Position Overview:
The Demand Generation Manager builds and runs Leadfeeder's global demand generation programmes: ideas, campaigns, and initiatives that create demand for the product and the distribution that carries them. The goal is to compound demand for the product-led growth (PLG) motion by attracting the right people to the product, encouraging usage, and turning that usage into further demand.
Role Details:
- Build a public presence in the market under your own name through writing, publishing, presenting ideas, and on-camera formats if comfortable.
- The role involves creating a demand engine that matures over time with programmes that improve with each run, an audience that compounds, and a body of work that continues to earn attention.
- The role is part of the Demand Team, reporting to the Director of Demand, with a global scope and no regional mandate.
Key Responsibilities:
Content, Creative & Thought Leadership:
- Own the content approach: what is made, for whom, and to what end.
- Write anchor assets such as reports, frameworks, teardowns, and arguments.
- Build a public voice through writing, publishing, and presenting ideas.
- Brief, commission, and edit supporting work from designers and contributors.
PLG, Virality & Growth Loops:
- Design demand as loops rather than one-way funnels.
- Build virality into the work so it spreads organically.
- Identify product-led surfaces that can carry demand like free tools and shareable outputs.
- Partner with Product and Growth teams on key marketing moments.
Distribution & Community:
- Design every asset with a route to its audience.
- Plan distribution alongside content creation.
- Build and grow audience primarily on LinkedIn.
- Develop community-led initiatives for sustained demand.
- Run webinars and live formats end to end.
- Provide clear briefs to Paid Media for amplification.
Programme Ownership:
- Own global demand generation programmes from ideation to results.
- Maintain a rolling plan with clear reasoning.
- Use recognizable formats like flagship reports, webinars, and content series.
- Define messaging and positioning with Product Marketing.
- Treat everything as iterative and continuously improve.
Performance & Partnership:
- Report on demand generation performance and learnings.
- Provide Paid Media and SEO teams with clear briefs and shared success definitions.
- Collaborate with Web & CRO, Product, and Growth teams on conversion paths.
- Run testing agendas and stop ineffective programmes quickly.
Performance Metrics:
- Leads volume and quality.
- Qualified product leads showing buying intent.
- Customer conversions.
- Retention of created demand.
- Early indicators like audience growth and engagement quality.
Requirements:
- Demand generation marketer with strategic thinking and a public voice.
- Visible in the market under own name through published work.
- Experience creating and shipping ideas, not just planning.
- Around 5 to 7 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally in product-led or self-serve businesses.
- Track record of content-led programmes producing qualified leads and revenue.
- Experience designing demand as loops.
- Experience building community-led initiatives and growing audiences.
- Hands-on experience running webinars using Zoom Webinar, Livestorm, or equivalents.
- Comfortable with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce.
- Solid grasp of funnel metrics and attribution.
- Ability to explain revenue-driving programmes.
- MarTech or SalesTech experience relevant to the audience.
- Experience working through peers rather than direct reports.
Nice to Have:
- Experience running programmes across multiple markets.
- Experience with creator or advocacy programmes.
Benefits:
- Work with a knowledgeable, high-achieving, and fun international team.
- Diverse, dynamic, and committed work environment.
- Remote work with flexible schedule.
