Perplexity is seeking an Enterprise Product Growth Manager to own the full nurture and engagement engine for our enterprise and business buyers — from the first outbound touch through closed-won and into expansion. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to move accounts through every stage of the funnel, and you will build the AI-native tooling that makes those programs run.
We are not looking for someone to operate yesterday's marketing stack. If you are the kind of marketer who writes their own SQL, prototypes their own agents, and treats every flow as something to automate rather than execute by hand — this role was written for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own Perplexity's end-to-end enterprise lifecycle user states — outbound nurture, MQL-to-SQL conversion, opportunity acceleration, post-sale activation, expansion, and renewal — with direct accountability for pipeline created, pipeline progressed, and revenue retained.
- Build and operate AI-native lifecycle tooling — agents that segment audiences from the warehouse, personalize copy at the account and persona level, choose channel and send time, QA before send, and read out results — replacing manual work in our stack wherever it appears.
- Design and run multi-channel nurture across email, in-product, notifications, Slack, and emerging surfaces, tailored to enterprise personas with content tied to where each account sits in the funnel.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Sales on top-of-funnel outbound: turn cold and intent-signaled accounts into engaged conversations, and instrument the handoffs that move them to opportunity.
- Own post-sale lifecycle: admin onboarding, end-user activation, feature adoption, at-risk intervention, and expansion plays that grow seats and ARR inside existing accounts.
- Run every program as an experiment. Define the hypothesis, the control, the primary metric, and the readout. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in product growth, lifecycle, or growth marketing at a fast-paced startup, with a proven track record of moving activation, retention, and revenue metrics — including enterprise pipeline.
- Experience owning growth end-to-end across the full user journey — from first touch and activation through expansion, monetization, and win-back. You've built growth loops and lifecycle programs that turn signups into engaged users and engaged users into revenue.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation. You think natively in personas, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stages, and product signals, and you know how to translate that into journeys, experiments, and in-product experiences that actually convert.
- Great taste. You know how to craft copy and experiences that resonate across email, push, and in-product surfaces — for end users, admins, and executives alike — and you can tell the difference between a polished experience and a generic one at a glance.
- Experience and deep interest in building homegrown AI-driven growth engines — programmatic personalization, agentic workflows, and rapid experimentation platforms to scale yourself.
- Builder mentality toward tooling. You don't just operate the modern growth stack (Omni, HubSpot, Loops, Intercom, or equivalents) — you extend it. You've built your own internal tools, scripts, and automated systems to close gaps off-the-shelf software can't, and you'd rather automate a workflow than run it manually twice.
- Comfortable with SQL. You can pull your own cohorts, validate your own segments, and read a dashboard without waiting on a data analyst.
- Operates at high velocity. You ship daily, iterate weekly, and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where processes are still being defined. Urgency is a default setting, not a mode you switch into.

EveryMatrix
is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide.
But that's not all! We're not just about numbers, we're about people. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join our team in London!
About the job:
This is a rare opportunity to shape how data-driven decision-making works at scale across an iGaming CRM platform — both from the inside and for the operators who rely on it. As Data Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of product and commercial impact. You will define what “good” looks like for player engagement, build the analytical foundations that power our CRM platform’s insight layer, and work directly with operators to translate raw data into strategies that grow retention, lifetime value, and campaign performance. You will not just report on what happened - you will define what should be measured, why it matters, and how to act on it. This role is as much about influence and expertise as it is about analysis.
What You'll get to do:
Define the KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks that underpin our CRM platform’s reporting and intelligence capabilities.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape what data gets captured, how it is structured, and how it surfaces to end users.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytical tools that operators can act on directly.
Identify gaps in current data coverage and lead initiatives to close them.
Partner with operators to understand their retention and engagement challenges, and translate those into data-driven recommendations.
Develop scalable insight frameworks - benchmarks, cohort analyses, segment performance models - that can be applied across multiple operators simultaneously.
Produce regular insight packages that help operators understand player behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
Identify cross-operator patterns and trends that can inform product development and best practice guides.
Analyse campaign performance across the full lifecycle: targeting, delivery, engagement, conversion, and retention impact.
