ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity — proactively managing the funnel, unblocking bottlenecks, and pushing decisions forward
- Deliver a best-in-class experience to candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers alike
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working as part of an internal Talent Acquisition team in a hyper-growth start-up, a GTM operator at a VC backed start-up, and/or a hyper-competitive recruitment agency environment
- An exceptionally creative and proactive sourcer with a deep understanding of GTM excellence for a growing start-up
- Exceptional story-telling ability to sell career opportunities at Peec AI to top talent with multiple competing offers
- Proven experience designing and running high-velocity hiring pipelines while operating with modern, AI-centric tooling (e.g. Ashby, Metaview, Claude/ChatGPT, Clay, Lemlist, etc.)

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience to own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App — the single interface through which users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage Ondo's products (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).
This role owns the quality and coherence of the end-to-end user experience, with a particular focus on retention, usability, and long-term customer value. You'll turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy product.
This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other Product leaders to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful improvements. Our product management function is young and fast-moving — you'll help define it from the ground up, which makes this a high-ownership, high-visibility role.
Target Outcomes
A cohesive, high-quality core experience: Ondo’s customer-facing surfaces feel like one unified platform across products and workflows, with a consistent and intuitive experience across web and eventually mobile.
Simple, intuitive investing and trading workflows: Users can confidently buy, sell, trade, and manage their portfolios across experiences like limit orders, order books, DCA, notifications, transaction history, reporting, and tax workflows.
Financial complexity made accessible: Sophisticated concepts such as order books, bid/ask pricing, settlement, and onchain transactions are translated into clear, low-friction experiences without sacrificing the functionality sophisticated users expect.
Stronger retention and long-term customer value: The core product gives users compelling reasons to return, manage more of their financial activity through Ondo, and deepen their engagement over time.
Measurably better product performance: Clear metrics and feedback loops are established around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction, with insights consistently translated into product improvements.
Customer-informed product decisions: Qualitative research and quantitative signals shape prioritization, ensuring the roadmap addresses meaningful customer problems rather than relying on internal assumptions.
Reliable end-to-end execution: High-impact product initiatives move effectively from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration, with strong coordination across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
A scalable foundation for Ondo’s product ecosystem: Core experiences and patterns are built to support new products and capabilities as Ondo expands, without creating a fragmented or increasingly complex customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
A track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products, with a sharp instinct for intuitive, low-friction UX.
Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products.
A working understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics — trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity.
Genuine, hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products; a working knowledge of onchain financial primitives.
Strong analytical skills — able to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive prioritization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and explain tradeoffs to both engineers and executives.
High ownership, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment — able to get the right people in a room, ask the right questions, and move things forward without top-down direction.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
US-hours based (preference per current team structure).
Nice to have
Experience building brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth-management products.
Experience with tokenization, real-world assets (RWAs), or onchain financial infrastructure.
Familiarity with decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction flows.
Experience designing for both sophisticated and first-time financial users.
Experience working closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams.
Experience in a strong product and design culture.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. For this role, we're looking for someone located in the United States.
COMPENSATION + PERKS + BENEFITS
Kit has standardized salaries based on position, no matter where you live. This role is an individual contributor level 4 ($227,000) or 5 ($252,000). Our other perks and benefits include:
PERKS + BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- Profit Sharing https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7454911054947688448/

- Ten (10) paid holidays a year
- Two weeks of paid sick time each year, including mental health + well being days
- Twelve (12) weeks paid parental leave and flexible scheduling in your child’s first year

Founding GTM Engineering Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you someone who likes to build GTM systems from the ground up? Have you built sales automations, signal-based workflows, account intelligence systems, or AI-powered GTM solutions yourself?
We’re looking for a
Founding GTM Engineering Lead
to build GrowthBricks with us, turning real GTM problems into working systems and using what we learn to shape the product itself.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems.
JetMinds is a new JetBrains-backed venture focused on AI-native GTM tools, and GrowthBricks is one of its new projects, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. It brings together business context that’s usually fragmented across CRMs, calls, documents, dashboards, and other tools, giving people and AI agents the context they need to make better decisions and execute effectively across the sales and marketing stack.
What you’ll do
You will own our early customer implementations and help the founding team shape the product around what actually works.
Working directly with customers, you'll figure out their GTM operations, identify where agentic automations can help, and build solutions around those needs. Alongside the product and technical founders, you’ll use what you learn from these implementations to shape GrowthBricks itself.
