ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our first Federal Partner Alliances Lead for the US, you will own the systems integrator and consulting partner ecosystem across the US Federal market. This is a high-leverage, senior individual contributor role where you will build and drive our federal partner strategy from the ground up — focused primarily on establishing deep, revenue-generating relationships with the major Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs) and a curated set of specialized boutique partners.
You are an operator at heart who loves the ambiguity of a fast-growing startup. You understand how developer tools and enterprise AI stacks fit together within the unique compliance and regulatory requirements of the federal space, and you have a track record of driving sourced and influenced revenue through partner channels without needing a heavy management playbook to guide you. This role sits within our GTM organization and will work closely with our field sellers, customer engineering teams, and product leaders to embed LangChain into the delivery practices and solution portfolios of the partners who win and execute the biggest federal AI programs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own FSI Relationships: Build and lead LangChain's strategic partnerships with the major federal primes — including Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, Accenture Federal, and similar large-scale integrators. Drive structured engagement across their AI/ML practices, solution architects, and business development teams to embed LangChain into active and upcoming program pursuits.
- Develop Boutique and Specialized Partners: Identify and activate a curated set of smaller, mission-focused federal consultancies and AI-native partners that are embedded in specific agency relationships or cleared environments where the primes don't reach.
- Build Joint Go-to-Market Motions: Work with FSI partners to co-develop solution offerings, reference architectures, and proposal language that positions LangChain as the preferred agentic AI framework for federal program delivery.
- Drive Pipeline Through Partners: Own the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, working hand-in-hand with LangChain's field sales team to ensure FSI relationships translate into real opportunities and closed revenue.
- Support Hyperscaler Relationships Selectively: Maintain a lightweight working relationship with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP Public Sector teams, primarily to support event sponsorships, joint visibility opportunities, and marketplace presence — without making this a primary focus of the role.
- Execute Co-Marketing Motions: Partner with marketing to show up effectively at key federal industry events (AFCEA, AWS Summit DC, industry days) and develop technical content and co-branded materials that reinforce LangChain's credibility with FSI and agency audiences.
- Build the Playbook: Create the operational blueprint for how LangChain scales federal partnerships — from initial relationship mapping and partner tiering to joint pipeline tracking and executive engagement cadences.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in federal partner management, business development, or alliance roles, with a strong track record of building and monetizing relationships with major FSIs and federal primes. Direct experience working within or alongside Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, or similar organizations is a significant plus.
- FSI Network: A genuine, pre-existing network within the business development, AI/ML practice, and solutions architecture communities at the major federal primes. You should be able to get meetings quickly and have credibility with the people who shape program pursuit decisions.
- Technical Foundation: Enough technical fluency to speak credibly with enterprise architects and engineering leads in federal environments. You don't need to write code, but you must understand how LLMs, agentic frameworks, and developer tooling operate within federal infrastructure, including FedRAMP, IL4/IL5, and zero-trust requirements.
- Startup Agility: Proven ability to navigate a high-growth environment with limited structure. You are comfortable building the playbook as you run it, executing independently with minimal supervision in the often long-cycle federal sales environment.
- Operational Rigor: Strong pipeline management skills. You track partner activity with clean CRM hygiene, maintain accurate opportunity attribution, and communicate clearly and consistently to internal stakeholders.
- Strong Communication & Influence: Equally comfortable writing sharp internal strategy docs as you are presenting to senior BD and practice leaders at major federal integrators.
NICE TO HAVE'S
- Active security clearance (Secret or higher) or existing clearance eligibility.
- Prior experience at an open-source, developer tools, or infrastructure software company bringing a new technology into the federal FSI ecosystem.
- Familiarity with federal procurement vehicles (GSA Schedule, OTAs, BPAs) and how primes use them to structure program delivery.
- Familiarity with the modern LLM orchestration stack, federal data environments, and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC).

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Lifecycle marketing at OKX is evolving. We're not looking for someone to run campaigns — we're looking for someone to fundamentally rethink how we engage traders across the US market on one of the world's leading crypto platforms.
This is a leadership role for a marketer who thinks in systems, not sends. Someone who is comfortable defining a US-market engagement strategy as well as getting into the work to make it happen. Reporting to the Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing, you'll help define the vision, strategy, and output of lifecycle marketing for the US. Your execution layer is AI agents, cross-functional partners, and co-operating with the broader Lifecycle marketing team. That means your ability to train, direct, brief and critique is as important as your ability to set direction.
If your default mode is execution and program management or pure strategy and handoff, this isn't the role for you. If your default mode is leading from the front, and you have the craft and judgment to shape the work through strategic problem-solving, AI-native thinking, and a relentless focus on what quality looks like to actually move users — read on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lifecycle Strategy & Vision
Define how OKX engages US users from acquisition through activation, retention, and reactivation — across segments and products. You'll set the strategic framework for the US market, working in close alignment with the Global Head of Lifecycle to ensure regional strategy ladders into global priorities. This means deeply understanding US crypto user behavior, identifying the highest-leverage moments in the lifecycle, and building programs that compound over time.
