The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. 🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth: Own your pipeline from scratch - Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events. - Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs. - Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value. - Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure a smooth path from evaluation to onboarding Hit activity benchmarks that drive pipeline - Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) and self-sourced opportunities created, treating prospecting as a daily discipline. Think like a territory owner, not just a closer - Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance. - Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES - 📈 B2B SaaS sales experience: You have 3+ years of experience in a Mid-Market Account Executive or similar B2B SaaS sales role. - 🏆 Top-performing track record: You have demonstrated success as a top performer, including a track record of performing within the top 10% of your sales team. - 🎯 Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record of generating your own pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound prospecting. - 🤝 Technical sales experience: You’ve successfully closed technical deals and are comfortable selling to Developers, DevOps, IT teams, CTOs, and other technical stakeholders. - 🧪 Complex evaluations: You have experience navigating proof-of-concept and technical evaluation processes from initial interest through to close. - 🚀 Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re comfortable taking ownership, building from a blank page, and finding creative ways to unlock opportunities. - ⚡ Startup adaptability: You thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment where priorities evolve and autonomy is expected. NICE-TO-HAVES - 🛠️ Developer ecosystem experience: You have experience selling open-source products, developer tools, or within a product-led growth company. - 🌱 Scale-up experience: You’ve worked in a Series A–C startup and understand what it takes to build repeatable processes while moving quickly. - 🌎 LATAM experience: You’re fluent in Spanish and/or have experience selling into or working with the LATAM market. You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.
