We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is hiring an Infrastructure Security Engineer to secure the platform our models are trained and served on. The role covers Kubernetes platform security, cloud identity and access, software supply chain, tenant isolation in the serving layer and the research infrastructure behind our models.
Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline, and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what the platform has to enforce to stop it.
This is a hands-on engineering role on the Security team. You'll write policy, tooling and infrastructure code, work in the platform team's repositories, and ship controls that hold up in production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and ship security controls in our Kubernetes ecosystem: admission policy, RBAC, workload identity, network policy and runtime hardening across every cluster we run
- Harden the software supply chain from dependency intake through build and deploy, including package firewalling, artifact signing and provenance, and admission controls that block what doesn't pass
- Own cloud IAM and identity architecture: least-privilege roles, short-lived credentials and workload federation
- Secure research infrastructure and training pipelines, including access to model weights and datasets, without slowing down the people using them
- Threat model new platform components before they ship and turn the findings into concrete requirements the owning team can act on
- Build guardrails for AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our infrastructure
- Write infrastructure as code and policy as code, and treat security configuration with the same review and rollout discipline as any other change
- Give the incident response team what they need when infrastructure is involved: fast answers about how a system works and what to shut off
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes in production: you've written admission policies, debugged RBAC and workload identity problems and understand how a cluster gets compromised
- Working knowledge of cloud IAM and networking on at least one major cloud platform, including how identity federation and short-lived credentials actually work
- Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps-style deployment, and the habit of shipping security changes through the same pipeline as everything else
- Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to build tooling, not just scripts
- An understanding of software supply chain attacks and the controls that stop them: signing, provenance, SBOMs, admission enforcement
- Clear writing. Design docs, threat models and explanations to engineers who don't work in security are all part of the job
- Judgment about which controls to enforce, which to recommend and how to roll out a breaking change without breaking the company
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Experience securing GPU or HPC-style compute, training pipelines or research environments
- Experience with policy engines and admission controllers (Kyverno, OPA Gatekeeper, Falco or similar)
- Multi-tenant isolation design in a cloud environment: ABAC, scoped credentials, per-tenant boundaries
- Experience producing security architecture evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other audits and customer assessments
- Open source contributions or published work in cloud or Kubernetes security
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We're building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we're scaling the systems behind our support team so we can keep delivering delightful experiences as that community grows.
We're looking for a Support Systems Engineer who ships production code, not tickets and specs: someone who takes a fix from proposal to merged PR themselves. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the AI support agent, our ticketing system and other Support tools end to end: authentication (JWT), response logic, routing, escalation paths and tone, tested in staging before it sees live traffic
- Ship daily product changes that remove ticket volume. Recent example: extending automatic refund eligibility to one-click credit purchases, accidental upgrades and month-based proration on annual terms
- Build and maintain internal CX tooling as real software, not one-offs: scripts, jobs, dashboards, admin surfaces
- Run QA and evals with real test suites and pass/fail rubrics, plus monitoring and alerts for outages, bugs and volume spikes
- Own releases: staged rollouts, a regression suite before every ship, clear rollback criteria, a writeup when something reaches production
- Build the CX reporting the org runs on: volume, deflection, CSAT, reply and resolution time, escalation accuracy, agent spend. You own the correctness and availability of the queries.
- Build and stage the guardrails on refunds, account changes and anything touching money or PII, including the audit trail
- Keep the knowledge base accurate and structured for the agent to parse, and manage the handoff into the ticketing system
- Keep the CX roadmap and the coverage model current, sequenced against priorities set by the Head of CX, so gaps show up before they bite
- Run the day-to-day with our AI platform vendor: weekly working session, joint roadmap, issues filed with reproductions
- Carry signal across teams: Product and Engineering on bugs and rollouts, Customer Education on self-serve, community on Discord and the forums, GTM and Analytics on routing and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in Customer Experience, Support Engineering or Support Operations, with real time spent writing code
- You ship production code in codebases you didn't write: read TypeScript, trace logic through someone else's service, put up a PR that survives review. Our stack is TypeScript and Node.js on AWS
- Hands-on experience building and tuning AI or LLM-powered support workflows: prompt and context engineering, routing, escalation design, evals
- SQL experience. You own the reporting, so you shouldn't be waiting on Analytics for it
- Code-level experience with a billing or payments API: invoices, prorations, refunds. A large share of consumer tickets live here
- Git, PR review, CI, staging and feature flags as your default way of working
- Real QA and eval experience: you can define rubrics, build test suites and calibrate against what good looks like
- Judgment about where a fix belongs, in code, in the agent or in the knowledge base
- A track record carrying signal between support, product and other functions and turning it into action
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment, high ownership and high autonomy
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful person in this role treats the agent and the systems around it like a product they own. They watch where it fails, ship the fix and check whether it worked. They build reporting people actually use. And they show up with improvements no one asked for yet.
FOR YOUR APPLICATION
During our interview process, you'll have several chances to get acquainted with the Runway product and use all the features our team has built, and that starts now. As part of your application, instead of a cover letter, we ask that you try out the Runway product, specifically build a custom workflow.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch
- Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events.