AI-Native Ways of Working
You will lead by example in embedding AI into every layer of lifecycle marketing — from ideation and content development to segmentation, testing, and analysis. Critically, this includes building and training agentic AI workflows: multi-step, autonomous systems that execute lifecycle programs at scale. You'll know the outcomes of poorly trained agents. You won't just adopt AI tools; you'll help determine which ones we build, which we leverage for each task, and how we use them to raise the ceiling on what a lean, high-performing team can deliver.
Insight-Led Decision Making
You'll be the person in the room who can translate user behavior data into a point of view — and then into a program. You'll develop a deep understanding of our user segments, their motivations, and the signals that predict engagement, conversion, and churn. Reporting and dashboards are a starting point, not the destination.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lifecycle doesn't work in isolation. You'll build genuine partnerships with Product, PMM, Data, BI, Design, Legal, and regional teams — not just as a stakeholder manager, but as a strategic voice in how OKX grows. You'll influence roadmaps, shape go-to-market planning, and ensure lifecycle has a seat at the table early.
What We Look For In You
Strategic instinct.
You've led lifecycle programs that were defined by a clear strategic thesis. You can articulate why a program is designed the way it is, what user problem it solves, and how it ladders to business outcomes.
Demonstrated AI fluency.
You actively use AI in your day-to-day work, including agentic tools and autonomous workflows. You've built or directed the development of AI-powered systems/processes and can speak specifically to how you've trained agents, trained co-workers to use them, where you've course-corrected poor outputs, and where AI genuinely creates leverage versus where it doesn't. Using AI chat tools is a baseline, not a differentiator.
A user behavior obsession.
You think about users before you think about channels. You can read engagement data and form a hypothesis. You know the difference between a segment and a persona, and you know how to use both.
Ability to execute with speed and excellence:
You can look at a lifecycle program, a campaign brief, a piece of copy, or a targeting strategy and know immediately what's working and what isn't — and articulate why. You can develop these yourself when needed. This isn't primarily an executional role, but you bring enough craft and hands-on judgment to direct AI agents and cross-functional partners with precision, and to close the gap between strategy and output without losing quality.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
OKX moves fast. The crypto landscape moves faster. You'll be expected to make smart decisions with incomplete information, move quickly, and refine as you go — not wait for perfect conditions.
Demonstrated leadership through strategic change.
You've been in situations where direction shifted — market conditions, business priorities, platform constraints — and you didn't just adapt, you led. You can point to specific moments where you reoriented a team or program mid-flight, held quality standards under pressure, and came out with momentum intact.
Global perspective, local instinct.
You've worked across multiple markets and understand that a single lifecycle strategy rarely fits all. You know how to build frameworks that scale globally while giving regional teams the flexibility to be relevant locally.
Nice to Haves
15+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated track record of building lifecycle strategies that drove measurable impact on activation, retention, or LTV — not just engagement metrics
Meaningful AI adoption in your own workflows — you should be able to speak specifically to how you use it and what it's changed
Experience with Marketing Automation tool roll outs is an advantage
Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services strongly preferred
Familiarity with CeFi/DeFi and genuine curiosity about the crypto space
Strong communication skills — you can present a strategy to a CMO and a campaign brief to a designer with equal clarity
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform. 10M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on it every day. Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime and Vector Search run on one platform: the same compute, disks, network and control plane, in each region we operate.
Supabase's hardest problems live in that platform. We run millions of databases, and the count compounds each quarter. Our customers range from a developer on a free project to a regulated enterprise that routes traffic through PrivateLink https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/privatelink and puts us through a security review before it signs. Reliability, capacity, cost, security and the enterprise features that close deals all come back to the same primitives. We're hiring a Product Lead to own them and build the product team behind them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You lead product for the platform under every Supabase product: compute, disks, networking, the API gateway, capacity and regions. You also own what enterprises build and buy on top of it: read replicas https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/read-replicas, custom domains https://supabase.com/docs/guides/platform/custom-domains, PrivateLink, Bring Your Own Cloud, and the security and compliance controls they need before they sign. You report to the Head of Product, set direction for the platform, and work alongside the leads for our other product lines. You lead the platform's product managers, including our infrastructure product lead, and you hire and develop the PMs who grow the team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- You build and lead the platform product team. You decide how to split the area, hire the PMs who own the rest of it, and coach them to own their roadmaps end to end. You set the bar for their work.
- You decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut. Each quarter you choose between enterprise unlocks that open new markets, cost and performance wins for the long tail of projects, and new capabilities that change what Supabase can run. The priorities are yours, and so is defending them.
