WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Global Head of Land Revenue, you’ll be the global owner for technical new-business strategy, pipeline, and conversion—a customer-facing, technical revenue leadership role, not a RevOps or sales operations role. You’ll own Notion’s Land number (net-new and upgrade iARR across regions), work closely with EPD and Product, and step into high-stakes technical conversations with customers and partners as Notion shifts from product-led to sales-led selling in an AI-native world.
This role is the global owner for new business standards, pipeline programs, and operating cadence. You’ll set the way for landing new business revenue globally, partner with Regional GMs who own regional P&L outcomes, and ensure consistent execution through scalable programs, playbooks, enablement, and governance.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Partnerships, Sales leadership, and regional teams to improve pipeline quality, win rates, conversion, and time-to-productivity. You’ll also design operating standards that balance regional accountability with global program consistency.
You’ll be measured on qualified pipeline creation, coverage, conversion, program ROI, velocity, handoff quality, and BDR/SC ramp outcomes—requiring you to operate with strong systems thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build and lead the global net-new business motion: define strategy, program portfolio, operating cadence, governance, and performance standards across regions
- Own the global net new business strategy for Land, including ICP and segmentation guardrails, plays, coverage model assumptions, annual and quarterly planning, sequencing, and investment trade-offs
- Establish global definitions and standards for stages, qualification, handoffs, pipeline math assumptions, and reporting integrity
- Build and run global pipeline generation programs in partnership with Marketing and regional leaders, including campaign-to-pipeline motions, partner-sourced pipeline programs, ABM or named-account plays, and field event program standards
- Define the measurement framework for new business programs, connecting inputs to outputs and outcomes across cost, pipeline, iARR, velocity, and win-rate lift
- Own the Land-side technical selling motion and set the technical bar for sales: SC plays, discovery and demo standards, scalable demo environments, certification paths, and ramp mechanisms
- Run the global new business operating cadence, including weekly program reviews, monthly pipeline health inspection, quarterly planning, escalation paths, and decision-rights models
- Partner with Regional GMs, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Product, and Partnerships to align new business programs, systems, content, enablement, feedback loops, and change management
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deeply technical SaaS background with meaningful customer-facing experience—solutions engineering, solutions consulting, field or customer engineering, or technical sales—plus ownership of a revenue, quota, pipeline, or conversion outcome
- Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics and how to influence conversion levers end-to-end, including qualified pipeline creation, coverage ratios, lead response, handoff quality, stage progression, win-rate lift, and velocity
- Strong program-building instincts: you can design scalable plays, instrument them with data, and run an inspection cadence that drives behavior change
- Experience building operating systems for global teams, including cadences, dashboards, governance, playbooks, definitions, and change-management mechanisms
- Executive presence and cross-functional leadership: able to align and influence Regional GMs, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Partnerships, and regional teams without relying on direct reporting lines for every dependency
- Ability to balance regional autonomy with global craft excellence: you set the bar, create standards, and drive consistency while enabling local execution
- Strong enablement and role-design instincts, with the ability to define expectations, onboarding paths, certification standards, and time-to-productivity mechanisms for BDR and SC motions
- Builder orientation and comfort in ambiguity: you create the playbook while the org is executing, and you iterate quickly based on market, customer, and performance signals
- Hands-on with AI tools, and able to credibly explain how AI and agents change workflows for technical teams
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with solution-led selling motions and technical or product-adjacent go-to-market
- Track record building global programs that still allow regional adaptation
- Experience partnering deeply with Marketing, Partnerships, RevOps, and Enablement to create measurable net new business impact
- Experience designing partner-sourced pipeline programs, ABM or named-account motions, or field event program standards at scale

Plan and execute source system migrations to GitLab using Congregate, partnering closely with customer stakeholders to reduce risk, protect data integrity, and minimize downtime.
Provide DevOps and DevSecOps consulting and best-practice guidance, including advising on internal frameworks such as the Delivery Governance Framework (DGF) and GitLab Flow.

Prefer location in PST, MST or CST timezone alignment.
Comfortable with up to 30% travel at times.