Define and evolve segmentation logic, player scoring models, and lifecycle stage definitions.
Establish A/B testing standards and support teams in designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
Build predictive indicators for churn, reactivation potential, and player value to support proactive campaign strategies.
Act as the analytical authority in cross-functional discussions with Product, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including operator-side stakeholders.
Contribute to roadmap planning by surfacing data-backed opportunities and gaps.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
Hands-on iGaming CRM experience is essential - you must have worked within an iGaming operator or platform environment, with a strong understanding of player behaviour, bonus mechanics, and retention marketing.
Deep understanding of CRM operations: campaign logic, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention mechanics.
Strong SQL proficiency - you are comfortable building complex queries, data models, and analytical datasets from scratch.
Experience working with large-scale behavioural or transactional datasets.
Proven ability to define metrics and measurement frameworks, not just report against existing ones.
Experience building dashboards and self-serve reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
Comfortable working directly with external clients or operators, translating their business questions into analytical answers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can tell a clear story with data.
Desirable:
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experiment design.
Exposure to predictive modelling or working alongside data scientists on applied ML use cases (churn, LTV, propensity).
Experience with event-driven or streaming data environments.
Python or R for analytical scripting and automation.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 25 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 35 days by your fifth year with us.
Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.
Private medical insurance with the option to add dependants.
Monthly meal allowance.
Gym allowance.
Access to online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and a budget for external training.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
Support for New Parents:
- 52 weeks of paid maternity leave, with 21 weeks being fully paid
- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
At EveryMatrix, we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally. Come join us and experience the difference!

- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, observability, and operational excellence.

- A track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems, driving projects from concept to delivery, and mentoring other engineers.
- Experience working on a Growth/Engagement team or in a product engineering role focused on experimentation and customer lifecycle improvements.
- Experience working with business metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization to inform product and engineering decisions.

GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
The Role
GiveWell is hiring a Senior Philanthropy Advisor to manage and advise a portfolio of our largest donors. This role will help shape our relationship strategy with donors giving seven- to ten-figure gifts and will have significant influence over how GiveWell’s philanthropy function grows and evolves. You will manage and advise a portfolio of our largest donors, serve as a leader within our philanthropy team, and be a thought partner to our senior leadership team.
Why We’re Hiring Now
Many of our donors are analytical, quantitative thinkers, and their deep engagement with our research makes our work better. We've built a philanthropy team to match. We take the time to understand what our donors value, we treat their giving as a true partnership, and we invest in learning our own research deeply so we can help donors do the same. We measure our relationships in years, not quarters.
We face a historic opportunity to scale giving to high-impact causes and to save and improve lives around the world. To meet this moment, we are engaging a new generation of major philanthropists, while strengthening the partnerships model that has made our existing donor relationships so productive. We believe that deepening our philanthropic partnerships with our current and future major donors is one of the highest-leverage actions GiveWell can take to ensure significantly more funding for some of the world’s most cost-effective programs.
What You’ll Do
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with major donors that deepen donors’ understanding of GiveWell’s work.
Proactively identify the insights, data points, and narratives from GiveWell’s research that are most relevant to major donor decision-making.
Drive and lead team-wide initiatives and significant projects to make our work accessible, from learning journey design, playbooks, and systems to donor events and donor communications.
Translate GiveWell’s research into original donor-facing content that makes our work accessible to analytically sophisticated, time-poor major donors.
Serve as a strategic advisor to GiveWell’s leadership.
Drive improvements to our philanthropy culture, systems, and processes to improve how our philanthropy function operates and scales.
About You
You understand how people translate their values into action. You're comfortable connecting with a wide range of people, from the donor who wants to deeply understand every assumption in our model to the donor who wants a high-trust, low-friction recommendation they can act on quickly, and everyone in between.
Your background includes significant experience earning trust with discerning, analytic people, where you are a partner in somebody else's high-stakes decisions. You've experienced navigating this, not by telling them what to do, but by helping them think clearly and get the right information to support what they're trying to accomplish. You know how to help people navigate doubt and complexity. You are comfortable both bringing a clear point of view (for example, by saying, "Here's what I would do") and helping people strengthen their own judgment over time.