You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

At Figma we believe design doesn’t end in a file or with your designer - it includes everything that goes into the product you ship: the production code that ties it all together, the systems and developer tools that make that code reliable, the context you provide to our AI agents, and the documentation that keeps everyone on the same page.
The Roundtripping Area at Figma is redefining how Designers, PMs and Engineers collaborate. We are responsible for agentic workflows enabling ideation and prototyping on production codebases as well as accelerating the journey from design to code. In 2023, we launched Dev Mode, a suite of features that give developers everything they need to navigate design files and transform designs into code. In 2025, we introduced Figma’s MCP, accelerating how ideas get to production. Looking to the future, we aim to further reduce the barriers between design to code and code to design allowing ideation, prototyping and productionalising to happen seamlessly where it most makes sense.
Our Roundtripping team is expanding, and we’re hiring AI Product Engineers across multiple levels in the UK. We’re looking for people who have built generative AI products and are eager to lead AI efforts end-to-end, from early ideas to production.
Join us in shaping the future of AI at Figma.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build and evolve Dev Mode our MCP tools and Make, Figma’s leading tools for dev/design collaboration

3+ years of leading large scale engineering projects with high impact
Working with user facing LLM and agentic product features
Experience curating and developing eval sets and LLMs as judges
Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship
High velocity and a focus on user impact

Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Marketing Manager (Fixed-term 18 months)
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to neighborhoods around the world. From restaurant food to retail, we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything — and we’re just getting started. We’re now looking for a
Marketing Manager
to join our local Marketing team in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you’ll bring Wolt’s story to life in your market by leading local commercial and content/social media marketing efforts. You’ll report to the
Head of Marketing

You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy: managing local partnerships, building campaigns that resonate with customers, and driving meaningful community engagement. You’ll turn insights into creative campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that strengthen our local presence and drive growth across all business lines. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to blend strategic thinking with creative execution, while collaborating closely with local teams and regional marketing partners to make an impact that truly resonates.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Lead and manage local marketing campaigns from concept to execution — ensuring they’re engaging, effective, and true to Wolt’s brand.
Build strong relationships with local partners and merchants to co-create marketing initiatives that drive visibility and mutual growth.
Develop and implement the local social media strategy, crafting authentic, relevant, and community-driven content.
Collaborate with local influencers to produce creative, high-impact content that connects with our audience.
Activate both organic and paid hyper-local initiatives such as events, guerrilla marketing, and partnerships with community brands.
Partner with the regional marketing team to ensure that local campaigns align with broader business goals and brand guidelines.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance — translating insights into actionable improvements.
Support campaign planning for new city or area launches, helping to build excitement and awareness in new markets.
Our humble expectations
Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, partnerships, events, influencer).
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ideally across commercial, operations, and content teams.
Strong analytical mindset — confident in using data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Hands-on experience managing social media content and community engagement.
Comfortable juggling both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus.

About the role
Rove Next is a new premium line from Rove Concepts, a Vancouver-based modern furniture brand selling direct to consumer across Canada and the US. Rove Next launches with improved versions of best-selling pieces and needs its own marketing built from the ground up. The role involves owning how Rove Next reaches and retains customers, focusing on email and lifecycle marketing. The goal is to scale marketing through AI and systems rather than headcount, building a clean function rather than inheriting one. This is not a coordination role but requires problem-solving and proactive management.
Scope
Initially focused on Rove Next, with potential to expand across the Rove Concepts group as the brand grows.
What you'll own
— Email and lifecycle as the primary owned channel, including campaign calendar, flows, segmentation, deliverability, and list health, using Klaviyo.
— Quality control on all outgoing materials: copy, creative, link destinations, offers, regional versions, ensuring errors are caught before shipping.
— Building AI into daily work, shipping AI solutions rather than just proposing them.
— Collaborating with lifecycle and email team, designers, and external ads partner to maintain the campaign calendar.
— Translating marketing results into clear business language, explaining spend, revenue, and recommendations.
Must-haves
— Five or more years in ecommerce or DTC marketing with real ownership of email and lifecycle marketing, experience with Klaviyo or comparable ESP.
— Demonstrated ability to build AI workflows independently and solve problems proactively.
— Fluent, native-level English, both written and spoken, capable of writing premium-sounding copy.
— Strong attention to detail, able to assess assets for alignment with promises, tone, and offer accuracy.
— Comfortable receiving and giving feedback about campaign effectiveness.
Nice to have
— Experience in furniture, home, or other considered-purchase categories with long buying cycles.
— Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, and Meta Ads.
— Experience enforcing brand guidelines within a team.
What success looks like
— Growth of flow revenue as a share of total email revenue.
— Reduction of errors reaching leadership.
— AI integrated and producing measurable results within 90 days.
Compensation
$3,500 to $4,500 USD per month depending on experience, independent contractor.
How to apply
Send CV to talent@rovenext.com with two examples: one AI workflow or automation built and its impact, and one instance of catching an error before shipping. Include a short voice note introducing yourself and what you'd want to know before writing your first email. Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid project.