Enterprise software development experience, with the ability to translate requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
Progressive DevOps platform experience, including designing and implementing reliable, scalable systems with clear performance and security trade-offs.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in cloud providers and on-premises environments, including using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

About the team
The Professional Services Technical Architect is part of GitLab's Professional Services organization. We partner with customers who are transitioning to GitLab, expanding how they use an existing GitLab installation, or planning complex upgrades to their infrastructure and processes. Our team brings a diverse set of skills across GitLab deployment, maintenance, and day-to-day usage, along with deep technical knowledge of adjacent tools and platforms. Working closely with Engagement Managers, partner consultants, and customer stakeholders, we focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, sharing best practices, and helping customers realize faster time to value from their GitLab investment. We operate in GitLab's remote, asynchronous environment and rely on clear documentation and transparent communication to collaborate effectively.
This role models skills and behavior aligned with GitLab Values and typically reports to the Regional Delivery Manager. As a Professional Services Technical Architect, you will work more independently than an associate consultant, leveraging deep technical expertise to drive customer outcomes.

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both

This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

and Honeycomb.io
press releases
.
Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Talent Acquisition at Honeycomb builds the teams behind our observability platform. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll run a full desk of priority R&D searches and act as the talent advisor Hiring Managers call before they open a req, not after. You'll report to the Head of TA, partner directly with R&D leadership, and own how hiring gets done on your desk from intake to accepted offer. We're remote-first and give you real trust and autonomy from day one, so you'll shape how we hire as we scale.
What you’ll do in the role:
Own full-cycle searches for R&D/ Technical focused roles, from intake to offer acceptance, and deliver diverse, well-vetted slates on target timelines.
Manage a full desk of priority reqs, keep candidates moving within our hiring SLAs, and keep Greenhouse data clean without being chased. This includes sourcing, interviewing, reviwing applicants, scheduling etc.
Advise Hiring Managers on search strategy and leveling, using market data, pipeline analytics, and compensation benchmarks to shape decisions rather than only carry them out.
Build lasting advisory relationships with your Business Unit leaders: align stakeholders on a shared plan, guide debate to a decision, and explain the reasoning once it's made.
Partner with the Head of TA to turn approved headcount into recruiting plans, and flag risks early with a proposed fix.
Own the implementation of our competency-based hiring process by building Greenhouse scorecards, running interviewer kick-offs, and facilitating structured debriefs.
Use DEI sourcing tactics that broaden representation and improve quality of hire.
Analyze funnel metrics in Greenhouse and Gem, share what you learn with stakeholders, and improve the process, including cross-functional TA projects like interviewer enablement and candidate-experience NPS.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech, with a track record of filling senior engineering IC and first-line manager roles.
Experience running a full desk of concurrent reqs while holding to clear SLAs and quality standards.
A history of acting as a talent advisor, where you turned funnel and compensation data into recommendations that changed hiring decisions.
Hands-on experience with structured interviewing and ATS (scorecards, reporting, scheduling workflows).
Measurable results from DEI sourcing and fair-assessment practices.
Crisp written updates, plus experience facilitating productive kick-offs, debriefs, and pipeline reviews.
Comfort having direct, kind conversations with Hiring Managers about candidates, leveling, or process, in line with Honeycomb's values of Ownership, Feedback Is a Muscle, and Kind Candor.
Experience in a remote-first, fast-changing environment, and a habit of mentoring peers and improving process as you go.
Nice to haves:
Experience with Competency based hiring
Experience utilizing AI to help make process improvements
Preferred experience with Greenhouse
In-house recruiting experience strongly preferred
Base Salary based on level of experience
$140,000
—
$165,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.
Phishing and Recruitment Scam Warning:
We take your security seriously. Please be aware that recruitment scams are increasingly common and scammers may create email addresses or websites to impersonate Honeycomb employees. To help protect you:
All communications will come from an