Day to day, you will:
Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, systems, data, and bottlenecks.
Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence systems, enrichment and qualification workflows, outbound and CRM automation, and agentic workflows using GrowthBricks.
Work hands-on with tools such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, APIs, automation platforms, and AI agents.
Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding it.
Identify patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
Work closely with the product founder and engineering team to shape GrowthBricks, including building and shipping features yourself.
What you’ll bring
Clear communication across roles. You can work effectively with founders, sales and marketing teams, RevOps specialists, and engineers.
Comfort with ambiguity. You can take an unclear business problem and work toward a concrete solution.
Strong product instinct. You can recognize which customer problems should become part of the product.
A practical mindset. You value working systems over unnecessary complexity.
What you’ll need
A strong, practical understanding of modern B2B GTM operations.
Experience building sales automation, enrichment workflows, signal-based GTM systems, or similar infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling such as Clay, TheirStack, or FullEnrich.
Experience connecting multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, or custom integrations.
Practical experience using LLMs or agents for GTM research, qualification, personalization, and automation.
Experience implementing GTM systems across multiple teams or customers.
The technical ability to build and modify product features and working solutions yourself, rather than just specifying what others should build.
What success looks like
In your first six months, you will have taken several customer problems from discovery to working production workflows.
You will also have helped us understand where GrowthBricks creates the most value, identified patterns that repeat across customers, and turned those patterns into reusable product capabilities.
Success means building systems that customers actually use, producing measurable GTM outcomes, and making the product materially better with every implementation.
Why join JetBrains?

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your goal will be to build DACH into n8n's most predictable Enterprise sales region - developing a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs, instilling forecast and pipeline discipline, and creating a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals
To make that happen, you'll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win.
What you’ll be doing
DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING, PREDICTABLE DACH TEAM
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews – raising both the floor and the ceiling on individual performance
- Build a rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes DACH's numbers predictable quarter over quarter, not dependent on late-quarter heroics
- Create a repeatable operating model – clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms – DACH's execution shouldn’t rely on you personally driving every strategic deal
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team over time, establishing career paths and succession plans as the region grows
SETTING THE STRATEGY FOR THE DACH TERRITORY
- Prioritize and run the DACH Enterprise territory with focus – balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays where community signals are strong
- Set the strategy for the team's most complex enterprise cycles, from discovery to close, staying close enough to coach without taking the pen
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical + business wins
BUILDING A STRATEGIC, MULTI-THREADED SELLING MOTION
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts the team from “running opportunities” to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution
- Orchestrate executive engagement across DACH accounts – aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to keep momentum and unblock deals
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy
PARTNERING ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Product) to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVES
- 🏆 Enterprise sales leadership: 5+ years in frontline sales management, leading ICs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
- 🔎 MEDDIC/MEDDPICC mastery: Deep, practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and a track record coaching teams to adopt it with real inspection
- 📈 Forecast & pipeline rigor: Track record running a disciplined forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes revenue predictable, not reactive
- 🧠 Strategic deal management: You’re fluent in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals
- 🎙️ Executive presence: You confidently engage senior stakeholders, run tight meetings, and set a high bar for clarity, urgency, and outcomes
- 🧑🏫 Coaching & talent development: You level up AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback
- 🧩 Multi-stakeholder navigation: You’re skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining deal momentum
- 🇩🇪 DE location: You’re based in Germany and happy being on-site with customers
- 🔧 Technical-buyer credibility: Experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🖥️ Open-source / PLG experience: You understand how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes and how to partner with that motion
- 🌉 Developer / infra SaaS background: Experience in DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure, or adjacent categories
- 💡 Scrappy startup mindset: You’ve scaled in environments where playbooks are evolving and you enjoy building structure without slowing teams down
- 📊 Operational excellence: Strong instincts for clean forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and turning data into coaching and better execution

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll own how Credit Line scales next, leading its move into the Philippine middle class with better customers, higher limits, and healthier repayment.
What you'll do:
- Own the full Credit Line funnel — from awareness with marketing through acquisition, activation, and retention inside the product — with no dedicated engineering squad, so you're the connective layer holding marketing, acquisition, product, risk, and business together.
- Work closely with marketing, product, acquisition, design, risk and origination, affiliates, and web/SEO, and be the person the team comes to when they need to align on growth.
- Report to the Head of Growth and own the Credit Line acquisition budget — no direct reports, but real leverage over numbers that matter commercially.
