Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain tools, systems, automation and processes.
Use data, analytical tools and AI to diagnose complex problems where multiple factors need to be considered and exercise sound judgement in determining the appropriate solution.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Growth Engineering team builds the experiences that connect people to our ecosystem for the first time — and keeps them coming back. We design and ship the systems behind our marketing funnels, signup and KYC flows, and the key engagement features that help new users fund their accounts and explore our products. It’s a team with direct influence on company growth, global reach, and user engagement at scale. Our products serve millions of users globally.
HOW WE WORK
- We give engineers ownership and trust them to ship high-impact work with craftsmanship and accountability.
- We move quickly, experiment often, and learn fast from data and feedback.
- We work asynchronously across time zones, supporting each other with open communication and shared goals.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Every feature you build will have a visible impact on how people discover, trust, and engage with our products globally. The Growth Engineering team operates at the intersection of product, marketing, and infrastructure — turning ideas into measurable results. If you’re an engineer who enjoys solving business problems through code and believes engineering excellence drives growth, this role is built for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Product Engineer within the Growth team, you’ll take on complex, high-impact problems that blend product thinking and engineering excellence. You’ll work across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with design, data, and product teams to deliver features that drive measurable business outcomes. This is an ideal role for engineers who use their technical skills to create real-world impact — translating high-level business goals into engineering solutions that improve activation, retention, and monetization worldwide.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and turn them into high-quality, data-driven engineering solutions.
- Implement reusable services and components that power marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences across web and mobile.
- Collaborate on distributed systems that handle large volumes of global traffic while maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, balancing user impact, scalability, and maintainability.
- Measure, experiment, and iterate — using data and experimentation frameworks to understand what drives user behavior.
- Uphold and improve engineering standards, performance, and security practices across the stack.
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Proficiency in building full-stack applications using one of the following: TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby, and React or React Native.
- Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD.
- A product mindset — you care about how your work moves key metrics, not just about the code itself.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, or experimentation platforms.
- Background in growth engineering, user funnels, lifecycle, or conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or experimentation frameworks.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. Example problems you may work on include figuring out the next inference product we should launch to help our customers scale their AI workloads or how we cut fraudulent free-tier usage without adding friction for legitimate users.
You will work on state of the art infrastructure, in close collaboration with our science and research engineering teams. Your job is to turn that infrastructure into products that AI-native startups and enterprises pay for, integrated with our developer platform Studio.
You will operate as an individual contributor first — taking end-to-end ownership of complex and significant product lines — while building the foundation for the inference PM team as the portfolio grows. The size and shape of the team reporting into the role will be defined together with the VP Product once you're in place; from day one the expectation is hands-on product leadership, not people management.
You will be the first PM fully dedicated to inference and the most senior product hire in the space. You will report to the VP Product - Cloud & Inference, and work day-to-day with our inference engineering teams in the US and Europe.
What you'll do
- Strategy and vision: define the vision, strategy, and annual goals for the inference portfolio, aligned with customer needs and company objectives. Benchmark the managed-inference field and pick where we win.
- Roadmap and execution: own the full lifecycle for serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, and adjacent services. Prioritize, ship, measure, iterate. Economics: own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin for your products. Treat cost-per-token, unit economics, and capacity tradeoffs as product decisions, and partner with GTM, Finance and Marketing on pricing, packaging, and launches.
- Customers: spend real time with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced production workloads. Turn their constraints, like latency, throughput, compliance, and cost, into roadmap choices.
- Engineering partnership: work daily with inference engineering and the cloud infrastructure teams behind our data centers on capacity planning, scheduling, routing, and reliability.
- Research and open source: track open-source inference advances and emerging model architectures, and turn them into performance and efficiency gains for the product.
- Team building: as the portfolio scales, help shape and grow the inference PM team — hiring, mentoring, and setting the product bar.
What we're looking for
- Deep product experience in tech and infrastructure with a track record of bringing inference, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems to market. You have built robust, at-scale AI infrastructure first-hand.
- An engineering background before moving into product management.
- You have taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption, owning complex and significant product lines end to end.
- Player-coach disposition: you lead from the front — hands-on product work now, with the range and appetite to build and coach a team as we scale.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind token pricing and GPU capacity.
- High ownership and a strong bias for action. You prototype with AI coding tools, write your own specs, and unblock yourself without waiting for engineers or designers.
- Low ego, comfort in ambiguity, and credibility with executives, engineers, and customers alike.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Director & Associate General Counsel at Humanoid, you will lead legal operations across the U.S. and Canada as we scale our footprint in the region. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, you'll serve as our senior legal representative and principal point of contact here — spanning regulatory support for production and R&D, IP across the research and manufacturing lifecycle, dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters, and the corporate and financing work that comes with our growth. You'll also partner closely with compliance leadership to track regulatory obligations, support public policy engagement, and own the region's legal infrastructure: entity management, governance, policies, templates, outside counsel, tooling, and reporting.

