We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement.
TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You’ll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes.
Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on:
- Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans.
- Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately.
- Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs.
- Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Customer Onboarding
- Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed.
- Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately.
- Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up.
Account Health Management
- Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement.
- Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks.
- Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans.
- Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups.
- Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates.
- Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards.
- Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices.
- Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists.
- Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows.
- Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts.
- Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts.
- Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples.
- Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context.
CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Technical Acumen
Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly.
AI Expertise
Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios.
Consultative Discovery
Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices.
Project & Program Management
Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs.
Data & Reporting
Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks.
Customer Engagement
Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans.
Account Ownership
Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Influence
Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations.
AI-NATIVE CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
- Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes.
- Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured.
- For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture.
INTERVIEW SIGNAL:
BE PREPARED TO WALK THROUGH HOW YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK. OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL ASSESS PRACTICAL AI CAPABILITY, INCLUDING HOW YOU APPLY AI TO WORKFLOW ANALYSIS, CUSTOMER EXECUTION, JUDGMENT, AGENTIC WORKFLOWS, AND MEASURABLE OUTCOMES.

Tens of millions of people all over the world use Phantom to access global markets that never close, including perpetuals, prediction markets, tokenized assets, stablecoins and memes. Phantom users are able to discover the markets that matter and the cultural moments that shape them, building conviction through real-time data and the verified performance of top traders. With self-custody and access to open networks at its core, Phantom lets them control their financial moves in the same app they use to safely store or spend money worldwide.
Phantom has reached #1 in Google Play's finance category and consistently ranks in the top 50 apps across all categories. Check out our Forbes Fintech 50 https://www.forbes.com/sites/ninabambysheva/2026/02/23/inside-phantoms-battle-plan-to-win-the-crypto-fueled-superapp-war/ and CNBC and Statista's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 https://www.cnbc.com/worlds-top-fintech-companies-2026/!
We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm.
Our most active users deserve a relationship with Phantom, not a ticket queue. We are launching an invite only VIP program in app messaging with a real person, enhanced support, and exclusive experiences. You will be its first dedicated hire.
As a VIP Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for VIP members inside the app. You will own these relationships end to end: welcoming new members, resolving issues personally, pulling in support and engineering when a case needs them, and staying with it until it is closed. You will help shape the playbook for the team we build around you as the program scales toward round the clock coverage. You will work closely with the VIP program lead, support, marketing, product, and design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the personal, named contact for VIP members in our in-app messaging hub
- Own member relationships end to end: onboarding and welcome, proactive check-ins, and follow through on every issue until it is resolved.
- Handle high stakes situations such as compromised wallets, missing funds, and large transactions with urgency, precision, and discretion.
- Triage and escalate: bring in support agents, engineering, or leadership when a case warrants it, and own the communication back to the member.
- Meet members where they are: in-app chat first, plus email, X, Telegram, and Discord.
- Coordinate the moments beyond support: welcome gifts, event experiences, and early access to new features.
- Turn conversations into leverage: channel member feedback to product, build playbooks, and help define the response time and satisfaction standards for the VIP team.
- Help design and scale the program from a small founding cohort to thousands of members, and eventually 24/7 coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in premium or VIP support, account management, or customer success, ideally at a sports betting platform, crypto exchange, wallet, brokerage, or fintech app.
- Deep crypto fluency: you understand self custody and can navigate multiple chains, reading a block explorer, tracing a transaction, and telling an L2 gas issue apart from a bug.
- Exceptional written communication: warm, concise, and human, even under pressure.
- Absolute discretion: for high value users, privacy and trust are the product.
- Security first instincts: you know the social engineering patterns targeting crypto users, and you would never ask anyone for a seed phrase.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you are the first hire in a new function and will build much of the process yourself.
- Time zone flexibility: our members are global and markets do not close, so some evening and weekend availability is part of the job.
- Nice to have: experience serving high net worth clients at an exchange or brokerage.
