About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a partnerships leader to own the tri-party motion for public sector and nonprofit partnerships selling through AWS. Public sector and nonprofit-focused partners are how Claude reaches government agencies, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations at scale, and AWS is the surface most of that work runs on. You will own the intersection of those two ecosystems.
In this role, you will build the go-to-market motion that turns partner interest into joint pipeline and closed revenue, working across AWS's public sector partner organization and the AWS practices inside the partners that serve government and nonprofit customers. You will define how Claude is positioned inside AWS public sector partner programs, design the commercial mechanics that let partners transact and get rewarded through procurement vehicles and contract structures specific to this segment, and build the joint plays that partners take to their customers.
This is a build role. The partner ecosystem is early, the programs are still being designed, and you will be operating across three organizations whose incentives on any given deal don't always line up. You will help shape how frontier AI technology reaches the public sector and nonprofit community through the partner ecosystem, including in classified environments where required.
You will report directly to the Head of AWS GTM Partnerships and work closely with our Global Public Sector Leader.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our public sector and nonprofit partnerships through AWS, including co-selling motions, joint business plans, events, and segment-specific plays across federal, state and local, education, and nonprofit
Own forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced business
Design the commercial mechanics that make the partner motion work, including deal registration, marketplace program structure, procurement and contract vehicle alignment, and incentives
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across AWS's public sector partner organization and across partner AWS practice leadership
Work with partners to develop repeatable, mission-specific solutions built on Claude, and help them build the delivery capability to take those solutions to public sector and nonprofit customers
Partner cross-functionally with Anthropic's alliances, public sector sales, partner marketing, policy, and regional cloud teams to keep the motion consistent while regions and segments execute locally
Create and implement scalable processes for partnership operations, including escalation management, business reviews, and reporting
Provide strategic market intelligence and competitive insights on the public sector and nonprofit partner ecosystem to inform product and commercial strategy
Identify where to concentrate investment across the partner portfolio and make the case to stop investing where returns are not there
Minimum qualifications
Active security clearance (TS/SCI required) with ability to discuss capabilities in classified environments
Enterprise partnerships, alliances, or business development experience, with meaningful time spent on partner ecosystems serving public sector or nonprofit customers
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with public sector-focused systems integrators, resellers, or channel partners
Experience building a co-sell or channel motion from the ground up, including the commercial mechanics behind it
Deep understanding of how cloud and partner field organizations operate in the public sector, including procurement processes, contract vehicles, and the incentives that drive seller and partner behavior
Track record of carrying and hitting a partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue number, with credible forecasting behind it
Demonstrated ability to build credibility with and influence senior stakeholders
Excellence in strategic planning, business operations, and program management
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and a willingness to concentrate effort rather than spread thin
Experience working with technical products and translating complex capabilities into business value
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred qualifications
12+ years of enterprise partnerships, alliances, or business development experience
Previous experience working with AWS or another hyperscaler's public sector partner organization
Working knowledge of public sector partner operating models, including practice structures, delivery economics, and how services and contract revenue drive partner decisions
Familiarity with government compliance and authorization frameworks (such as FedRAMP, IL levels, and StateRAMP) and how they shape partner-led deployments
Experience working with nonprofit, higher education, or philanthropic organizations and the funding dynamics that shape their technology decisions
Background in AI/ML technologies or with developer-focused platforms and their partner ecosystems
Experience scaling partner programs at a company moving from early traction to significant partner-driven revenue
Prior experience in management consulting or federal program management

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT MODAL DESIGN:
Modal is building the future of serverless computing, and the brand that carries that story is still taking shape. You’ll join Modal’s newly formed Brand team inside our design org as one of its first senior hires, working directly with the Director of Brand Design and Head of Design to build a brand developers recognize instantly and remember.
