IT Consultant - Solutions Architect - Cloud CRM

Responsibilities: — Translate complex business needs into overarching technical designs — Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices — Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements — Perform system configuration changes and data migrations — Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration — Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions — Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction Requirements: — 7+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions such as CRM — Experience working in a customer facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations — Excellent organisational and multitasking skills — Strong desire to continuously learn and develop — Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English — Ability to work independently Nice to Have: — Technical CRM experience, ideally Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP or equivalent — Experience working in the Life-Sciences industry — Experience with Veeva commercial portfolio Benefits: — Private medical insurance — Life assurance — Cafeteria policy — Veeva 1% giving — Wellness reimbursement This is a remote, full-time role based in Hungary.