- Nice to have: hands on experience with Zendesk and AI support tooling.
- Nice to have: fluency in more than one language, or an active Phantom user with real on chain history.
The target base salary for this role will range between $75,000 to $100,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Right now we treat 25M+ people as one user. The same paywall, the same discount, the same lifecycle email, the same retention effort. And we mostly conclude that a campaign worked by looking at what the people we sent it to did next — which is not the same thing.
This role makes the company act per user, and know what that action was worth.
You own both halves of that: the models that decide who we aim at, and the causal reads that say whether it landed. Who is about to leave. Who will come back on their own without us spending anything. Whose decision a discount actually changes. And what a payer is worth over their life, once the discount, the refunds and the compute they consume are all inside the number.
You make sure:
- Discounts and credit vouchers go to the people whose behaviour they change, and nowhere else
- We know who is about to churn early enough to do something about it — and we know whether the something worked
- Lifetime value is a number we can defend by cohort, by plan and by the discount a cohort was acquired on, not one blended average that hides all three
- Every model and every campaign has a holdout behind it, so we can always state what it is worth in money
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Churn, retention & lifecycle propensity
- Build churn and downgrade prediction for subscribers, and repeat-purchase propensity for one-time credit-pack buyers — two different machines, not one model with a flag on it.
- Know the difference between a model that predicts churn and a model that reduces it. AUC earned by detecting users who already stopped using the product is worth nothing.
- Hunt leakage relentlessly. Cancellation-adjacent features will hand you a beautiful offline number and a useless system.
- Pair every score with an intervention and a holdout. The deliverable is a retained user, not a ranked list.
Uplift modelling & offer targeting
- Own incrementality on everything we aim at a user: discounts, credit vouchers, trials, upgrade prompts, win-back campaigns, retention saves.
- Model uplift, not propensity.Targeting the users most likely to convert spends margin on people who were going to convert anyway; the entire value of this work is finding the users whose decision the offer changes.
- Design the randomized holdouts that make uplift trainable and measurable in the first place, and keep them running permanently — including the ones marketing will ask you to switch off.
- Respect the guardrails. An offer model optimizing conversion alone will happily find the accounts that convert at negative gross margin, and it will find the abuse rings first. Margin and abuse signals are constraints on the objective, not a later cleanup.
- Work with Legal on what may be personalized. Personalized pricing and discounting touches consumer-protection and consent rules in several of our markets — you should want that conversation, not route around it.
Lifetime value & payer economics
- Own LTV: cohort-based, censored honestly, stated on contribution margin rather than gross revenue, and split by plan, segment and acquisition discount.
- Model the parts that actually move it — refunds and chargebacks, credit breakage and expiry, plan migration and downgrades, and the compute an unlimited plan consumes.
- Make it a decision input, not a slide: what we can pay for a user, which discount depth pays back, which plan we should stop selling.
- Keep it current and versioned. A stale LTV curve is worse than no curve, because people act on it.
Experimentation & causal measurement
- Design and read the experiments behind pricing, packaging, offers and lifecycle — with the product analytics team, not in parallel to it.
- Reach for the right tool when a clean experiment is impossible: difference-in-differences, matching, switchback and geo tests, synthetic control — and name the assumption each one is buying.
- Separate "users who do X retain better" from "making users do X improves retention." Every time, out loud.
- Kill your own results. A finding that doesn't survive a second look should die at your hands, not in a board deck.
How we ship
- Own the work end to end: framing the decision, features, training, evaluation, the scored audience landing in the tool that sends the offer, monitoring, retraining.
- Models ship as batch scores and policy rules into lifecycle tooling, the paywall and pricing — plus the readout that says what they earned. There is no real-time serving stack to babysit.
- Monitor for drift. New model launches, price changes, discount campaigns and seasonality all move the ground under a deployed score.
