The Senior Software Development Team Coordinator (Thailand) is the operational right hand of the Thailand Team Leader within the Sitebuilders Chiang Mai team. This role supports the Team Leader to operate at a strategic and technical level — by owning the people rhythm and day-to-day operational layer of the Thailand hub. The Software Development Team Coordinator reports directly to the Thailand Team Leader and works in close partnership to ensure strong team operations, delivery consistency, and people development across the Thailand hub. This role is not intended to act as a buffer between the Team Leader and the team, but rather as a strong operational partner who increases the effectiveness of both. Success in this role is measured by the health and performance of the team, as well as by the Team Leader’s ability to focus on high-impact strategic and technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Development
• Serve as the primary people manager for Thailand-based engineers — owning regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, and individual development plans in close coordination with the Team Leader.
• Monitor team morale, identify and report risks early, and address interpersonal issues with discretion before they escalate to the Team Leader.
• Support engineers' career progression by identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps, aligned with the Team Leader and UXM Architect’s technical direction.
• Lead onboarding coordination for new Thailand-based hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team's ways of working.
• Build and reinforce a team culture of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement — consistent with the Team Leader's vision for the team.
Delivery & Operational Coordination
• Track Kanban progress across the Thailand team, ensuring blockers are surfaced and resolved without pulling the Team Leader away from technical priorities.
• Manage day-to-day task allocation and priority adjustments in fast-switching delivery cycles within a Kanban system.
• Compile and deliver structured monthly reports to upper management layers detailing overall team status, KPI metrics, operational delivery risks, and sensitive people or performance issues. Every identified issue, bottleneck, or risk must be accompanied by a concrete, actionable remediation plan to improve and resolve the situation dynamically.
• Oversee accurate time logging and estimation integrity across the team (including for the Deputy role itself).
Technical Contribution & Stability Support
• Assist the Front-End Team Leader in identifying potential personnel or project risks and help formulate contingency plans.
• Support the Project Anchors and the Stability Unit by ensuring developers are available and focused during critical production fixes.
• Maintain sufficient technical credibility to follow engineering discussions, understand the team’s work, and ask relevant questions. While this role is not the primary technical authority, it is expected to operate confidently and effectively within technical conversations.
• Act as a first-level escalation point for day-to-day operational and process questions, resolving escalations before it reaches the Team Leader.
• Uphold UXM documentation requirements and Definition of Done compliance within the team.
Hiring Support
• Participate in hiring panels for Thailand-based frontend roles, providing structured feedback on culture fit, communication, and working style.
• Assist in scoping role requirements in coordination with the Team Leader.
Requirements
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a people management or team coordination role in a tech team.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Front End frameworks and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS (React, Angular etc.)). We value the ability to translate technical constraints into project timelines, ensuring you can accurately assess scope and complexity during the planning phase.
• Genuine people leadership instinct — you find energy in developing others, you notice when someone is struggling before they say it, and you handle sensitive conversations with care.
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure — the team should feel steadier because you are in the room.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and leadership mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English; able to represent team dynamics and delivery status clearly to the Team Leader and upward when needed.
• iGaming or SaaS platform experience is an advantage.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. adjoe Ads is our programmatic in-app advertising platform that seamlessly connects advertisers and publishers through direct integration of our Android and iOS SDKs. Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment.
Where 50 Billion Daily Predictions Begin
The User Experience team is the origin point of adjoe Ads. Everything the system knows about a user, every prediction the ML models make, every bid placed in an auction. It all starts with code this team ships.
The team owns two responsibilities. On the SDK side, a native Kotlin and Swift code runs inside hundreds of publisher apps. It participates in 120 million daily auctions, renders ad creatives across multiple formats, and captures the behavioral signals that power 50 billion predictions per day. The constraint that defines this work: you're executing inside someone else's app, on someone else's device, with zero tolerance for instability. Every ad impression has to feel native and fast to the user.
On the analytics side, the dashboards, investigation tools, and data frameworks that turn raw data into decisions: real-time revenue performance across active campaigns, infrastructure cost visibility, and data quality assessments. If a number matters to the business or to engineering, this team makes it accessible.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Auction & Marketplace Analytics: You will monitor core ad exchange KPIs—including bid rates, win rates, timeout rates, eCPM, and render rates—and run deep dives to uncover bidding patterns and supply path optimization (SPO) opportunities. We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in AdTech (Programmatic, Ad Exchange, SSP, or DSP) who understands what drives marketplace health and revenue.
- A/B Testing & Revenue Strategy: You will design, track, and evaluate A/B tests for product features, floor pricing rules, and traffic shaping algorithms. We are looking for a data-driven thinker who loves solving business puzzles, testing commercial hypotheses, and proving what actually moves the needle on product performance.
- Advanced Data Extraction: You will query massive datasets to turn millions of raw ad events into clear business answers. We need advanced SQL skills to effortlessly query billions of rows, spot anomalies, and translate complex metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for our product and demand teams.
- Traffic & Cost Efficiency: You will analyze bid request data to identify inefficient traffic and help product managers design smart routing rules. We need an analyst who can balance top-line revenue with operational costs, finding ways to streamline traffic (Queries Per Second) without sacrificing publisher earnings.
