DRIVE ADOPTION & VALUE REALIZATION - Achieve strong Executive Sponsor attendance in EBRs across segments; EBRs are value-driven, data-backed, and consistently advance renewal confidence. - Maintain commercial intelligence across strategic accounts – budget cycles, org changes, compliance mandates, and stack rationalization. - Translate advanced 1Password capabilities into clear outcomes for VP and C-suite stakeholders; tie adoption to measurable ROI and long-term advocacy. LEAD REVENUE RETENTION & EXPANSION - Achieve strong amendment and renewal upsell win rates; proactively source and advance expansion opportunities with documented context. - Maintain forecasting hygiene with minimal blank or unmodified renewals approaching subscription end. OPERATE WITH STRATEGIC RIGOR - Manage commercial objections, renewal negotiations, and competitive conversations independently – without escalation for standard to complex scenarios. - Build and present business cases to customer champions; advance deals with enough depth to move through the pipeline with AE alignment. ACT AS A TRUSTED SECURITY ADVISOR - Deep working knowledge of the full 1Password product suite; design tailored success journeys connecting feature adoption to measurable business outcomes. - Incorporate regulatory context, breach patterns, and competitive dynamics into EBRs with confidence. - Design and share AI-assisted workflows with teammates in a replicable, documented format. COLLABORATE & ENABLE - Lead joint account planning with your AE; cited by AEs as a proactive commercial collaborator who improves deal outcomes. - Mentor Level B CSMs through call shadowing, ad hoc coaching, or onboarding support. - Lead or co-lead cross-team initiatives; contribute tools or improvements adopted by peers. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our approach to work We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. Location: London, England Fin , now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences. Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system. Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI. Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. About this role Our website is one of the most important ways people discover what we offer, understand our value, and decide whether to talk to Sales or start a trial. The Web Growth team owns its roadmap and continuously improves the journey from first impression through to lead capture, demo engagement, signup, and trial start. You’ll treat the website like a product: understand user intent, find confusion and friction, form strong hypotheses, test them with users and data, and turn what you learn into better experiences. You’ll be just as comfortable shaping the problem and influencing the roadmap as you are designing the final interaction, prototype, or page. What you’ll be doing Experimentation: Designing and iterating on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement, conversion, qualified leads, and trial starts. Collaboration: Working with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into clear, buildable experiences. Data and insight: Using user insights and funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact. Product design: Applying product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility. Prototyping and systems: Prototyping in Figma and code, using AI tools where useful, and working within shared components and brand systems. Roadmap ownership: Bringing ideas to the Web Growth roadmap, not just executing briefs. Must have experience Experience: 5+ years in web, product, growth, or a closely related design role, with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work. Growth mindset: A track record of using design, growth frameworks, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel analysis to improve outcomes such as leads, conversion, trials, activation, or revenue. Experimentation: Experience designing and iterating on experiments, including A/B tests or other data-informed approaches. B2B SaaS experience is a plus. Craft and taste: Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish. Systems and brand: Comfortable working within an existing design system and brand, while identifying opportunities to extend and improve it. AI fluency: Experience using AI in your design practice, including tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make, or similar. You should be able to explain how AI has changed your workflow and what you have built or shipped with it. Ownership: Able to take a brief and run with it. You work independently, make good decisions, ask the right questions, and bring solutions rather than just options. Who this role is not for This role is not for you if: You only want to design campaign or marketing pages from a fixed brief. This role owns the journey from first visit through to lead, demo, signup, or trial. You care about visual polish but not about comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, or reducing friction. You don’t want to work with funnel data, user research, experimentation, or the realities of implementation. You want to focus on brand expression without balancing it with usability, accessibility, performance, and measurable growth. You need a fixed roadmap and detailed requirements rather than identifying opportunities and shaping what the team should test next. You’re not interested in working closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to make the website perform better. What success looks like You’ll know you’re successful if: More visitors understand Fin and Intercom, find the right path for their needs, and take the next step with less friction. You’ve improved meaningful growth outcomes across qualified leads, demo engagement, signups, and trial starts. Experiments are well designed, clearly measured, and used to inform what the team does next. You’ve made complex product value easier to understand and act on without relying on extra explanation from Sales or Marketing. You’ve built strong working relationships with Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ve raised the bar for web growth design through thoughtful, high-quality experiences that people trust and want to use. Interview process We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time- and energy-consuming. We aim to be thorough, speedy, and transparent in our approach. You should expect the entire process to take no more than four weeks from start to finish. You’ll meet with members of our team and have the opportunity to validate that Intercom and the role are the right fit for you. Ready to build something great? If you’re excited by the opportunity to help existing businesses get more value from a self-serve product, and you have the craft, curiosity, commercial thinking, and autonomy to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. #LI-Hybrid Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world. In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. At Fin, we want to give people what they need to do the best work of their careers. Our benefits and programs are designed to support your health and wellbeing, your family, your time away from work, and your financial future. Offerings vary by location in line with local practices and requirements. Learn more about working at Fin and the benefits we offer at fin.ai/careers . Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Policies Fin has a hybrid working policy. We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least three days per week. We have a radically open and accepting culture at Fin. We avoid spending time on divisive subjects to foster a safe and cohesive work environment for everyone. As an organization, our policy is to not advocate on behalf of the company or our employees on any social or political topics out of our internal or external communications. We respect personal opinion and expression on these topics on personal social platforms on personal time, and do not challenge or confront anyone for their views on non-work related topics. Our goal is to focus on doing incredible work to achieve our goals and unite the company through our core values . Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment. What does that mean exactly? It means that at Salesforce, we believe in equality for all. And we believe we can lead the path to equality in part by creating a workplace that’s inclusive, and free from discrimination. Know your rights: workplace discrimination is illegal. Any employee or potential employee will be assessed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications – without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, political viewpoint, or other classifications protected by law. This policy applies to current and prospective employees, no matter where they are in their Salesforce employment journey. It also applies to recruiting, hiring, job assignment, compensation, promotion, benefits, training, assessment of job performance, discipline, termination, and everything in between. Recruiting, hiring, and promotion decisions at Salesforce are fair and based on merit. The same goes for compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, reduction in workforce, recall, training, and education.

Location: United States Workplace: Remote BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. THE TEAM Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Kraken's Compliance Operations teams, including the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), investigations and enhanced due diligence, are the front line of how Kraken detects and responds to financial crime. The systems they run on sit within Core Services Product, alongside the engineering teams who build them. That covers alert ingestion, case management, investigator tooling and a growing set of automation and AI tools. This role owns the product for that investigation platform. That means how an alert is created, enriched, grouped and suppressed. How it becomes a case. How an investigator reaches and documents a decision. And how every step is evidenced to a regulator or auditor. You'll start with the FIU, where the workflows are most complex and the audit bar is highest, then extend the platform across Compliance Operations. THE OPPORTUNITY - Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end. Sequence it and defend it, and re-sequence it when a regulator or the RCO raises a P0. - Define "done" before build starts. Write phased deliverables and acceptance criteria that Compliance signs off, and hold the line when scope moves. - Get requirements in before engineering starts. Build the intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules and case management so that changes don't reach investigators before their workflows are ready. - Understand the process before building. Reconcile policy and SOPs against what investigators actually do and what the system actually does. Know the difference between a process fix and a technical one, and say which requests are in scope for engineering. - Understand the pipeline well enough to challenge it: ingestion, profile and transaction resolution, suppression and grouping logic, and reconciliation between vendor output and case management. Be able to walk an auditor through it with live examples. - Make auditability a first-class requirement: audit trail, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, change-management controls, and validation of filtering and suppression logic. - Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls that hold up in Compliance, IT and privacy audits. That means human-in-the-loop design, explainability and ongoing monitoring. - Run the operating rhythm: a shared forum with engineering and adjacent product managers, a regular stakeholder update, and one delivery status that everyone reads the same way. WHAT YOU BRING - 4+ years of product management, including 2+ years on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening. - Working knowledge of how an AML programme is examined, including the questions regulators, internal audit and model validation ask about monitoring, filing and control systems. - The technical fluency to go deep on data flows and system design with engineers, and to spot when a design won't meet the requirement. - A track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that measurably changed how an operations team works. - Clear, concise writing, from PRDs and phase plans to audit walkthroughs and executive updates. - The judgement to tell a senior stakeholder a timeline isn't realistic because the requirements aren't written yet, and to keep the relationship intact. NICE TO HAVES - Direct FIU experience, such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing or leading investigators. - Crypto or digital-asset experience, such as blockchain analytics, wallet-level transaction analysis or focal vs counterparty logic. - Experience shipping AI or ML into a regulated investigative workflow, including the control design. - Build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for monitoring or case-management tooling. - Experience with programmes that span jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US). Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. OUR COMMITMENT Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions.