- Write down what each model is worth, in money, and keep that number current.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience shipping models that changed what the business did to real users— a targeted campaign, a pricing rule, a retention programme. Notebooks and offline benchmarks are not this.
- Depth in at least two of: churn and propensity modelling, uplift & causal ML, LTV and subscription economics, experimentation at scale.
- Genuine causal literacy: randomized holdouts, incrementality, Qini and uplift curves, selection effects, and why a lift measured before-and-after is usually not a lift.
- Strong SQL and Python: cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data without help; gradient boosting; and the boring parts — feature pipelines, retraining cadence, a scoring job that runs on a schedule and doesn't rot.
- Understanding of subscription plus one-time purchase mechanics: recurring vs one-off revenue, refunds, plan changes, the deferred value of unspent credits, and why revenue and margin disagree about the same customer.
- Commercial judgment: you name the decision and the metric before you pick the model, and you know when the answer is a rule rather than a model.
- Pragmatism. A segment rule shipped this month that lifts retention beats a two-quarter uplift platform. Then you replace the rule.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Growth, retention or monetization data scientists from subscription, gaming, fintech or e-commerce — anywhere offers and churn are modelled with real money attached
- CRM and lifecycle data scientists who owned campaign targetingandits incrementality
- Causal inference and uplift specialists who ship policies rather than papers
- Strong product analysts who moved into modelling and kept the decision instinct
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to train or fine-tune generative video models — that's what our R&D ML Engineer roles do, and they're open
- Want to own a recommender or a serving stack — ranking is not in this role's scope today
- Would target an offer at the users most likely to buy and call it personalization
- Report a lift from a before-and-after comparison, or from comparing the users you targeted to everyone you didn't
- Optimize AUC and hand the score to someone else to work out what to do with it
- Need clean labelled data, a feature store and an experimentation platform to exist before you can start
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
We move fast:
- Screening call (30 min)
- Technical interview & case study (1 hour)
- Practical home task (7 days)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Cantina
Cantina Labs is a social AI company developing a suite of advanced video generation models. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
About the Internship
Cantina is growing its research lab in Singapore, and we are looking for exceptional machine learning interns to work with us on the next generation of video models in October 2026.
This is a three month onsite internship designed to give you meaningful ownership of a well-defined research or engineering problem. You will be matched with a project based on your background and interests, working closely with a senior mentor from initial problem formulation through experimentation, evaluation, and, where appropriate, submission to a leading AI conference.
Projects may focus on post-training and inference efficiency for video generation models, reward modeling and preference-based optimization, multimodal data systems, or scalable infrastructure for video model training. The primary focus will be your core project, with opportunities to contribute to applied or product-adjacent work where relevant.
What You’ll Work On
Depending on your project, you may:
- Develop reward models to improve aesthetics, motion quality, temporal consistency, and prompt adherence
- Study how base-model behavior affects post-training outcomes and use experimental findings to inform model development
- Design rigorous evaluations and conduct large-scale experiments on generative video models
- Build systems for ingesting, preprocessing, curating, and delivering large-scale video datasets
- Develop distributed pipelines for dataset generation, deduplication, preprocessing, and repeated dataset refreshes
- Improve the reliability, reproducibility, and efficiency of data and model-training workflows
- Build tooling for video and multimodal data using technologies such as FFmpeg, PyAV, DALI, or OpenCV
- Contribute to evaluation harnesses, model integrations, research tooling, or other product-adjacent projects related to your core work
- Document and communicate your findings through research reports, internal presentations, demonstrations, and potential conference submissions
You may be a good fit if you
- Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, machine learning, or a related field
- Have experience building data pipelines, ML infrastructure, or distributed systems through research, coursework, open-source contributions, or previous internships
- Are familiar with tools such as Ray, PySpark, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies
- Have worked with cloud storage or compute platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Understand practical considerations around data throughput, storage layout, caching, monitoring, and failure recovery
- Are proficient in Python and interested in building reliable systems for large-scale machine learning
Experience with video, image, audio, or other multimodal data is valuable. Publications at leading venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, or AAAI are a plus, but are not required. We care most about the quality of your thinking, the depth of your technical work, and your ability to learn quickly.
