ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Product Operations Manager (Design), you will sit within Mistral's Product Operations function, with a focus on streamlining the operations of the design team. You will own how the Design team operates as a system — its cadences, its rituals, its coordination, and the connective tissue that lets designers focus on design. This role exists because a design org at our scale needs someone whose full-time job is the operating system itself: defining it, holding it, and continuously tuning it so the team runs with a heartbeat rather than on ad-hoc heroics.
You will own the team's weekly and quarterly cadences — from leadership syncs to planning, retros, and share-outs — and establish how we track work, surface it outward, and make decisions. You'll design the forums where decisions get made and recorded, keep the rituals that create alignment, and aggressively cut the ones that are just overhead.
Equally, you are the bridge across the org. You will coordinate the interlocks between Brand and Marketing for upcoming launches, and between Product and Product Design for the build pipeline — so interdependencies are understood and planned for, not discovered at the last minute. You will partner closely with marketing, PMs, engineering, GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping before it ships.
This is a team-of-one role with a founding design-ops mentality. You will build the discipline from scratch, automate repetitive coordination with AI where it helps, and coordinate people where it matters. You report to the Head of Product Operations, working day-to-day with the Head of Design and the design team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define the operating system of the design team — the cadences, forums, rituals, and source-of-truth that keep the team aligned and moving forward.
- Own the weekly and quarterly cadences, from leadership syncs and critiques to planning, retros, and headcount-cycle inputs.
- Coordinate the Brand × Marketing and Product × Product Design interlocks so design work is surfaced with enough lead time and dependencies are planned, not discovered late.
- Establish how the team tracks and shares out work — a single source of truth for status, and the forums where design is made legible to the rest of the org.
- Design and hold decision-making forums so decisions get made, recorded, and not relitigated.
- Separate ritual from overhead — keep the cadences that create alignment and cut the ones that are just tax.
- Automate repetitive coordination, reporting, and tracking with AI so the team spends time on design, not admin.
- Bring the wider Product Operations toolkit to the design team — data and analytics for transparent reporting, structured feedback loops and early-access programmes, and launch coordination that aligns design work with product release cycles and go-to-market timing.
- Partner with marketing, PMs, engineering and GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience in design operations, product operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff role within a creative or product organization.
- A founding design-ops mindset — you've built operational disciplines from scratch, not just maintained inherited ones.
- Comfortable automating with AI tools to remove repetitive overhead, while equally skilled at coordinating people and building coalitions without authority.
- Strong systems thinking — you design repeatable rhythms and processes, not just run meetings.
- Design literacy — enough background to have felt the pain designers feel and to be credible with the team.
- A make-it-happen attitude: positive, bias to action, unblocks rather than escalates.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills — you turn scattered signals into a shared source of truth.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define your own scope in a role with no playbook and no team to delegate to.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Overview
We are seeking a Lead SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to provide end-to-end technical governance across all QA layers - frontend, middleware, and backend - for a complex, multi-layered onboarding platform. This role owns the architecture of API contract testing and the data modeling of complex entity relationships (e.g., hierarchical/parent-child style structures), while ensuring that quality assumptions made at one layer (such as client-side validation) are independently verified at every downstream layer rather than trusted at face value. The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with the ability to set and enforce delivery governance across cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities
• Provide technical governance across frontend, middleware, and backend testing layers
• Establish and enforce QA delivery standards, evidence requirements, review processes, and quality gates
• Review frontend constraint dictionaries and FSM/state-model outputs for completeness and consistency
• Review API schema reconstructions, network evidence, and tracer replay outputs for technical quality and traceability
• Coordinate with QA Analysts, SDETs, and Test Operations Associates to align technical execution with delivery timelines
• Review test architecture decisions, validation approaches, and coverage strategies
• Coordinate dependency resolution, evidence rework, and cross-layer reconciliation throughout the engagement
• Act as the escalation point for cross-layer technical discrepancies and evidence-quality issues
• Compile and quality-check the raw technical evidence dossiers produced by the workstreams
• Identify evidence gaps, inconsistencies, or areas requiring rework before handoff to client stakeholders
• Report on delivery health, technical risks, evidence quality, dependencies, and unresolved gaps
• Prepare the technical evidence package for handoff to the client team responsible for final modelling and logic-gap assessment
• Support technical readout preparation by ensuring that findings are traceable to empirical evidence
Project Details
• Title: Lead SDET
• Start Date: 26th October
• Duration: 4 Months
• Location: India (Remote)
• Job Type: Contractual (with the possibility of a Full-time employment extension based on performance and project needs)
Qualifications
• Proven experience of 8+ years in a QA leadership role spanning multiple testing layers (frontend, middleware, backend)
• Demonstrated expertise in API contract testing architecture and governance
• Practical experience with knowledge graph or entity-relationship data modeling and its application to test/data traceability
• Strong understanding of layered system architectures and the importance of independently verifying quality at each layer rather than relying on upstream assumptions
• Strong track record of technical delivery governance, including setting standards and quality gates
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Deep technical grounding across QA disciplines (manual, automation, systems-level testing) to credibly guide teams at every layer
• Experience mentoring or managing SDETs and QA Analysts
• Experience leading complex multi-week technical QA, API validation, or security-assessment engagements is strongly preferred
• Experience establishing evidence/traceability models across complex technical workflows is preferred
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, entity-relationship models, or structured technical dependency/evidence modeling is preferred; deep knowledge-graph engineering expertise is not required
• Ability to synthesize technical evidence into concise stakeholder-ready findings and handoff materials

About us
Carazo Enterprise SL is a luxury brand distribution company established in 2012, known for high-quality service and best-in-class distribution channels for the brands we represent. Our success is built on modern infrastructure and smart organizational and technological solutions.
