Senior KYC & Finance Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities: — Manage KYC processes for clients and counterparties, ensuring all required documentation is collected, reviewed and properly maintained — Conduct Source of Funds (SoF) and Source of Wealth (SoW) reviews and coordinate the collection of supporting documentation — Communicate directly with clients and counterparties regarding KYC and banking requirements — Liaise with Cyprus and international banks and financial institutions on KYC matters, transactions and documentation requirements — Support international and cross-border transactions, ensuring the necessary documentation is prepared in line with banking requirements — Monitor accounts receivable and manage communication with clients regarding outstanding payments — Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales and other business teams on KYC, banking and payment-related matters — Handle complex and non-standard cases, identifying additional documentation or clarification required — Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records and supporting documentation — Monitor relevant changes in KYC, AML and banking requirements — Contribute to the development and improvement of internal KYC processes and documentation standards Requirements and Qualifications: — 5+ years of relevant experience in KYC, AML, banking, financial services or a similar role — Hands-on experience in Cyprus and a strong understanding of local banking practices and KYC/AML requirements — Practical experience with Source of Funds and Source of Wealth verification — Experience with international payments and cross-border transactions — Strong understanding of documentation required by banks for KYC and transaction-related purposes — Experience working directly with banks, clients and counterparties — Ability to manage complex cases independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders — Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail — Excellent organisational and communication skills — Excellent written and spoken English and Russian are mandatory — Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Business Administration or a related field — Experience in real estate, banking, wealth management, fiduciary services or professional services would be an advantage What We Offer: — Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications — Long-term employment with a BCS-certified company — 21 days of paid annual leave — 5 paid sick days — Supportive and collaborative team culture — Modern office in the centre of Paphos — Opportunity to work across diverse business projects and grow together with the business
