About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach.
What You'll Do
Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.
Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all.
Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures.
Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back.
Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable.
Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative.
Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off.
As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports
A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there
Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them
Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales
Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature.
You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency.
You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters.
You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought.
You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Quality Platform Engineer at OnePay, your work will directly shape how confidently every engineering team ships to production, building the internal tooling that catches problems before they reach customers of a financial platform millions of people trust. You will:
- Design and own shared automation frameworks used by engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend services
- Build and maintain infrastructure that runs automated suites reliably at scale, including flaky-test detection and triage tooling
- Partner with engineering teams to raise coverage and testing maturity, embedding quality practices into the development workflow rather than bolting them on afterward
- Develop platform for test environment provisioning, data management, and parallelized execution to keep feedback loops fast
- Define quality standards, provide observability (coverage, pass rates, run times), and maintain documentation and best practices to help engineers write and maintain effective automated tests
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend/backend/platform engineering with a strong testing focus
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar languages, with experience architecting test frameworks rather than just writing test cases
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS) and containerized test environments
- Familiarity with testing across the stack: API/integration testing, end-to-end testing for web and mobile (e.g., React Native)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence testing practices across multiple engineering teams
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
TOOLS WE USE
We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We run on a highly distributed cloud-native stack with Kubernetes and AWS, and scale and resiliency are at the heart of everything we build. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!

We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.

We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. For this role, we're looking for someone located in the United States.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a Helsinki-born technology company founded in 2014, with a mission to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. We do this by making the daily lives of our customers easier, giving local restaurants and stores new ways to reach customers and grow their business, and offering flexible earning opportunities to courier partners.
Wolt joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. Together, the two companies now operate a local commerce platform across more than 40 countries, combining DoorDash's technology and scale with Wolt's operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
Israel is one of Wolt's most established and strategically important markets. As the business has grown — expanding beyond food delivery into retail, new categories such as pharmacy, and emerging mobility technologies — so has the complexity of the regulatory, legislative, and public affairs environment Wolt operates in locally. The platform economy in Israel is still relatively new and evolving quickly, which makes an active, senior public policy presence essential to the business's continued growth.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Head of Public Policy, Israel, based in our Tel Aviv office, to take full ownership of Wolt's public policy function in Israel.
You’ll be joining the DoorDash International Public Policy team, working closely with global centres of excellence, cross-functional partners, and local business leadership. This role reports to the VP, International Public Policy at DoorDash / Wolt / Deliveroo, based in Helsinki.
What You'll Be Doing
Own Wolt Israel's public policy strategy: identify, map, and prioritize the regulatory risks, legislative threats, and business opportunities that matter most, and build a plan to act on them.
Build and maintain senior relationships across government — relevant ministries, regulators, and the Knesset — to advance legislation that supports responsible growth of the platform economy and to counter legislation that would harm it, with particular focus on the future of platform work.
Engage constructively with the key regulatory authorities as Wolt continues to scale in a large, fast-growing, and still-maturing platform economy market.
Build and maintain relationships with mayors and municipal leadership to protect and strengthen Wolt's operating environment at the local level.
Identify and help unlock new business opportunities that require public policy engagement, such as expansion into regulated product categories.
Support the responsible introduction of new technologies relevant to Wolt's business as they become regulatory topics in Israel, including in the space of autonomy.
Partner closely with the Communications team so that public policy positioning and public perception are aligned.
Manage Wolt's external public policy / government relations agency and other third-party advisors.
Maintain relationships with other key stakeholders relevant to the business, including the U.S. Embassy.
Our Expectations
12+ years of public policy experience, in the public sector, private sector, or (ideally) both.
A degree in law, public policy, political science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred but not required.
A demonstrated network and credibility with senior Israeli government officials, regulators, and Knesset members.
Direct experience with, or strong understanding of, labor and platform-economy policy issues.
Experience navigating regulatory authorities.
Comfortable operating independently at a senior level — able to set strategy and represent the company externally, but equally willing to do the hands-on work of research and writing.
Experience managing external agencies or consultants.
A legal background or degree is an advantage, though not required.
Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English, with the ability to translate Israel-specific context for a global audience.
Prior experience working within a global or matrixed corporate structure is an advantage.
Comfortable working closely with Legal, Communications, and other cross-functional teams.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

