WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
About the Role
We are a large-scale consumer marketplace building AI-native product experiences across multiple markets. Trust and Safety is not a defensive function here - it is a strategic growth lever. A platform users trust converts better, retains longer, and earns stronger word of mouth. Fraud, abuse, and bad actors actively destroy the value we create; eliminating them is product work at its core.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda end-to-end. You will define the strategy for how we detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and keep our marketplace safe - while building systems that are intelligent, proportionate, and do not create friction for the millions of legitimate users who rely on us every day. AI is central to how you will do this: not as an add-on, but as the foundation of a new generation of proactive, signal-driven safety infrastructure.
This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.
What you will do:
Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk and user insight into a clear, prioritised plan.
Shift the function from reactive incident response to proactive, intelligence-driven fraud prevention: build the Risk Engine, data signals intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling that make this possible.
Ship AI-native T&S product experiences: partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, prototype, and productionise real-time detection and decisioning systems using ML models, LLMs, and behavioural signals.
Balance fraud mitigation with growth protection—ensuring T&S interventions do not unnecessarily create friction for legitimate users or throttle marketplace supply/demand. Make hard, evidence-based trade-off decisions.
Define and track the right T&S success metrics: fraud loss rates, false positive/negative rates, time-to-resolution, user trust scores, and financial exposure. Communicate impact in business terms to senior leadership.
Partner closely with Engineering leads, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—holding shared accountability for outcomes and navigating competing priorities.
Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to measure fraud rates, detection model performance, and contributor/user impact at scale.
Establish business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments; secure resources and drive prioritisation grounded in data.
Ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements across all markets.
Apply AI to how you operate as a PM: faster threat analysis, synthetic user research on abuse patterns, AI-assisted spec writing, automated experimentation pipelines—whatever moves the needle on velocity.
Represent Trust & Safety at the leadership level, presenting strategy, risk posture, and results clearly to executive audiences.
What we are looking for:
Significant product management experience in the digital sector: consumer facing platform, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, classifieds, fintech, or similar high scale environment.
Proven experience owning trust related products or problem spaces such as Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Identity & Verification, Marketplace Integrity, Account Security, Abuse Prevention, Payments Risk, or Compliance Technology.
Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect, prevent, and mitigate abuse, fraud, risk, or other trust related issues, rather than relying solely on manual or operational processes.
Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating impact, and making prioritization decisions based on evidence and measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex products in regulated or high-risk environments. Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Experience building, deploying, or working closely with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, recommendation, or automation systems. Hands-on experience with AI-powered trust or fraud products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, marketplace growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, making thoughtful trade offs that protect both users and the business.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of complex problem spaces, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategy and execution across multiple teams.
Strong core product muscle that transfers across fraud domains—you've stepped into unfamiliar threat vectors, oriented fast, and delivered. Domain specificity matters; rigid domain lock-in does not.
Well versed in building, iterating core Data (Science) products at scale
Nice to Have:
Experience building trust, risk, fraud, or safety products across
multiple international markets
and regulatory environments.
Familiarity with
emerging regulations
and industry trends affecting online platforms, digital marketplaces, payments, AI, and consumer trust.
If you're excited by the opportunity to solve complex trust challenges at scale and build products that make a meaningful difference to millions of users, we'd love to hear from you. This is a role for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, partnering across disciplines, and shaping the future of trust in a modern, AI-powered marketplace.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

- We build and manage offers for large companies and public institutions with our sales and account management teams.
- We make sure our portfolio is closely monitored and risks are effectively managed.
- We also manage our capital, steer our reinsurance strategy and maintain a trusting relationship with our insurance regulators.

- Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meeting, delivering expert insights that build confidence in our solutions
- Design delightful insurance products meeting both member needs and regulatory requirements
- Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing our most strategic client relationships
- Develop scalable tools, frameworks and knowledge resources that empower further our sales teams

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The role
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Our inference platform already serves production traffic at scale. We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the inference portfolio within our Cloud & Inference organization.
You'll set strategy, write specs, sit with customers running production traffic, and work across our inference, infrastructure, and go-to-market teams to deliver real customer impact. Example problems you may work on include figuring out the next inference product we should launch to help our customers scale their AI workloads or how we cut fraudulent free-tier usage without adding friction for legitimate users.
