ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Product Partnerships at Ramp is where we go when the right partner doesn't exist yet — or when the canonical partner doesn't move fast enough. The team owns the integrations that expand Ramp's product surface area: tax and compliance automation, agentic commerce, data partnerships, international payments, receipt and payment automation, and the technical substrate that lets Ramp plug into any system a customer runs.
This role isn't about hitting a quota. It's about picking the right partners in emerging categories, negotiating the terms, shipping the integration with our Product and Engineering teams, and turning the launch into something customers actually feel. Recent and active examples: selecting an AI-native VAT compliance partner, white-labeling eInvoicing for international markets, shipping receipt automation, building agentic payment partnerships, and negotiating data governance terms with the largest platforms in the industry.
You'll work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You'll own deals end-to-end. The bar is partnerships that move Ramp's product forward — not deals that move a number on a dashboard.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic product partnerships: source, qualify, negotiate commercial and legal terms, structure the integration with Product and Engineering, launch, and scale
- Translate partner capabilities into product opportunities: work side-by-side with Product and Engineering to scope what's worth building, and with Legal on risk, liability, and regulatory framing
- Negotiate complex commercial terms — pricing, rev share, MSA, BAFO cycles, multi-year structure, data and IP rights
- Quarterback launches across Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to make sure customers actually adopt what we ship
- Build durable relationships with senior counterparts at partner organizations and run formal cadences (QBRs, exec syncs) once partnerships are live
- Define and report against partnership KPIs that map to Ramp's product and revenue priorities
WHAT YOU NEED
- 7+ years across Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Partnerships, Product Management, or a related discipline, with a clear track record of owning deals end to end (sourcing through launch)
- Experience structuring and closing partnerships that required real product and engineering work — not channel referrals or reseller motions
- Strong fluency with API-based integrations: comfortable scoping technical work directly with engineers and PMs, and translating between partner-side and product-side stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity — you've picked partners in spaces where there was no obvious incumbent and made the call stick
- Strong commercial instincts: pricing, term structure, risk allocation, and the ability to drive a contract to signature without hand-holding from legal
NICE TO HAVES
- Background that includes one of the categories above. Strong preference for Product Management
- Direct experience negotiating data, API, or model-access governance terms (MCP, model providers, platform data exposure)
- Shipped a product partnership that opened a new vertical, geography, or category for your company
- Prior exposure to ERP or accounting ecosystems (relevant context, not the primary job)
- Experience as a design-partner manager for early-stage products
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi
- Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're building something from the ground up: a high-growth China export advertising business with real ambition and an open runway. We're looking for a driven commercial leader — with strong GCR (Greater China Region) agency market knowledge — who's ready to own the strategy, build agency relationships, and grow a business in one of the most exciting cross-border digital advertising markets today.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. It's for someone who wants ownership, enjoys building from zero to one, and is excited by the opportunity to create something with lasting impact.
You'll be shaping the go-to-market from scratch and translating China outbound advertising ambitions into measurable results across global platforms. If you want to build rather than manage, this is the role.
What You Will Do
Lead the Business
Own the China Export agency strategy, manage pipeline, forecast with precision, and close gaps fast.
Communicate progress clearly to regional and global stakeholders with structured, data-informed updates.
Drive Agency Relationships
Serve as the primary senior point of contact for GCR holding companies and export-focused agencies.
Build senior relationships with Investment Directors, Business Directors, and Group Heads. Align on joint business plans and drive partner accountability.
Develop acquisition, activation, and retention programs for agencies and clients.
Lead executive business reviews, agency roadshows, and education sessions to embed the platform into agency planning cycles.
Develop the Market
Define and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting China outbound advertisers across travel, luxury, consumer electronics, gaming, and e-commerce.
Identify whitespace within agency holding groups, activating new teams, trading desks, and specialist export units.
Drive pipeline through advertiser-specific proposals, audience strategies, and campaign frameworks for international markets.
Represent the business at local marketing and partner events; translate market intelligence into strategic decisions.
What We Are Looking For
7–10 years in digital media sales, agency partnerships, or sales leadership, with a track record of building revenue rather than just managing it.
Deep fluency in the GCR agency landscape: how China export budgets are planned, allocated, and traded through holding groups.