What You Can Expect
- A defined project and named senior mentor before your first day
- Weekly one-on-one meetings and clear project milestones
- A meaningful compute allocation for your research
- The opportunity to own a complete research or engineering result
- First-author positioning by default where your contribution supports a publication
- Timely internal review of research intended for submission
- Support for conference travel if your paper is accepted
- Opportunities to demonstrate your work and receive credit for product contributions
- A competitive monthly stipend
- Visa and travel support for eligible international candidates
- Housing support for qualifying international interns in Singapore
- Equipment and resources needed to complete your work

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. You’ll also personally create the content that brings our positioning to life - from sales materials and customer stories to white papers, thought leadership and client communications. Working with our Clinical team, you’ll draw on research, evidence and subject-matter expertise to build credible, differentiated narratives. You’ll help strengthen Intellect’s brand, organic visibility and customer engagement through a focused, coordinated marketing plan.
Working directly with B2B marketing, sales, client success, product and clinical teams, you’ll have meaningful ownership of both the thinking and the execution.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. We’re open to hiring at Specialist or Manager level, depending on your experience and demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver this work.
Your Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
Build buyer and competitive insight through customer conversations, sales feedback and reviews of won and lost opportunities, identifying buying priorities, objections and reasons to choose Intellect.
Own positioning, differentiation and value propositions across Intellect’s solutions, tailoring messaging to priority buyer segments and markets.
Lead marketing planning for priority solution launches and updates, defining target audiences, messaging, supporting evidence and sales readiness, with B2B marketing owning acquisition campaign execution.
Bring customer and market insights into discussions with product, clinical and commercial teams to inform how solutions are developed, packaged and communicated.
Commercial Content & Sales Enablement
Personally research, write and edit compelling sales decks, solution materials, customer stories, case studies and campaign content.
Identify barriers to purchase with sales and develop messaging, objection-handling resources and competitive positioning materials that help address them.
Partner with the Clinical team to translate research findings, clinical expertise and customer outcomes into clear, credible evidence that helps buyers evaluate Intellect and supports renewal and expansion conversations.
Keep core materials current and easy to use, assessing their usefulness through adoption, sales feedback and buyer responses.
Website, SEO & AI Search Visibility
Own core website content and routine CMS updates, ensuring our solutions, differentiation and customer evidence are clearly presented.
Improve organic discovery through search-informed content and practical on-page SEO, prioritising relevant audiences and commercial intent.
Test approaches to improve visibility in AI-powered search and answer platforms, building on useful, authoritative content and sound SEO foundations.
Use search and content performance to prioritise improvements, working with B2B marketing on conversion and specialists on technical changes.
Brand Communications, Thought Leadership & PR
Maintain a consistent voice and narrative across Intellect’s public and client-facing communications.
Collaborate with the Clinical team on research-led content and white papers, bringing buyer-relevant questions into topic planning and turning findings and subject-matter expertise into accessible narratives, with clinical review for accuracy.
Develop thought leadership, articles and executive content that connect Intellect’s expertise and perspectives to the issues facing employers and their people.
Own a focused editorial calendar for organic social and ongoing brand communications, coordinating creative support through to publication.
Develop company announcements, press materials and story angles; coordinate leadership approvals, routine media enquiries and outreach with specialist PR support where needed.
Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Communications
Plan and execute repeatable client programmes, including onboarding communications, newsletters, solution education and engagement journeys.
Personally manage client audience segments, email distribution and straightforward CRM workflows, coordinating targeting and timing with client success.
Develop communications that demonstrate ongoing value and introduce relevant additional services, supporting engagement, renewal and expansion.
Equip client success with reusable templates and materials for account-specific deployment.
