At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Come lead the Identity & Access Management Platform team (IAM Platform) — the foundational layer that decides who can see and do what across all of ClickUp. This team owns the authorization engine, the permission and role model, authentication (SSO, MFA, SCIM, OIDC), sharing primitives, audit logs, and the core data model and APIs that define how customers' work is organized and nested across the product — the foundation every other part of ClickUp is built on. It is backend-heavy, high-blast-radius work. As we move upmarket, this is some of the most important and security-sensitive work we do — enterprises decide whether they can trust us based on how precise, predictable, auditable, and manageable our access controls are.
We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow this team. Your mandate is twofold: deliver an enterprise-grade access management platform — extensible, configuration-driven, correct and auditable by design — and build the team that will carry it, hiring and developing engineers as we invest heavily in enterprise. You'll raise the access, identity, and admin capabilities enterprises depend on to an enterprise-grade standard and keep them there, partnering with a Staff engineer on technical direction while you own delivery, people, and priorities.
Just as important: you'll run this team the way ClickUp runs — AI-native. We structure work so AI agents can read it, route it, roll it up, and report on it, so a small team amplified by agents operates at a different scale. There are no status-reporting meetings; agents keep status, progress, and health current from real signals, and reporting is self-serve. We want a manager who has already used AI flows to cut noise, eliminate busywork, and streamline how a team operates — and who will push that further.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, grow, and develop the IAM Platform engineering team — own hiring, mentorship, performance, and career growth, and scale the team thoughtfully as we expand our enterprise investment.
- Own the delivery of ClickUp's enterprise-grade access management platform: the authorization engine and permission/role model, authentication (SSO via SAML/OIDC and social/Okta/Entra, MFA/2FA, session and token management), SCIM provisioning, sharing and access-control primitives, audit logs, OAuth and API token management, and the core data model and APIs that define how customers' work is organized across the product.
- Set the roadmap and priorities in partnership with product, security, and engineering leadership — elevating the access, identity, and admin capabilities enterprises depend on to an enterprise-grade standard and keeping them there.
- Run an AI-native team: structure the work so agents can route, scope, and report on it; use AI flows to remove status meetings and manual reporting, reduce noise, and let a small team operate at scale. Continuously raise the bar on how the team leverages AI end-to-end.
- Partner with enterprise customers, GTM, and security teams on access-control and identity requirements, and represent ClickUp credibly in enterprise security and architecture reviews.
- Own operational excellence for high-blast-radius services: a healthy on-call rotation, safe migrations, reliability, and a clear security boundary where the server remains the source of truth.
- Uphold a high engineering bar — design and code review, testing, performance, and security-by-design — for the most security-critical area of the product.
- Collaborate across backend, frontend, platform, product, design, and infosec to ship coherent access experiences on top of the platform.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building production SaaS, with 3+ years managing engineering teams (including senior engineers).
- Identity and access management experience is required — hands-on background delivering authentication and authorization systems: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWTs, MFA/2FA, enterprise SSO, SCIM, and RBAC/permission and role models, ideally in a multi-tenant environment.
- A proven ability to use AI tools and agentic workflows to reduce noise and streamline how a team works — automating reporting, triage, and status, and freeing engineers to focus on building.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS at scale, and working directly with enterprise customers and their security, compliance, and administrative requirements.
- A track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams — hiring, growing, and retaining strong engineers.
- Enough technical depth to lead architecture discussions, make sound trade-offs on high-blast-radius systems, and hold a high bar without being the sole implementer.
- A security-conscious mindset: you design access control precisely, treat the server as the source of truth, and think about correctness, auditability, and blast radius by default.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, product, design, and security.
- Daily fluency with AI tools in your own workflow.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience owning IAM or authorization at scale — millions of users, multi-tenant, or workspace-scoped identity and token models.
- Experience designing configuration-driven or policy-based access models (RBAC/ABAC), authorization engines, or Zero Trust identity.
- Experience with SCIM provisioning, audit logging, and enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and similar).
- A track record of moving a product upmarket and winning demanding enterprise customers.
- Experience introducing AI-native or agent-driven operating models to an engineering team.
- Experience managing engineers across backend and frontend, or managing other leads.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We’re building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we’re growing our support team to ensure we can continue to provide delightful experiences for our users every day.
We're looking for creatives at heart that can pick up new tools fast, hold up under high ticket volume without losing quality and identify solutions vs. just clearing the queue. If that's you, read on!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work through a high volume of inbound support tickets across Free, Standard, Pro and Unlimited plans with speed and accuracy
- Handle escalations from our AI support layer with sharp judgement on what needs a human and what doesn't
- Identify patterns across tickets and proactively surface them to the product team- not just reporting, but also offering thoughtful recommendations based on what you're seeing
- Help identify opportunities to maintain or build self-service content: help docs, short-form videos, FAQs, etc.
