Grow With Us
We are looking for a Senior Software Solutions Engineer in Professional Services (PS) to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the design, development, and delivery of complex technical integrations between our platform and enterprise client systems. You'll operate at the intersection of deep software engineering and customer partnership — leading integration architecture decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical standards across the PS organization.
The majority of your time is spent writing code, architecting scalable solutions, and solving genuinely hard technical problems. You'll bring an AI-native mindset to everything you build — leveraging LLMs, automation, and modern AI tooling to deliver faster, smarter outcomes for clients and the team. You'll work directly with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into production-grade software, with direct, visible impact on customer retention and satisfaction.
Day in the Life
Integration & Internal Engineering (50%)
Architect and build robust API integrations between our platform and client HR, payroll, and POS systems
Develop and maintain reusable integration frameworks and shared libraries that accelerate delivery across the team
Own the full software lifecycle — from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support
Build data migration pipelines and CSV transformation solutions for enterprise onboarding
Develop two-way payroll integrations with complex business logic and error handling
Build and deploy custom internal tools that improve team efficiency, integration observability, and customer operations
Own infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines using Terraform, GitHub Actions, and related CI/CD tooling — you ship to production, not just to staging
Apply AI-native development practices: using LLMs and AI tooling to accelerate development cycles, generate smarter automation, and build more intelligent solutions for clients and internal teams
Technical Leadership & Mentorship (20%)
Review code and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on the PS team
Establish and document engineering best practices, integration patterns, and internal tooling standards
Champion AI best practices across the team — helping others understand when and how to use AI tooling effectively and responsibly
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface recurring customer pain points and influence the platform roadmap
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration (20%)
Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to define integration scope and requirements
Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear technical specifications
Serve as the senior technical voice in client conversations — able to communicate architecture decisions confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
Custom Solutions & Tooling (10%)
Build custom reporting tools, enterprise-grade career site implementations, and AI-assisted automation for customers
Develop internal tooling and dashboards to improve team efficiency, reduce manual work, and scale PS delivery
Who You Are
Engineering Depth:
You write clean, production-quality code and take ownership of what you ship. You think in systems, not just scripts.
AI-Native:
You don't just know AI exists — you actively use it. You're fluent with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows, and you have strong instincts around where AI adds genuine value vs. where it introduces risk
Integration Expertise:
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and workflow automation platforms (Workato or similar)
DevOps Fluency:
You're comfortable with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines — shipping and maintaining production infrastructure is part of your normal workflow, not an afterthought
Technical Leadership:
You've mentored engineers, led code reviews, and contributed to engineering standards — not just executed tickets
Problem Solving:
You enjoy ambiguous problems and bring structured thinking to novel technical challenges
Communication:
You can hold your own in a technical architecture conversation and turn around and explain the same concept clearly to a non-technical customer
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a related technical customer-facing role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs at scale
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
Demonstrated AI-native development practices — active use of LLM APIs, AI tooling, or AI-assisted workflows in prior roles
Familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows (GitHub)
Experience with workflow automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, or similar)
Must be willing to work during US business hours
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript; comfortable owning backend services while being capable across the stack
Prior experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or a customer-facing engineering role
Exposure to HRIS, payroll, or POS system integrations
Experience building and maintaining shared internal developer tooling or libraries
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic AI frameworks

About us
Carazo Enterprise SL is a luxury brand distribution company established in 2012, known for high-quality service and best-in-class distribution channels for the brands we represent. Our success is built on modern infrastructure and smart organizational and technological solutions.
We currently operate multiple legal entities across multiple jurisdictions across the EU, Latam, and the USA — and are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Shopify, HubSpot, integrations, and related technical projects.
About the role
Our online store runs on Shopify, and our sales and customer-service processes run on HubSpot. Development and integration work is handled by external agencies and freelancers.
We are creating a dedicated internal role for one person who will own the technical side of Shopify, HubSpot, and the integrations between them, while also managing the external technical resources responsible for more complex work.
You will combine hands-on technical knowledge with strong project and vendor management skills. You should be comfortable making minor technical adjustments, configurations, troubleshooting issues, and handling routine system administration independently.
For larger or more complex configurations, automations, integrations, or development work, your role will be to understand the business and technical requirements, define the scope, prepare clear specifications, coordinate the appropriate external specialists, oversee implementation, and verify the completed work before it goes live.
You will report directly to the CEO and have clear ownership of the systems, projects, and technical coordination within your area.
What you will do
Shopify and catalogue
• Configure and maintain the store, including products, variants, prices, collections, and metafields.
• Manage bulk imports and exports and support B2B price lists and customer accounts.
• Manage apps and checkout settings, including rules for regulated products.
• Make minor configuration and technical adjustments independently where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot routine Shopify issues and identify when external technical support is required.
Integrations and automation
• Own the Shopify-HubSpot integration and ensure accurate synchronization of customers, companies, and orders.