What The Role Is
We're hiring a Staff MLE for the Discovery team to own recommendations and personalization across Babylist's consumer experience — the homepage feed, product recs, search, and the ML-powered systems that make registry building feel effortless.
Babylist was built on editorial recommendations: products chosen by people with deep baby gear expertise. That editorial foundation is a big part of why millions of families trust us. We're now building ML-powered personalization on top of it, using one of the richest first-party datasets in parenting.
We're early in this work, and we have a real mandate. A small Discovery team has initial retrieval and reranking models live on parts of the site and a steady cadence of A/B tests. We are looking for a Staff MLE who has seen personalization done well at scale and can set the technical direction for where we go next.
Registry building is the heart of the Babylist product. Every parent builds a list of dozens of products, from swaddle to stroller, with real stakes (a friend or family member is going to buy these things, and a baby is going to use them). As a universal registry, this registry also typically spans many retailers. This makes registry building on Babylist one of the most interesting personalization problems in consumer e-commerce: latent intent, life-stage progression, multi-stakeholder gift dynamics, deep declarative signal in millions of completed registries, cross-retailer datapoints, and a user who genuinely wants help.
If you want to join a mature ML org and tune models at the margins, this isn't the right role. If you've worked inside a strong recommendations team, learned what good looks like, and want to build from zero-to-one at a company earlier in the journey, read on.
What You'll Own
You'll be the technical lead for personalization on the Discovery team, working alongside a PM, Engineering Manager, Senior MLE and fullstack software engineers. You set where our models go over the next year or two, sequence the bets that get there, and stay deep in building. A few examples of the problems you’ll get to shape:
Product recommendations across every surface.
Product detail pages, add-next recommendations after someone adds to their registry, vibes/aesthetic representations of products and the shared models underneath them.
Personalizing the Feed.
Deciding which products, editorial content and social content each family sees, and in what order.
Personalizing search.
Bringing what we know about a family into search results, and helping decide how much search should share retrieval and ranking with recommendations.
Making Addie (our AI registry assistant) better at recs.
Working with the team behind Addie so its product suggestions draw on the same models and signals as the rest of the site.
In practice, you will:
Take a fuzzy business problem from first sketch to production model, and own whether it moved the metric.
Make the modeling and architecture calls that span surfaces and are expensive to reverse.
Design the evaluation, offline and online, that tells us a model is good before and after it ships.
Know when a rule or a simple baseline is the right first step, and when it's time to pursue more advanced approaches.
Partner with product, design and data to help shape what's worth building.
Coach engineers on the team, and more broadly be an ML expert and resource to the wider engineering org.
Who You Are
You’ve shipped recommendation and/or personalization systems that reached real users at scale within a consumer product, and can point to the business impact of your work. You’ve done this within a team that did ML well — you know what good looks like, and are motivated to bring that to a company earlier in their ML journey.
You bring:
Expertise in recommender fundamentals: for example, candidate generation vs. ranking, offline vs. online evaluation, cold start solutions, and handling position and popularity bias.
Fluency in the Python ML stack and comfort owning models through deployment and monitoring, including contributions to our application backend.
An ability to take an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture.
A builder's instinct for early-stage ML. You understand effort vs. effectiveness tradeoffs and can advocate for when a rule beats a model, or a model is “good enough” for early learnings.
An outcome and user focused mindset. You measure yourself by business impact, and you can connect a model change to user experience & registry adds, conversion or revenue.
AI-native daily practice. You're already using AI to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Compensation
We post real numbers. For a Canada-based Staff Engineer, the starting base salary range is 299,300 to 372,600 CAD plus a target annual bonus of 20 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly 359,160 to 447,120 CAD. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.
How We Build
AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome.
The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers.

Why Babylist
An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done.
Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide.
How We Work
Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis.
How We Hire
Three rounds, usually two to three weeks start to finish.
Recruiter conversation (30 minutes).
Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote.
Technical screen (1 hour).
One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles.
Final round (4 hours).
Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours.
If your timeline is tight, tell us and we'll move faster.
Benefits
Company-paid medical and fully covered dental and vision
A 401(k) match
Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus a gradual return-to-work program
Winter Wonder Week, a paid company-wide week off at the end of the year
A remote-work stipend
Mental-health and wellness support
A Few Things To Know
We record and transcribe interviews to evaluate candidates, in line with applicable privacy laws.
We expect you to use AI in your work and we welcome it in the process, but what you submit and say should reflect your own thinking.
If you have a family member or close relationship with a Babylist employee, let your recruiter know.

For a US-based Staff Engineer, the starting base salary range is $233,500 to $290,700, plus a target annual bonus of 20 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly $280,200 to $348,840. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.