You are excited by intellectually demanding work. You are ready to engage with complex global health topics, including our cost-effectiveness models, program evaluation, and evidence quality. You are driven to get up to speed and be ready to explain them clearly to audiences who will push back on our thinking. You are excited to engage with hard follow-up questions and people who will expect rigorous answers. While you don't need prior global health experience, you will need to demonstrate you can get up to speed quickly on complex quantitative subject matter and translate it rigorously and credibly.
You bring high emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a clear sense of mission to your day-to-day work. You’re a collaborator who connects dots and builds relationships across teams.
You bring depth of leadership experience, and you are comfortable supporting strategic decisions and rolling up your sleeves to build and shape our work. You are ready to bring adaptive energy to this work while being comfortable deeply explaining your reasoning and taking time to reach high-quality decisions where it matters.
Strong candidates will have:
A track record of managing sophisticated, high-stakes relationships—whether with major donors, ultra-high-net-worth clients, foundation officers, board members, or similarly discerning stakeholders in another field entirely.
Exceptional relationship management skills, with high emotional intelligence, an advisory mindset, and the ability to hold a large amount of context about a person and synthesize it in real time.
Interest in global health and development, and the ability to engage in complex research and ideas even without prior experience in the sector.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal—clear, tailored, and credible messaging for discerning stakeholders, including comfort producing original written content.
Leadership skills to partner with senior staff and influence across teams collaboratively.
Strong operational expertise: leading cross-team projects, building scalable processes, and translating strategy into action.
Strong alignment with GiveWell’s mission and values, including truth-seeking, transparency, humility, and long-term trust-building.
Who Tends to do well:
People who enjoy building relationships and understanding what motivates the people they work with
People who can engage thoughtful, analytical audiences and handle nuanced conversations
Fast learners who can pick up complex, unfamiliar subject matter and enjoy translating it verbally and into written content
Self-starters who take ownership and work well in a collaborative, evolving team
People who are proactive and anticipatory—who reach out before the other person knows they need something
People who are comfortable sitting with complexity and helping others navigate uncertainty
People who are enthusiastic about GiveWell's mission and values
Key Questions
What are some of the reasons I might not like this role?
You prefer research or analysis over building relationships with people
You struggle with initiating challenging or direct conversations
You prefer highly structured environments with clear answers at all times
You prefer to share information and let others draw conclusions, rather than offering their own synthesis and point of view
What does this interview process entail?
We'll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. We'll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward to any of the following stages, but our current plan is:
Screen with our Manager, Talent Acquisition
Compensated 4-hour work trial (written)
Interviews with our VP, Philanthropy and Senior Manager, Philanthropy
Additional work trial (live interview) with our VP, Philanthropy and a Senior Philanthropy Advisor
Final Onsite in our Oakland, California headquarters, where you’ll interview with members of our executive leadership team in person (we will cover your travel expenses).

About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview
with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for both team outcomes and long-term system health.
- Experience improving engineering velocity through tooling, processes, and team practices.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience building products for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools.
- Background working on highly scalable distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
- Experience building products used directly by developers or technical users.

About The Team
Own OKX's in-app messaging end to end — from a
fully in-house IM engine
to a
messaging platform
powering community chat, payments, VIP service, and user-to-agent (AI) chat for millions. The more senior you are, the more you set the technical direction others build on.
What You'll Be Doing
Build our multi-platform unified IM
SDK
— unify the logic core across platforms and push performance and stability as a lever for growth.
Platformize the engine
— turn it into a platform that product teams build business scenarios on (community chat, payments, VIP service).
Build user-to-agent (AI) chat
— the conversational AI surface on top of IM, from real-time delivery to the agent interaction experience.
Own delivery end-to-end
— real-time WebSocket long-connection and offline push across overseas + China vendor channels — so messages reach users whether the app is open or not.
Push latency, reliability, and battery/memory
to their limits under real production and weak-network conditions.
Build our AI-native engineering practice
— design automated development workflows and harness systems (agents, evals, guardrails, CI integration) that let AI do real engineering work, while safeguarding delivery quality and efficiency.
