Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. Location: Remote; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. *Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers. Location: Berlin, Germany Agents are authoring entire data systems. The bottleneck is no longer writing pipelines, but understanding, governing, and trusting what they produce. dltHub provides the infrastructure that enables data teams in large enterprises and scale-up companies to run their data stack autonomously. Our open-source Python library, dlt, offers agents and developers transparent, composable building blocks for data ingestion (schema inference, normalization, incremental loading, and data contracts), designed from the start for the AI era. Built on dlt, dltHub is the AI-native data engineering platform for teams of humans and agents: a managed layer over any warehouse that lets both your team and their agents generate, validate, and manage high-quality data at scale. As we grow, product communication and sales collateral are critical for our success. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead building the bridge between our customers and our product team. Mission of the Role Make dltHub as compelling to business leaders as it is to engineers, and drive enterprise opportunities through a strong message, launches, and enterprise-level communication. What you'll actually work on Product Launches. You own the process and delivery of our product launches and ensure we communicate our product vision and new product capabilities consistently to a growing audience. We launch new products every few weeks. Recent examples include the public preview of Transformations , a companion post for practitioners , dltHub Pro , dltHub for Teams , and our vision for an autonomous data platform . Enterprise communication. You ensure we are speaking with one voice and represent our brand consistently in everything we say and do. You take ownership of our website communications. Customer collateral. You take our customer success stories and blueprints, like the ontology and semantic layer , to the next level of excellence. These come from engagements with our customers and our Solutions Engineering team. You interview the customer and write them. Content marketing. You coordinate our content marketing creation and distribution efforts. Work with our content writers. Plan the schedules and ensure that the content speaks our language The link between Product and GTM. You align stakeholders, drive the launch schedule, and close gaps in messaging, sales enablement, and launch readiness. Coordinate our product marketing activities and keep the team aligned. What success looks like: In 90 days, you run launches end to end, and our story is consistent across the website, sales collateral, and decks, with messaging that speaks directly to business buyers. In 6 months, you've built a repeatable process that trains sales on that story, and we can see it working (e.g. in win rate with business buyers & deal velocity) Ongoing, you own the marketing plan: one lean, visible roadmap where everyone can see what we're doing, why, and in what order. Requirements You can write clearly about technical subjects. Your style is clear and not full of marketing talk. Please read the post on the Transformations launch and the page at dlthub.com/security . If you think you can do better, you are the person we're looking for. You have been targeting US enterprise customers and are therefore familiar with what a senior technical stakeholder actually reads. Our customers are the lead personnel regarding data platforms and the people who approve decisions on their behalf, both in the US and in the EU. You can talk with a data engineer about pipelines, schemas, and warehouses without being one. You do need to understand what our product does. You've carried out launches from start to finish, which involved you choosing the audience, deciding on the message, and selecting which assets were worth developing, before building most of them yourself. You need to be able to keep agents in control and build agentic workflows while ensuring our external presence conveys a human touch. You have a basic understanding of data workflows. This probably isn't for you if You rely on a formal brief and a kickoff meeting before getting started, this role is not for you. While you'll have access to design support, you're expected to independently draft the first version of the post, the page, and the deck without waiting for a request ticket. You want to own strategy and hand execution to someone else. You can't work from our Berlin office regularly. Benefits We organize our work around each person's autonomy and efficiency, with set hours for communication and for deep work. We are an office-first company that also offers plenty of room for deep work and working from home. Dedicated meeting-free days let the team focus on their most important work. We cover your Berlin public transportation ticket. We are deeply committed to your personal and professional growth, and as such, we allocate an annual budget for learning and development. We offer regular subsidized team lunches and Urban Sports Club membership. We have an ESOP scheme available to employees, taking into account their impact on the product and the company.