- Manage disputes and pre-litigation matters across the region.
- Support commercial contracting in North America in partnership with our global contracts function.
- Drive legal support for public policy and government engagement in the United States and Canada, in partnership with our government relations and commercial leadership.
- Support corporate and financing workstreams in the region.
- Engage and manage outside counsel across the United States and Canada, with a clear view of cost and value.
- Own the legal operations infrastructure for the region, including entity management, policies, templates, tooling, and reporting.
- Build, manage, and develop the North American legal team as headcount grows, while remaining close to the work yourself.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of legal experience following bar admission, including 5+ years in-house in regulated industries.
- Licensed US attorney in good standing.
- 5+ years of people management experience, with the ability to build and scale a team as the region grows.
- Regulatory support experience across production and R&D functions.
- Substantive IP experience.
- Dispute resolution experience.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach: you do the work yourself as well as overseeing others.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work from our Boston office five days per week.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Canadian law, or experience running a cross-border US–Canada remit.
- Experience in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience supporting a venture financing round in-house.
- Exposure to product safety, export controls, or trade compliance.
- Experience supporting government relations or public policy work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $220K–$300K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own
quarterly business reviews with top clients.
Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is
measured in days, not months.
Market and product
Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor
dynamics and regulatory shifts.
Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX
and payment capabilities.
Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region.
Compliance and risk
Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing
due diligence rather than working around it.
Escalate risk signals early and maintain complete, auditable records of client interactions and commercial
terms.
What we offer
A category-defining seat: Bitso is the largest crypto-powered financial platform in Latin America, and the
corporate franchise is the fastest-growing part of it.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue and volume.
Direct access to the Head of Sales and FX business leadership, and real influence on product direction.
A regulated, compliance-first operating environment - you sell on solid ground.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT PRODUCTION ENGINEERING
Production Engineering is Ramp's infrastructure ownership layer. We exist to make Ramp faster, more reliable, and more scalable — and we do that by being embedded in the problems, not adjacent to them.
A few things that define how we operate:
- One team, one company, one objective. There is no "infra team" and "product team" — there is Ramp. We share the company's goals as our own. When a product team struggles with reliability or scalability, that is our struggle.
- If reliability or scalability is at risk, we own it. We don't wait to be invited, and we don't ask whose code it is. If a system is slow, if it breaks, if it won't scale — that's ours to lead, regardless of where it lives in the stack.
- We go first, and we go fast. When the path isn't obvious, we don't wait for someone else to find it. We move with urgency, propose the solution, align the stakeholders, and stay in until it's done — not until our ticket is closed.
- We lead the way. We find the next problem before it finds us. And when we solve it, we don't just fix it for ourselves — the patterns and standards we establish become the foundation the rest of Ramp builds on. That's not a side effect of the job; it's the job.
- We stay calibrated. Speed means nothing if we're moving in the wrong direction. We regularly stop and ask honestly whether what we're working on is still the highest-leverage thing we could be doing — the discipline that makes sure our effort compounds toward what actually matters.
You cannot build the future of finance on shaky infrastructure.
OUR TEAMS
Production Engineering is organized into teams — but we think about teams differently. Teams are mutable. We build them around what needs to be done, not around what we need to do given the teams we already have. The structure below reflects our current priorities; it will evolve as Ramp does.
Right now, we operate across four areas:
- Compute — the foundation everything runs on: container orchestration, networking, load balancing, edge infrastructure, and the deployment systems that get code from engineers' laptops to production reliably and at scale
- Storage — databases, caching, object storage, and the data infrastructure that underpins everything
- Workflows & Messaging — the systems that power Ramp's financial workflows and event-driven architecture
- Developer Infrastructure — the platform that makes every builder at Ramp faster and more autonomous: observability, cost attribution, and CI/CD systems that give teams visibility into what they build and what it costs
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Production Engineers at Ramp are full software engineers who happen to specialize in infrastructure. You write production code, you own systems end-to-end, and you drive technical outcomes across the organization — not just within your team.
As a Tech Lead & Manager, you are a hands-on player-coach: you will lead and grow a team while remaining directly engaged in the technical work. Management at Ramp does not mean stepping away from the technology or the code. You will help set direction, develop engineers, and work alongside the team to deliver consequential infrastructure outcomes.
Day to day, you will:
- Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team. Create clarity, give direct feedback, mentor engineers, and help each person expand their technical judgment, ownership, and leadership.
- Set technical direction for your team’s domain. Identify the highest-leverage problems, define a path forward, bring the right people along, and stay engaged with the team until the work is delivered.
