With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
The adjoe Demand Partnerships team connects advertisers with engaged users from our exclusive global supply. These are hundreds of millions of people who already live in finance, shopping, food and mobility apps every day. You’ll be the senior person driving our apps business. At adjoe, you’ll build and lead our consumer apps business across EMEA, from first conversation to long-term partnership.
- A true hunter. You enjoy opening new markets, selling a new idea to sceptical buyers and closing complex deals. You’ll identify, onboard and launch campaigns across verticals like utilities, dating and subscription apps.
- Fluent in app marketing KPIs. You talk CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV and incrementality confidently with senior marketers, and know how to sell a new channel to sophisticated growth, UA, CRM and loyalty teams.

- Organized and self-driven. You’re methodical and consultative, with excellent written and verbal English and a “make it happen” attitude. You’re experienced with Salesforce and Google Workspace and thrive in a fast-growing company.

Our official partners include the National Football Team of Ukraine, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT and VISA.
The future of Web3 starts with you:
Requirements
Hands-on experience in Web3 / crypto – worked on crypto projects or inside crypto companies, not adjacent to them.
Able to communicate inside the industry: accurate terminology with founders, exchanges and infrastructure teams; understands how deals in this market are structured.
2+ years in business development / sales with self-sourced pipeline: cold outreach, first contact, qualification, discovery calls.
Proven ability to move a prospect from first call to a committed, warm opportunity: discovery, objection handling, next-step discipline, follow-up until a decision.
Closing experience on mid-size tickets – candidate must be able to name deal sizes, cycle length and their own role in each. Closing is not the daily core of the role, but the hire must be able to take a deal to signature.
Fluent spoken English (C1+), verified in a live call.
Ukrainian – native (preferred).
Hands-on work in any CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Salesforce or equivalent): pipeline hygiene, stage discipline, logging every touch.
Cold outreach at volume: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Telegram, email sequencing.
Ability to work across multiple projects/products in parallel and enter unfamiliar verticals quickly – research a new field, build a message that holds up, start contacting.
High-volume orientation: comfortable spending most of the day in conversation, calls and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Source own pipeline through cold outreach across LinkedIn, Telegram, X/Twitter, email and niche industry platforms.
Build and maintain target lists and segmentation for assigned directions.
Run first contact, qualification and discovery calls.
Convert cold contacts into warm, qualified opportunities and hand them over with full context.
Keep warm opportunities moving: follow-ups, next steps, objection handling – the deal does not stall in this role's hands.
Close mid-size deals independently as the scope expands into the full cycle.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's sales organization is growing quickly across segments, industries, and geographies, and how we sell has to mature as fast as the team does. We are looking for a Head of Sales Excellence & Methodology to own the substance of sales enablement at Anthropic: the sales methodology itself, the standard for what excellent selling looks like here, and the change management that makes it stick in the field.
You will define a common way of selling that holds up across very different customers, from startups to the largest global enterprises, and then lead the organization through adopting it. That means earning sponsorship from senior sales leadership, equipping frontline managers to coach to the methodology instead of only inspecting for it, and building alongside sellers so the result reflects how deals are really won.
This is a leadership role for someone who has taken a sales organization through real transformation and can show that it changed behavior and results. You will set direction, [build and lead a team], and stay close enough to the field to know when something is not working.
Key responsibilities:
Define, document, and evolve Anthropic's sales methodology and process standards, including discovery, qualification, deal strategy, and deal review, so that sellers in every segment and region share a common language
Design and run the rollout and reinforcement of methodology changes across the sales organization, securing executive sponsorship and making clear what is expected of each level of sales leadership
Equip frontline managers to coach to the methodology in pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and forecasting, so that it becomes part of the operating rhythm
Sequence and deliver complex, multi-audience programs across geographies, segments, industries, and roles that scale globally while adapting where local or segment differences matter
Develop content, frameworks, and standards together with sellers and sales leaders, testing them on live deals before scaling
Define the leading and lagging indicators that show whether the methodology is changing seller behavior and outcomes, and act on what the data shows
Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and the wider Sales Enablement team so the methodology is reflected in systems, messaging, and day-to-day workflows
Apply Claude and internal tooling to personalize coaching and reinforcement, so that quality does not depend on headcount
Minimum qualifications:
Practitioner-level expertise in sales methodology and sales process design, including discovery, qualification, deal strategy, deal review, and forecasting
Have led a methodology or sales process change across a sales organization, and can show how seller behavior and results changed as a result
Have run enablement or sales excellence programs spanning multiple geographies, segments, industries, or roles
Have worked directly with senior sales leaders and frontline managers to secure sponsorship for change, including holding a position constructively when they disagreed
Have built programs with sellers and sales leaders, testing them on live deals, instead of handing down finished programs
Have defined and tracked adoption and impact measures that go beyond completion and satisfaction scores
Communicate clearly, in writing and in conversation, with executive audiences
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building and leading a team of senior enablement or sales excellence professionals
A clear, experience-based view of where common sales methodologies break down in practice
Prior experience carrying a quota or leading a sales team
Experience at an AI company or an enterprise technology company during a period of rapid sales team scaling
Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools to automate or personalize coaching and reinforcement
Experience selling, or enabling the sale of, complex technical products to both technical and business buyers
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$310,000
—
$360,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work.
You will:
• Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
• Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan.
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery.
• Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support.
• Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio.
• Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures.
Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management
• Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts.
• Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority.
• Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff.
• Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits.
• Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows.
Requirements
You Have
• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread.
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.
Nice to Have
• Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs.
• Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.
Benefits
🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year
💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options
🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live
🛋️ Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office
