Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity - where craft and technology meet. Our unified platform bridges the gap between AI capabilities and human creativity, and lets professional creatives and designers harness the power of the world’s leading AI models without losing precision, expression, or soul. Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft — a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it.
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead Figma Weave's enterprise motion. On a small team where everyone's scope flexes, you'll also work across product marketing more broadly — defining how the product shows up for enterprise buyers, arming sales with what they need to close, and building the systems that turn enterprise accounts into long-term customers. Enterprise is the primary focus, not the only one: you'll move into PLG, growth, and launch work as the team's priorities shift.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You'll think in pipeline and narrative at once — translating product capability into value that lands with enterprise buyers, while staying close enough to execution to write the deck yourself.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:
Build enterprise GTM strategy for feature, model, and product launches
Own enterprise positioning and messaging, translating product value into terms that land with enterprise buyers
Lead the sales enablement motion
Own enterprise onboarding and adoption, from first use through expansion
Develop customer proof: case studies, success stories, and industry examples
Own enterprise-facing web pages and funnel
Work across the full range of product marketing — launches, content, positioning — wherever the team needs it, not limited to enterprise
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years in product marketing, with strong B2B/enterprise experience (the focus, not a strict requirement for every year of your background)
A track record building enterprise GTM from positioning through launch and enablement
Fluency with the sales motion — you've worked inside a sales cycle, not just alongside one
Experience working cross-functionally across product, growth, and sales
Comfort using AI tools to work efficiently — this is core to how the team operates
Strong storytelling and writing skills
Comfort with speed and ambiguity — priorities shift, and you move with them
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience in creative tech or design platforms
Experience with partner-led or channel-led enterprise growth
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
At Figma we celebrate and support our differences. We know employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, our product and our community to flourish. Figma is an

Changing the mode or format of interviews

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to drive Notion’s growth across EMEA— the team responsible for both the fuel that powers our regional go-to-market and the engine that converts it into pipeline and revenue. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary group of marketers across digital, demand, content, and campaigns, and you'll own the end-to-end system that turns regional narratives into measurable growth across markets.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketers spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution. Foster a culture of craft, speed, and accountability.
- Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative
- Develop messaging houses grounded in real customer problems, use cases, and outcomes. Build modular, deployable content bills of materials (BOMs) — stories, assets, templates, talk tracks, proof points, and examples — that travel across channels and markets.
- Lead regional demand generation
- Leadership over the EMEA demand engine—across self serve and sales assist audiences, with repeatable programmes that have clear positioning, modular assets, and measurement plans that connect directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns
- Translate global narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans. Lead the content and toolkit workstream for product launches and flagship regional campaigns. Keep cross-functional plans, assets, and timelines aligned and deployable across EMEA.
- Enable the wider regional team
- Partner with Country Marketing, Storytelling, Sales, and global Product Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling, proof points, and talk tracks across every market and channel. Your team's output is what others build from.
- Scale with AI
- Build and apply AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, drafting, localisation, and asset iteration at speed — without sacrificing accuracy or customer relevance. Model this capability for the broader team.
- Measure and sharpen
- Use funnel insights — engagement data, customer feedback, and business metrics — to continuously refine messaging, content, and programmes. Report on what's working and make the case for change when it isn't.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years in B2B marketing — with meaningful time owning both content/narrative and demand generation in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven people leadership — experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. You know how to hire for craft and lead through ambiguity.
- Narrative and content mastery — you can write a compelling messaging house, build a scalable toolkit, and coach others to do the same. Customer empathy is instinctive, not a checklist item.
- Demand generation depth — hands-on experience running and optimising paid, email, webinar, and outbound programmes, with a strong grasp of funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
- AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and can design workflows for your team to do the same. Not a curiosity — an active working practice.
- EMEA market knowledge — experience running multi-market programmes across EMEA with an understanding of localisation needs, cultural nuance, and go-to-market variation across the region.
- Cross-functional influence — able to align and work effectively across global and regional stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and Country teams — without always having formal authority.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €140,000 - €165,000 per year.