THE ROLE:
As a staff-level Brand Designer, you will have major influence over every brand surface: the marketing website, campaigns, events, editorial projects like the GPU Glossary https://modal.com/gpu-glossary and forthcoming publications, and out-of-home work as we scale into larger formats. You’ll also be a beacon to external agencies, representing Modal’s internal creative voice and making sure the work translates into a system we can actually build on. And as the studio grows, you’ll help set its craft standard, guiding and mentoring earlier-career designers and shaping how we critique, ship, and show work.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Define and evolve Modal’s visual identity across web, marketing, campaigns, and editorial, building a cohesive, distinctive system rather than one-off assets
- Lead concept and execution for brand campaigns across digital and out-of-home, from paid social to large-format outdoor, ensuring the work is consistent, distinctive, and built to perform

- Mentor and critique the work of other designers, helping the studio’s output stay coherent and ambitious as it scales
- Move quickly without sacrificing quality
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 7+ years of brand design experience building brands for technically complex products (developer tools, infrastructure, or AI), and you know how to make something deeply technical feel compelling and clear
- You have high influence and low ego: you work well with others, share credit freely, and act as a force for positivity within the brand team
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional typography, color, composition, and a recognizable point of view
- You’ve designed brand systems that extend from identity to motion to web (the more the better)
- You can interpret and contribute to brand strategy

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, performance, and resilience of the cloud infrastructure powering Garner’s products and AI/ML workloads. This role sits on our Platform Engineering team. You will run the machine: defining and upholding SLOs, leading incident response, and driving the automation and standards that let every Garner engineer ship faster and more reliably. Because our systems directly influence health outcomes for millions of patients, maintaining the highest standards of production quality is imperative. This is an automation-first role: you will use AI tools to continuously convert manual operational work into monitored, hands-free processes, so the role gets more leveraged as you build.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:
Run the Machine:
Own the end-to-end reliability, performance, and resilience of Garner’s cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes), including those powering AI/ML workloads; define, measure, and uphold SLOs across our critical services
Lead Incident Response:
Serve in the on-call rotation, lead incident response, and drive deep-dive root cause analysis, seeing corrective actions through to resolution and rigorously reviewing infrastructure changes
Own Observability:
Build and maintain the monitoring, alerting, and observability systems that let us detect and resolve issues before users feel them
Scale & Optimize:
Translate ambiguous, high-performance scaling requirements into well-defined, automated, and composable infrastructure-as-code deliverables (Terraform); proactively identify and implement cost-efficiency and performance gains across the stack to maximize cloud ROI
Automate Away Toil:
Pay down impactful tech debt and reduce operational toil, using AI tools and automation to convert repetitive operational work into hands-free, monitored processes, and holding our internal platform to the same rigorous standards as our customer-facing products
Enable Engineering:
Build and maintain the deployment and observability standards that empower the broader engineering team to ship AI features faster and more reliably; communicate complex cloud and reliability concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Uphold Security & Compliance:
Ensure our infrastructure and operations meet Garner’s security and HIPAA compliance obligations
The ideal candidate has:
4+ years of hands-on experience operating production cloud infrastructure at scale in an SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering role
Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Terraform in a cloud-first environment (AWS preferred)
A strong track record with production observability: defining SLOs, building monitoring and alerting, and leading incident response and blameless post-incident reviews
Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python or Go, applied to infrastructure automation (experience with Kubernetes APIs a plus)
Experience driving cloud cost-efficiency and performance optimization across compute, storage, and networking
Experience supporting AI/ML or data-intensive workloads in production is a plus
Experience operating in a security-conscious or regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2) is a plus
Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) applied to real engineering and operations workflows, or strong motivation to build it fast
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
Technologies we use:
AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Istio, Python, Go, TypeScript, Postgres, NATS, Datadog, GitLab
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation Transparency:
The target range for this position is $191,000 - $226,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render is seeking a foundational Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with our fastest growing and highest potential customers. Our product-led growth model has attracted a significant number of high-growth companies who have scaled their usage organically, and as they grow, it's critical that we evolve from just a self-service solution into a proactive business partner. This role is pivotal in demonstrating Render's long-term value and scalability, owning the commercial health of the relationship, and ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives on our platform.