- Build and operate critical infrastructure across Ramp's compute, storage, messaging, and observability stack — owning the systems that handle real financial transactions at scale.
- Drive architectural change — not just flag problems. When you surface a reliability or scalability issue, you own the path forward: you propose the solution, find the owners across engineering, and stay in until it's resolved.
- Partner with product teams at the design phase — reviewing architectures, embedding golden paths, and making it easy to build correctly the first time.
- Build Ramp's next level of scale — you'll be a hands-on contributor to the most consequential infrastructure shift happening right now: our move to a cellular architecture, enabling Ramp to scale, reach international markets, operate in highly regulated and constrained environments (e.g. FedRAMP), and deliver on enterprise-grade SLAs.
- Enable AI-native engineering — as Ramp builds increasingly AI-powered products, PE is the team that makes sure the platform can support them. You'll proactively partner with product teams on AI infrastructure patterns, define the golden paths that turn one-off solutions into reusable foundations, and stay ahead of emerging challenges before they become blockers.
- Build developer tooling and self-service infrastructure — so that other teams can answer their own questions (cost, performance, reliability) without involving PE.
- Participate in on-call rotation — and more importantly, use every incident as a signal to eliminate the root cause, not just resolve the symptom.
- Lead across the company — PE doesn't just review designs or show up when called. We proactively initiate cross-team architectural reviews, and we take full ownership of company-wide reliability and scalability initiatives: identifying the problem, proposing the solution, aligning the stakeholders, and staying in until it's done.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We don't hire for a checklist. We hire for the instincts that make someone exceptional on this team.
The mindset we're looking for:
- You love building teams, mentoring engineers, and helping people grow—and you are equally energized by writing code, reviewing designs, and digging into complex distributed systems.
- You are a true player-coach. You know when to coach, delegate, and create space for others to lead; you also know when your direct technical involvement will create the most leverage.
- You can set a technical direction, bring people along, and then lock in with the team to make it happen.
- You do not believe managing engineers means stepping away from the technology or the code.
- You can't walk past something broken without wanting to fix it — and you don't stop at the workaround. You find the root cause and eliminate the class of problem.
- You think in systems, not tasks. You understand that "fixing the bug" is step one; making it so the bug can't happen again is the job.
- You move with urgency but without chaos. You know when to go fast and when to slow down and do it right.
- You treat product teams as your users. You build for them, communicate with them proactively, and measure success by how much faster they can ship. But you're also an owner — when something is broken or blocking, you don't wait to be asked. We win when our customers win.
- You leave things better than you found them. Every system you touch, every process you encounter — you move it forward. Not always dramatically, but always directionally. You picked it up in a certain state; you leave it in a better one.
- You are equally comfortable reading a database query plan, reviewing a system design doc, writing a Terraform module, and jumping into an incident at 2am.
Experience profile:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including a track record of shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems.
- Staff+-level technical leadership: experience setting technical direction and leading complex, multi-quarter technical initiatives from ambiguous problems through durable production outcomes.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing engineers. You create clarity, give direct feedback, and help people grow in technical judgment, scope, and leadership.
- A sustained hands-on engineering track record. You are comfortable writing and reviewing production code, evaluating system designs, debugging incidents, and making difficult technical tradeoffs.
- Hands-on experience building and operating distributed systems at production scale.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals — you write clean, well-tested, production-ready code and set that standard for the team.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with observability and reliability practices, including SLOs, error budgets, alerting, dashboards, and incident response.
- Track record of delivering through cross-functional coordination: aligning stakeholders, unblocking teams, and staying accountable for the outcome.
- Comfortable using AI tooling and coding agents as part of your everyday engineering workflow — and helping a team use them to move faster and think bigger.
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with cellular or multi-tenant architecture patterns
- Prior work on workflow orchestration systems (Temporal)
- Contributions to developer experience or internal platform tooling
- Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (FedRAMP, SOC 2)

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Platform to launch targeted campaigns across Alchemy's full platform, from product launches to new vertical and segment pushes, and to own the always-on content that fills the gaps in between. This is a high-ownership, high-influence seat with a long runway: you'll start as an executional hire, but there's a real path to Product Marketing Lead and to building a team under you if that's the direction you want to grow.
Alchemy isn't just infrastructure, it's a full platform: building blocks for reads, writes, launching custom chains, and more, spanning verticals from crypto-native builders to traditional finance moving assets onchain. Every campaign we run, whether it's a product launch, a new vertical push, or a piece of evergreen content, needs to tie back to one thing: Alchemy as the platform builders trust to build the future on. You'll own that positioning day to day, from the company-level narrative down to how a single launch is framed, working closely with Lisa (Product Marketing) especially early on as you build that domain authority.