We occasionally work with external recruiting agencies. These partners will use legitimate business email addresses—
never personal accounts like Gmail or Yahoo

never
ask you to provide financial or sensitive personal information, including but not limited to:
Social security or tax identification numbers
Credit card numbers
Bank account information
Diversity & Accommodations:
We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace—where people of all backgrounds, identities, experiences, and abilities are welcomed, valued, and supported. We recognize that there is no single path to success and embrace nontraditional career journeys and diverse perspectives as key to building stronger, more innovative teams.
We strive to ensure an inclusive experience throughout every stage of our hiring process and are happy to provide reasonable accommodations as needed. If you require accommodations or accessible formats at any point during our hiring process, please let your recruiter know.
As an equal opportunity employer our hiring process is designed to put you at ease and help you show your best work. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, we’re always open to feedback.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are looking for a Deputy Regional Information Security Officer to own ICT security, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of entities at different stages of maturity, from established licensed operations to new markets launching under frameworks. This is not a support function. You will be the named security officer for your entities, accountable to their boards and their regulators.
This is a high visibility, high trust role for a security governance professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and financial services, and who is energised by applying established group frameworks to the local needs of a growing regulated entity.
Payward is one of the world's most trusted and secure digital asset platforms, operating across a growing network of regulated entities spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As we expand into new markets and deepen our regulatory footprint, the demand for embedded, senior-level ICT security leadership at the entity level has never been higher.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Prepare, contribute and report to regional risk governance and board committee meetings, highlighting control status, risk exposure, and readiness
- Execute risk assessments and control testing across UAE operations in line with VARA cybersecurity guidelines and security best practices
- Maintain and review Business Impact Assessments (BIA), integrating findings into global resilience planning
- Contribute to Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation, testing, and updates, including entity-specific scenarios
- Collaborate with Group Security and IT to:
- Align UAE-specific regulatory controls with global policies and control frameworks
- Contribute to the development of security policies to meet international and UAE compliance requirements
- Conduct security control validation and document evidence for internal/external audits
- Participate in remediation planning for audit findings and track progress to closure
- Support the RISO in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to regulators
- Prepare and present security and resilience reports for internal governance committees and local entity management
- Assist in responses to regulatory examinations, including due diligence and compliance queries
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams to interpret regulatory changes and propose control adaptations
- Participate in the regional incident response process, assist with post-incident reviews, and support continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security requirements into operational processes
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Regulatory Governance
- Serve as the named ICT security officer for your appointed entities, with formal accountability for security risk, ICT governance, and resilience oversight at board level
- Prepare and present security, risk, and resilience materials to entity boards, with material review and coaching from the Global RISO Lead beforehand
- Act as the primary point of contact for VARA and other relevant regulatory authorities on ICT and security matters -- including examinations, inspections, licensing interactions, and ongoing supervisory dialogue
- Support entity go live processes by implementing and localizing established group ICT governance frameworks for new market launches, ensuring they meet UAE regulatory requirements and entity specific needs
- As the portfolio evolves, engage with additional regulatory frameworks with support from the broader RISO team
- ICT Risk and Security
- Lead ICT and security risk assessments for your appointed entity, escalating material risks through local governance and the Global RISO Lead
- Maintain and adapt entity level policies and procedures to align with group standards and UAE regulatory requirements
- Coordinate control testing, evidence documentation, and audit preparation with global security and compliance teams
- Manage the classification, escalation, and regulatory reporting of ICT-related incidents within the timeframes required by applicable regulators
- Operational Resilience
- Lead business impact assessments, critical function mapping, and business continuity planning at the entity level
- Oversee continuity and recovery testing, ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations and feed back into global resilience planning
- Maintain oversight of ICT third-party dependencies and outsourcing arrangements in line with regulatory requirements
- Group Liaison
- Act as a key local liaison between UAE entities, the RISO team, Group Security, and Compliance
- Drive local implementation of group frameworks, policies, and resilience standards, adapting them where jurisdiction-specific requirements demand