As the primary business owner for a portfolio of Render's most important customers, you will be responsible for understanding their strategic goals, leading commercial conversations, and driving adoption and expansion. You will proactively identify and mitigate churn risks by reinforcing our value proposition against alternatives managed platform services and hyperscalers. Working in close partnership with our Customer Engineers, you will provide a holistic experience that combines deep technical guidance, knowledge/best practices sharing and ultimately securing our position as a long-term partner in their success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage a large book of ~300 commercial accounts using a 1-to-many, programmatic engagement model—delivering consistent value at scale through proactive outreach and enablement.
- Build and run scalable programs that drive adoption and expansion (e.g., onboarding journeys, product education series, lifecycle campaigns, webinars/office hours, and targeted nurture motions).
- Proactively share best practices, playbooks, and technical guidance in partnership with Customer Engineers—helping customers succeed through self-serve resources and repeatable workflows.
- Identify and prioritize accounts for targeted, higher-touch interventions using health signals and product usage data; mitigate churn risks through timely education and clear next steps.
- Own and execute contracting motions across your book, including renewals, annualization/commit motions, and standard commercial expansion—working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Legal to remove friction.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to surface customer insights and influence the programs, content, and product improvements that will most impact scaled customers.
- Track and report on program performance (adoption, retention, renewal/commit conversion, expansion) and continuously iterate based on results.
- Represent Render with authenticity, curiosity, and technical credibility in every customer interaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Has 5+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in the cloud infrastructure or developer tooling space.
- Possesses a commercial mindset with a track record of successfully managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and negotiating contracts
- Is familiar with using product usage data or analytics to identify customer health risks and expansion opportunities.
- Is a strategic thinker who can connect the dots between a customer's technical challenges and their overarching business goals.
- Excels at building rapport and trust with a wide range of stakeholders from senior engineers to C-level executives.
- Is savvy with product-led growth (PLG) environments and understands how to engage customers who initially adopted a product through a self-service motion.
- Is a builder who thrives in ambiguity. You are energized by the opportunity to shape a new function and create processes, not frustrated by the lack of standardized playbooks.
- Has a strong sense of empathy and a genuine passion for helping developers and engineering teams succeed.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Background at high-performing developer-facing hyper growth tech companies.
- Experience with hyperscalers and / or cloud platform solutions.
- Experience helping customers migrate from hyperscalers to managed platform solutions.
- Experience as a founding or early member of an Account Management or Customer Success team, with a demonstrated ability to help build playbooks and processes from the ground up.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

Our vision is to make every customer touchpoint more relevant, useful, and joyful by combining reusable experience capabilities with personalization, merchandising, experimentation, and intelligent decisioning.
We are looking for a
Staff Software Engineer
to help lead the evolution of our Dynamic Experience Management platform, allowing teams to create and optimize experiences without requiring bespoke implementation for every client, iterating rapidly.
You will be a hands-on technical leader working across the experience stack. You will also shape the architecture needed to extend capabilities beyond PS5, across web, mobile, and other PlayStation devices. This is an opportunity to define foundational technology that will change how PlayStation builds, delivers, experiments with, and learns from customer experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the technical direction for our experiences client SDK, translating the adaptive-experiences vision into an incremental, production-ready architecture.
Design and evolve the platform-independent composition layer, public TypeScript APIs, versioned schemas, content adapters, component model, data bindings, and platform renderer contracts.
Build reusable experience primitives and native rendering capabilities that support responsive layouts, personalization, experimentation, telemetry, accessibility, localization, and platform-specific interaction models.
Establish safe coexistence and migration patterns, including backward compatibility, capability negotiation, validation, feature flags, fallbacks, rollback, and observability.
Profile and optimize bundle size, startup and time-to-interactive performance, memory usage, rendering behavior, and runtime reliability on resource-constrained client platforms.
Improve developer experience through clear interfaces, reference integrations, test harnesses, preview and debugging tools, automated compatibility testing, and high-quality documentation.