What you'll own:
- Define and drive Credit Line's growth strategy end-to-end with the business team — what to test, scale, or kill.
- Own the acquisition budget and decide where it goes.
- Lead the move into the Philippine middle class — define who that customer is, where to reach them, and rebuild the acquisition mix around them.
- Turn a real read on what customers need, fear, and compare us against into experiments worth running — hands-on when the bet calls for it, from testing a new channel to shipping the landing page yourself.
- Run experiments across paid channels, landing pages, onboarding, activation, and retention with acquisition and product, tracking CAC, approval, activation, first transaction, limit utilization, spend per active, retention, reactivation, and LTV against cost of risk to find where the real leverage is.
- Build a clean experiment-tracking system so learnings compound across quarters instead of getting lost.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing.
- A track record of self-generated experiments that actually shipped and moved metrics.
- Comfortable with product metrics and the tools behind them: CAC, LTV, activation, cohort retention in GA and AppsFlyer, Tableau, plus a working understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Manager.
- Hands-on with both qualitative and quantitative research — user interviews, large studies, segmentation, market signals.
- Uses AI daily for prototypes, creative variants, and analysis, and knows when to override it rather than trust it blindly.
- Strong project management and fluent English.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place.
RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build.
This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale.
You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing.
RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked.
- You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar.
- You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure.
- You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions.
- You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments.
- You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions.
- You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque.
- Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities.
- Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition.
- Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test.
- Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages.
- Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why.
- Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet.
- Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction.
- Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment.
- Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value.
- Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area.
- Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them.
- Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone.
- Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them.
- Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area.
- Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users.
- Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

At WHOOP, we’re on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. Our wearable technology collects rich physiological data, providing members with actionable insights into their recovery, training, and sleep.
The Health team develops the algorithms and features that expand WHOOP's health sensing capabilities. The work spans women's health, software as a medical device, wellness and longevity, member insights, and emerging health signals. We combine continuous physiological data with clinical research and domain expertise to ship features that are scientifically grounded and useful to millions of members.
As a Staff Applied Machine Learning Scientist on the Health team, you will turn ambiguous clinical and product questions into defensible studies, models, and evaluation plans on WHOOP's longitudinal wearable and member data (physiological signals, behavioral logs, labs and integrations, and related streams). You will set the methodological bar for a Health domain. You will partner with Machine Learning Engineers on the path to production, and with Product, clinical, and Digital Health partners on what the data can and cannot support.
Success in this role requires applied algorithm and statistical craft, the judgment to operate across Health problem types, and Staff-level leadership: launching domain work independently, raising the quality and velocity of the people around you, and making clear prioritization calls under uncertainty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, development, and validation of machine learning and statistical methods for Health features, using wearable physiological and behavioral data and related member sources.
- Frame ambiguous health and product questions into well-scoped modeling or study problems, with clear performance criteria, evaluation plans, and honest treatment of uncertainty and failure modes.
- Set the methodological and quality standard for a Health domain: reusable evaluation practices, review expectations, and documentation that others can inherit.
- Develop and refine approaches for time-series, longitudinal, and multimodal data, including data curation, labeling strategy, feature and representation choices, and offline evaluation that holds up under real-world noise, missingness, and population shift.
- Partner with Machine Learning Engineers to translate validated methods into production-ready systems, making modeling choices that account for scalability, reliability, latency, cost, monitoring, and (where relevant) controlled-release constraints.
- Serve as a technical counterpart to Product and Digital Health (clinical science, regulatory, quality): pressure-test performance requirements, study design, and evidence quality, and push back when a claim is not supportable.
- Raise the quality and velocity of the scientists and engineers around you through design reviews, mentorship, and the judgment of when to coach someone else to champion a problem versus taking it yourself.
- Communicate trade-offs, risks, and results clearly to technical, clinical, product, and leadership audiences; prevent misalignment early; drive decisions with evidence and a clear point of view on domain direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's or PhD (or equivalent professional experience) in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Physiology, or a related quantitative or health-science field.
- 7+ years of professional experience developing algorithms, applied ML models, or statistically rigorous analyses in health, wearables, medical devices, digital health, or a closely related domain.
- Demonstrated Staff-level technical leadership: setting methodological standards others reuse, influencing multi-team outcomes, mentoring senior ICs, and making prioritization calls under uncertainty. End-to-end project ownership alone is not sufficient.
- Strong foundation in statistics (Bayesian and frequentist) and machine learning for time-series and longitudinal data, with the ability to draw defensible conclusions from observational, noisy, or otherwise messy real-world data.