• Understand and oversee integrations with payments, shipping, WhatsApp (Wati), and other tools through apps, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar technologies.
• Maintain Shopify Flow and HubSpot Workflows and make routine adjustments where appropriate.
• For more complex integrations and automations, assess requirements, define the technical scope, coordinate external specialists, and oversee implementation.
• Monitor integrations, identify errors or failed processes, and coordinate resolution where external technical support is required.
HubSpot / CRM
• Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, tags, and customer tiers.
• Set up and maintain user roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality, including duplicate management, merges, and consistent records.
• Handle routine CRM configuration and administration independently.
• Coordinate more complex CRM changes or development work with external specialists when required.
Technical project and vendor management
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and specifications.
• Assess whether a task can be handled internally or requires external technical expertise.
• Identify and coordinate external developers, agencies, freelancers, or other technical specialists.
• Obtain estimates, implementation plans, and timelines from external providers.
• Track project scope, deadlines, budgets, dependencies, and changes.
• Review and test completed work against the agreed requirements.
• Formally verify and accept deliveries before go-live.
• Ensure that external technical work is properly documented and maintainable.
Control and documentation
• Maintain documentation of systems, integrations, configurations, workflows, and access rights.
• Control administrative permissions and external vendor access.
• Monitor system performance, synchronization issues, and errors.
• Ensure that technical changes are documented and properly handed over.
• Maintain a clear overview of the Shopify, HubSpot, and broader e-commerce technology environment.
Your first 90 days
• Consolidate our HubSpot environment into one working system.
• Ensure every Shopify order, customer, and company is recorded correctly in HubSpot, with no duplicates.
• Implement market and tier tags and B2B pricing consistently across Shopify and HubSpot.
• Integrate WhatsApp (Wati) with HubSpot.
• Audit and clean the product catalogue and establish one standard for product changes.
• Map all systems, apps, and integrations and establish role-based access and documented handover.
• Review existing technical processes and external vendor arrangements and establish clear ownership, documentation, and working processes.
Requirements
We verify these requirements. Please read them carefully before applying.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical Shopify experience. You can demonstrate live stores and clearly explain your exact contribution to each.
• Experience with Shopify integrations with CRM, ERP, or third-party systems. You can explain at least one integration step by step, including the systems involved, implementation method, challenges, and outcome.
• Strong technical fluency: you can read and make basic edits to Liquid and JSON and understand metafields/metaobjects, Shopify Flow, and the Shopify app ecosystem.
• Strong project and vendor management experience: you have written technical specifications, gathered estimates, coordinated external developers or agencies, tested deliveries, managed deadlines and budgets, and overseen implementation.
• Hands-on experience with bulk catalogue operations using Matrixify or CSV.
• English B2+ with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to distinguish between technical work you can handle independently and work that requires specialized external expertise.
Strong advantages
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales/Service Hub, pipelines, workflows, permissions).
• Shopify Plus and/or Shopify B2B.
• Experience in regulated or age-restricted e-commerce.
• Multi-market experience (US and EU).
• Russian and/or Spanish.
This role is not a fit if you are:
• A pure developer who is primarily focused on writing code and has limited project or vendor management experience.
• A pure project manager without strong, hands-on Shopify technical knowledge.
• A theme/design or marketing-focused Shopify profile without broader technical and systems experience.
• Experienced only in WordPress/WooCommerce or local CRMs, with no substantial Shopify experience.
• Someone who expects external developers to handle all technical troubleshooting and routine system administration without being able to understand or manage the underlying systems.
Benefits
• Format: Remote, full-time, contractor (B2B) agreement.
• Compensation: €2,500–€3,000 gross per month.
• Probation: 3 months.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Madrid time (daily overlap with Spain/CET and teams in the Americas)
What to send us
• CV and LinkedIn profile.
• Links to live Shopify projects and a description of your exact contribution to each.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager, Capital Markets & Strategic Research to build and deepen Higgsfield’s relationships across investment banks, equity research, institutional investors, and the broader capital markets ecosystem.
This is not a traditional IR role focused on quarterly earnings, filings, or maintaining an investor database. As a private, fast-growing AI company, our goal is to establish Higgsfield as a primary source of insight for the financial community on Creative AI and the transformation of the broader creative economy.
You will build relationships with the analysts, bankers, and investors shaping how emerging technology categories are understood, helping ensure they have the data, context, and access needed to understand the size of the market and Higgsfield’s position within it.
The goal is not paid placement. It is to build the relationships and credibility that lead analysts to independently recognize Higgsfield as one of the companies defining the Creative AI category.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage relationships with investment bankers, equity and thematic research analysts, institutional and private-market investors, hedge funds, and other influential members of the capital markets ecosystem.
- Establish a systematic engagement program with research teams at leading investment banks.
- Develop a regular cadence of analyst briefings, executive conversations, and relationship-building across Wall Street.
- Track relevant research covering Creative AI, generative video, the creator economy, advertising, media, AI infrastructure, and adjacent markets.
