Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. ABOUT THE ROLE Sentry’s AI capabilities span infrastructure, product features, design, and data ingestion. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect this work across teams, helping them make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver a cohesive product experience. Our AI/ML team is building a modular platform for model routing, agent execution, and evaluations. Issues Platform owns customer-facing experiences such as issue details, activity feeds, and notifications. Product Design shapes how these experiences work together, while Ingest provides the underlying data pipeline. You’ll lead the program across these teams: clarifying ownership, sequencing work, managing integration risks, and coordinating release readiness. You’ll partner with team leads to connect their plans and resolve gaps between roadmaps. You’ll also improve how engineering changes reach teams across Engineering, Product, and Design, along with Documentation and Support. Your goal is a lightweight process giving partners the information and preparation time they need before changes reach customers. You’ll join an early TPM team and help shape how the function works at Sentry. Success means helping teams deliver together through technical judgment, clear communication, and practical coordination. This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office. WHAT YOU’LL DO AI DELIVERY - Connect roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared delivery plan. - Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work so teams address dependencies before they delay a release. - Help teams assign accountable owners, resolve open decisions, and communicate commitments. - Partner with engineering and product owners to define release readiness, including evaluation results, staged rollouts, eligibility, and access requirements. - Bring ingestion and reliability dependencies into roadmap discussions so teams understand the risks behind delivery commitments. - Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingency plans, and timely escalation. - Give teams and leadership an accurate view of progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks. CHANGE READINESS - Build a lightweight process for identifying changes affecting other teams, notifying partners, and confirming readiness before release. - Include documentation and support preparation in delivery planning, starting with AI features. - Establish concise updates showing what is changing, when, and who needs to act. - Review communication and readiness gaps with the teams involved, then improve the process. - Keep the effort proportional to the change and remove steps which don’t improve delivery. HOW YOU WORK - You help teams bring structure to complex programs with unclear ownership or no established process. - You listen to different perspectives, make tradeoffs visible, and help teams resolve competing priorities. - You engage with technical details and connect architectural decisions to delivery risks and product outcomes. - You raise risks early, propose practical responses, and follow through. - You adapt processes to teams’ needs and simplify them when the value is unclear. - You respect team ownership while helping cross-team decisions reach resolution. - You share information clearly so partners have the context they need to contribute. QUALIFICATIONS - Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch. - Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership. - Technical understanding to review design proposals, discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers, and identify integration risks and downstream effects. - A track record of managing dependencies, driving risk mitigation, and adapting plans as conditions change. - Experience creating or improving processes which teams adopted and sustained. - Clear written communication, including program updates, decision records, and escalations with explicit next steps. - Experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design through sound judgment and follow-through. Relevant experience might come from technical program management, software engineering, or another role involving ownership of cross-team technical delivery. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Shipping AI/ML or LLM-backed features, including evaluations, quality checks, and staged rollouts. - Partnering with product design to coordinate design and engineering work. - Working with data pipelines, ingestion, or streaming infrastructure. - Building developer tools or technical B2B products. - Improving release communication across engineering, documentation, and support. Experience in every preferred area is not required. TEAM PRINCIPLES - Make work visible. Keep plans, ownership, decisions, and next steps clear and current. - Raise risks early. Give teams time to respond before delivery is affected. - Reduce friction. Build practices which help teams get work done. - Respect ownership. Support informed decisions and help accountable owners resolve open questions. - Keep partners informed. Communicate changes to scope, timing, and readiness before they affect others. You'll be the native voice of the brand: everything our users read will go through you. What you will work on - Reviewing and editing the team's copy across the blog, Help Center, changelog, Creator Hub, case studies, PR and news, newsletters, product updates, and UI text; - Fact-checking every piece before it ships: checking model and feature names against the product; - Keeping facts consistent across every surface, so the same number reads the same in the blog, Help Center, landing pages, and press releases; - Shaping content for AI answers: a direct answer up front, question-based headings, useful FAQs, and internal links; - Keeping the writing alive and human, with no traces of AI or template-speak; - Working on tone, rhythm and clarity, not just fixing grammar; - Writing your own pieces too, including editorial work like our Inside Higgsfield series; - Holding one consistent brand voice across everything we publish. Your must haves - English as your native language; - A strong background in editing and writing, with a portfolio to show for it; - An instinct for style, tone and rhythm. You feel when a sentence works and when it doesn't; - The ability to explain your edits and how they make the text stronger. We move fast, ship weekly, and the writing has to keep up. Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Workplace: OnSite WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI? Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts - Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio — keeping one character consistent across an entire article - Write and refine your own prompts, and document them so readers can reproduce the result - Work with the content team on what a piece needs visually before it's written, not after - Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past a few hundred articles WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools. Show us the result and walk us through how you got there - Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut - Deep fluency with AI image and video models. You know the strengths and limits of each one and pick the right tool for the shot instead of forcing one model to do everything - Strong prompting skills. You write, iterate and debug prompts, understand why a generation failed, and know when to stop retrying and change the approach - You can keep a character, style and lighting consistent across a full series of images and video clips - Editing skills: you can cut a 15–30 second promo with pacing, titles, grading and sound that holds attention - A solid design foundation: composition and typography strong enough to build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225 - Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! WHY THE COHERE TPM ROLE? As our Generative Machine Learning organization has continued growing, we are looking for more Technical Program Managers to join the team! At Cohere, TPMs are pivotal to our success, being seen as operational experts specializing in cross-functional efforts. Great TPMs at Cohere are well-rounded, executing with precision at the tactical level, while partnering with senior leaders and shaping the big picture at a strategic level, and the opportunities are endless in growing the scale and impact of their work. Cohere’s TPMs would often be described as organized, execution-oriented, pragmatic leaders who are adaptable to the needs of the company and the programs they lead. As a reward for the depth and breadth of expertize that you bring to the table, you will get to work alongside some of the most talented AI researchers and industry experts in the world on building cutting edge AI technology. Please note: While we are remote-first and accept candidates from all over the world, we are highly prioritizing hiring for people who are within 1-2 hours of British Standard Time (BST). AS A MACHINE LEARNING TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL: - Establish, improve, and scale foundational processes that allow the Generative Modeling teams to execute better, faster, and more predictably - Scale the operational capacity and effectiveness of the Modeling TPM team in collaboration with the Modeling TPM lead to ensure the function can remain lean and effective during a period of the program portfolio complexity and size continuing to rapidly increase - Flexibly adapt to the needs of the company, programs, and the team from tackling long-horizon programs that can span quarters or even years to jumping onto often highly ambiguous short-term challenges that can have company-wide impact - Partner directly with leaders within and outside of the Modeling organization on efforts to design, train and improve our core generative models - Lead cross-functional, oftentimes company-wide programs and strategic initiatives, collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Platform, Infra, Policy, and Finance - Operate as an organizational expert in improving engineering execution rigor and operations on the ground, while contributing to the strategic layer in areas such as long-term strategic planning with senior modeling leadership - Map out dependencies and risks, and ensure that cross-functional execution across the program runs smoothly, communicating status with non-technical and technical stakeholders and senior management - Both own and enable a useful communication flow of priorities, ideas, and knowledge throughout and beyond the Modeling organization in line with your programs - Respond quickly to program-level changes, clarifying new scope, and managing resource needs in response to evolving priorities YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE: - 5-10 years as a Technical Program Manager AND 5+ years of experience working directly on AI/ML. Strong preference for candidates that have worked directly in building foundation models. - In-depth knowledge of machine learning, particularly when it comes to Natural Language Processing & Large Language Models (LLMs). Bonus points for experience with Multimodal AI. - Experience with working in a chaotic, fast paced, low structure environment. We need someone who is pragmatic, can roll up their sleeves when needed, and can function at the tactical and strategic level to do whatever it takes to make Cohere’s models succeed - Personal hands-on understanding of the unique challenges of managing projects and programs in the AI/ML development space as opposed to traditional software program management - Managed projects & programs requiring a strong general business acumen, such as coordinating with Finance on reporting needs or Policy on regulatory compliance matters — the broader your experience beyond ML technical program management, the better! - (optional, but preferred) Have technical experience in a hands-on capacity. We don’t necessarily need someone with hands on experience training models, but you need to feel comfortable sitting in the same rooms with some of the best researchers in the world, working on highly complex, cutting edge ML problems If some of the above - other than the ML TPM experience - doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you consider yourself a thoughtful worker, a lifelong learner, and a kind and playful team member, Cohere is the place for you. We welcome applicants of all kinds and are committed to providing both an equal opportunity process and work environment. Location: Singapore Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do. Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business. - Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome. - Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there. - Partner with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch. - Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next. EXAMPLE PROJECTS These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently: - Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers. - Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation. - Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples. - Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner. - Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships. - Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences. - Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast. - Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion. - Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes. EVEN BETTER... - Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts. - You've been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed. - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business. OUR VALUES - Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work. - Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it. - Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve. - Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time. - Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. Location: San Francisco, CA About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Safeguards organization builds the policies, evaluations, and detection and enforcement systems that define and hold the limits on how Claude can be used. Within Safeguards, our Policy, Enforcement, and Threat Intelligence teams work as one org: Policy Design defines what is and isn't allowed across harm areas, Enforcement detects and acts on violations, and Threat Intelligence investigates sophisticated misuse and emerging threats. That work runs across a lot of teams and moves fast. A single decision can touch model training, detection systems, product launches, legal review, and external communications. As the org's program manager, you'll keep all of it moving: tracking the portfolio across all three teams, running the processes that connect their work to each other and to the rest of the company, and making sure the right people are aligned before decisions land. Your work will include the operating rhythm (planning, priorities, status, and decision tracking), launch and release readiness across policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence workstreams, and the processes that support how we share our work externally, including blog posts, threat reports, and other publications. You'll work closely with the org's leadership to spot risks early, clear blockers, and keep everyone pointed in the same direction. This role is a good fit for someone who brings structure to ambiguous, fast-moving work without adding overhead, and who can earn the trust of policy experts, researchers, and engineers alike. Important context for this role: some of the work may involve exposure to explicit content, including material of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. It also may require late nights or weekend work. Key responsibilities Own cross-functional program management for the Policy Design, Enforcement and Threat Intel teams, keeping workstreams across harm areas on track and visible to leadership Run the team's operating rhythm: quarterly planning, priority setting, status tracking, and a clear record of decisions, who made them, and why Coordinate policy work with partner teams across research, product, engineering, legal, and communications, so dependencies are surfaced early and nothing lands on a partner as a surprise Drive readiness for policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence work tied to model launches and product releases, including timelines, reviews, and sign-offs Own the process for the org's external publications, including blog posts and threat reports, from idea through drafting, review, approvals, and publication Identify risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps across the portfolio, and escalate them with a proposed path forward Build lightweight processes and tools that make the team faster, and retire the ones that stop earning their keep Minimum qualifications Experience running cross-functional programs in a fast-moving technical environment, with a track record of shipping on time across teams you don't manage Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work: breaking big goals into plans, owners, and milestones, and keeping them current as priorities shift Strong written communication, including clear status updates, decision records, and summaries for executive audiences Experience managing review and approval processes with multiple stakeholders, such as publications, launches, or policy releases Judgment about when a process helps and when it's overhead, and a bias toward the lightest process that works Comfort working on sensitive topics and holding high standards for confidentiality Preferred qualifications Program management experience in trust & safety, product policy, enforcement operations, threat intelligence, or AI safety Familiarity with how AI models are developed and launched, and how policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence work plug into that cycle Experience coordinating external publications, research releases, or public communications Experience using AI tools, including agentic tools, to automate tracking, reporting, and other recurring program work The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $285,000 — $330,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code. Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation. Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems. Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows. Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management. Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines. Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure. Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks. Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling. Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack. A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