- You own reliability and security as product surfaces. You set service levels that track what customers experience and hold teams to them. You decide which security and compliance commitments we make to enterprises, and you show customers what it takes to run millions of databases.
- You talk to customers across the full spectrum: developers running one small project, startups whose bill is mostly compute and disk, enterprise architects running a network or security review, and partners building on Supabase.
- You run the platform's planning. Your PMs write problem statements, requirements and launch metrics before engineering starts. After each launch, you check whether it moved enterprise deal velocity, project economics or platform reliability.
- You keep engineering, design and leadership aligned. The platform sits under each Supabase product, region and customer tier. You write down what's coming, why, and in what order, and you raise dependencies before they block anyone.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 8+ years of product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure, or have founded a company in this space. You can read an architecture doc and hold your own in a design discussion.
- Have built and led a team of product managers. You've hired PMs, grown them into owners of their own areas, and made the hard call when someone wasn't working out. You've led leads who run their own teams. You did it while the product grew from something you could hold in your head to a business where capacity, regions and cost set the limits.
- Have shipped cloud infrastructure as a product. You owned at least one of compute, networking, storage, or multi-region and multi-tenant systems yourself, at a cloud, infrastructure or PaaS company. You can judge the tradeoffs: instance sizing and capacity, disk and storage economics, scale-to-zero versus always-on, single-tenant versus shared, and the gap between "works in one region" and "works in twenty." Knowing how enterprises buy and security-review infrastructure (PrivateLink, BYOC, compliance, procurement) is a bonus.
- Move fast and use AI to do it. You'd rather ship something imperfect and learn from it. You hand AI the slow parts of the job (research, drafting, synthesising feedback) and spend your time on judgment calls.
- Build with what you own. You stand up a read replica, put a custom domain in front of a project, route traffic through PrivateLink and deploy onto BYOC. Your opinions come from using the product.
- Work async by default. We're fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
The Platform Behind 770 Million Users and Billions of Daily Ad Decisions
Behind the value exchange sits an ecosystem of interconnected engineering teams, each owning a distinct part of the stack. On the demand side, Go microservices evaluate 30+ targeting constraints in milliseconds, process 5.5 billion API requests daily, and integrate with ML models making 100,000+ predictions per second to decide which campaigns reach which users.
On the publisher side, native Android and iOS SDKs run on 13% of the world's smartphones, delivering rewards to 770 million users annually through a system where accuracy and latency are not optional. At this scale, product and technical decisions don't happen in isolation, every change ripples across the entire platform.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 6+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a leadership role where you owned the product vision. You have a proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100 in a high-growth environment, with a CS degree or equivalent hands-on mastery of system design and modern tech stacks. You think like an entrepreneur, if something is broken or missing, you fix it without waiting for a brief.
- Ships with conviction, measures with precision. You don't just ship features, you define why they're being built, how they fit the product lifecycle, and exactly how to measure success via business KPIs. You're a fast thinker who values question-and-answer efficiency over process overhead.
- Translates vision into execution. You take high-level business and product goals and turn them into actionable technical roadmaps. You drive projects by coordinating across domain areas, acting as the go-between for business stakeholders and engineering leads, and optimizing delivery processes to maintain velocity as the organization scales.
- Makes executive-level calls without hesitation. You step into technical and product meetings, unblock bottlenecks, and balance technical feasibility with product desirability. You're comfortable with ambiguity and dive into tickets, API documentation, or raw data to confirm product viability on your own.
- Tech fluency is your edge, not your identity. You understand system design and modern tech stacks well enough to make the right calls and ensure every feature maps back to measurable growth and revenue, not to write the code. You value AI as an optimizer but prioritize impact over hype.
- Manages and influences across teams. You have experience managing or mentoring people and can influence stakeholders across different departments. You articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences with confidence.
- Plus: Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to leverage complex data models and pipelines for product-led growth decisions.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

An overview of this role
As an Senior AI Engineer at GitLab, you'll help build the foundation for GitLab's transformation into an AI-first company. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Building fast matters, but it's not enough on its own. This role starts with understanding the real problem: mapping how work moves across teams, tools, and handoffs, identifying the true constraint, and validating whether AI is the right solution before you begin development. From there, you'll take ownership from discovery through deployment, combining strong engineering skills with systems thinking and business understanding.
Your initial focus will span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, where you will embed AI solutions into key systems and workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape how GitLab team members work, improve flow across the organization, and help advance our mission in a remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you'll do
Diagnose business problems before building solutions. Map workflows, identify constraints, and confirm whether AI is the right intervention. Be prepared to say "this doesn't need AI" when that's the honest answer.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly, delivering working prototypes in days, not months, with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks, shorten lead times, and increase throughput. Measure success using flow metrics alongside adoption and ROI.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and modern AI platforms, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, where appropriate. The right tool wins, whether that's custom code, a platform, or a well-crafted prompt.