Proven senior-level relationship management experience. Comfortable in the boardroom and effective at working level.
Data-driven and operationally sharp: uses analytics to set goals, diagnose problems, and prioritize action.
Experience leading or coaching teams, setting high standards and bringing people along.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Familiar with programmatic advertising, trading desks, and agency investment processes.
A self-starter who sets their own bar, thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and doesn't wait for permission.
Comfortable with regular travel across Hong Kong and mainland China.
Nice to Have
Experience with audio, streaming, or entertainment advertising platforms.
Familiarity with cross-border or multi-market campaigns for China-origin advertisers.
Proficiency with Salesforce, or similar sales productivity/CRM tools.
Where You'll Be
Based in Hong Kong, with regular travel across Hong Kong and mainland China, and periodic collaboration with global teams. Hybrid working model.
Why Join Aleph?
Build, don't just manage:
This is a true zero-to-one mandate — you'll design the go-to-market strategy and sales motion for one of the fastest-growing corridors in cross-border digital advertising.
High-visibility impact:
Your work will directly shape how global platforms capture China outbound ad spend, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across GCR agency holding groups and Aleph's global leadership.
Ownership culture:
Aleph gives commercial leaders real autonomy — you set the strategy, own the roadmap, and are trusted to move fast.
Growth market, growth career:
China's outbound advertising ecosystem across travel, luxury, gaming, and e-commerce is expanding rapidly — this role offers a front-row seat and a path to scale a business as it grows.
Global platform, local expertise:
You'll operate at the intersection of world-class advertising platforms and deep GCR market knowledge, working alongside a team that values data-driven thinking and hands-on relationship building.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead the team of SDRs generating pipeline for our North American sales org. You'll own the day-to-day leadership of the team — coaching reps, aligning with AEs and sales leadership, holding a high bar on execution, hiring, and building the systems that make the team consistently productive.
Our market is new and evolves by the day, and our buyers are hyper-technical. Prospecting at Baseten means earning credibility with that audience, and coaching a team to do it at scale. The right person for this role is a coach and a builder — someone who gets energy from developing people, is obsessive about execution, and wants to define what world-class pipeline generation looks like when the product, the buyers, and the sales motion are all AI-native.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for opening doors with the next wave of Baseten customers.
- Own the team's pipeline generation targets and drive consistent execution against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Build and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and frameworks across a wide range of accounts, tuned to a technical audience.
- Run 1:1s, team meetings, training, and pipeline reviews that make reps measurably better week over week.
- Partner with AEs and sales managers on account strategy, lead quality, and handoff processes.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify what's working, diagnose what's not, and change it fast.
- Hire and onboard new SDRs as the team grows, raising the talent bar with each hire.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting.
- Build with AI — test new tools, automate repetitive work, and make your team faster and sharper than a team twice its size.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2+ years managing an SDR or BDR team at an enterprise-focused tech company, and 4+ years in tech overall.
- Direct experience as an SDR and/or AE — you've done the job you're coaching.
- Technical aptitude and real curiosity about AI infrastructure. You should be able to hold your own in a conversation about inference and want to get deeper.
- A track record of top performance and progression in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Strong coaching instincts — you'd rather be in the trenches on calls and messaging with your reps than managing by dashboard.
- Comfort with data and systems. You can pull a report, spot a trend, and turn it into a coaching conversation or a process change.
- Hands-on with AI in your own workflow — you've built, adopted, or experimented your way to a faster prospecting motion, and you can show us.
- A builder's mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you're at your best in high-change, fast-moving environments.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Ramp is building a scaled Private Equity channel that makes Ramp the trusted financial-operations partner for PE firms and their portfolio companies. The Manager, Channel Partner Management — Private Equity will lead an established five-person team of Channel Partner Managers and raise the quality, rigor, and efficiency of an existing motion.
The team includes one Upmarket PE CPM, focused on the most strategic and complex sponsor relationships, and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs, focused on scaled coverage, activation, and portfolio-company pipeline generation. This leader is not being hired to redesign the team or recategorize the program. They will make the current team more effective: clarifying expectations, improving performance, and ensuring each CPM has the tools, coaching, and cross-functional support to execute at a high level.
