Why this role matters:
ICEYE is seeking a Team Lead, AIT Engineering to lead the AIT Engineering function responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of satellite systems and optical payloads.
This is a technical leadership and people management role in an early-stage production environment, where products, processes, and manufacturing capabilities are continuously evolving. You will lead and develop the AIT Engineering team while acting as the technical focal point for AIT activities during spacecraft builds and integration campaigns.
The role sits at the interface between Engineering and Production. You will work closely with optical, mechanical, electrical, systems, quality, and production teams to translate design intent into robust, manufacturable, integrable, and testable processes, while ensuring that feedback and issues identified during production are effectively driven back into Engineering.

Основные задачи:
• Разработка и сопровождение встроенного ПО для микроконтроллеров STM32 на C с использованием FreeRTOS.
• Разработка приложений на C/C++ для одноплатных компьютеров под управлением Linux.
• Поддержка и развитие существующей кодовой базы, участие в проектировании архитектуры ПО и code review.
• Ведение технической документации.
Требования:
• Уверенное знание языка C для embedded-разработки.
• Опыт коммерческой разработки ПО для STM32.
• Опыт работы с FreeRTOS.
• Практический опыт работы с UART, I²C, ADC, DMA, CAN/FDCAN.
• Умение разрабатывать драйверы по datasheet/reference manual (I²C/SPI/UART).
• Опыт работы с Git.
• Навыки работы с осциллографом, мультиметром и логическим анализатором.
• Умение читать электрические схемы.
• Опыт разработки на C/C++ под Linux (в том числе для ARM-платформ).
Будет преимуществом:
• Опыт работы с Yocto, Buildroot или аналогичными системами сборки.
• Опыт разработки графических интерфейсов для Embedded Linux (LVGL).
Задачи:
— Развитие мультиаукциона: переход от раздельного подбора баннеров для каждой из top‑X подсказок к единому мультиаукциону для повышения эффективности и релевантности рекламы.
— Развитие рекламного аукциона на странице поисковой выдачи с учётом результатов аукциона в саджесте и их взаимного влияния.
— Исследования в рекламе: анализ поведения пользователей и рекламодателей, поиск аномалий и точек роста в аукционе и ранжировании, формулирование и проверка гипотез.
Требования:
— Уверенное написание быстрого и надёжного кода на C++.
— Опыт работы с MapReduce-операциями.
— Владение SQL или готовность его изучить.
— Понимание смысла метрик.
