Build, deploy, and monitor campaign components within marketing automation and CRM platforms. Coordinate with demand generation, content, product marketing, design, sales, and other partners to ensure campaign assets and deliverables are completed on time. Manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and other deployment requirements based on established campaign parameters. QA campaigns before launch, including links, forms, lists, tracking, formatting, creative, and overall customer experience. Maintain the shared campaign calendar and ensure cross-channel activities are coordinated appropriately. Monitor live campaigns, troubleshoot execution issues, and flag performance or delivery concerns to the appropriate partners. Pull and organize campaign performance data to support reporting and optimization efforts. Help maintain and improve campaign processes, templates, documentation, and workflows to make execution more efficient and scalable.
