WE’RE TOOPLOOX 💎, A SOLVD INC. COMPANY
We create AI-powered products and services that make a real difference. Our team of nearly 200 specialists - including a 40+ person R&D team with many PhDs - has pioneered AI solutions across industries from healthcare to e-commerce. We’ve published research in top-tier venues like NeurIPS and ICML, while delivering real-world applications that help our clients innovate and scale.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong leadership and strategic thinking to join our team and build innovative products and services powered by AI and autonomous agents. In this role, you will lead a strategic project focused on Customer Service transformation for a client in the banking sector, implementing AI and decision-making AI Agents.
We value your ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities and to transform data and research into clear product strategies and roadmaps. You'll manage the entire process, from feasibility studies to scaling up, while ensuring smooth stakeholder communication and balancing client ambitions with delivery feasibility.
If you want to have a real impact on how users interact with the technologies of the future, feel invited!
What you will do:
- Manage the end-to-end product vision and execution for AI-powered solutions, agents, and automated workflows designed specifically for customer support teams in a banking environment.
- Own the translation from high-level solution design decisions into a clear, structured, and buildable backlog for the engineering team.
- Review scope and technical estimates on behalf of the delivery team to ensure project roadmaps are realistic.
- Map business processes, document clear requirements, and define acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Develop trustful relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth cross-team communication.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities and advise clients on possible directions.
- Validate ideas through experimentation to make fast, informed, de-risked decisions using continuous discovery approaches.
- Lead a cross-functional team of experts in their field, from AI engineers to experienced designers.
- Monitor productization of AI solutions from feasibility study through PoC to release and scale-up.
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving field of AI, LLMs, and autonomous agent frameworks.
Experience and skills you need to join us:
- Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-driven projects specifically for customer support/ customer service teams, or for automation of business or back-office processes.
- At least 5 years in leading digital and AI products.
- Strong sense of ownership, analytical skills, and deep product-oriented thinking to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Solid background in working in a technical environment with cross-functional and remote teams, preferably international.
- Practical experience with continuous discovery approaches (including various validation techniques) and experience in designing and executing project budgets.
- Proven ability to work at the level of detail: process mapping, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria and UAT - not only strategy and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, both English and Polish, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders from all management levels.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Product Operations Manager (Design), you will sit within Mistral's Product Operations function, with a focus on streamlining the operations of the design team. You will own how the Design team operates as a system — its cadences, its rituals, its coordination, and the connective tissue that lets designers focus on design. This role exists because a design org at our scale needs someone whose full-time job is the operating system itself: defining it, holding it, and continuously tuning it so the team runs with a heartbeat rather than on ad-hoc heroics.
You will own the team's weekly and quarterly cadences — from leadership syncs to planning, retros, and share-outs — and establish how we track work, surface it outward, and make decisions. You'll design the forums where decisions get made and recorded, keep the rituals that create alignment, and aggressively cut the ones that are just overhead.
Equally, you are the bridge across the org. You will coordinate the interlocks between Brand and Marketing for upcoming launches, and between Product and Product Design for the build pipeline — so interdependencies are understood and planned for, not discovered at the last minute. You will partner closely with marketing, PMs, engineering, GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping before it ships.
This is a team-of-one role with a founding design-ops mentality. You will build the discipline from scratch, automate repetitive coordination with AI where it helps, and coordinate people where it matters. You report to the Head of Product Operations, working day-to-day with the Head of Design and the design team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define the operating system of the design team — the cadences, forums, rituals, and source-of-truth that keep the team aligned and moving forward.
- Own the weekly and quarterly cadences, from leadership syncs and critiques to planning, retros, and headcount-cycle inputs.
- Coordinate the Brand × Marketing and Product × Product Design interlocks so design work is surfaced with enough lead time and dependencies are planned, not discovered late.
- Establish how the team tracks and shares out work — a single source of truth for status, and the forums where design is made legible to the rest of the org.
- Design and hold decision-making forums so decisions get made, recorded, and not relitigated.
- Separate ritual from overhead — keep the cadences that create alignment and cut the ones that are just tax.
- Automate repetitive coordination, reporting, and tracking with AI so the team spends time on design, not admin.
- Bring the wider Product Operations toolkit to the design team — data and analytics for transparent reporting, structured feedback loops and early-access programmes, and launch coordination that aligns design work with product release cycles and go-to-market timing.
- Partner with marketing, PMs, engineering and GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience in design operations, product operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff role within a creative or product organization.