- Experience with wearable or physiological signals (PPG, IMU, HR/HRV, sleep, activity, temperature, or similar) or a closely related adjacent time-series domain.
- Hands-on experience designing studies or evaluation protocols end-to-end: data curation, metric choice, validation splits, subgroup and failure analysis, and documentation of assumptions and limitations.
- Strong Python skills with reproducible scientific / ML engineering hygiene (clean, reviewable code; comfort with stacks such as NumPy/SciPy/pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Clear, high-signal communicator who can move between deeply technical method discussions and cross-functional conversations with Product, clinical partners, and leadership.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
This is a Director-level individual contributor role, designed for an experienced leader who drives strategic impact through deep expertise, cross-functional influence, and ownership of key initiatives rather than direct people management.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, the Director of Product, AI Growth grows 1Password's new business in artificial intelligence. In this role, you own driving growth for our AI opportunities by identifying which customers we target, which outcomes we win on, and proving it with design customers. You scale growth through our go-to-market organization and through partnerships with the agent ecosystem and channel partners.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including experience carrying a revenue or adoption target, with a preference for experience in security products, agentic products, or developer tools.
- Experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry, and taking it from hypothesis to customers running in production.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on a technical deployment, as the person accountable for the outcome, and turning what those deployments proved into a repeatable motion a sales team can run.
- Experience building technology partnerships and integrations, including judging where a product should sit in a larger technology ecosystem and working with business development on commercial terms.
- Technical depth to hold a credible conversation with developers and security architects about how AI agents are built, deployed, and given access to systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment across go-to-market and engineering teams toward a shared goal, without direct authority over either.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and move work forward with incomplete information in a fast-changing market.
- Takes ownership end to end, including the work that falls between teams.
- Works AI-first: uses agents in daily work, and applies their own judgement to decisions, product taste, and customer and internal relationships.
- Preferred: familiarity with agentic access products, meaning the products that give AI agents credentials and access to the systems they work in.
What you can expect:
GROWTH STRATEGY
- Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, covering the customer segments we target, the outcomes we deliver that we win on, and the workflows we get embedded into. Revise it as evidence arrives from customers, partners, and the market.
- Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research gathered with the go-to-market, product, user experience, and product marketing teams.
- Lead a weekly business review that brings the voice of the customer, field feedback, and product usage telemetry into one view, so the team can refine targets, forecast the roadmap's impact on growth, and prioritize the blockers that hold adoption back.
- Identify what stops customers from adopting, and drive each blocker to a resolution with the product team that owns it.
DESIGN CUSTOMER PROGRAM
- Run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities, from selecting customers through to delivered outcomes.
- Act as the general contractor for each design customer: the single person accountable for getting that customer deployed on 1Password for their agentic access, and for delivering the security and convenience outcomes they came for. Coordinate every team the deployment touches, and build what it requires together with a forward deployed engineering team.
- Bring in solutions engineering, customer success, and product managers to help each customer reach their goal, and run feature betas with the product managers who own those features.
- Turn what the program proves into the repeatable signal the company needs to scale, meaning the customer evidence, the deployment pattern, and the measured outcomes that the go-to-market and channel teams build sales plays on.
- Improve the program each cycle so it reaches more design customers, raises delivery success rates and customer satisfaction, and shortens the time it takes the company to commercialize a new product.
PARTNERSHIPS
- Decide where 1Password should play in the customer's artificial intelligence stack to deliver the most customer value in securing agent access. Agent access can be controlled at several points in that stack, so weigh those points and choose the ones that solve the most of the customer's problem, rather than the ones we fit into most easily. Base the call on how customers run AI today and on how the industry is evolving.
- Identify and pursue the partnerships that let us play at those points and that complete an end-to-end customer outcome, meaning the outcome a customer cannot reach with 1Password alone.
- Work with partners to deliver integrations, and find the patterns that let us repeat an integration across similar partners instead of building each one from scratch.
- Work with the business development team to structure commercial relationships that grow both companies' business and deliver value to shared customers.
SCALE THROUGH THE FIELD AND THE DEVELOPER COMMUNITY
- Work with product enablement to build demos and enablement content that the field and our channel partners can use without your involvement.
- Work with developer relations to grow adoption organically among developers, through reference architectures, sample code, and open source contributions.
TRAVEL
- Travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10 to 20% of a given year.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $238,000 USD and $357,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