- Make Higgsfield a trusted resource for analysts by providing market intelligence, data, executive access, and informed perspectives on how AI is transforming creative industries.
- Educate analysts and bankers on the size and structure of the Creative AI opportunity and why the relevant TAM extends across multiple large existing industries.
- Identify upcoming sector reports and research initiatives where Higgsfield can provide insight and contribute to the underlying investment thesis.
- Create opportunities for earned inclusion of Higgsfield in thematic and sector research.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate on or co-commission credible research examining Creative AI and the transformation of the creative economy, while maintaining a clear distinction between sponsored research and independent analyst coverage.
- Partner with Higgsfield leadership, communications, and finance to develop the data, market frameworks, benchmarks, and narratives needed to explain the category.
- Track analyst and banking relationships, engagements, relevant reports, upcoming research themes, and resulting outcomes.
- Build a deliberate strategy for converting relationships into tangible outcomes rather than treating relationship-building itself as the objective.
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, capital markets communications, strategic financial communications, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of how Wall Street research is produced and how relationships with analysts and investment banks are built.
- Ability to discuss TAM, industry structure, competitive positioning, and technological disruption with sophisticated financial audiences.
- Ability to translate a fast-moving technology story into a credible capital markets thesis without turning it into marketing language.
- Highly relationship-driven while remaining focused on measurable outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the category, company, and market narrative are evolving quickly.
*Nice to have:
- Existing relationships across investment banks, equity research analysts, institutional investors, or the broader capital markets community.
- Experience covering or working within AI, technology, internet, media, advertising, the creator economy, or high-growth private technology companies.
- Experience working with thematic or sector research and understanding how emerging technology categories become incorporated into broader investment theses.
- Experience helping position a private, high-growth company with sophisticated financial audiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $240,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Are you a curiosity driven technologist who can quickly understand how an AI system works, identify where it could be misused or fail, and help a team find a practical path forward? Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior AI Security Risk Analyst to provide hands-on security support for AI systems, agents, workflows, tools, and integrations across SIE.
Role Summary:
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of modern AI technology, security risk, architecture, and enablement. You will conduct AI security reviews using SIE’s established security risk assessment methodology, policies, standards, and control expectations, adapting their application to AI-enabled and agentic systems and identifying where AI-specific guidance or controls are needed. You will coordinate risk-focused design and architecture input and translate AI-specific weaknesses into decision-ready recommendations and engineering actions.
You will serve as an approachable security partner, working cross-functionally with teams across SIE’s business units and functions to support a diverse range of AI use cases, systems, and technologies. You will work especially closely with Responsible AI & Governance and coordinate expertise across Information Security teams and IT & Engineering organizations.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving role for someone who enjoys working directly with teams, navigating ambiguity, and using AI tools themselves. You will be the primary hands-on practitioner in an emerging AI Security capability, partnering with the AI Security strategy lead and specialist teams across SIE.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases and systems from early design through launch readiness.
Assess end-to-end designs to identify material security risks, control gaps, data lineage and classification, and operational concerns.
Translate findings into practical, risk-based recommendations and partner with stakeholders to track resolution.
Serve as a trusted security partner by providing early consultation, education, and reusable guidance.
Coordinate with Responsible AI & Governance, relevant security and technical teams to deliver consistent, well-informed reviews.
Use security tooling and discovery insights to identify emerging risks, engage owners, and support appropriate remediation. Document reviews and findings within SIE GRC systems.
Improve AI security requirements, review practices, reference patterns, and supporting tools as technologies and risks evolve.
Track portfolio trends, communicate significant risks and recurring gaps, and escalate matters requiring additional expertise or risk authority.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of experience building, integrating, assessing, or securing technical systems, including significant recent hands-on work with generative AI.
Strong working knowledge of modern AI application stacks and the ability to interrogate designs, trace data and system interactions, and identify meaningful security weaknesses.
Sound understanding of security fundamentals - including identity, permissions, data protection, integrations, and monitoring – and ability to apply these to AI-enabled and agentic systems as well as mapping back to existing security policies and frameworks.
A practical builder mindset, with experience using AI tools, APIs, cloud services, code, or automation to explore systems and improve workflows.
Proven ability to build trust and influence across engineering, product, creative, business, and security teams.
Familiarity and ability to stay current with emerging AI technologies, evolving security risks, AI risk frameworks, and industry trends.
Strong communication, empathy, and sound judgment, with the creativity to challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and build trust while operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Desirable:
Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, threat modeling, or security evaluations of LLM and agentic systems.
Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, third-party AI services, or enterprise security tooling.
Experience in gaming, interactive entertainment, creator technology, or similarly innovative product environments.
Experience reviewing complex technical designs and translating identified weaknesses into practical, prioritized recommendations that support timely delivery.
Relevant certifications are desirable and may include GIAC AI Platform Security (GAIPS), CISSP, CRISC, IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP), CCSK, CCSP, or equivalent AI, cloud, or security credentials.
