Location: Serbia Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another. Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world. We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world. We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025). We are looking for IT Support & Operations Specialist . Your main tasks will be: Run the infrastructure end-to-end: VPS, dedicated servers, virtual machines, VPN, MFA, firewall, remote access — plus the monitoring, logging, and backups that keep it honest. Administer Google Workspace completely — accounts, groups, aliases, security policy, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and any migrations that come with it. Own Slack, OpenAI, and every other SaaS platform we run — including version and system migrations when they happen. Be the actual IT support for a distributed team — L1/L2 on Mac and Windows, onboarding and offboarding, remote laptop setup, device lifecycle. Negotiate with vendors, manage procurement, and control payment on cloud resources, licenses, and invoices — the part most sysadmins never touch, but you will. Show up occasionally when we run an offline "station" and physically set up the room — laptops, mics, sound. We expect from you: You've spent 5+ years as a sysadmin or in IT ops, and you've actually run Google Workspace top to bottom — including a domain migration, not just user management. You know Slack, Confluence, Jira, and SSO/2FA (Okta, Google, Azure AD or similar) from hands-on use, not a course. You've got working knowledge of at least one public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and the on-prem basics — DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewall. You've built and tested backups, not just scheduled them, and you understand mail security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) well enough to fix it when it breaks. You've dealt with vendors and procurement directly — contracts, invoices, renewals — this isn't a nice-to-have here, it's half the job. Scripting (bash/Python/PowerShell) is a plus, not a requirement. Your English and Russian are both solid enough — B1+ — to run a call with a vendor without a script. What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings; Corporate discount for English lessons; Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children); Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years; Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc. Sounds good? Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's sales organization is growing quickly across segments, industries, and geographies, and how we sell has to mature as fast as the team does. We are looking for a Head of Sales Excellence & Methodology to own the substance of sales enablement at Anthropic: the sales methodology itself, the standard for what excellent selling looks like here, and the change management that makes it stick in the field. You will define a common way of selling that holds up across very different customers, from startups to the largest global enterprises, and then lead the organization through adopting it. That means earning sponsorship from senior sales leadership, equipping frontline managers to coach to the methodology instead of only inspecting for it, and building alongside sellers so the result reflects how deals are really won. This is a leadership role for someone who has taken a sales organization through real transformation and can show that it changed behavior and results. You will set direction, [build and lead a team], and stay close enough to the field to know when something is not working. Key responsibilities: Define, document, and evolve Anthropic's sales methodology and process standards, including discovery, qualification, deal strategy, and deal review, so that sellers in every segment and region share a common language Design and run the rollout and reinforcement of methodology changes across the sales organization, securing executive sponsorship and making clear what is expected of each level of sales leadership Equip frontline managers to coach to the methodology in pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and forecasting, so that it becomes part of the operating rhythm Sequence and deliver complex, multi-audience programs across geographies, segments, industries, and roles that scale globally while adapting where local or segment differences matter Develop content, frameworks, and standards together with sellers and sales leaders, testing them on live deals before scaling Define the leading and lagging indicators that show whether the methodology is changing seller behavior and outcomes, and act on what the data shows Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and the wider Sales Enablement team so the methodology is reflected in systems, messaging, and day-to-day workflows Apply Claude and internal tooling to personalize coaching and reinforcement, so that quality does not depend on headcount Minimum qualifications: Practitioner-level expertise in sales methodology and sales process design, including discovery, qualification, deal strategy, deal review, and forecasting Have led a methodology or sales process change across a sales organization, and can show how seller behavior and results changed as a result Have run enablement or sales excellence programs spanning multiple geographies, segments, industries, or roles Have worked directly with senior sales leaders and frontline managers to secure sponsorship for change, including holding a position constructively when they disagreed Have built programs with sellers and sales leaders, testing them on live deals, instead of handing down finished programs Have defined and tracked adoption and impact measures that go beyond completion and satisfaction scores Communicate clearly, in writing and in conversation, with executive audiences Preferred qualifications: Experience building and leading a team of senior enablement or sales excellence professionals A clear, experience-based view of where common sales methodologies break down in practice Prior experience carrying a quota or leading a sales team Experience at an AI company or an enterprise technology company during a period of rapid sales team scaling Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools to automate or personalize coaching and reinforcement Experience selling, or enabling the sale of, complex technical products to both technical and business buyers The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $310,000 — $360,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Remote; Remote - Mexico; Remote - Argentina; Remote - Uruguay; Remote - Colombia; Remote - AMER; Remote - Brazil; Remote - Paraguay Workplace: Remote About Us Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things. Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today. About the Position We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations across Constructor's product suite. You will lead onboardings for new customers as well as implementations of additional products for existing customers, owning each engagement from kickoff through activation. You will own the plan, the timeline, and the outcome, and you drive the people delivering it through a matrixed reporting structure. As we build toward an automation-first operating model, you will help standardize how implementations are run and increasingly act as a portfolio strategist, managing exceptions while repeatable, AI-assisted processes carry the routine work. You will: • Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation. • Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan. • Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer. • Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope. • Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery. • Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support. • Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio. • Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures. Role Responsibilities: Technical Project Management • Own the Outcome: Be accountable for the success of each implementation from kickoff to activation, whether the work is delivered by Constructor, the customer, or a partner, standing behind on-time, predictable go-live for both new customers and existing-customer product rollouts. • Drive Every Contributor: Coordinate Constructor technical resources, customer resources, and partners against one plan, holding each accountable to their commitments through influence rather than authority. • Lead the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear communication rhythm and building customer confidence from kickoff to handoff. • Manage Handoffs & Risk: Ensure accurate handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support, surfacing risk early and keeping delivery on track wherever the risk sits. • Build Scalable Process: Standardize how implementations are run at Constructor, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and help advance the automation-first operating model as the function grows. Requirements You Have • At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment. • A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread. • Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live. • Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity. Nice to Have • Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders. • Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs and familiarity with concepts like catalog data feeds, integrations and APIs. • Experience coordinating implementations that span internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners. Benefits 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year 💰 A competitive compensation package including stock options 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live 🛋️ Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees 🧑🎓 Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year 👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees 🧠 Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact 🏥 Company sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Constructor At http://constructor.io/Constructor.io http://Constructor.io we are committed to cultivating a work environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome individuals of all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities to all applicants regardless of their education, diversity of opinion, race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or affiliation in any other protected group. How we handle your data. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that Constructor will collect and process the personal data you provide for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for this role. If you are not selected, we will retain your data for a limited period as described in our Recruitment Privacy Notice https://constructor.com/recruitment-privacy-notice.