- Business level proficiency in French or German
- Experience with freemium business models

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

- Ability to execute highly complex and ambiguous projects, working across business strategy and marketing tactics.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Descript is at an inflection point. We have 50M+ users, genuine product-market fit, and a real opportunity to move upmarket—converting high-fit self-serve users into consolidated enterprise contracts and going after the accounts that belong in our pipeline. As Head of Enterprise Marketing, you'll own that motion end-to-end.
This is a builder role for someone who's done it before: someone who can meticulously understand what's driving inbound interest, identify which accounts to go after and why, and design the campaigns, lifecycle plays, and conversion experiments to bring them in. You'll co-own upmarket pipeline with Sales, partner with Product on the self-serve-to-enterprise conversion motion, and partner with our in-house Growth/Paid team and RevOps to make sure the whole system is instrumented and accountable.
The raw materials are here—a passionate user community, a strong product, and a large market. This hire shapes what we do with them upmarket.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pipeline Strategy & Execution
Co-own upmarket pipeline targets with Sales, with shared accountability for sourced and influenced pipeline
Build and execute an enterprise demand playbook: ICP definition, target account selection, channel mix, offer strategy, and campaign design and execution
Develop a vertical prioritization framework: define which industries and enterprise segments to pursue, in what order, and with what message
Design account-based programs with messaging and experiences calibrated to high-fit accounts
Own and maintain an annual marketing calendar that aligns campaign activity to business milestones, seasonal growth opportunities, and pipeline targets
Source and manage contract and agency resources as needed
Self-Serve to Enterprise Conversion
Partner with Product and Sales to identify high-fit self-serve buyers and design conversion experiments that move them toward consolidated contracts
Build lifecycle plays that nurture individual users into team and enterprise buyers
Develop and iterate on the plays, offers, and sequences that convert product-qualified accounts into pipeline
Performance & Measurement
Meticulously track which channels, plays, and offers are driving inbound interest and conversions, and use that intelligence to sharpen programs continuously
Build AI-first marketing ops and measurement frameworks that give the team real visibility into what's working
Report regularly on pipeline contribution, channel efficiency, and program performance
Sales & Cross-functional Partnership
Partner daily with Sales on account priorities, ABM strategy, and pipeline reviews
Brief and align with the in-house paid advertising team on enterprise-targeted campaigns
Co-own enterprise lifecycle with RevOps, ensuring accountability is clear and programs are coordinated
Own the strategy for high-touch deal acceleration programs—things like executive roundtables and leadership-level events—partnering with Field Marketing on execution
Contribute to enterprise pricing and packaging strategy alongside Product and Sales, with an eye toward what moves deals forward and expands accounts
WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years building or scaling an upmarket or enterprise demand motion
Experience at a PLG or product-led company—you understand the self-serve-to-enterprise conversion motion and have driven it
Consumer-to-B2B crossover experience; you know how to market to users who are also buyers
Strong analytical skills and a track record of building measurement frameworks that actually get used
Experience co-owning pipeline targets with Sales in an accountable, collaborative way
Preferred Qualifications
Deep familiarity with modern ABM tooling and CRM/MAP integration
Experience building, or deeply partnering with, AI-native marketing ops and workflows
Background in SaaS, media tech, or creative tooling
Demonstrated ability to design and run conversion experiments across PLG funnels
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
Within your first 12 months, you will:
Launch Descript's enterprise demand motion, with a defined ICP, target account list, vertical prioritization framework, and multi-channel playbook
Co-own and hit upmarket pipeline targets in partnership with Sales
Build upon the existing self-serve-to-enterprise conversion experiments with Product, with measurable account progression
Build a measurement framework that gives the team clear visibility into channel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline attributionCreate and maintain a formal marketing calendar that the broader team runs off of
Establish a functioning enterprise lifecycle program with RevOps
Run at least one high-touch deal acceleration program (EBC, roundtable, or CxO event) in partnership with Field Marketing
The base salary range for this role is $180k - $230k/year. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.