- Engage with the Runway community on Discord and other forums
- Contribute directly to process improvements and automation, including building things yourself when the opportunity is there
- Triage complex technical issues for escalation to Enterprise support
- Live troubleshoot within the Runway platform as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You're already comfortable in tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk (or similar), Google Workspace and AI platforms
- Strong written communication: clear, direct, and thoughtful at volume
- A learn-by-failing mentality, when you hit something unfamiliar, you have an experimental mindset
- Natural curiosity about how products work, why users get confused, and what could be done better
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment- high ownership and high autonomy
- Data driven mindset: you notice patterns and know how to communicate them
- 1-3 years in customer support, operations, or technical role
- Expertise and/or interest in the creative space, AI or both
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful people in this role don't just keep up- they set the pace. They move through 60, 80, even 100+ tickets in a day without letting quality slip. They're reading the queue, not just clearing it. They notice what keeps surfacing and do something about it, a message to product, a doc, sometimes something they built themselves. They show up with ideas no one asked for yet.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Workplace: remote
Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
2–3 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure or other partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful AI partnerships in the industry — Anthropic and AWS.
A world-class AI/ML team that can actually execute on what you sell.
Shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.

We strive to grow our processes, operations, and team to meet the rapidly expanding needs of the business. We seek to match the pace of innovation of the business and to deliver real time and meaningful insights to decision makers.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to join our Finance team at a critical inflection point in the company's growth. Reporting directly to the VP Head of Finance, you will be a key thought partner to senior leadership — supporting our long-term financial model, evaluating growth opportunities, driving capital allocation decisions, creating comprehensive pricing analyses, and building the analytical frameworks that guide how we invest across the business. The position blends rigorous analytics with clear executive communication and strong stakeholder management. It is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role. You will work closely with the CFO, Finance leadership, and leadership throughout the Company on our most consequential strategic decisions.
In this role, you will:
Lead valuation work and TAM analyses and market research. Drive overall market analyses and competitive intelligence analyses
- Analyze current pricing and packaging models. Develop a deep understanding of market pricing trends related to AI and consumption. Learn the nuances of our public and private sectors, geographies, products, segments, etc. in and influence our pricing strategy
- Enhance and own the company's long-range financial model. Understand key business and industry drivers to build dynamic models that allow leadership to rapidly evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions. Lead sensitivity analysis around macro factors relevant to the blockchain/crypto industry
- Scale the model and build it into our planning tool
- Create sophisticated financial models, and drive scenario analyses that inform major capital allocation decisions, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry.
- Synthesize scenario outputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
- Track post-investment performance against underwriting assumptions and surface learnings back into the planning process
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on high-stakes questions. Understand the long-term impact of near-term decisions in order to make recommendations to leadership and the executive team
- Be operationally savvy. Understand the operational impacts of strategic work, and partner with the business to ensure suggestions are operationally feasible. Assist with the implementation of operational changes resulting from strategic decisions
What you need:
- 6–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
- Strong executive presentation skills - an ability to clearly and succinctly present complex topics to a C-level audience. Possess an investor mindset; ability to synthesize complex business dynamics into clear investment theses and risk-adjusted recommendations
- Strong business intuition — you connect financial outcomes to operational drivers and can tell the story behind the numbers
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making high-quality decisions with incomplete information
- Entrepreneurial orientation: eager to define and develop the strategic finance function, not just execute within it
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including the ability to work with large data sets in both Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working at a SaaS, data, or technology company preferred. Familiarity with the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industry is a strong plus but not required
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs' public sector business across France. The Public Sector Partnerships Lead will identify and build relationships with government institutions across France, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs' products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions, as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive government adoption and revenue (primary)
- Identify government partnership opportunities across France — from healthcare and education to transport, public banks, and other state-owned enterprises — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs' products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across French government institutions — spanning ministries, agencies, établissements publics, and SOEs — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team.
Build strategic partnerships (secondary)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company's public policy goals.
Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary)
- Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across France, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company — including EU-level developments given France's influence in shaping EU AI policy.
- Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
- Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
Who you are:
- You're genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.
- You stay up-to-date on AI regulation and industry trends, and are eager to apply this expertise to cutting-edge products.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support and scale a growing business.
- You're comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity, excelling in situations where you must make informed decisions quickly.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each project, focused on moving the business forward.
What you bring:
Primary requirements
- 10+ years' experience in public and private sector (in-house, firm) roles, with a track record of building relationships with government that led to commercial or technology-adoption outcomes — not solely policy or regulatory roles.
- A wide, current network of contacts across French government institutions — spanning ministries, agencies, établissements publics, and SOEs, including in healthcare, education, and transport. Prior government or grands corps experience is a plus but not required if network breadth is strong.
- Experience identifying and opening doors for technology partnerships with government institutions is strongly preferred.
- Contacts or experience navigating EU institutions or other major European markets is a plus.
Also required
- Strong knowledge of the French and EU AI policy landscape, including general AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
- Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as coalition building.
- Public policy experience across France.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including when briefing government officials and other policymakers.
- Fluency in English and French.
Location
This role is located in France.
