsite, owning the run of show and troubleshooting in real time.
Wrap up production post-event, document learnings, and feed them into Babylist's internal recap process and the next event's planning.
Keep a rolling calendar moving — often conceiving the next quarter's Registry Weekend while still executing the current one

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director of Mid-Market Sales, you will lead and elevate our mid-market sales organization, driving performance, consistency, and execution excellence across the segment.

- Ability to diagnose pipeline issues and implement corrective action quickly.
- Clear, confident communicator who can raise the bar on performance standards.
- High ownership mentality and comfort operating in fast-moving, in-office environments.
WHO YOU ARE

- Obsessed with deal quality, not just deal volume.
- Direct and high-accountability: you don't shy away from tough performance conversations.
- Energized by mid-market complexity: real selling skill, fast cycle times, operational discipline.
- In the weeds on calls, pipeline, and deal strategy, not managing from a dashboard.
- Builder mentality: you want to create something, not maintain it.
- High ownership, low ego: you do whatever it takes to make the team win.
- In-office, engaged, and eager to lead from the front at our NYC location full-time.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday

- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $350,000-$400,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Copywriter with a focus in Product Marketing to sit at the intersection of product marketing and in-product experience. This is not a brand or campaign role — it's a performance-driven, product-close writing role. You'll own copy across landing pages, lifecycle emails, ads, feature launches, onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and everything in between. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand, and adopt Runway's products. That means writing copy that converts on a landing page, writing the in-product text that helps a user get started, and crafting the email that brings them back. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, design, and product teams — and you'll be measured on clarity, speed, and impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write landing page copy, ad copy, and performance marketing assets that drive acquisition and conversion
- Own in-product copy — onboarding flows, feature announcements, tooltips, modals, upgrade prompts, and CTAs
- Write lifecycle and product emails — launches, re-engagement, onboarding sequences, and feature adoption
- Own the narrative for launch videos and short-form product films, writing scripts, sharpening others' drafts, and making sure every frame makes the product's value clear
- Partner with product marketing on positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market copy for new releases
- Collaborate with design and product teams to shape the in-product writing experience
- Write and iterate on A/B test variants across landing pages, emails, and ads
- Translate complex, technical product capabilities into clear, compelling language for a range of audiences
- Maintain consistency in product voice and terminology across all touchpoints
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years of experience in product copywriting, growth marketing or a related writing role at a tech or SaaS company
- A portfolio that shows range across performance marketing, product copy and in-product writing — not just brand campaigns
- Strong instinct for conversion-oriented writing — you think in terms of clarity, action, and outcomes
- Experience writing in-product copy (onboarding, feature education, UX microcopy) alongside marketing copy
- Comfort working with data — you can look at test results, funnel metrics and engagement data and know what to write next
- Experience partnering with product, design, and growth teams in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to context-switch across multiple launches and workstreams without losing quality
- Experience in AI, creative tools, or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus

LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Deployed Engineering - Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with government engineers, technical program managers, and system integrators across the full lifecycle — from pre-award technical shaping and evaluations to post-deployment advisory work in secure environments. The focus is on achieving the technical win, architecting secure and compliant agent systems, and enabling agencies to operate AI agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, security, and go-to-market. You will shape how LangChain is adopted across classified and unclassified environments, ensuring alignment with federal compliance requirements while feeding mission-driven insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployed Engineer, you’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos or experimental research, but production systems supporting real-world missions.
You’ll help defense, civilian, and intelligence customers design, deploy, and operate AI agents in secure, regulated, and high-stakes environments. The feedback loop is fast, the mission impact is tangible, and your work directly influences how AI agents are deployed across the federal landscape.
You will operate in environments that demand security, reliability, compliance (FedRAMP, IL levels, etc.), and operational rigor.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with federal engineering teams and system integrators
- Own the technical win in federal pre-sales engagements by designing secure POCs, supporting RFI/RFP technical responses, and guiding technical evaluations
- Design architectures that meet federal security and compliance requirements (FedRAMP, DoD IL2–IL6, NIST, etc.)
- Help agencies deploy and operate agent-based applications such as mission support copilots, intelligence analysis agents, research automation systems, and multi-step operational workflows
- Advise customers post-award on architecture, scalability, observability, evaluation, and long-term roadmap decisions
- Deliver technical demos, workshops, and enablement sessions tailored to government developer and operator audiences
- Partner with security teams to navigate ATO processes and accreditation pathways
- Surface field feedback from federal use cases and contribute reusable patterns, secure deployment guides, and example code that scale across agencies
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves federal customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Must have zctive or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering), ideally supporting federal or regulated customers
- Experience working with DoD, Civilian Agencies, Intelligence Community, or federal system integrators
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals, with deep systems thinking
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered systems beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, guardrails, and failure handling
- Familiarity with secure cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, etc.)
- Comfort operating in regulated environments with security, compliance, and documentation requirements
- Experience supporting technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and competitive down-select processes
- Ability to clearly explain technical tradeoffs to government stakeholders and build trust across engineering and program leadership
- Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for mission outcomes, not just recommendations
- Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Excitement about running AI agents in real-world, production federal environments — not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience deploying AI systems in classified or air-gapped environments
- Familiarity with FedRAMP authorization processes or DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6)
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, red-teaming, or guardrails in high-assurance settings
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, containers, Kubernetes, and secure networking architectures
- Experience working alongside federal system integrators (Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, etc.)
- Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks

