Задачи: — Создание ИТ-фундамента: сформировать целевую архитектуру предприятия и дорожную карту развития с учетом этапов строительства, пусконаладки, валидации и выхода на плановую мощность. — Обеспечить учет ИТ-требований при проектировании серверных, сетей, систем связи, резервирования, безопасности и инженерной инфраструктуры. — Организовать выбор, внедрение и интеграцию систем классов ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS, WMS, SCADA и других решений для производства, качества, лаборатории и складской логистики. — Управлять ИТ-планом готовности, тестированием, приемкой, миграцией данных, обучением пользователей и переходом систем в промышленную эксплуатацию. — Выстроить эффективную работу с проектным офисом, производством, качеством, инженерной службой, автоматизацией, корпоративным ИТ и поставщиками. — Обеспечить соответствие компьютеризированных систем требованиям GxP/GMP, CSV/CSA, data integrity и change control. — Совместно с подразделением качества организовать валидацию систем, управление рисками, подготовку документации и сопровождение аудитов. — Создать модель защиты IT/OT-инфраструктуры: сегментация сетей, управление доступами, защита удаленных подключений, резервное копирование, мониторинг и реагирование на инциденты. — Обеспечить контролируемый доступ подрядчиков и безопасное взаимодействие с корпоративной инфраструктурой холдинга. — Сформировать сервисную модель ИТ-поддержки: Service Desk, каталог услуг, SLA/OLA, управление инцидентами, проблемами и изменениями. — Обеспечить бесперебойную работу производственных, лабораторных, складских и офисных сервисов после запуска. — Разработать и протестировать планы Business Continuity и Disaster Recovery для критичных систем. — Организовать мониторинг, резервирование и техническую поддержку с учетом режима работы производства. — Сформировать ИТ-стратегию и портфель цифровых проектов предприятия. — Развивать автоматизацию производства, электронные записи, интеграцию систем, аналитику и решения для повышения эффективности. — Управлять CAPEX/OPEX-бюджетом, оценивать TCO и ROI, контролировать договоры, лицензии и поставщиков. — Поэтапно сформировать внутреннюю ИТ-команду и обеспечить передачу знаний от интеграторов и подрядчиков. Требования: — Опыт не менее 5 лет на руководящей ИТ-позиции. — Опыт создания ИТ-функции или инфраструктуры с нуля. — Участие в создании нового производства, промышленного объекта, лаборатории или другой сложной технологической площадки. — Понимание IT/OT-инфраструктуры, сетей, серверов, резервирования, кибербезопасности и производственных систем. — Знание требований GxP/GMP, валидации компьютеризированных систем, data integrity и управления изменениями. — Опыт работы с URS, FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification, UAT и go-live. — Опыт работы с бюджетами, поставщиками, системными интеграторами и распределенными командами. — Системное мышление, ориентация на результат, умение управлять рисками и сроками, выстраивать взаимодействие между ИТ, производством, качеством и инженерными службами.