You will work on state of the art infrastructure, in close collaboration with our science and research engineering teams. Your job is to turn that infrastructure into products that AI-native startups and enterprises pay for, integrated with our developer platform Studio.
You will operate as an individual contributor first — taking end-to-end ownership of complex and significant product lines — while building the foundation for the inference PM team as the portfolio grows. The size and shape of the team reporting into the role will be defined together with the VP Product once you're in place; from day one the expectation is hands-on product leadership, not people management.
You will be the first PM fully dedicated to inference and the most senior product hire in the space. You will report to the VP Product - Cloud & Inference, and work day-to-day with our inference engineering teams in the US and Europe.
What you'll do
- Strategy and vision: define the vision, strategy, and annual goals for the inference portfolio, aligned with customer needs and company objectives. Benchmark the managed-inference field and pick where we win.
- Roadmap and execution: own the full lifecycle for serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, and adjacent services. Prioritize, ship, measure, iterate. Economics: own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin for your products. Treat cost-per-token, unit economics, and capacity tradeoffs as product decisions, and partner with GTM, Finance and Marketing on pricing, packaging, and launches.
- Customers: spend real time with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced production workloads. Turn their constraints, like latency, throughput, compliance, and cost, into roadmap choices.
- Engineering partnership: work daily with inference engineering and the cloud infrastructure teams behind our data centers on capacity planning, scheduling, routing, and reliability.
- Research and open source: track open-source inference advances and emerging model architectures, and turn them into performance and efficiency gains for the product.
- Team building: as the portfolio scales, help shape and grow the inference PM team — hiring, mentoring, and setting the product bar.
What we're looking for
- Deep product experience in tech and infrastructure with a track record of bringing inference, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems to market. You have built robust, at-scale AI infrastructure first-hand.
- An engineering background before moving into product management.
- You have taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption, owning complex and significant product lines end to end.
- Player-coach disposition: you lead from the front — hands-on product work now, with the range and appetite to build and coach a team as we scale.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind token pricing and GPU capacity.
- High ownership and a strong bias for action. You prototype with AI coding tools, write your own specs, and unblock yourself without waiting for engineers or designers.
- Low ego, comfort in ambiguity, and credibility with executives, engineers, and customers alike.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Legal Tech engineers play a specialized and critical role in keeping Claude at the frontier. Partnering closely with counsel, we provide custom infrastructure and guidance for complex, novel technical matters, empowering teams across the company to continue meeting our legal obligations as we innovate.
As a Senior+ Software Engineer on our Legal Tech team, you'll build dedicated, highly secure, and reliable cloud environments and data processing and storage capabilities at speed and scale. You will own your scope end to end: from raw requirements all the way through to large-scale production systems that satisfy legal invariants and unlock new possibilities. The systems you build won't just be dependable and scalable; they'll be interpretable and auditable, demonstrating to skeptical audiences exactly how they worked and why results can be trusted.
You'll be an essential member of a collaborative team, working together to solve difficult problems against fixed deadlines. You will own internal customer relationships as well: you'll gather, prioritize, and coordinate needs from colleagues on Privacy, Security, Research, and/or Infra as well as Legal, to ship the right capabilities on the right timelines. You'll act as a trusted advisor: clearly explaining technical concepts and constraints to inform legal decisions, and proactively designing new approaches to prevent classes of problems. Your infrastructure expertise will directly empower our business to calibrate and manage risk, innovating faster thanks to systems that build in legal considerations.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate dedicated cloud infrastructure, storage, and data pipelines for specialized workloads that can't run on general-purpose systems
Design architectures with excellent security, privacy, reliability, scalability, and auditability baked in
Partner with a wide range of internal customer teams to translate requirements into sound approaches and realistic ETAs
Deliver against fixed deadlines
Support complex and novel legal requests on controlled infrastructure, with verifiable chain of custody
Pair with engineering teams across the company to extend existing infrastructure to support new workflows and/or legal requests
Work with nontechnical stakeholders to clarify their needs through responsive, easy-to-follow dialogue
Minimum qualifications
Experience designing, building, and operating highly trusted infrastructure and data systems in production, including owning architectural decisions
Experience working across large, complex, multi-team environments, including in stacks and code you don't own
Ability to take ownership of a cloud account and secure it end to end (networking, storage, identity, encryption, least-privilege provisioning, etc.) on AWS and/or GCP
Ability to translate legal and privacy requirements into sound technical designs and implementations that teams are excited to adopt
A habit of verifying rather than assuming: designing checks for invariants and plainly naming what isn't proved
Self-directed in a high-change environment, and comfortable resequencing quickly when new needs emerge
Clear communication with nontechnical stakeholders, and an understanding of their needs
Preferred qualifications
Software engineering experience with an infrastructure, data, privacy, and/or security focus
Proficiency with large-scale data tooling, such as distributed processing, lakehouse table formats, and/or query engines
Understanding of data processing pipelines, LLM training, and/or provenance and lineage
Experience with secure enclaves, confidential computing, clean rooms, or other purpose-built environments for sensitive data
Background in eDiscovery, litigation support, or records retention at scale, including chain of custody and verifiable integrity
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own
quarterly business reviews with top clients.
Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is
measured in days, not months.
Market and product
Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor
dynamics and regulatory shifts.
Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX
and payment capabilities.
Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region.
Compliance and risk
Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing
due diligence rather than working around it.
Escalate risk signals early and maintain complete, auditable records of client interactions and commercial
terms.
What we offer
A category-defining seat: Bitso is the largest crypto-powered financial platform in Latin America, and the
corporate franchise is the fastest-growing part of it.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue and volume.
Direct access to the Head of Sales and FX business leadership, and real influence on product direction.
A regulated, compliance-first operating environment - you sell on solid ground.

The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

About the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Platform to launch targeted campaigns across Alchemy's full platform, from product launches to new vertical and segment pushes, and to own the always-on content that fills the gaps in between. This is a high-ownership, high-influence seat with a long runway: you'll start as an executional hire, but there's a real path to Product Marketing Lead and to building a team under you if that's the direction you want to grow.
Alchemy isn't just infrastructure, it's a full platform: building blocks for reads, writes, launching custom chains, and more, spanning verticals from crypto-native builders to traditional finance moving assets onchain. Every campaign we run, whether it's a product launch, a new vertical push, or a piece of evergreen content, needs to tie back to one thing: Alchemy as the platform builders trust to build the future on. You'll own that positioning day to day, from the company-level narrative down to how a single launch is framed, working closely with Lisa (Product Marketing) especially early on as you build that domain authority.
You'll run point end to end: strategy, tactics, project management, measurement, and reporting, on everything from major campaigns to the product launches, newsletter beats, and social content that run continuously. You can and should delegate execution (design, technical content with DevRel, and more), but you own the outcome. When there's no active campaign, you're not idle: you own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content, filling the gap with mid- and bottom-funnel work that drives activation and cross-sell across our existing platform.
What You’ll Do
- Launch targeted campaigns across product launches and new vertical/segment pushes, owning the strategy, the tactics, and the project management from kickoff to report-out.
- Own and evolve Alchemy's platform positioning: the throughline that connects every campaign back to Alchemy as a frontier leader built for reliability and performance, backed by real customer stories.
- Own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content cadence, mid- and bottom-funnel work, product launch beats, and activation/cross-sell content, whenever there isn't an active campaign in market.
- Go deep on individual product areas and wide across the full platform, building the kind of product and audience understanding that lets you spot the next campaign or market opportunity before anyone asks for it.
- Generate and pitch ideas for breaking into new markets and verticals, backed by a real read on the audience and the competitive landscape.
- Partner with DevRel to produce the technical content (docs-adjacent explainers, videos, tutorials) that supports a campaign or fills a content gap.
- Bring creative, visual thinking to launches that could otherwise be a dry API announcement, pushing for the campaign concept, not just the campaign checklist.
- Delegate execution to design, agencies, and other specialists as needed, while remaining accountable for the outcome, the timeline, and the numbers.
- Build stakeholder trust across Product, Engineering, and DevRel, so that partner teams want to work with you again.
What we’re looking for
- Experience selling to developers on a technical, API-first product with a developer dashboard, not a B2B SaaS platform candidates sign up for and self-manage. This is a hard requirement.
- A track record of owning a campaign end to end: you can walk through, in detail, how you align stakeholders, launch, measure, and report on a campaign from a template through to results.
- Genuine curiosity and a love of learning: going deep on a single product area and wide across an entire platform both excite you.