Help establish governed, agent-assisted authoring and validation workflows that can translate design and business intent into trusted artifacts, supported by policy checks and evaluation suites.
Partner with client, design system, merchandising, content, personalization, experimentation, and platform service teams to align contracts and deliver end-to-end capabilities.
Provide technical leadership across team boundaries, mentor engineers, make sound trade-offs in ambiguous problem spaces, and communicate architecture and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience designing and delivering production client platforms, SDKs, frameworks, or shared libraries.
Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript and strong experience with React, React Native, or a comparable component-based client framework.
Strong software architecture and API design skills, including modularity, dependency management, versioning, backward compatibility, and incremental migration of large production systems.
Experience building data-driven or server-driven user interfaces, reusable component systems, or runtime composition frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and improve client performance and reliability using profiling, telemetry, automated testing, and production observability.
Experience designing for more than one client environment, such as console, mobile, web, TV, or embedded platforms, with a practical understanding of platform-specific constraints.
Proven track record of solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems with minimal direction and driving alignment without relying on formal authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document architecture and explain complex technical decisions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with console development, living-room interfaces, focus-based navigation, or performance-constrained native clients.
Experience with schema-backed declarative UI, domain-specific languages, JSON Schema, component expansion, data binding, hydration, or client-side rendering engines.
Experience building or integrating client SDKs, content management or merchandising systems, personalization platforms, experimentation frameworks, or design systems.
Experience migrating a large client application away from a legacy rendering or content-delivery framework using staged rollout, compatibility layers, and measurable exit criteria.
Experience developing platform adapters or renderers for iOS, Android, web, or other native client environments.
Familiarity with content and layout separation, runtime content sources, telemetry provenance, accessibility, localization, and safe fallback behavior.
Experience with developer tooling, visual preview systems, contract testing, schema validation, or automated cross-platform regression testing.
Experience applying generative AI or agentic workflows to software or content creation, including evaluation, governance, and deterministic output constraints.
A track record of technical leadership and mentoring across multiple teams.
Additional Skills

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join our team and help us build cutting-edge, AI-powered video creation and collaboration tools. Rather than specialists, we’re seeking curiosity-driven engineers who are thoughtful problem solvers and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. Our engineering team is highly collaborative and works on a wide variety of exciting challenges, including developing new interfaces for AI content creation, building LLM-powered features and conversational experiences, and deploying cutting-edge computer vision and generative models to production.
A PEEK AT OUR TECHNICAL STACK
The rich UI of our generative AI tools is powered by TypeScript and React with MediaBunny driving in-browser media and React Flow powering our node-based creative workflows. Our API endpoints for user and media management are written in TypeScript and Node.js and deployed as containerized services on AWS ECS Fargate. We leverage AI APIs to power advanced generative capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create rich multimedia interfaces using the cutting-edge of the latest AI video generation models Gen-4.5 and Aleph 2.0
- Build end-to-end full-stack AI-powered product features — designing and developing both frontend experiences and backend systems, including authoring server-side processes and APIs that power our generative AI tools
- Design and implement LLM-powered features and conversational interfaces
- Partner with a world-class engineering team pushing the boundaries of creativity and content creation on the browser
- Take on new challenges across the Frontend stack to implement product features for Runway’s machine learning-based generative AI tools
- Improve the performance, reliability, and code quality of our codebases
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, ideally full-stack focused
- Demonstrated fluency in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience building with third-party AI APIs (e.g., chatbots, LLM integrations)
- Experience in architecting production-ready systems and familiarity with debugging and profiling tools
- Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and iterate on them with tight product deadlines
- Humility and open-mindedness; at Runway, we love to learn from one another
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team focused on Corporate and Go-To-Market hiring, you will be instrumental in building and scaling Mistral's EMEA-based teams across both corporate functions and revenue-generating roles. Joining early means you'll help shape our recruitment strategy and operations, partnering closely with leaders across Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, Communications) and GTM functions (Sales, Pre-Sales/Solutions, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations). Your work will directly influence Mistral's commercial and operational success by ensuring we find and engage exceptional operators who will drive Mistral's growth across the EMEA region. In this role, you'll also foster a strong candidate experience and help establish recruiting best practices as we expand across multiple EMEA markets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP
- Partner deeply with Corporate and GTM leaders — from CRO and VP Sales to Finance, Legal, and People leadership — to understand hiring needs, define role specs, and identify the right talent across multiple EMEA markets.
