RESPONSIBILITIES: As a SpaceX recruiter, you will run a full desk with a variety of duties and responsibilities focused on the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent candidates to fill mission critical positions.
SpaceX is seeking highly motivated full life cycle recruiters to support Starlink manufacturing by driving high volume recruiting for complex manufacturing operations.

— Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically as candidates' first point of contact.
— Collaborate in teams while showing initiative and autonomy to complete tasks.
— Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates.
— Act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients.
— Understand role requirements and organizational fit.
— Develop and execute strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent.
— Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear communication.
— Find creative ways to engage candidates during initial outreach.
— Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions.
Требования:
— Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years professional recruiting experience without degree.
— Preferred: 2+ years high-volume recruiting, ideally in manufacturing.
— Experience with in-house recruiting.
— Experience recruiting skilled trades (technicians, electricians, facilities).
— Strong tenure with demonstrated recruiting success.
— Full life cycle recruiting experience.
— Comfort reviewing and reporting recruiting data.
— Ability to distinguish top talent.
— Expertise in non-standard recruiting methods (cold calling, networking events, targeted sourcing campaigns).
— Comfortable interfacing with hiring managers including director and VP level.
— Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
— Ability to present candidates accurately without overselling.
— Ability to multitask and work with little direction while being a team member.
— Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
— Must be onsite full-time in Bastrop, TX; no hybrid or remote work.
— ITAR compliance: must be U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required authorizations.