- Executive Dashboarding & Reporting: You will build automated, easy-to-read dashboards that give Product, Engineering, and Demand Partnerships real-time visibility into campaign performance. We are looking for hands-on experience with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Redash to make key business numbers intuitive and accessible to everyone.
- Agile Project Execution: You will balance scheduled analytics projects with quick-turnaround deep dives when marketplace metrics shift unexpectedly. We need a hands-on, proactive analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple analytical priorities.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Salesforce Developer at Anthropic, you will design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform that powers our core customer motions and quote-to-cash business.: This includes automation throughout the Salesforce platform ranging from core sales automation to product catalog and pricing, quoting and approvals, order and contract management, and the handoff to billing and provisioning. You'll work both autonomously and collaboratively across RevOps, Order Management, Legal, Billing Engineering, Deal Desk, Finance and Accounting, and Product to translate pricing and packaging requirements into scalable Apex, Flow, and integration solutions, and to extend our capabilities with custom code where necessary. We are an AI-first systems team, and you'll be expected to use Claude and our in-house AI development tooling as a core part of how you write, review, and ship code, always against our house standards for flexibility, maintainability, and scale.
Where you might sit
We're hiring across more than one team. Placement depends on your background and where you can have the most impact.
GTM Systems:
Builds and runs the Salesforce platform and connected tools that Anthropic's sellers, sales leaders, and revenue operations teams rely on every day. You'd build the automation behind how deals move through the pipeline, how leads and accounts reach the right owner, and how information flows between our sales tools and the rest of the business. You'll work directly with the analysts and operators who define the process, and see the impact on the people who use what you ship.
QTC Experiences:
A vertically integrated team that spans quoting through to provisioning agreements, as well as customer billing experiences over the term of their agreement. You'd build the foundational systems for CPQ, order management, provisioning and billing experiences, envisioning how we make our sellers and ops teams orders of magnitude more efficient with Claude. You'll work cross-functionally with GTM, finance, accounting and other stakeholders. Your work will directly impact seller velocity and our GTM deal making capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain Apex (triggers, services, selectors, batch/queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation following our house Apex standards and trigger framework
Design and build quote-to-cash infrastructure in Salesforce, including the product catalog and pricing data model, quote and order lifecycle, discount and approval automation, and amendment, renewal, and co-termination flows
Extend CPQ and expand into agentic selling with custom pricing and quote-calculation logic, quote and order user experiences, and code built against the package's APIs and data model
Build and own integrations between Salesforce and our billing, provisioning, and finance systems, such as Stripe, Metronome, and NetSuite, directly or via middleware
Support new product and pricing launches by modeling catalog, SKU, and pricing changes so they can be released quickly and reflected consistently in every downstream system
Use Claude and our internal AI development tooling as a first-class part of your build and code-review workflow
Partner with Business Systems analysts and Finance to ensure data-model decisions support downstream bookings, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Partner with DevOps on release management for your work: sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and deployment via SFDX/metadata tooling
Ensure appropriate controls, test coverage, and documentation are in place for an effective control environment, particularly around pricing, discounting, and contract changes
Operate with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business, resolve problems independently, and propose solutions that scale
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow) in a production org
Experience building or extending CPQ and quote-to-cash functionality in Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Nue, or similar): product and pricing data models, quote and order lifecycle, approval automation, and amendments and renewals, including custom code written against the CPQ package rather than configuration alone
Experience integrating Salesforce with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems via REST/Bulk APIs, middleware (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar), or direct callouts
Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and a sandbox-to-prod release process with peer review
Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of how you write and review code, and the ability to speak to how you steer and verify their output
Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse
Effective communication with sales, deal desk, finance and accounting, product, and engineering stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform constraints: governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, recursion control, and how they surface in CPQ-specific situations such as large quotes, calculation performance, and bulk amendments
Experience implementing a CPQ solution end to end or re-platforming from one CPQ to another, not just maintaining an existing one
Experience with billing and finance platforms such as Stripe, Metronome, or Oracle, and with usage-based or consumption pricing models
Working understanding of how CPQ design decisions flow through to bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Proven experience scaling Salesforce in a high-growth GTM environment

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Experience working directly with life sciences organizations, such as academic research institutions, research institutes, foundations, biotech, or pharma, and familiarity with how scientific research is conducted, funded, and governed
An understanding of the regulatory, risk, and compliance needs of the industry
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with an understanding of the expansion levers and success metrics for each

We launch new products, models and pricing often, and each launch has to work in our systems on day one. A seller needs to be able to quote it, Deal Desk needs to be able to approve it, billing needs to charge for it correctly, and Finance needs to report on it. This role owns how a launch gets into our quote-to-cash systems, from the first pricing conversation to the first invoice.
We are looking for someone who treats every launch as a change across many systems. You will join launch planning early, work out what has to change across catalog, quoting, contracts, billing, tax and reporting, and get all of it ready before the launch date. You will build a good part of the Salesforce work yourself and partner with our Salesforce developers and Billing Engineering on the rest. You will be the named owner of the NPI process for systems, and the person Product, Pricing and Finance call when they want to know what it takes to launch something.