We’re
Looking For
3+ years in a similar role, focused on building production data pipelines, data models, and analytical systems.
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with Python or similar data-oriented programming languages.
Experience with modern data platforms and tooling such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and automated ETL/ELT pipelines.
Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable investigating the data yourself, challenging results, and translating findings into clear conclusions.
Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems and levels of granularity.
Ability to translate ambiguous business and technical problems into measurable requirements and scalable data solutions.
Experience and flexibility with current analytics and visualization tools.
Familiarity with teams and engineering systems that utilize both on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across global engineering, product, Finance, and business teams.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure billing and usage data.
Experience with Kubernetes telemetry, networking, or data center operational data.
Familiarity with infrastructure cost allocation, unit economics, capacity planning, forecasting, or FinOps.
Experience connecting technical infrastructure consumption to product or business metrics.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers its members to improve their health and perform at a higher level by providing a deep understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
The Health team develops the algorithms and features that expand WHOOP's health sensing capabilities. The work spans women's health, wellness and longevity, member insights, emerging health signals, and software as a medical device. Applied ML Scientists and ML Engineers work as a production unit: scientists own problem framing and modeling; engineers own the path to production.
As a Senior Manager, Machine Learning on the Health Insights team, you will own delivery and people outcomes across a mixed team of scientists and engineers. You will translate department strategy into clear quarterly plans, develop senior ICs (and, as the team grows, the next layer of managers), hire against a high bar for both crafts, and partner with Product and adjacent Health partners on what is worth building and what the data can support. You will stay close enough to the ML lifecycle to evaluate the team's most important decisions without becoming the default contributor.
Success in this role requires enough ML and health-domain fluency to earn trust from senior ICs, plus the people-leadership skill to grow that team, hold delivery across multiple workstreams, and make prioritization calls under uncertainty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own delivery, team health, and people outcomes across Health ML workstreams on a mixed Applied ML Scientist and ML Engineer team.
- Translate department strategy into quarterly plans, milestones, and success criteria; keep the team on the highest-leverage work and adapt deliberately as priorities shift.
- Build the team: lead hiring across science and engineering roles, calibrate the bar for each craft, and shape onboarding, leveling, and growth practices.
- Develop the next layer of leadership: coach senior ICs (and managers, as the scope grows), manage performance with clarity and care, and create the conditions for people to operate above their level.
- Set the standard for how Health ML gets built: work quality, evaluation rigor, review practices, and an operating model that holds as people and workstreams change.
- Partner directly with Product (and with clinical, software, and Digital Health partners as the work requires) to align on roadmap, evidence, and sequencing; broker trade-offs between iteration speed, scientific integrity, and member value.
- Own the risk posture for the team: anticipate execution, technical, and people risks, design mitigation into how the team operates, and keep senior leadership clearly informed of the most consequential decisions.
- Define and own the operating model: planning cadences, design reviews, decision forums, and quality gates appropriate to member-facing health ML.
- Build and continuously raise AI-enabled workflows that create measurable leverage across the team, for development, evaluation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Represent the team's work credibly to executive and cross-functional audiences with brevity, evidence, and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, applied science, or software engineering, with 3+ years managing engineering and/or science teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated track record managing highly senior ICs: hiring, performance management, and developing people who in turn raise the bar around them.
- Deep familiarity with the ML development lifecycle (data collection, model training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring), sufficient to evaluate the most important technical and methodological decisions the team makes.
- Experience shipping algorithms or ML-enabled product in health, wearables, digital health, or a closely related applied domain.
- Demonstrated ability to set direction and make timely prioritization calls under uncertainty, keeping team focused on the highest-leverage work.
- Demonstrated AI-tooling sophistication: a track record of building or adopting AI-enabled workflows that materially improved team speed, quality, or decision confidence.
- Clear, high-signal communicator who can move fluidly between technical ML discussions and executive-level summaries of risk, trade-offs, and direction.
- Depth in a Health domain WHOOP already works in preferred (member insights, women's health, cardiometabolic or respiratory health, sleep, strength / healthspan, neuroscience, or related physiological time-series work).
- Preferred experience as a counterpart to Product on ambiguous health or member-insight problems: scoping, sequencing, and pushing back when a claim is not supportable.
- Familiarity with clinical validation, evidence packages, or Digital Health partnership on higher-stakes health features preferred.