- Creative instincts: you notice good brand and campaign work in the wild, and you bring visual or conceptual ideas that make a technical launch land.
- Experience leading a large, high-visibility project end to end, e.g., a website overhaul, a rebrand, or a sales enablement overhaul.
- Strong cross-functional operator: Product and Engineering partners trust you and want to work with you again.
- Bias for speed and pragmatism: you default to "how do I get this out the door as fast and sharply as possible," not "how do I make this perfect."
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and how it's changing marketing and the developer tools landscape.
Nice to Haves
- Experience marketing to enterprise customers, especially financial services.
- Breadth of experience marketing to developers across crypto/Web3 verticals.
- Experience as a software engineer prior to marketing.
- Leadership or management experience, or a clear interest in growing into it.

About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to shape where Alchemy invests growth: full-funnel, from self-serve signup all the way through the enterprise sales funnel. This is a high-ownership, strategic seat. You'll decide, each cycle, where our marketing dollars and headcount go for the highest return, and you'll have real influence over the tactics we run to get there.
This role has real breadth. You'll own the channel mix we run today, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, a lifecycle program we're just getting off the ground, and our website, and you'll decide where each of those gets more or less investment based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline. You'll also go looking for what's next: new channels worth testing as the audience and the industry evolve, and product-led signals worth turning into a marketing motion. And you'll bring visibility to parts of the funnel we can't see well today, both self-serve and the enterprise sales flow, so the whole company can make better calls on where to spend.
This is a senior, strategic role. We're looking for someone who's already built full-funnel growth measurement from scratch at a developer-focused B2B company, and who knows how to rank channels by ROI and act on it. You won't be building a growth program from zero, you'll be evolving one: an AI-powered SEO/AEO system already in production, a defined tool stack, and agencies already engaged. You'll decide what stays, what goes, and where you build a team to get us to the next level of growth maturity.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-funnel visibility for Alchemy's growth motion, from self-serve signup through the enterprise sales flow, including the quality of leads reaching the sales team, so the company can see how every channel performs end to end.
- Set the channel investment strategy each half: given current resourcing and goals, decide where marketing dollars and efforts go, and defend that call with data.
- Own and continuously re-rank channel ROI, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, lifecycle/email, website, ecosystem/partner-driven channels, and any new channel you stand up, identifying the highest-ROI area each cycle and reallocating toward it.
- Evaluate and evolve the existing tool stack and agencies: keep, renegotiate, or replace based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline.
- Identify, pitch, and test new channels and signals, including product-led growth signals you pick up working with Product, as Alchemy's audience and the industry evolve, then scope and delegate what you find to the right owner: a product marketer, an ecosystem marketing manager, an agency, or your own hire.
- Build and lead a team over time: propose and open headcount as the highest-ROI areas demand dedicated ownership, and directly manage the specialists and agencies you bring on.
- Represent growth and channel performance in the twice-yearly marketing planning cycle and retro, as a primary voice in where the company focuses its tactics next half, backed by your own data.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B company with a developer-focused audience and both self-serve and enterprise motions.
- Track record of owning full-funnel measurement: connecting top-of-funnel spend to signups to pipeline, and using that to make investment calls, not just channel-level reporting.
- Proven ability to rank and reallocate spend + efforts across channels based on ROI, and to kill or scale channels based on evidence.
- Experience evaluating and managing agency relationships and a marketing tool stack, with the judgment to know what to keep versus replace.
- Comfortable identifying, testing, and standing up entirely new channels rather than only running the established playbook.
- Strong cross-functional operator: able to work with Product on in-product growth signals, with Sales/SDR on lead quality and funnel handoff, and with Product Marketing and Ecosystem Marketing on execution you delegate out.
- Efficiency-obsessed: instinctively pressure-tests where a dollar or a headcount is going before committing to it.
- Familiarity with AI-powered or AI-assisted growth initiatives.
- Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week.
Nice to Haves
- Startup experience building a growth function from 0 to 1, standing up measurement and channel testing where little existed, not just optimizing an established program.
- Has built and led a team, or is ready to hire and manage one as the highest-ROI areas justify dedicated headcount.
- Experience in crypto/Web3 or blockchain infrastructure marketing.
- Experience marketing an API-first or infrastructure product.
