Are you an entrepreneurial, analytical media salesperson passionate about digital marketing? Do you want to help brands inspire people through the world’s leading visual discovery platform?
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Manager to take charge of our sales, build powerful client relationships, and drive revenue in Poland, one of the most exciting digital advertising markets.
If you’re passionate about digital marketing, love working with top brands, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this role is for you.
About the Role:
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in Poland for Amazon Ads. You will manage sales and strategic client relationships, secure and hunt for new business, and guide brands on how to leverage the platforms ads to achieve their marketing goals. You will also mentor and grow a high-performing sales team while helping shape our market presence.
What You'll Do:
Own and grow our digital advertising revenue in Poland, from strategy through execution.
Drive new business development and identify untapped opportunities across brands and agencies.
Build and scale relationships with top brand advertisers and media agencies, negotiating big agreements including agency trading deals.
Sell innovative digital advertising solutions, spanning display, performance, video, and beyond, to both new and existing clients.
Act as a trusted advisor on digital ad strategy, media planning, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
Set ambitious revenue targets, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual goals.
Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions/Account Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution and long-term client success.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital ad opportunities across the Polish ecosystem.
Represent the company at key industry events and conferences.
What you need for this role:
3+ years of experience in digital ad sales, business development, or strategic account management within advertising or media.
Strong experience managing both direct brand clients and media agencies, including involvement in agency trading agreements.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape: online advertising, performance marketing, analytics, and the competitive media environment in Poland.
Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Excellent commercial, negotiation, and communication skills, a natural relationship builder.
Fluency in Polish and English.
A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
What will make us really love you:
You're entrepreneurial, you don't wait for leads, you create them.
You have deep agency relationships and know how to navigate complex trading conversations.
You're as comfortable in a boardroom pitching a CMO as you are in the weeds of campaign performance data.
You've helped shape a market, not just sold into it.
What you'll love about us:
Lead the growth of a key digital advertising market with direct impact on brand success.
Work with iconic brands to create high-performing, inspiring campaigns.
Join an international, collaborative team that values innovation, results, and creativity.
Shape your own career trajectory in a rapidly growing digital advertising environment.
Access ongoing learning and development to stay ahead in digital marketing.

We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion's Business Development team accelerates product distribution and platform growth through partnerships. This role has the potential to drive outsized scope in Notion's journey - we’re partnering with some of the best companies in the world and turn momentum into first-in-kind deals and scaled programs that result in delightful experiences for our customers, and growth for Notion.
As Business Development Manager, you'll be the ecosystem partner to our engineering and product teams, launching and deepening integrations with frontier intelligence platforms and the tools our customers already use. You'll be the voice of partners within Notion, shaping our product roadmap and driving adoption of new APIs and developer tools in the ecosystem. You'll also get to design and execute growth strategies that drive new user demand and own relationships with some of our strategic partners like OpenAI, Anthropic, Slack, and Google.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Scale the Notion platform: In close collaboration with partners and Notion’s product and engineering teams, identify, evaluate and facilitate launch of new product integrations. Project manage partner-centric launches - from partner onboarding and implementation, to driving go-to-market and post-launch tracking.
- Drive partner strategy: Own and grow relationships with select strategic partners, becoming their voice within Notion. Identify, evaluate and implement new product and co-marketing opportunities that create outsized value for partners, Notion and our shared customers.
- Be the best partner to the best partners: As an internal advocate for Notion’s partners, ensure their needs are being considered and reflected in our roadmap and planning. Provide ongoing support to grow our strategic relationships.
- Accelerate distribution partnerships: Source, evaluate, and launch first-in-kind partnerships that drive new user demand for Notion. From negotiation to launch and performance tracking, turn successful deals into scalable programs based on adoption and revenue signals.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 7+ years in business development / strategic partnerships / product / growth
- Strong product instincts and experience working closely with engineering, product and go-to-market teams
- High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity. You can drive clarity where a playbook doesn’t exist yet
- Operational rigor, ability to execute end-to-end and manage complex cross-functional projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. You can tell a clear and compelling story in docs, decks, and in person
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've been an early go-to-market or product hire at a fast-growing company before
- You have fluency working with ISVs and across developer ecosystems
- You’ve built partnerships across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC)

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Executive | Mid-Market at Ramp, you are a proven hunter & sales closer with track record of quota attainment and overachievement. We believe strongly in our value proposition of aligning incentives with our customers and you will bring it to life through the sales process with C-Level executives and key decision makers. As an early member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to help build the sales engine and define the sales strategy that fuels the growth of the company!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