- Own full-cycle recruitment across Corporate and GTM functions: Sales, Finance, Legal, People/HR, Marketing, and Communications roles.
- Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, comp positioning, and the competitive landscape for EMEA talent, accounting for local market nuances, benchmarking, and statutory differences across countries.
- Translate the nuances of each role into compelling, accurate, and locally relevant candidate outreach.
END-TO-END RECRUITMENT
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close, operating with autonomy on complex, high-volume roles across Corporate and GTM.
- Source passive and active candidates across EMEA talent pools, particularly in AI/ML, open-source software, enterprise infrastructure, and regional corporate markets.
- Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on ideal candidate profiles and stage expectations.
- Drive efficient, high-conversion pipelines and close candidates in a fiercely competitive market for senior talent across multiple geographies and languages.
- Navigate cross-border hiring complexity, including relocation, remote-friendly offers, and country-specific employment frameworks.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE & SELLING MISTRAL
- Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and a compelling narrative about Mistral's mission, culture, and trajectory.
- Articulate Mistral's positioning in the AI landscape — frontier models, open-weight philosophy, and enterprise credibility — to differentiate us against better-known competitors.
- Provide candidates with real insight into our GTM motion, corporate operations, growth plans, and the specific impact of their role.
- Deliver a high-quality, respectful candidate experience at every stage, regardless of outcome.
RECRUITING OPERATIONS & DATA-DRIVEN IMPROVEMENT
- Develop and refine recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Use data to diagnose pipeline issues (e.g., drop-off at specific stages, time-to-fill by role, offer acceptance rates) and propose targeted solutions.
- Build and maintain market maps, competitive intel, and talent pools for key EMEA Corporate and GTM segments.
- Standardize interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices across EMEA hiring teams, while respecting local market and language differences.
RAISING THE BAR
- Collaborate with Corporate and GTM leadership and the broader Talent team to continuously elevate our hiring standards.
- Contribute to defining and evolving our EMEA talent acquisition strategy as we scale from early team to a mature, multi-region organization.
- Partner on employer-brand and outbound sourcing initiatives that position Mistral as a destination for top Corporate and GTM talent in EMEA.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure company, with a focus on Corporate functions and/or Sales/GTM roles.
- Demonstrated ability to independently hire across the full GTM stack — from Enterprise AE’s to GTM leadership — as well as key Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Operations).
- Deep network and sourcing expertise in EMEA talent markets, particularly in AI/ML, open-source, developer tools, or enterprise software.
- Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets where candidates have multiple offers, including cross-border and multi-language hiring.
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets and comfort with country-specific comp, benefits, and employment nuance.
- Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities across a high-volume hiring slate spanning two function families.
- Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby.
- Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape and the ability to credibly discuss frontier model capabilities with technical GTM and corporate candidates.

OUR MISSION
Perplexity's mission is to power curiosity. Curious people are the people who drive change in the world. Driving change is a continuous cycle of learning, building, and integrating.
Learn: curious people constantly learn new things by asking more. They question the status quo in their own expertise and they constantly learn outside of it. Research is essential to them and never ending.
Build: curious people make and create things, to show the world their new answers to problems no one else ever questioned. They take action on what they've learned. Makers need tools to create their products, their companies, their reality.
Integrate: they must interact with the world as it is to drive change and adoption. True leaders do not simply build something and hope. They must have armies of agents and workers who can constantly work in millions of small ways.
Repeat. For curious people this is a cycle that never ends.