Planning & Effectiveness
Translate business priorities into a focused plan, protecting time for positioning, launches and commercial content alongside recurring communications.
Assess effectiveness through sales adoption, buyer feedback, relevant search visibility, customer engagement and contribution to commercial programmes.
Build reusable assets and workflows, using AI and other tools to improve execution while maintaining accuracy, originality and editorial quality.
Requirements
Strong in product-marketing judgement. You can demonstrate how you have shaped positioning, messaging or a go-to-market approach using buyer insight, and explain the decisions behind your work.
An excellent hands-on writer and editor. You can turn complex products and services into clear, persuasive content, with work samples that show both your thinking and your personal contribution.
Commercially minded. You understand how enterprise buyers evaluate solutions and can connect your work to buying decisions, sales effectiveness and customer value.
An independent owner. You can identify gaps, propose priorities, gather inputs and deliver work without needing every step prescribed. You make sensible trade-offs and know when to seek input.
Comfortable with website publishing and SEO. You can manage content through a CMS, apply on-page SEO fundamentals and use data to improve performance. You’re curious and practical about emerging AI search opportunities.
Able to execute customer marketing. You can use CRM and email tools to segment audiences, run communications and build straightforward lifecycle workflows.
Confident working with experts and evidence. You can draw useful insights from specialists and research, communicate findings accurately and distinguish supported claims from overstatement. You do not need a clinical background, but should be comfortable learning complex subject matter.
Organised and collaborative. You work effectively with commercial teams, product and clinical experts, leadership and creative partners, managing competing priorities with sound judgement.
Motivated by the mission. You’re excited to make mental healthcare easier to understand and access, and connect strong product marketing and storytelling with meaningful business growth.
Open to candidates in Malaysia (hybrid), Singapore (hybrid), Philippines (remote) and Indonesia (remote)
We value demonstrated ownership and work quality over a particular title or rigid years-of-experience requirement. Experience with enterprise audiences, multiple markets, healthcare, employee benefits, HR technology or complex services would be an advantage. Experience in research-led content, PR, executive communications or AI search optimisation (GEO/AEO) is also welcome.

Imagine a traveler browsing a hotel page on Zenhotels or a travel agent evaluating options on RateHawk. They see room names, photos, amenities, policies, and reviews, all combined from dozens of suppliers, each with different formats, inconsistencies, and levels of completeness.
Behind this experience lies a complex content pipeline: fragmented supplier data must be matched, standardized, enriched, and ranked to create a coherent and trustworthy representation of a hotel and its rooms.
The Senior Product Manager for Content owns this layer of transformation, ensuring that raw supplier data becomes structured, high-quality, and decision-ready content that improves conversion, reduces user friction, and enables scalable global growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Management for Content Value Stream:
Define and own the Content team's strategy, vision, and roadmap across all ETG products to deliver measurable business impact and user value.

Drive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consistent execution against shared goals.
Product Discovery & Impact Ownership:
Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities, driving measurable revenue growth, based on funnel data, content gaps, and user friction.
Leverage quantitative data and user research (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis) to identify root causes and high-impact problems.
Size and prioritize opportunities, focusing on high-leverage bets.
Delivery & Development Management:
Partner with Development and ML/DS Team Lead to prioritize roadmap and manage backlog.
Co-own delivery execution: define clear scope and acceptance criteria, ensure alignment across product, engineering, ML, and analytics.
Drive predictable delivery: commit to timelines, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Remove blockers and align cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery velocity.
Team Leadership:
Manage Product Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring strong ownership, execution quality, and alignment with business goals.
Set clear goals and success metrics (FNBC, content quality, coverage, efficiency) and hold the team accountable for results.
Drive performance management: regular feedback, performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and developing team members’ skills and career growth.
Requirements
5+ years in Product Management (preferably travel, marketplace, or content-heavy products).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You've been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
