- Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations: visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Flag inconsistencies, broken tracking, or incorrect assumptions early, and drive fixes.

- Help design experiments and measure their results honestly.
- Automate repetitive workflows:
- Data collection
- Reporting
- Dashboard refreshes

By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift:
You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time.
By governing the security of third-party integrations:
You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries.
By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM):
You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets.
By championing technical leadership and team growth
: You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent.

Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).
Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs.
Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members.
Standout Qualities:
You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance).
You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential.
You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps).
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls.
Team Dynamics:
Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations.
The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company.
Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation.

We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.

You’ll also collaborate closely with engineering and third-party teams across the Arbitrum ecosystem, and company leaders including our CTO and Head of Product.
What you'll do:
Lead strategic client engagements by partnering directly with customers to develop bespoke solution concepts, guide onboarding and adoption, and build long-term partnerships that drive success on Arbitrum.
Proactively identify, contribute to, and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams, fostering an ecosystem of the most engaging on-chain experiences.
Work directly with the Product team to relay and incorporate feedback from projects and the developer community into our roadmap, and help shape the go-to-market strategy of new products, especially for the developer audience.
Work alongside our engineering and research teams to improve our overall platform, from core protocol customizations to application-layer improvements, based on our work with clients.
Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem, working alongside builders to solve challenges involved in using and integrating with Arbitrum technology, and accelerating their development.
What you'll need:
Direct experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions to improve, modernize, or transform core infrastructure.
8+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally across solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, or similar functions.
4+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
Strong experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating complex technical requirements into practical implementation plans.
A strong fundamental understanding of blockchain technology, including how decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and onchain infrastructure operate.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.

Join us as we scale, diversify our portfolio and grow alongside the global gaming community.
ABOUT YOUR TEAM
We're the Marketing Team, bringing together data, entertainment and creativity to make Eneba a leading marketplace for gamers. Our community moves fast, and so do we - exploring new ideas, building lasting connections with players and bringing local gaming communities under one global roof.
You'll join our SEO team within Marketing, where technical expertise, creative thinking and data help us grow across international markets. We're expanding into new markets and categories, giving you room to test ideas and shape how we grow.
We're looking for a hands-on specialist who can turn creative off-page strategies into measurable results. From linkable assets and case studies to targeted outreach, you'll own initiatives from the first idea through to execution, with a clear understanding of the resources they need and the impact they deliver.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies across international markets, using linkable assets, case studies and creative outreach campaigns to earn relevant backlinks and grow organic visibility.
- Own initiatives from planning to delivery, defining budgets, resources and success measures, then evaluating their contribution to rankings, organic traffic and business goals.
- Run targeted outreach to secure quality placements and build a structured, up-to-date database of publisher, media and industry contacts.
- Evaluate publishers and outreach partners for relevance, credibility and value, negotiate terms and identify low-quality domains or unreliable vendors.
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and Eneba's off-site performance to uncover growth opportunities, prioritize efforts and monitor backlink quality.
- Collaborate with SEO, content and marketing colleagues to develop campaign assets, improve outreach processes and scale successful approaches across markets.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on off-page SEO and a proven track record of improving organic performance.
- Knowledge of advanced off-page strategies, including linkable assets, case studies and media campaigns, with the ability to plan initiatives, identify the resources needed and execute independently.
- A deep understanding of off-page ranking factors and SEO metrics, with the ability to assess backlink profiles, evaluate off-site performance and turn findings into clear priorities.
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs and tools for PR research and outreach.
- Experience running SEO initiatives across multiple markets and working at scale, whether through large websites or substantial budgets.
- Proven outreach methods that secure quality placements, strong negotiation skills and sound judgment when assessing publishers, vendors and whether an opportunity is worth the investment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience planning and running PR or media campaigns.
- An understanding of how to build brand authority through off-page initiatives.
- Basic experience using AI tools to support research, outreach or other everyday tasks.