Raise the bar
through design and code review, and by making the engineers around you better.
At the Staff level: set technical direction beyond your own area and drive cross-team decisions that shape the IM platform.
What We Look For In You
Deep, hands-on experience building
native iOS and/or Android
— you understand the platform, not just a framework on top of it.
Experience with a
cross-platform / shared business-logic layer
. We build ours in
Rust + UniFFI
; direct Rust-on-mobile experience is a strong plus, but experience with any shared-logic approach —
KMP, Flutter, or React Native
— transfers well and is valued.
Fluent in at least one of:
Swift / Kotlin / Rust / Objective-C / Java / JavaScript
, with strong CS fundamentals.
Architecture experience with large-scale mobile apps
— you've applied maintainable design patterns and own solutions from requirements through to production.
Depth in at least one layer of the messaging stack, and the ability to work across both
— whether your strength is chat/feature-level UX or real-time / networking internals: WebSocket / long-connection, and/or offline push delivery across overseas + China channels (APNs, FCM, and China vendor push). Bonus if you have the depth to reason about a messaging engine from the ground up, not just consume one.
Strong
mobile performance
chops (memory, battery, concurrency, weak-network).
You apply AI deeply in your own engineering — not just code generation
. You've built, or are driven to build, automated development workflows and harnesses that make delivery both faster and more reliable. Solid grasp of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent concepts, with hands-on experience taking an AI pipeline from scratch to shipped — and you're excited to build user-facing conversational / agent-chat experiences too.
Comfortable with
ambiguity and high scale
— you've debugged problems that only appear under real production load.
Signals we value: you naturally
raise the standard of teams you join
, mentor without being asked, and can grow into a technical anchor for the group.
Nice-To-Haves
Built or maintained an
IM / chat product, or an
SDK
consumed by other teams
.
Experience with
mini-program or dynamic/hot-update frameworks
.
Crypto trading / Web3 experience.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render’s mission is simple: eliminate the tedious work of building software by providing a cloud platform that just works.
We’re evolving from the go-to platform for solo developers into the backbone for fast-scaling teams. As our users’ apps grow from a single service into complex, multi-service architectures, our biggest challenge is keeping it all feeling simple. We need a Product Designer to take that "pile of parts" and turn it into a cohesive system that actually makes sense.
As a Staff IC, you'll also help raise the bar across the organization through mentorship, design leadership, and thoughtful cross-functional influence.
This is a craft-focused IC role, and it's web UI at its most demanding. You'll own the surfaces developers depend on when the clock is ticking and things are breaking. Designing for infrastructure is unique: your screens see the most traffic when the user is most stressed, and "failure" is a first-class state, not an edge case. We’re looking for someone who finds that responsibility energizing.
You’ll join a design team that takes its craft seriously, with weekly critiques and deep cross-functional collaboration. You’ll thrive here if you love untangling complex, messy problems and turning them into accessible, beautiful experiences.
YOU WILL:
- Make a multi-service system legible at a glance. Design the views that let a developer see how their services connect and depend on each other, instead of stitching the picture together one service at a time. This comprehension gap is where design can make a complicated system feel cohesive and friendly.
- Design system-level observability. Aggregated logs, metrics, deploys, and events across a whole project, filterable by environment and resource — so a developer can answer "what's going on with my system" in one place. This is high-density information design where hierarchy, scanning speed, and progressive disclosure are the whole game.
- Design deployment as a coordinated act. When an application has many services, coordination gets hard. You'll design cross-service deployment and rollback, and a preview model so shipping feels safe at any scale.
- Design and consider all product states. You'll own the "unglamorous" moments. Like build errors, failed deploys, and empty states, and turn them into helpful experiences. Since developer tools earn their reputation by how they handle problems, your focus is on guiding the user to success even when things go wrong.
- Own a first-run experience worth recommending. The path from signup to first successful deploy is where trust starts. You'll design it so that a developer's first ten minutes make them want to tell someone.
- Contribute to where the platform goes next. Alongside the shipping work, you'll bring concept explorations and a strong point of view to a design-led discovery track, shaping the platform's future through a weekly critique cadence with the rest of the team.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years of relevant experience. Whether you’ve worked on developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or another complex, high-stakes product, we care more about your impact than your title.