- A founding design-ops mindset — you've built operational disciplines from scratch, not just maintained inherited ones.
- Comfortable automating with AI tools to remove repetitive overhead, while equally skilled at coordinating people and building coalitions without authority.
- Strong systems thinking — you design repeatable rhythms and processes, not just run meetings.
- Design literacy — enough background to have felt the pain designers feel and to be credible with the team.
- A make-it-happen attitude: positive, bias to action, unblocks rather than escalates.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills — you turn scattered signals into a shared source of truth.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define your own scope in a role with no playbook and no team to delegate to.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Cx App Foundations is a platform organisation within our global Cx organisation. It provides shared consumer foundations and platform capabilities used by engineering teams across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo. Within this organisation, the Velocity team owns the paved road for consumer app development across mobile and web: shared SDKs and client foundations, integration patterns and multi-brand customisation, migration playbooks and reference implementations, and developer tooling that makes building on shared foundations fast and safe. Our mission is to reduce the cost, time, and risk of building consumer experiences across platforms and brands. Product teams own customer-facing experiences; our job is to make sure they can spend their time on delivering delightful experiences. The team is AI-native: AI is a default part of how we design, build, and ship software.
About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of experienced engineers across mobile and web, collaborating closely with product teams, design, and adjacent platform organisations across three brands. Your primary responsibility will be owning the team's roadmap and delivery of shared client foundations, and driving their adoption across the organisation, so that product teams ship delightful customer experiences without rebuilding the foundations under them. You will be a key player in keeping the team's operating model healthy: clear intake from stakeholders, predictable delivery, and support expectations that keep the platform from drifting into a general escalation queue. You will also guide architectural and system design decisions with your tech leads. You will stay hands-on: contributing code, reviews, and prototypes alongside the team is part of the job. This role is ideal for a leader who has run platforms, SDKs, or shared services for other engineering teams, communicates clearly across brands and time zones, and wants their impact measured through what other teams achieve with the foundations you ship.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Own the platform roadmap - the shared SDKs, client foundations, and developer tooling the team ships - and sequence it against the migration and adoption goals of the three brands
Drive adoption of the shared foundations by partnering with product teams, running onboarding and rollout support, and making the supported path the easiest path
Lead, coach, and grow experienced mobile and web engineers, keeping growth conversations, calibration, and feedback loops running
Keep the team's operating model healthy: clear intake (stakeholder management, shared-platform, product-specific, or exception work), supported capabilities with entry criteria and support expectations, and predictable delivery
Guide architectural and system design decisions for client foundations that three brands and multiple app platforms depend on
Stay hands-on by contributing code and reviews alongside the team, and champion AI-native development practices
Grow the team through hiring
Our humble expectations
You have 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including a team with senior engineers
You have a solid background (5+ years) in mobile or web engineering, with enough technical depth to hold your own in architecture discussions about client foundations
You use AI tooling fluently in your day-to-day work and stay close to the code
You have run a platform, SDK, or shared service that other teams depend on, and know how to treat internal customers as customers
You work across boundaries naturally: product teams, design, other platform organisations, data/analytics and stakeholders in other locations and time zones
You hold a high bar for engineering quality and can navigate production incidents and release tradeoffs with calm structure
You are based in Helsinki, Finland
What we offer
A platform leadership role with real leverage: the foundations the team owns shape how consumer experiences get built across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo, and your roadmap decisions multiply across every product team that builds on them.
Next steps
The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us!
The compensation will be a combination of monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs. The latter makes it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you’ll own a piece of the pie.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

About us
Carazo Enterprise SL is a luxury brand distribution company established in 2012, known for high-quality service and best-in-class distribution channels for the brands we represent. Our success is built on modern infrastructure and smart organizational and technological solutions.
We currently operate multiple legal entities across multiple jurisdictions across the EU, Latam, and the USA — and are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Shopify, HubSpot, integrations, and related technical projects.
About the role
Our online store runs on Shopify, and our sales and customer-service processes run on HubSpot. Development and integration work is handled by external agencies and freelancers.
We are creating a dedicated internal role for one person who will own the technical side of Shopify, HubSpot, and the integrations between them, while also managing the external technical resources responsible for more complex work.
You will combine hands-on technical knowledge with strong project and vendor management skills. You should be comfortable making minor technical adjustments, configurations, troubleshooting issues, and handling routine system administration independently.
For larger or more complex configurations, automations, integrations, or development work, your role will be to understand the business and technical requirements, define the scope, prepare clear specifications, coordinate the appropriate external specialists, oversee implementation, and verify the completed work before it goes live.