This is a people-leadership and operating-excellence role—not a player-coach role defined by personally owning every senior relationship or stepping into every deal. The manager will diagnose performance and conversion gaps, coach specific skills, establish a rigorous inspection cadence, and hold a high bar for accountability. They will work closely with Channel, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and other partners to improve collateral and partner messaging, refine activation and incentive plans, strengthen account and portfolio planning, and remove friction from the CPM workflow.
The goal is continuous improvement: make the team more poised with partners, more commercially disciplined, more efficient in how it spends time, and more consistent in turning PE relationships into high-quality outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a five-person PE CPM team: one Upmarket PE CPM and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs
- Set clear role charters, coverage models, capacity expectations, and success metrics by segment; ensure the Upmarket motion receives the depth it needs while Core / Downmarket operates with speed and repeatability
- Build the team’s commercial operating rhythm across sourced pipeline, qualified opportunities, closed-won revenue, partner activation, portfolio coverage, conversion, velocity, and partner health
- Coach CPMs from real partner interactions and account plans: identify the specific skill gap, prescribe an intervention, inspect behavior change, and hold a high bar for outcomes
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, ChOps, Growth, and leadership to convert PE influence into high-quality pipeline and strategic account outcomes
- Recruit, onboard, performance-manage, and retain a high-performing, collaborative team
- Serve as an executive point of escalation for the team’s most strategic PE relationships, using judgment about when to coach, join, or personally intervene
- Use AI and automation to improve research, portfolio coverage, executive preparation, relationship tracking, and team productivity
- Help shape the evolving PE channel strategy and codify repeatable playbooks for the broader Channel organization
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of relevant quota carrying experience, ideally with a focus on Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies
- 1+ years of people-management experience, ideally leading a revenue-carrying partnerships, sales, or account-management team
- Demonstrated success building and managing a complex book of investor, sponsor, or enterprise partner relationships with measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment: can distinguish influence from source, quantify partner impact, and prioritize finite team capacity against the highest-value opportunities
- A rigorous, data-driven management style; comfortable using funnel health, conversion, velocity, activity quality, and account/partner signals to coach and allocate resources
- Executive presence with PE partners, operating teams, CFOs, and internal senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, create structure, and drive cross-functional outcomes without relying on formal authority
- High standards for performance management, feedback, and talent development
NICE TO HAVES
- Fintech, payments, expense management, AP, procurement, or CFO-software experience
- Experience designing partner programs, referral mechanics, or account-mapping motions
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay

If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energised by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Business fluency in English
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritise based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the founding Channel Partner Manager for Canada, you will build the partner motion that helps Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Ramp through trusted advisors and ecosystem partners.
This is a zero-to-one role. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and engaging Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, and venture capital partners through signing, enablement, activation, and partner-sourced pipeline. Your early results will help determine how Ramp scales its Canadian channel motion.
You will work closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and the broader Partnerships organization.
As a member of Ramp’s Strategic Account Executive team, you’ll work closely with our Head of Strategic Sales and senior leaders to drive net-new revenue and expand Ramp’s presence within the Fortune 1000. - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving Finance, IT, Legal, and Procurement teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, clearly articulating ROI, payback period, and business outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, SEs, CSMs, Channel Partner, Marketing, and Product teams to drive alignment and customer success
- Deliver accurate forecasting, manage multiple opportunities, and consistently achieve quota
- Represent Ramp with professionalism and executive presence in customer meetings, QBRs, and boardroom settings
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5–7+ years of experience selling SaaS or Financial Technology products into Enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of 6- to 7-figure ACV wins
- Demonstrated success selling complex software; Fintech experience is a plus
- Proven ability to sell into large, global organizations (6,000+ employees / Fortune 1000)
- Strong technical fluency — able to demo, discuss integrations, and map workflows with technical and finance stakeholders
- Deep financial acumen — able to quantify ROI, articulate payback period, and drive financial outcomes
- Self-starter with clear evidence of pipeline generation and territory ownership
- Gritty operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Coachability, intelligence, and drive as core success traits
- Stable career tenure with a history of progressing up-market — no frequent job changes
- Experience running structured sales processes using MEDDICC, CoM, or similar frameworks