We are an AI-first systems team. You will use Claude as a normal part of how you design, build, test and document, and you will look for ways to make launches faster and more repeatable with AI.
Key responsibilities
Own the systems side of new product and pricing launches, from the first pricing discussion through launch day and the first billing cycle
Turn a pricing and packaging decision into concrete system changes: SKUs, price books, bundles, discount and approval rules, contract terms, billing plans, tax codes and reporting
Build and run a repeatable NPI playbook: intake, a readiness checklist, sign-offs, a launch calendar and a post-launch review
Join launch planning early with Product and Pricing. Push back on pricing ideas that cannot be quoted, billed or reported cleanly, and offer options that can
Design how new pricing models work end to end, including usage-based, seat-based, tiered, committed and multi-year ramp pricing, and which system is the source of truth for each part
Plan the impact on existing customers: moving customers to new SKUs, grandfathering, amendments and co-termination, and how renewals will work
Own end-of-sale and retirement of products and prices, so old SKUs leave the catalog without breaking renewals, billing or reporting
Coordinate the changes across Salesforce, billing and our tax platform, working with the teams who own each system
Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Legal so each team signs off on what changes for them before launch
Make sure sellers and Deal Desk are ready on launch day, including quote templates, approval paths, guidance and enablement
Check every launch after it goes live: do quotes, orders, invoices and Finance reports match? Add the control or reconciliation that catches the gaps
Build and ship declarative solutions yourself where that is the right call, and write specs clear enough that developers can build the rest without several rounds of questions
Use AI to shorten launch cycles, for example generating catalog changes from a pricing spec, checking launch readiness, and testing quote and billing scenarios
Minimum qualifications
Experience in GTM or revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst, Q2C Systems Lead or similar role, with hands-on ownership of product and pricing launches
Experience launching new products or pricing models at a fast-growing company, owning the change across catalog, quoting, contracts and billing
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud or a similar CPQ tool, especially product and pricing data models, price books, bundles and approval rules
Working understanding of how a pricing decision flows into bookings, invoicing, tax and revenue recognition
Experience running a cross-functional process with many sign-offs (Product, Finance, Legal, Sales) and getting to launch on a fixed date
Hands-on Salesforce admin skills (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, approval processes) and comfort building meaningful parts of your own solution
Clear communication across Product, sellers, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal and engineers, adjusting the level of detail for each
Preferred qualifications
Experience in GTM, revenue or finance systems roles
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing, and with billing platforms such as Stripe, Metronome or Zuora
Experience moving existing customers onto new pricing, including migrations, grandfathering and amendments at scale
Experience with tax setup for new products (tax codes, tax engines such as Anrok or Avalara)
Experience with integrations between Salesforce and billing, ERP or provisioning systems, and comfort reading API payloads and integration logs
Basic SQL and comfort using a data warehouse to check launch data
Salesforce Administrator certification. CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus
Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude or similar) in how you design, build or document systems, and the ability to explain how you check their output

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
About the role
Merchant Configuration sets up how our merchants process payments, and those changes go straight into our live production systems. A mistake here isn't a typo. It can have a financial or compliance cost. That's why this team works to a standard of 99.5%+ accuracy and completes 95% of cases within 24 hours.
You'll join our new Mexico City team as its third analyst, part of a global Merchant Configuration team of around 25. You'll support our US merchants, setting up, updating and closing merchant accounts in Salesforce. About 70% of the work follows defined processes. The other 30% calls for judgement, especially when a merchant asks for something unusual and the right answer is "that won't work, here's what will."
What you'll do
- Set up, update and close merchant accounts accurately, following defined processes to the letter
- Check your own work before it goes live. Accuracy here is the job itself, not a nice extra
- Handle complex, non-standard merchant requests, and push back with a better solution when a request won't work
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand what they need and get cases resolved quickly
- Contribute to team projects such as card scheme mandates (for example, Account Funding Transaction setups)
- Build deep knowledge of our configuration products, so that within 90 days you can handle full end-to-end setups on your own
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations role where accuracy and following process mattered, for example payments operations, product operations, risk/KYC, or implementation. Recent graduates with strong, relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- A track record of detailed work, with examples you can talk through: errors you caught, quality checks you built, processes you improved
- Very good written and spoken English. All work and communication is in English
- You take feedback well and act on it, stay steady under pressure, and work well in a team
- You've used AI tools in practical ways to work faster or more accurately, and can explain how
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the payments lifecycle, or experience at a payment processor, fintech or e-commerce company
- Experience with Salesforce
This role is not for you if:
- You don't have the right to work in Mexico. We are not able to sponsor a visa for this role
- You can't be in our Mexico City office Tuesday to Thursday every week
- You aren't open to switching to US West Coast hours if the business needs it. The role normally works Mexico hours, but contracts include this flexibility
- You prefer to approximate and move on. This team has no room for "close enough"
What we offer
- Two to three months of structured training and shadowing before you work on your own
- A clear career path: Analyst I → Analyst II → Senior Analyst → Team Lead, with promotion based on performance rather than time in role
- A founding seat on a new team in one of our newest locations