About the Role
Our vision is to build the next generation platform to enable easy and fast creation of audio and video content powered by cutting-edge AI. Building a revolutionary way to record, transcribe, edit, and mix spoken audio and video comes with a series of unique challenges and requires solving hard and complex problems.
As more marketing, communications, sales, support, and creative teams adopt Descript, we're investing in the experiences that help people discover what's possible with our product - and connect with the people behind it.
We're looking for our first Field Marketing Manager to build that program from the ground up.
This is a builder role. You'll define how Descript shows up in the real world, creating experiences that introduce new audiences to Descript, deepen relationships with customers, and generate pipeline for our growing enterprise business. From executive dinners and industry events to customer meetups, partner activations, and hands-on workshops, you'll create programs that people actually want to attend.
You'll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Brand to develop field marketing into a repeatable, measurable growth engine.
If you're energized by building from scratch, love bringing people together, and enjoy balancing strategy with execution, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
Build Descript's field marketing strategy from the ground up, including planning, processes, measurement, and annual programming.
Develop and execute integrated field marketing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
Own end-to-end execution of in-person and virtual experiences, including executive dinners, workshops, conferences, customer events, roadshows, webinars, and community gatherings.
Partner closely with Enterprise Sales to identify priority accounts, align programs to territory plans, and create experiences that help move deals forward.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Demand Generation, Partnerships, and Customer Success to create cohesive campaigns before, during, and after every event.
Build playbooks for event planning, sales engagement, lead follow-up, reporting, and program operations that can scale as the team grows.
Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, venues, and logistics while creating thoughtful attendee experiences that reflect the Descript brand.
Measure and communicate program impact across pipeline, revenue influence, customer engagement, and qualitative feedback to help shape future investments.
Represent Descript at industry events and build authentic relationships with customers, prospects, creators, and partners.
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 2+ years of field marketing or event experience. Also open to 4+ years of events agency experience (especially if you have worked with B2B clients).
You've built programs, not just executed them. You enjoy creating structure where it doesn't yet exist.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail—you can manage dozens of moving pieces without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You're equally comfortable developing a strategy, negotiating with a venue, reviewing event signage, and presenting results to leadership.
You use data to make decisions and know how to measure marketing impact beyond registration numbers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a bias toward action.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment.
Willingness to travel approximately 25–35%.
Bonus points if you have
Experience marketing SaaS products to marketing, communications, creative, or enterprise teams.
Experience building a field marketing function or launching a new program.
Experience with account-based marketing strategies.
Experience producing workshops or educational experiences—not just traditional events.
A genuine appreciation for storytelling, video, podcasts, AI, or the creative process.
What success looks like
After your first year, you've:
Built the foundation for a scalable field marketing program at Descript.
Established trusted partnerships with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams.
Created a repeatable calendar of experiences that customers look forward to attending.
Developed playbooks that make planning, execution, and follow-up more effective every quarter.
Demonstrated measurable impact on enterprise pipeline, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Helped define what "field marketing" means at Descript—not by copying another company's playbook, but by creating one that fits ours.
The base salary range for this role is $145k - $160k/year. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.

Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
Voodoo’s Growth team is responsible for turning our games into successful products, combining user acquisition, creative, monetization, and data.
Within Growth, the Playable Ads team turns our games into short, interactive experiences designed to make players stop, play, and want more. Working closely with playable developers and creative teams, we design, produce, test, and iterate on playable ads across our 20+ game portfolio.
ROLE
Your goal will be to make someone stop-scrolling, understand a game, enjoy playing it, and want to discover more: all within a few seconds. You’ll coordinate creative production with internal and external teams, improve performance, and drive innovation.
Managing your own portfolio of games, you will:
- Deconstruct games into their most engaging moments: understand core loops, player motivations, difficulty curves and “aha” moments, then identify what can be turned into a compelling playable ad.
- Design playable concepts from scratch: come up with interactive experiences that capture the essence of a game in seconds, balancing gameplay depth, accessibility, pacing and curiosity.
- Think like both a game designer and a growth strategist: make creative decisions with a clear hypothesis around player behavior, then use performance data to understand what actually drives engagement.
- Write sharp gameplay briefs: translate ideas into clear mechanics, flows, difficulty progressions and player journeys that developers and production partners can execute.
- Work closely with developers and creative teams: guide production from the first concept to the final playable, making sure the gameplay feels intuitive, satisfying and true to the original game.
- Iterate relentlessly: analyze performance, identify where players drop off or engage, and turn those learnings into the next, better version.
PROFILE
We’re open to different backgrounds. What matters most is your ability to understand what makes a game engaging, turn insights into strong creative concepts, and drive them through production.
- You have a strong understanding of gameplay, player behavior, creative strategy, or growth, and know how to turn insights into actionable ideas.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to benchmark markets, identify trends, formulate hypotheses, and turn them into creative strategies.
- You have excellent project management skills and can turn ideas into clear briefs, align internal and external stakeholders, and drive projects from concept to execution.
- You have a sharp creative eye and can articulate why a concept, mechanic, or design choice works (or doesn’t).
- You have a strong interest in mobile games and apps, and enjoy understanding what makes players engage within seconds.
- You’re entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a strong bias towards testing, learning, and iterating.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with playable ads, game production, or third-party creative partners is a plus.
- You are fluent in English.
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in.