You will report directly to the CEO and have clear ownership of the systems, projects, and technical coordination within your area.
What you will do
Shopify and catalogue
• Configure and maintain the store, including products, variants, prices, collections, and metafields.
• Manage bulk imports and exports and support B2B price lists and customer accounts.
• Manage apps and checkout settings, including rules for regulated products.
• Make minor configuration and technical adjustments independently where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot routine Shopify issues and identify when external technical support is required.
Integrations and automation
• Own the Shopify-HubSpot integration and ensure accurate synchronization of customers, companies, and orders.
• Understand and oversee integrations with payments, shipping, WhatsApp (Wati), and other tools through apps, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar technologies.
• Maintain Shopify Flow and HubSpot Workflows and make routine adjustments where appropriate.
• For more complex integrations and automations, assess requirements, define the technical scope, coordinate external specialists, and oversee implementation.
• Monitor integrations, identify errors or failed processes, and coordinate resolution where external technical support is required.
HubSpot / CRM
• Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, tags, and customer tiers.
• Set up and maintain user roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality, including duplicate management, merges, and consistent records.
• Handle routine CRM configuration and administration independently.
• Coordinate more complex CRM changes or development work with external specialists when required.
Technical project and vendor management
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and specifications.
• Assess whether a task can be handled internally or requires external technical expertise.
• Identify and coordinate external developers, agencies, freelancers, or other technical specialists.
• Obtain estimates, implementation plans, and timelines from external providers.
• Track project scope, deadlines, budgets, dependencies, and changes.
• Review and test completed work against the agreed requirements.
• Formally verify and accept deliveries before go-live.
• Ensure that external technical work is properly documented and maintainable.
Control and documentation
• Maintain documentation of systems, integrations, configurations, workflows, and access rights.
• Control administrative permissions and external vendor access.
• Monitor system performance, synchronization issues, and errors.
• Ensure that technical changes are documented and properly handed over.
• Maintain a clear overview of the Shopify, HubSpot, and broader e-commerce technology environment.
Your first 90 days
• Consolidate our HubSpot environment into one working system.
• Ensure every Shopify order, customer, and company is recorded correctly in HubSpot, with no duplicates.
• Implement market and tier tags and B2B pricing consistently across Shopify and HubSpot.
• Integrate WhatsApp (Wati) with HubSpot.
• Audit and clean the product catalogue and establish one standard for product changes.
• Map all systems, apps, and integrations and establish role-based access and documented handover.
• Review existing technical processes and external vendor arrangements and establish clear ownership, documentation, and working processes.
Requirements
We verify these requirements. Please read them carefully before applying.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical Shopify experience. You can demonstrate live stores and clearly explain your exact contribution to each.
• Experience with Shopify integrations with CRM, ERP, or third-party systems. You can explain at least one integration step by step, including the systems involved, implementation method, challenges, and outcome.
• Strong technical fluency: you can read and make basic edits to Liquid and JSON and understand metafields/metaobjects, Shopify Flow, and the Shopify app ecosystem.
• Strong project and vendor management experience: you have written technical specifications, gathered estimates, coordinated external developers or agencies, tested deliveries, managed deadlines and budgets, and overseen implementation.
• Hands-on experience with bulk catalogue operations using Matrixify or CSV.
• English B2+ with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to distinguish between technical work you can handle independently and work that requires specialized external expertise.
Strong advantages
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales/Service Hub, pipelines, workflows, permissions).
• Shopify Plus and/or Shopify B2B.
• Experience in regulated or age-restricted e-commerce.
• Multi-market experience (US and EU).
• Russian and/or Spanish.
This role is not a fit if you are:
• A pure developer who is primarily focused on writing code and has limited project or vendor management experience.
• A pure project manager without strong, hands-on Shopify technical knowledge.
• A theme/design or marketing-focused Shopify profile without broader technical and systems experience.
• Experienced only in WordPress/WooCommerce or local CRMs, with no substantial Shopify experience.
• Someone who expects external developers to handle all technical troubleshooting and routine system administration without being able to understand or manage the underlying systems.
Benefits
• Format: Remote, full-time, contractor (B2B) agreement.
• Compensation: €2,500–€3,000 gross per month.
• Probation: 3 months.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Madrid time (daily overlap with Spain/CET and teams in the Americas)
What to send us
• CV and LinkedIn profile.
• Links to live Shopify projects and a description of your exact contribution to each.