You'll run point end to end: strategy, tactics, project management, measurement, and reporting, on everything from major campaigns to the product launches, newsletter beats, and social content that run continuously. You can and should delegate execution (design, technical content with DevRel, and more), but you own the outcome. When there's no active campaign, you're not idle: you own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content, filling the gap with mid- and bottom-funnel work that drives activation and cross-sell across our existing platform.
What You’ll Do
- Launch targeted campaigns across product launches and new vertical/segment pushes, owning the strategy, the tactics, and the project management from kickoff to report-out.
- Own and evolve Alchemy's platform positioning: the throughline that connects every campaign back to Alchemy as a frontier leader built for reliability and performance, backed by real customer stories.
- Own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content cadence, mid- and bottom-funnel work, product launch beats, and activation/cross-sell content, whenever there isn't an active campaign in market.
- Go deep on individual product areas and wide across the full platform, building the kind of product and audience understanding that lets you spot the next campaign or market opportunity before anyone asks for it.
- Generate and pitch ideas for breaking into new markets and verticals, backed by a real read on the audience and the competitive landscape.
- Partner with DevRel to produce the technical content (docs-adjacent explainers, videos, tutorials) that supports a campaign or fills a content gap.
- Bring creative, visual thinking to launches that could otherwise be a dry API announcement, pushing for the campaign concept, not just the campaign checklist.
- Delegate execution to design, agencies, and other specialists as needed, while remaining accountable for the outcome, the timeline, and the numbers.
- Build stakeholder trust across Product, Engineering, and DevRel, so that partner teams want to work with you again.
What we’re looking for
- Experience selling to developers on a technical, API-first product with a developer dashboard, not a B2B SaaS platform candidates sign up for and self-manage. This is a hard requirement.
- A track record of owning a campaign end to end: you can walk through, in detail, how you align stakeholders, launch, measure, and report on a campaign from a template through to results.
- Genuine curiosity and a love of learning: going deep on a single product area and wide across an entire platform both excite you.
- Creative instincts: you notice good brand and campaign work in the wild, and you bring visual or conceptual ideas that make a technical launch land.
- Experience leading a large, high-visibility project end to end, e.g., a website overhaul, a rebrand, or a sales enablement overhaul.
- Strong cross-functional operator: Product and Engineering partners trust you and want to work with you again.
- Bias for speed and pragmatism: you default to "how do I get this out the door as fast and sharply as possible," not "how do I make this perfect."
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and how it's changing marketing and the developer tools landscape.
Nice to Haves
- Experience marketing to enterprise customers, especially financial services.
- Breadth of experience marketing to developers across crypto/Web3 verticals.
- Experience as a software engineer prior to marketing.
- Leadership or management experience, or a clear interest in growing into it.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Runway is looking for a Marketing Manager to help build and scale high-impact marketing programs across our creator, partner, sponsorship, and growth ecosystem.
This is a generalist marketing role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. Some immediate areas of focus include influencer creator partnerships, sponsorships, and partnership marketing.
The right person is commercially minded, highly organized, creative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. We are looking for someone who can build repeatable programs, manage relationships, and execute campaigns to turn marketing ideas into measurable growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will own and support marketing programs that help Runway reach priority audiences, grow demand, and deepen our presence among our target audiences.
- In the near term, this will include managing creator and influencer partnerships including affiliates, evaluating sponsorship opportunities, and building co-marketing programs with customers, technology partners, model providers, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
- You will work across the full program lifecycle: identifying opportunities, developing briefs, managing outreach, coordinating execution, tracking performance, and recommending what to scale, change, or stop.
- You will partner closely with growth, creative, comms, events, PMM, sales, business development, legal, and finance to make sure programs are clear, on-brand, operationally sound, and connected to business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- We’re looking for a marketing generalist with strong executional judgment and enough strategic range to work across multiple types of programs for a range of B2C and B2B audiences.
- Experience managing creator partnerships with a clear view of how long-form content performs differently from short-form and other social channels.
- 4+ years of experience building marketing campaigns, influencer, affiliate, or growth programs from 0 to 1.
- Experience managing external relationships: creators, sponsors, agencies, freelancers or vendors.
- Experience writing briefs, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and translating broad goals into concrete plans.
- Strong taste, communication skills, and judgment around brand, audience fit, creator quality, partner value, business impact, and operational tradeoffs.
- You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to build from scratch. This role requires someone who can create structure where it does not yet exist, but without slowing the team down with unnecessary process.
- You should care about measurement and be able to connect marketing programs to outcomes such as subscriptions, ARR, and enterprise pipeline influence.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in AI, SaaS, subscription products.
- Experience creating partner-facing materials such as briefs, sponsorship packages, or co-marketing materials.
- Familiarity with Runway, AI video, creator communities, internet culture, and the broader creative technology ecosystem.

There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