The Role
The Director of Sales, Asia will drive Intellect’s enterprise sales growth across our core Asian markets through direct sales and strategic alliances.
This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability for regional sales performance and an individual new business revenue target. You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs while personally originating, owning and closing a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise opportunities.
We are looking for a strong enterprise seller and people leader who understands how to win complex deals, lead competitive RFPs and build trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers. You should be equally comfortable setting market priorities, coaching a salesperson, leading an executive presentation and negotiating a contract.
You will work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations and Partnerships to shape our sales go-to-market strategy, strengthen commercial discipline and build repeatable routes to growth. You will also partner with Clinical, Operations, Product and Finance to ensure our proposals deliver value for customers and are commercially sustainable.
Your Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Enterprise Selling
Own regional new business sales performance, translating revenue targets into clear market priorities, account plans and execution.
Carry an individual new business revenue target and personally own a focused portfolio of strategic deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, contracting and close.
Build qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, executive networks, referrals and partner channels, alongside Marketing and SDR-led activity.
Navigate complex buying groups, uncover customer priorities, develop compelling business cases and secure access to economic buyers and executive sponsors.
Build and deepen relationships with CHROs, Chief People Officers, Total Rewards and Benefits leaders, and other senior stakeholders involved in enterprise buying decisions.
2. Sales Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach and develop Account Executives and SDRs, setting clear expectations for pipeline creation, opportunity progression and revenue delivery.
Run effective pipeline reviews, deal reviews and individual coaching, identifying performance gaps early and taking action to address them.
Develop the team’s capabilities in discovery, stakeholder mapping, multithreading, value articulation, executive engagement and negotiation.
Establish clear account and territory ownership; help shape hiring, team structure and incentives as the business scales.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance through direct feedback, recognition and timely performance management.
3. RFP Leadership & Complex Deal Strategy
Lead priority enterprise RFPs and tenders end to end, including bid qualification, go/no-go decisions, win strategy, proposal development, presentations and commercial negotiations.
Build each bid strategy around the customer’s priorities, evaluation criteria, competitive landscape and Intellect’s differentiated value.
Coordinate solution specialists and cross-functional contributors to deliver accurate, compelling proposals on time, with clear ownership of deliverables.
Lead customer engagement throughout the process, navigating procurement requirements and aligning stakeholders around the proposed solution.
Use win/loss reviews to improve bid selection, sales execution, proposals and competitive positioning.
4. Go-to-Market Strategy & Marketing Collaboration
Shape and execute the sales go-to-market strategy across Asia, prioritising markets, industries, customer segments and direct versus partner-led routes.
Partner with Marketing on target account selection, account-based campaigns, events and demand generation, with shared focus on qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Establish clear lead handovers and follow-up standards, using conversion data and sales feedback to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Work with Marketing and Product to sharpen enterprise positioning, value propositions and sales narratives based on customer insights and competitive intelligence.
Translate market feedback into practical recommendations on offerings, packaging and growth opportunities.
5. Alliances & Ecosystem-Led Growth
Work with the Partnerships team to turn broker, insurer and other strategic relationships into qualified enterprise pipeline and revenue.
Develop joint account plans and sales initiatives that improve access to priority customers and markets.
Lead sales execution for agreed alliance-led opportunities, coordinating partner introductions, joint pitches and negotiations.
Establish clear opportunity ownership and handovers with Partnerships, aligning direct and partner-led activity to avoid channel conflict.
Evaluate alliance-led sales activity through pipeline quality, conversion and revenue contribution.
6. Revenue Operations & Commercial Discipline
Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen the foundations for scale: CRM standards, pipeline stages, qualification criteria, forecasting, account planning and performance reporting.
Own adoption of these standards within Sales, maintaining accurate opportunity data, realistic forecasts and clear next steps.
Use pipeline coverage, conversion, sales cycle and productivity data to identify bottlenecks and improve performance; build repeatable playbooks across priority segments.
Help shape pricing, packaging and deal structures with Finance and relevant teams, balancing customer value, competitiveness, delivery requirements and sustainable margins.
Lead deal negotiations within agreed approval frameworks and ensure effective handovers to Client Success and Operations, with clear customer commitments and ownership of follow-on opportunities.
Requirements
Proven Enterprise Sales Leader
You have a track record of delivering B2B new business growth and leading sales teams against clear revenue targets. You have personally originated and closed complex enterprise deals and can explain your contribution to those wins.
Hands-On Player-Coach
You enjoy leading a team while continuing to own and close your own opportunities. You can balance personal selling with coaching, delegate effectively and step into team deals without creating confusion over ownership.
Experienced RFP Leader
You have led and won competitive enterprise RFPs or tenders. You bring sound judgment on which bids to pursue, how to differentiate a proposal and how to coordinate teams through demanding timelines and commercial negotiations.
Strong Enterprise Seller & Executive Relationship Builder
You understand long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, from discovery and business case development through procurement, legal review and contracting. You can engage credibly with C-suite leaders, develop executive sponsors and build new relationships through outreach, networks and partner introductions.
Disciplined Sales Operator
You understand pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, territory planning, sales methodologies and performance management. You use data to improve decisions and execution, supported by sound judgment and a close understanding of your customers.
Commercially Strategic & Collaborative
You bring strong judgment on market priorities, pricing, positioning and deal economics. You work effectively with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships and delivery teams, aligning different perspectives around clear commercial outcomes.
Experienced Across Asian Markets
You have meaningful experience in Asian enterprise markets and understand differences in buying behaviour, procurement practices and market maturity. Experience across Singapore and other major Asian markets is strongly preferred.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, professional services or another complex B2B category is advantageous. Direct mental healthcare experience is not required.
Builder Mindset & Mission Alignment
You are comfortable in a growing business where processes continue to evolve. You bring structure, take ownership and adapt as you learn. You are motivated by expanding access to quality mental healthcare while building a commercially sustainable business.

A healthy enterprise pipeline, stronger conversion and reliable forecasting.