As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion’s Data Foundations team builds and operates the batch and streaming infrastructure behind our product features, analytics, search, and AI experiences. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to shape the next generation of this platform as Notion serves larger customers, expands globally, and supports more data-intensive products. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems, set direction, build and develop a high-performing team, and lead multi-quarter initiatives across our data lake, streaming, distributed-compute, governance, and reliability systems. You’ll stay close to critical technical decisions while creating clear ownership, growing engineers and technical leaders, and helping the team execute as one—partnering closely with Data Engineering, Data Product, Search, AI, Infrastructure, and Security.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Set the direction for Data Foundations. Turn ambiguous company and customer needs into a clear multi-quarter strategy across the data lake, streaming, distributed compute, governance, and platform reliability—and align engineers and partner teams around it.
- Build and develop a high-performing team. Attract strong engineers, set clear expectations, grow technical leaders, and create an environment of ownership, direct feedback, and accountability.
- Lead the team’s hardest initiatives from idea to operation. Ensure complex work has strong technical ownership, de-risk architectures through prototypes, break work into shippable milestones, and coordinate execution across engineers and teams.
- Make Notion’s data platform enterprise-ready. Guide the team toward durable foundations for external key management, data residency, access controls, lifecycle management, and governance without creating separate systems for every requirement.
- Raise reliability, simplicity, and cost efficiency. Identify systemic risks and architectural gaps, establish clear service ownership, and lead migrations that make Kafka, Debezium, S3/Iceberg, Spark, EMR, Athena, and related systems easier to operate at scale.
- Multiply the engineering organization. Establish reusable abstractions and paved paths, delegate meaningful ownership, raise the quality of technical decisions, and scale expertise through coaching, documentation, tooling, design reviews, and direct collaboration.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deep data-platform expertise. You have designed and operated large-scale batch and streaming systems and can reason across storage, compute, ingestion, orchestration, serving, governance, and production operations.
- Direction-setting leadership. You have led a Data Platform or infrastructure team through multi-quarter work—finding the right problems, defining a strategy, sequencing execution, and driving decisions with long-term consequences.
- Team-building and talent development. You have attracted strong engineers, grown people across career stages, developed technical leaders, and created clarity when expectations or performance needed to change.
- Hands-on engineering judgment. You stay close to critical systems and designs and know when to prototype, simplify, buy, build, or migrate. You can go deep while preserving ownership for the engineers leading the work.
- Platform-product thinking. You understand the needs behind partner requests and turn repeated patterns into safe, ergonomic, self-serve capabilities rather than accumulating bespoke solutions.
- Organizational influence. You create clarity across team boundaries, surface uncomfortable technical or organizational risks early, and help engineers do their best work through strong context, delegation, feedback, and coaching.
- You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, move faster, and build more creatively.
THE SYSTEMS AND PROBLEMS YOU MAY LEAD
- Evolving Notion’s data lake toward an S3 + Iceberg lakehouse with stronger governance, discoverability, schema evolution, and lifecycle controls
- Scaling Kafka and Debezium-based streaming infrastructure that powers real-time product, analytics, and AI use cases
- Improving Spark and distributed-compute performance, workload isolation, developer experience, and cost efficiency
- Designing EKM, data residency, and compliant processing capabilities across Notion’s data estate
- Creating clear platform interfaces and self-serve primitives for Data Engineering, Search, AI, and product teams
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Notion’s data infrastructure is no longer only an internal analytics layer. It increasingly powers customer-facing features, AI systems, enterprise controls, and high-volume product workflows. The team needs a leader who can see across these systems, build the technical leadership and operating culture required for that responsibility, and find the problems that matter before they become roadmap blockers. Success means Data Foundations has a strong, growing team with clear direction and dependable execution—and teams across Notion can build ambitious data-powered products faster without compromising customer trust.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $281,000 - $334,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