- Exceptional taste and craft. You have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive — typography, spacing, motion, density, interaction feedback. You notice when something is 2px off and it bothers you, and you've shipped work other practitioners admire.
- Strong information architecture. You can take a tangle of objects and relationships and make it feel like one obvious thing.
- You design the whole journey, not a screen at a time. Your portfolio shows a user carried coherently across every surface a feature touches — entry point to empty state to failure to recovery — not a set of polished screens that don't add up to a system.
- Fluent in developer language. You know your way around services, CI/CD, and deployments. You don’t need to have built a cloud platform before, but you’re curious enough to get deep into the weeds of how it works.
- Respect for failure states. You believe an error message is an interface, and you design for the user having a bad day, not just the happy path.
- Systems fluency. You're comfortable working in and contributing to a design system as the product's surface area grows, extending it rather than fighting it.
- Strong product judgment under fast launch velocity. You frame problems well, prioritize ruthlessly, and know which details matter and which can wait.
- Clear, direct communication and a genuinely collaborative way of working with product and engineering partners — including sharing a problem space with another designer without needing hard fences between you.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience designing complex dashboards, monitoring tools, or console interfaces where data density and high-stakes clarity matter.
- You've been on-call, run side projects, or debugged systems in production. You don’t just design for developers; you understand their mental models and the specific frustrations they face.
- You’re as excited to design a CLI tool or shape an SDK as you are to build a web dashboard. You’re ready to explore new frontiers like agentic workflows and AI-assisted design, not just standard web UI.
- Design-engineering literacy: comfort near code, motion, or prototyping.
- Writing, talks, or side projects that demonstrate your craft and point of view.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

Job Description
We're hiring our first Head of Partnerships to own and grow the relationships that matter most to Metabase: the AI platforms and data warehouse vendors our customers build on every day. You'll work both ends of these relationships — building alignment with partner leadership teams, and building trust with individual sellers and solutions engineers who influence deals in the field. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who's built a partnerships function from the ground up before and wants to do it again, at a company loved by hundreds of thousands in the community.
What you’ll do:
Own and deepen Metabase's relationships with our key technical and go-to-market partners, with a near-term focus on major AI vendors and data warehouse providers
Build multi-threaded relationships at both the seller/field level and the partner leadership level, so Metabase stays top-of-mind at every layer of the partnership
Design and run co-selling and co-marketing motions that turn partner relationships into pipeline, not just goodwill
Represent Metabase in strategic conversations with partners ; negotiating priorities, resolving friction, and identifying where deeper technical or commercial integration creates mutual value
Build the systems, cadences, and reporting that turn partnerships from a set of relationships into a repeatable, measurable function
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities as Metabase's ecosystem grows
Act as the internal voice of our partners ; surfacing their roadmaps, priorities, and constraints to Sales, Marketing, and Product
What we’re looking for:
8+ years in partnerships, business development, or a related go-to-market role, with real ownership of partner relationships end-to-end
Experience building a partnerships function at a small, scaling startup — you've operated with limited playbooks and built the process as you went, not just executed an existing one
Comfortable operating at multiple altitudes: equally credible in a room with an AE or SE as in a room with a VP or Head of Partnerships
A track record of turning partner relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue, not just logos on a slide
Excellent written and verbal communicator who can represent Metabase credibly to technical and commercial audiences alike
Bonus: existing relationships within the AI or data warehouse ecosystems
Bonus: experience in open-source, developer tools, or data infrastructure companies
Qualities we’re looking/testing for
Ownership
Comfortable with experiments
Ability to create from scratch
Comfort at different altitudes (IC to VP)

Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in account management or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally some of this within Western Europe accounts.
• Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to upskill and enable the team — fostering confidence in navigating product capabilities, integrations, and data insights to strengthen customer outcomes.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience — managing AMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for developing people and building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability, learning, and customer impact.
• Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing key accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal, expansion, and NRR goals through effective customer engagement and strategic account management.
• Expertise in CS methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling, executive alignment).
• Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimise workflows, and forecast outcomes.