Be Customer Zero: leverage and showcase GitLab's AI offerings wherever possible, feeding real-world usage insights back to R&D.
Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand the real constraints. Ask the right questions, bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, and align on outcomes before jumping to solutions.
Define and track success through business metrics, flow metrics, and feedback loops that make performance visible and actionable.
Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools, documenting patterns, and creating reusable foundations that help the team scale its impact.
What you'll bring
A Technologist at Heart -
Genuinely invested in technology, the foundational and the cutting-edge in equal measure. You're as energised by a well-designed API integration as you are by the latest foundation model release. You reach for the simplest solution that solves the problem well, rather than forcing new technology when proven approaches would do. AI is a powerful part of your toolkit, but it sits on top of solid engineering fundamentals, not in place of them.
Competent, Confident Coding Skills -
You can build working solutions end-to-end, write clean and maintainable code, and debug effectively. Whether your skills were honed in a traditional engineering role, through building automations, or shipping side projects, what matters is that you can deliver production-quality work independently.
AI
& LLM
Technical Depth -
Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and a solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Deep, practical experience with modern AI technologies, specifically: Prompt engineering as a core discipline: designing effective system prompts, managing context windows, structuring multi-turn interactions, evaluating output quality, and iterating systematically on prompt design.
Model selection and cost-performance trade-offs:
understanding when a smaller fine-tuned model outperforms a general-purpose large one, when RAG is the right architecture versus expanding the context window, and how to make principled decisions about capability versus cost.
Agentic architecture patterns:
tool use, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade reliability patterns.Practical fluency across the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source alternatives, and the judgment to know which to reach for and when.
AI Safety & Risk Awareness -
You think critically about how the solutions you build could be exploited, misused, or produce unintended consequences. You know how to design appropriate guardrails (input validation, output filtering, access controls, prompt injection defences, and data leakage prevention) and you treat these as first-class engineering concerns.
Systems Thinking & Diagnostic Rigour -
The ability to look at a complex process and see the constraint. Comfortable mapping how work flows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, and tracing problems to root causes before proposing solutions. You instinctively ask "what's actually blocking flow here?" before asking "what model should I use?"
Business System Expertise -
Familiarity with the landscape of enterprise business systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), support platforms (Zendesk), integration and orchestration tools (Workato), AI platforms (Relevance AI), and enterprise search and knowledge tools (Glean). You don't need deep experience with all of these, but to understand what they do, how they fit together, and be willing to build with and across them. A strong understanding of enterprise data models and workflows is essential.
Broad Functional Understanding -
Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders across diverse domains and quickly understand their unique needs.
End-to-End Ownership -
Track record of owning complex initiatives from discovery through delivery. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving to measurable outcomes independently.
Product Mindset -
Ability to scope MVPs, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver iteratively. In addition, consider adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
Preferred requirements
Experience with GitLab platform and CI/CD workflows
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with value stream mapping, flow metrics, or Theory of Constraints thinking
Experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Workato) alongside custom development
Previous startup or high-growth company experience
Experience mentoring or leading technical projects with junior engineers
About the team
You will join the Enterprise Technology & AI team. We're the backbone of the organisation, driving transformation in how GitLab team members make decisions, operate at scale, and deliver results for our customers.
We believe the best AI solutions start with understanding the system, not the technology. We value people who think in constraints and flow, who build with conviction, and who never stop learning. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous setting, guided by GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.

Role Type: Full-time

About the company
Our client is an innovative AI-driven media agency at the forefront of the creator economy and digital marketing space. Specializing in cutting-edge generative technology, the team develops sophisticated AI digital twins for high-level business owners, coaches, and consultants. Their proprietary systems automate the entire content lifecycle—from video production to multi-channel distribution—enabling global leaders to scale their online presence and lead generation without the need for constant filming.
With over 1,000 successful implementations, this fast-growing company is redefining how professional expertise is packaged and delivered across social platforms and digital education. The team is driven by a mission to eliminate the friction of content creation through advanced automation and realistic synthetic media. Candidates will join a results-oriented, forward-thinking environment that thrives on innovation, technical excellence, and high-impact digital transformation for a diverse range of international industries.
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Client Success Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing creative agency. Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. This isn’t a support role; it is a leadership position where you will bridge the gap between clients and our production team, and build the processes that will define our future. If you are an experienced CSM who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and is excited by AI-driven content, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack, and email, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and establishing trust from day one.
Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating between internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.
Perform rigorous quality control on all AI-generated video outputs to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence before delivery.
Oversee social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to move the business toward a more mature, scalable infrastructure.
Proactively monitor account health, identifying and resolving potential retention risks before they escalate.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager, specifically within a marketing or creative agency.
Exceptional professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.
High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).