- Represent entity priorities in group-led security initiatives and governance forums
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in information security governance, ICT risk management, or regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or virtual asset environment
- Direct experience as a named regulatory contact, involvement in regulatory examinations, supervisory interactions, licensing processes, or equivalent
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Experience with VARA or other virtual asset / crypto-native regulatory regimes is a significant advantage and strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement, adapt, and maintain compliance or governance frameworks within a regulated environment
- Experience conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience planning at the entity level
- Familiarity with ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management within group structures
- Ability to translate technical risk into board-level narrative and regulatory-grade documentation
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, each at a different stage of regulatory maturity
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer preferred
- Familiarity with EU frameworks such as DORA and MiCA is strongly preferred
WHY THIS ROLE
- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring in London and APAC.
We're building a creative platform used by artists, filmmakers, and teams at some of the world's most recognized brands. Our support org handles everything from a five-minute billing question to a technical escalation, and we're building out a dedicated tier for the first kind so our more experienced specialists can focus on the second.
We're looking for a Support Representative who's accurate, fast, and comfortable following a process closely under volume. No creative or AI background required. We'll train you on the product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Resolve high-volume, tickets across account access, billing, and plan questions for Free, Standard, and Pro and Max users
- Use existing macros, playbooks, and AI support layer suggestions to close tickets accurately and quickly
- Recognize when a ticket needs product judgment or creative-tool troubleshooting, and route it to Tier 2 Support or Enterprise
- Flag recurring questions that don't have a macro yet
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Clear, accurate written communication, especially on process-driven, checklist-style work
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work without losing accuracy
- Prior experience with tools like Zendesk, Notion, or Slack is a plus, not a requirement
- 0-2 years in any customer-facing or process-driven role (preferably in SaaS, but not required)
- Enough curiosity to spend a little time in the product or help docs before talking to us. No creative background needed, just evidence you looked
WHAT SETS GREAT CANDIDATES APART
The best people in this role follow the playbook precisely and know exactly when a ticket doesn't fit it. They don't force a wrong answer to hit volume, and they don't escalate everything out of caution either. They've put in enough time with Runway to have a real sense of what it does and who uses it, so a ticket that's slightly off-script doesn't stump them, even without a creative background. When they see the same question surface three times, they ask whether it should become a macro instead of just answering it a third time.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
WORKING AT RUNWAY
Great things come from great teams. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwmj4ato2kw&ab_channel=Runway We’d love to hear from you.
We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed. Our Client Advisors turn inbound interest from small- and medium-sized businesses into Toptal clients. You will be the first conversation a prospective client has with Toptal. You will respond to immediate-assistance requests within five minutes, quickly understand the business problem behind the request, connect necessary Toptal specialists, and help guide the client forward through the sales process. You will need to do a great deal in a short conversation: establish trust, diagnose the need, recognize relevant opportunities, explain Toptal’s value proposition, address concerns, and convert the business to sale. This is a high energy, consultative sales role at inbound velocity where excellence will mean running a high volume of first conversations, asking better questions than the client expected, and constantly building momentum along the right Toptal offering path. You will need to bring clarity and articulate value across Toptal’s full portfolio: specialized talent, global hiring and payroll through HireGlobal, and our AI-driven, platform-powered, outcome-focused services offerings. Your ownership continues after the first call. You will represent the client through technical stages, keep them engaged between conversations, and resolve issues that slow a decision. You will manage those active opportunities alongside new incoming inquiries, knowing when to bring in specialists for deeper expertise.
Responsibilities:
— Run high energy, open-ended discovery on every inbound conversation, quickly establish rapport, understand what prompted the client to reach out, and uncover the business objective behind the stated request.
— Build the necessary sales momentum to keep clients engaged, earning the right to recommend before you recommend.
— Quickly identify what is driving the need, whether there is a real opportunity, identify the metrics that matter most to the client, and who is involved in the decision.
— Explain why the relevant Toptal offering fits, address the client’s concerns, and ask for commitment.
— Manage deal cycles from discovery through close and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM.
— Give necessary specialists a clear account of the client’s needs and prepare them for subsequent conversations.
— Stay close as technical questions are resolved and keep the client engaged through the next decision.