We currently operate multiple legal entities across multiple jurisdictions across the EU, Latam, and the USA — and are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Shopify, HubSpot, integrations, and related technical projects.
About the role
Our online store runs on Shopify, and our sales and customer-service processes run on HubSpot. Development and integration work is handled by external agencies and freelancers.
We are creating a dedicated internal role for one person who will own the technical side of Shopify, HubSpot, and the integrations between them, while also managing the external technical resources responsible for more complex work.
You will combine hands-on technical knowledge with strong project and vendor management skills. You should be comfortable making minor technical adjustments, configurations, troubleshooting issues, and handling routine system administration independently.
For larger or more complex configurations, automations, integrations, or development work, your role will be to understand the business and technical requirements, define the scope, prepare clear specifications, coordinate the appropriate external specialists, oversee implementation, and verify the completed work before it goes live.
You will report directly to the CEO and have clear ownership of the systems, projects, and technical coordination within your area.
What you will do
Shopify and catalogue
• Configure and maintain the store, including products, variants, prices, collections, and metafields.
• Manage bulk imports and exports and support B2B price lists and customer accounts.
• Manage apps and checkout settings, including rules for regulated products.
• Make minor configuration and technical adjustments independently where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot routine Shopify issues and identify when external technical support is required.
Integrations and automation
• Own the Shopify-HubSpot integration and ensure accurate synchronization of customers, companies, and orders.
• Understand and oversee integrations with payments, shipping, WhatsApp (Wati), and other tools through apps, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar technologies.
• Maintain Shopify Flow and HubSpot Workflows and make routine adjustments where appropriate.
• For more complex integrations and automations, assess requirements, define the technical scope, coordinate external specialists, and oversee implementation.
• Monitor integrations, identify errors or failed processes, and coordinate resolution where external technical support is required.
HubSpot / CRM
• Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, tags, and customer tiers.
• Set up and maintain user roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality, including duplicate management, merges, and consistent records.
• Handle routine CRM configuration and administration independently.
• Coordinate more complex CRM changes or development work with external specialists when required.
Technical project and vendor management
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and specifications.
• Assess whether a task can be handled internally or requires external technical expertise.
• Identify and coordinate external developers, agencies, freelancers, or other technical specialists.
• Obtain estimates, implementation plans, and timelines from external providers.
• Track project scope, deadlines, budgets, dependencies, and changes.
• Review and test completed work against the agreed requirements.
• Formally verify and accept deliveries before go-live.
• Ensure that external technical work is properly documented and maintainable.
Control and documentation
• Maintain documentation of systems, integrations, configurations, workflows, and access rights.
• Control administrative permissions and external vendor access.
• Monitor system performance, synchronization issues, and errors.
• Ensure that technical changes are documented and properly handed over.
• Maintain a clear overview of the Shopify, HubSpot, and broader e-commerce technology environment.
Your first 90 days
• Consolidate our HubSpot environment into one working system.
• Ensure every Shopify order, customer, and company is recorded correctly in HubSpot, with no duplicates.
• Implement market and tier tags and B2B pricing consistently across Shopify and HubSpot.
• Integrate WhatsApp (Wati) with HubSpot.
• Audit and clean the product catalogue and establish one standard for product changes.
• Map all systems, apps, and integrations and establish role-based access and documented handover.
• Review existing technical processes and external vendor arrangements and establish clear ownership, documentation, and working processes.
Requirements
We verify these requirements. Please read them carefully before applying.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical Shopify experience. You can demonstrate live stores and clearly explain your exact contribution to each.
• Experience with Shopify integrations with CRM, ERP, or third-party systems. You can explain at least one integration step by step, including the systems involved, implementation method, challenges, and outcome.
• Strong technical fluency: you can read and make basic edits to Liquid and JSON and understand metafields/metaobjects, Shopify Flow, and the Shopify app ecosystem.
• Strong project and vendor management experience: you have written technical specifications, gathered estimates, coordinated external developers or agencies, tested deliveries, managed deadlines and budgets, and overseen implementation.
• Hands-on experience with bulk catalogue operations using Matrixify or CSV.
• English B2+ with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to distinguish between technical work you can handle independently and work that requires specialized external expertise.
Strong advantages
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales/Service Hub, pipelines, workflows, permissions).
• Shopify Plus and/or Shopify B2B.
• Experience in regulated or age-restricted e-commerce.
• Multi-market experience (US and EU).
• Russian and/or Spanish.
This role is not a fit if you are:
• A pure developer who is primarily focused on writing code and has limited project or vendor management experience.
• A pure project manager without strong, hands-on Shopify technical knowledge.
• A theme/design or marketing-focused Shopify profile without broader technical and systems experience.
• Experienced only in WordPress/WooCommerce or local CRMs, with no substantial Shopify experience.
• Someone who expects external developers to handle all technical troubleshooting and routine system administration without being able to understand or manage the underlying systems.
Benefits
• Format: Remote, full-time, contractor (B2B) agreement.
• Compensation: €2,500–€3,000 gross per month.
• Probation: 3 months.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Madrid time (daily overlap with Spain/CET and teams in the Americas)
What to send us
• CV and LinkedIn profile.
• Links to live Shopify projects and a description of your exact contribution to each.
How we hire
1. Application review
2. Recruiter interview – motivation, communication, English, technical ownership, and overall fit.
3. Portfolio and experience verification, plus a practical case based on a real task from our business.
4. Interview with the hiring manager.
5. References from at least two previous employers or clients (B2B).
If you meet the requirements and believe your experience is a strong match for this role, we would be happy to hear from you. We look forward to receiving your application!

Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We're looking for a Market Analyst to track the crypto markets, specifically prediction markets and perpetual futures, and turn that understanding into business opportunities for Pyth.
This role is for an analyst who can read the market and explain why it matters to us: someone who can pull on-chain and venue data to quantify a new trend one hour and write the report that convinces the team to act on it the next. You will serve as our eyes on two of the fastest-moving areas in crypto, covering the market side (monitoring events, trader conversations, volumes, and new venues across prediction markets and perps) and the product side (translating that research into a clear picture of our users and concrete opportunities for Pyth).
- Location: Remote (US or Europe)
- Type: Full-time
- Reports to: Head of Technical Operations
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers, and the global financial infrastructure community. Curiosity and rigor are key to how we operate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need an analyst who can go from question to answer quickly, without waiting for direction.
The Mission: You will be shaping how Pyth grows in prediction markets and perpetual futures. As these markets expand and new venues launch, your research will inform where we build next and how we serve the teams building on our data.
About the Role
This is a hybrid research/strategy role. At the outset, you'll monitor prediction markets and perps day to day and connect what's happening to our business. Over time, your research is expected to directly shape product decisions and new opportunities across Pyth.
We want research that leads to action: every piece of work should end with a clear view on what it means for Pyth and what we should do about it.
Responsibilities
Market Monitoring
- Track news, launches, and structural shifts across prediction markets and perpetual futures
- Monitor the conversations where traders are active, including X, Discord servers, Telegram groups, and other trader communities, to spot sentiment shifts and emerging trends early
- Follow volumes, open interest, funding rates, and market share across major venues
- Connect recent events to their impact on Pyth and share timely takeaways with the team
- Maintain a current view of the competitive landscape, including oracles and data providers serving these markets
User Research
- Research prediction market and perps protocols to understand how they use price data
- Map who our users are, what they need, and where current solutions fall short
- Build dashboards and datasets the team can use to follow these markets
Product Opportunities
- Turn research findings into concrete product ideas for Pyth
- Size opportunities using market and on-chain data
- Work with product, engineering, and BD to prioritize and pressure-test ideas
- Track how launched initiatives perform against the original thesis
Research and Reporting
- Write clear, convincing research reports for internal and external audiences
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Build a repeatable research process the team can rely on
About You
- Background as an analyst at a crypto research firm or in a research/data role at a perps exchange or prediction market
- Deep understanding of prediction market and perpetual futures market structure
- Active in trader communities and comfortable picking up signal from X, Discord, and Telegram
- Proficient with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Dune or similar)
- Strong writer with a track record of research that drives decisions
- Analytical and a self-starter, comfortable owning a research agenda independently
- Comfortable with startup pace and evolving scope
Think you've got what it takes to build the most talented team in the world? We'd love to meet you.

● Actively participate in or lead the development and communication of local HR programs and policies in accordance with team priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
● Strong working knowledge of Japanese labor law, local benefits and market HR best practices, with a track record of creating compliant HR policy documentation and internal knowledge base pages.