— Maintain clear next steps, timing, and blockers for each active opportunity while responding to new inbound requests.
— Understand the client’s broader growth plans including global hiring, EOR and payroll needs, marketing and sales growth, financial, and technology challenges.
— Position Toptal as a strategic partner rather than a single-transaction vendor.
— Execute a client-centric approach across every interaction during pre-defined working hours, run rapid research on clients before outreach, ask focused questions to fill the gaps, and stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
— Work with team and cross-functional partners including matching, delivery, HireGlobal, and Toptal’s service offerings experts to respond promptly to high-volume inbound inquiries and bring the right expertise into a deal at the right moment.
— Communicate clearly over Zoom and Slack.
— Review own calls, seek and act on feedback, and contribute learnings back to the team.
Onboarding and development expectations include learning Toptal’s model, sales training, mock calls, running inbound conversations independently, managing leads and opportunities, meeting sales and quality targets, mentoring new team members, and contributing to team efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
— 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (Account Executive, Inside Sales, Sales Development, Account Representative, or related role).
— Demonstrated experience converting inbound opportunities into paying customers at scale, owning the sale from first call to close.
— Experience coordinating parallel sales opportunities and maintaining sales momentum while other teams complete necessary work.
— Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
— Full availability during working hours to take client calls.
— Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company managing a high volume of clients alongside competing deadlines.
— Exceptional time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
— Software, tech, or professional-services sales experience.
— Exposure to named sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, or similar.
— Experience selling more than one product or service line into the same account.
— Familiarity with global hiring, EOR, or payroll concepts.
— Fluency with modern sales tooling including AI-assisted research, call review, and CRM workflows.
Core Competencies:
— Consultative discovery with open-ended questions and diagnosis before prescription.
— Qualification discipline to distinguish interest from intent.
— Business acumen to hold credible conversations about growth, hiring, cost, and risk.
— Point of view to bring insight and respectfully reframe client thinking.
— Client-centricity to uncover and resolve client issues through value-based selling and directness about fit.
— Will to win, naturally competitive and aiming to exceed quota.
— Learn-it-all mindset seeking feedback and sharing learnings.
— Ownership as a self-directed individual contributor accountable for pipeline and results while collaborating effectively.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own how our Almaty recruiting team runs day to day.
Our Almaty recruiting team hires across Engineering, ML & Research, Product, Growth, Creative, GTM, Finance, and Operations, at a pace few companies have ever had to match. This role makes sure that pace doesn't turn into chaos.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Process & Standarts
- Define and roll out one consistent way of working across the team: intake, pipeline stages, scorecards, interview loops, offer approvals, and handoff to onboarding.
- Make sure every open role has a clear recruiter owner, a named final decision-maker, and an agreed interview panel.
- Keep the Hiring Matrix, recruiting playbooks, and Ashby guides current so recruiters and hiring managers can self-serve.
- Catch overlapping roles and duplicated outreach before the same candidate is contacted twice.
Ashby & Recruiting Data
- Own Ashby as the single source of truth. That means no side spreadsheets and no pipelines living in messengers.
- Run weekly pipeline hygiene checks for stale candidates, missing scorecards, untracked sources, and applications that were never closed.
- Make sure every source is tagged and measurable, including referrals, events, university partnerships, paid channels, and agencies.
- Partner with recruiting automation owners on stage automations, integrations, and dashboards.
Reporting & Insights
- Own recruiting reporting to leadership: pipeline by role, where candidates are stuck, offers out, and which decisions are needed.
- Replace manual status reports with live dashboards built on Ashby data.
- Track funnel conversion, time-to-hire, channel performance, and recruiter load, and turn them into clear recommendations.
- Run the weekly recruiting sync and make sure decisions and action items are captured and followed through.
- Onboard new recruiters and coordinators into tools, process, and team standards.
- Manage recruiting tools and licenses (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools) so every seat is actually used.
- Escalate blockers early, such as salary band approvals, onboarding capacity, and stalled final rounds.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent program management, including at least 2 years owning process or operations for a team of recruiters.
- Hands-on Ashby experience, or deep expertise in a comparable ATS plus the ability to become an Ashby power user quickly.
- Experience building recruiting reports and dashboards that leadership actually used to make decisions.
- Experience in a high-growth company hiring at volume across multiple functions.
- Ability to hold recruiters and hiring managers accountable without direct authority over all of them.
- Highly structured, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Russian.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in Almaty office.
- Full-time position.