Underpinning all of this is NIMO™ (Network Identity Management and Operations), Welo Data's proprietary identity and fraud-prevention framework. Built to maintain data integrity and workforce trust across a global contributor base, NIMO combines advanced verification, continuous monitoring, and structured QA to ensure every dataset is accurate, traceable, and culturally grounded. welodata.ai Role Overview You own a shift. Not a zone of it, not a function within it — the whole thing. Roughly 140 operators, 13 Cell Leads, and 3 Operations Supervisors collecting robot demonstration data, and you are the single person accountable for what that shift produces, how good it is, and whether everyone goes home safe. The shift you own runs whether or not the Production Manager is in the building. That's the job: your shift should be indistinguishable in output and quality from the one before it and the one after it. What You Will Do Own your shift's production plan end to end — accepted episodes, first-pass acceptance, utilization, and labor efficiency against target. Manage 2–3 Operations Supervisors; own their performance, their development, and the quality of the Cell Lead bench underneath them. Run shift start-up, mid-shift review, and a documented handoff — you receive the shift before yours and hand off cleanly to the shift after. Make the real-time calls: redeploying staff when a cell goes down, resequencing work when a task type stalls, flexing coverage when attendance comes in short. Own safety on your shift — daily walks, protocol enforcement, incident response, and the expectation that your supervisors use: their stop-work authority. Partner with Data Quality on your shift's acceptance rate; drive root cause into retraining and process rather than into a rework queue. Escalate equipment and rig issues to Lab Engineering and keep staffed-but-idle hours visible. Handle performance management and employee relations escalations from your supervisors, partnering with HR. Hold California meal, rest, and overtime compliance across every non-exempt employee on your shift. Report your shift's performance and variance daily, with the explanation and the fix, not just the number. What Good Looks Like Your shift hits plan without overtime surprises or last-minute heroics. Handoffs are clean enough that the next shift starts producing immediately. Your supervisors make decisions without calling you, and your Cell Leads are being prepared for supervision. Quality on your shift doesn't vary from the other shifts — consistency is the whole point of this layer. Problems reach the Production Manager as "here's what happened and here's what I did," not as an open question. Basic Qualifications 5+ years in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or lab operations, including 2+ years managing supervisors or team leads. Experience with full accountability for a shift or a production area of 75+ hourly employees. Track record owning daily output and quality targets, and explaining variance credibly. Experience with performance management, attendance, and employee relations for a non-exempt workforce. Working knowledge of California wage and hourly requirements for non-exempt employees. Available to own an assigned shift (day, swing, or night) onsite in Santa Clara. Preferred Qualifications Robotics, hardware, AI data collection, advanced manufacturing, or technical lab background. Experience in a quality-gated operation where output is inspected before it counts. Promoted from a supervisor role, or has promoted supervisors from their own team. Comfort pulling and interpreting your own shift data from dashboards or spreadsheets. Continuous improvement background — Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Work Environment and Physical Requirements Onsite robotics lab and warehouse environment; the majority of your shift is spent on the floor. Assigned shift, with occasional cross-shift coverage during ramps, launches, and handoff issues. Must be able to stand and walk the floor for extended periods. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Why This Role Matters Consistency across shifts is what turns a lab into an operation. This role is the reason the third shift produces like the first one, and the reason problems get solved on the floor instead of escalating. Benefits Included in the Offer: - Friendly Working Environment - IT Equipment - Social Activities - Global Mobility Policy - Employee Referral Program - Employee Assistant Program - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - HSA & FSA - 401(k) retirement - Short & Long Term Disability Insurance - Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurance - Telemedicine Benefit - Annual Leave - Paid Public Holidays - Maternity/Paternity Leave Hourly Pay: $71-$81/hour. Location: Seattle, WA Workplace: Remote ABOUT DOCKER Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout. We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default. _______________________________________________________________________ THE ROLE We're building AI-native development practices into how this team works at a foundational level. That means infrastructure design needs to account for a new kind of collaborator: AI agents that generate, deploy, and operate software. The Staff Infrastructure Engineer on this team will keep systems running, define what safe, observable, AI-assisted infrastructure operations look like in practice, and set the standard for how the broader engineering organization follows. _______________________________________________________________________ WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON The Billing Platform Engineering team owns the systems that make Docker's commercial model real. You'll work on problems like: - How do we design infrastructure that makes AI-generated deployments safe to ship and easy to roll back? - How do we instrument billing systems so that failures — billing miscalculations, entitlement gaps, payment errors — are detected immediately and unambiguously? - How do we build infrastructure that scales with usage-based billing workloads without manual intervention? - How do we make the developer experience on this team faster and more reliable — local environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling? _______________________________________________________________________ RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and evolve the infrastructure supporting Billing Platform services: compute, storage, networking, CI/CD, and observability - Design and maintain IaC (Terraform) for billing system infrastructure on AWS; set module patterns and standards for the team - Build and own observability systems — metrics, logging, alerting — with a focus on billing accuracy and payment reliability - Define deployment patterns and runbooks that work well in an AI-agent-assisted development workflow: clear rollback procedures, safe promotion gates, automated validation - Partner with software engineers on service design — bringing infrastructure constraints and operational requirements into the conversation before code is written - Identify systemic risks and drive improvements that span team or organizational boundaries - Lead incident response for billing system issues. This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. - Mentor engineers across the team; your technical judgment should raise the floor for everyone. _______________________________________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles supporting production SaaS systems at scale - Deep AWS expertise: ECS or EKS, RDS (Postgres preferred), networking, IAM, cost management — you've operated these systems under real load and real incidents - Expert-level Terraform; you've designed reusable module patterns and set standards others follow - Experience building and owning observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, or similar) at an organizational level — not just using them - Strong familiarity with CI/CD systems — Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent — including pipeline design and developer experience ownership - Kubernetes at an operational and architectural level - A track record of identifying systemic risks and driving improvements that span team or organizational boundaries - Security-first mindset: threat modeling, blast radius analysis, least-privilege by default, audit trails as a design requirement - Strong written English; at Staff level, written communication is how you scale your influence across teams - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience WHAT SETS YOU APART You don't wait for problems to be handed to you — you find them, frame them, and drive the solution. You've operated at a scope where your decisions affected multiple teams or systems, and you know how to build consensus and move work forward without direct authority. You've thought seriously about what infrastructure needs to look like when AI agents are generating and shipping code — safe deployment patterns, strong observability, clean rollback — and you want to help define that standard here. Experience with billing, payments, or financial systems infrastructure is a meaningful plus. _______________________________________________________________________ WHAT TO EXPECT FIRST 30 DAYS You will ship code in your first week. We run an agent-first development workflow — infrastructure changes start with a plan, specifications are written before generation, and every change is reviewed before it merges — and onboarding is no exception. You will get hands-on with the infrastructure supporting Billing Platform services early, shadow on-call, and build a clear picture of the system before you start making bigger changes. By the end of 30 days you will have shipped real work and know where the most important problems are. FIRST 90 DAYS You will have taken ownership of one or more infrastructure components and delivered an improvement from design to production with measurable impact. You will be an active participant in deployment and reliability discussions, bringing infrastructure constraints and operational requirements into the conversation early — before code is written. You will be a full participant in the on-call rotation and have begun shaping the team's technical direction. ONE YEAR OUTLOOK You will be the team's trusted authority on billing infrastructure. You will have driven meaningful improvements to observability, deployment safety, or platform reliability — and your work will be directly visible in the resilience and correctness of systems that handle real financial transactions for millions of Docker users. You will have helped define what AI-agent-assisted infrastructure operations look like done right, and that standard will be visible beyond this team. Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs. _______________________________________________________________________ COMPENSATION & EQUITY All full-time roles include equity. Final compensation is determined on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and location. United States: $170,350 – $275,550 base ______________________________________________________________________ POSTING INFORMATION - Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role. - AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process. - Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent. ______________________________________________________________________ PERKS & BENEFITS - Remote-first by design – Work from your home, with offices in Seattle and Paris for connection and collaboration. - Flexibility that fits your life – We trust you to manage your schedule while delivering great work. - Time to recharge – Generous PTO, designated quarterly Whaleness Days, and a designated end-of-year Whaleness break. - Home office support – Set up your workspace for comfort and success. - Technology stipend – Equivalent to US$100 net per month to help support your work. - Learning & development – Annual stipend for conferences, courses, certifications, and continued learning. - Parental leave – 16 weeks of paid parental leave after six months of employment. - Equity for all full-time employees – Share in Docker's long-term success as we continue to grow. - Comprehensive benefits – Medical, retirement, and paid holidays vary by country. - Docker swag – Because representing the whale never gets old. Docker is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe diverse teams build better products, make better decisions, and better serve our global community. #LI-REMOTE

Location: San Francisco, California Workplace: Hybrid WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE Notion is building the operating system for knowledge work, and we want people to be able to do substantive knowledge work from their phone. A great native app is what makes that possible. On Android, that means Notion should feel like it was built for the platform: fast to open, smooth to scroll, and reliable offline or on a spotty connection. We’re investing in a more native foundation for how people read, write, and edit in Notion. That lets users capture ideas in the moment, find answers across their workspace, manage tasks and projects, and work with teammates, with the speed, polish, and dependability people expect from the best apps on their phone. As an Android engineer, you’ll help build that native foundation, from how pages render and how people write and edit, to the navigation and app chrome people use every day, like Home, Search, and Inbox, along with the shared frameworks the rest of the app is built on. You’ll work across the Android stack, with chances to dig into our shared Rust layer and the AI tools we use for mobile development. Along the way, you’ll pair with experienced product and mobile AI engineers to find what slows the team down, try new Android capabilities, and help decide what ships in the app. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE - Ship the core Notion experience on Android: Build and polish the surfaces people use every day—opening and reading pages, writing and editing, navigating the app, and the Home, Search, and Inbox tabs—on a native Kotlin and Jetpack Compose stack that is fast to open, smooth to scroll, and dependable offline. - Build with product and design, and iterate fast: Partner with product managers and designers to turn ideas into shipped features, then use feedback and data to make them better. Use AI coding tools and agents to build, test, and investigate faster, while you stay accountable for review, validation, and quality. - By the end of your first year, own a core product area: Take a core part of the Android app, like Home, Inbox, or a piece of the editor, from idea to launch, and shape it into an experience that helps people do their life’s work from their phone. - Make the app feel fast and reliable: Find and fix issues in startup time, scrolling, typing latency, crashes, and memory use across the surfaces you own, and add the tests and monitoring that catch regressions before users do. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING - Solid Android fundamentals: You’ve built and shipped Android apps, through work, internships, or your own projects, and you’re comfortable with modern Android—Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, and Gradle. Experience with a large, modular codebase is a plus. - Care for native UI and performance: You enjoy making UI feel fast and smooth, and you’re curious about things like custom text rendering, complex lazy lists, or rich-text editing. Experience with performance profiling, realtime collaboration, or offline sync is a plus. - Product instincts: You care about how the app feels to use, not just how it works. You sweat the details of interactions and polish, and you use feedback and data to decide what to build next. - Thoughtful problem-solving and clear communication: You build a clear picture of the problem before jumping to a fix, you can explain trade-offs in writing, and you ask for help early when you’re stuck. Experience moving a hybrid or web-based surface to native, or building something from 0→1, is a plus. - AI-native, end-to-end engineering practice: You use AI tools and agents as real collaborators, framing tasks clearly, reviewing generated changes, testing behavior, and designing workflows that make the broader team more effective. Web experience (TypeScript, React, Node) is welcome but not required. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $168,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21 #LI-Onsite A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

Location: New York, NY Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater. ABOUT THE TEAM The LangSmith team owns and builds LangChain's core platform for observability, evaluation, and production reliability of AI systems. From tracing and annotation to run rules, evaluations, and beyond, this team owns LangSmith end-to-end. If you want to define what great AI observability looks like at production scale, this is where that work gets done. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Product Manager to own key parts of LangSmith. Building AI products is changing the way software teams work; LangSmith is the observability, evals and deployment platform that makes shipping reliable AI systems possible. WHAT YOU'LL DO This role sits at the intersection of user experience and production infrastructure. You'll partner with engineers to build features that feel intuitive while solving deeply technical problems: versioning complex prompt chains, debugging multi-step agent failures, or designing evaluation systems that scale from 10 to 10,000 test cases. You'll work directly with customers — from early-stage startups shipping their first agent to enterprises running mission-critical AI systems — to understand where the platform breaks down and what capabilities unlock new workflows. - Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform. - Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features. - Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly. - Help shape product strategy alongside our founders and leadership team. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally building developer tools, infrastructure products, or technical SaaS platforms. - Deeply technical — you can hold your own in conversations about API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues. - Bias toward action — you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than build the perfect solution upfront. - Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision. NICE TO HAVE - Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background. - Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company. - Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications. - Annual salary range: $180,000-$240,000 Compensation Philosophy: We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations. BENEFITS Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Location: Paris Workplace: Remote ABOUT VOODOO Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way. TEAM Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games. You'll join the Portfolio Games Team (PGT) within Live: a small, tech-first and AI-first team that manages and grows a catalogue of 40+ live mobile games played by millions of users worldwide, with many more titles being onboarded. We own the full lifecycle, from game health monitoring and A/B testing to ASO, release management and live operations. To do this at portfolio scale we are building Sophia, our in-house AI agent that already manages games, runs A/B tests and automates store work across dozens of games. Our goal is simple: take humans out of the repetitive loop so the team can focus on making the product better. ROLE We are looking for a freelance Technical Artist to bridge art and engineering in an AI-first studio. Our development side already moves fast with Sophia; art production is now the bottleneck. Your mission is to set up the conventions, tools and pipelines that let AI generate, check and integrate 2D and 3D assets across our portfolio with minimal human intervention. By Q1 2027 we want Sophia running full art and 3D flows end to end, and you will be key to getting there. You will work day to day with our dev lead and the engineer who owns our AI/Figma/Unity art workflows, and with the art team. - Define art conventions and standards (naming, structure, layout rules for UI, banners and store assets) so that assets can be produced and validated automatically, not hand-polished one by one - Build tools and scripts in art software (Maya, plus Photoshop/Illustrator where useful) that check and fix assets automatically, e.g. validating that 3D meshes are watertight, within poly budgets and correctly set up, so an AI agent can run them as part of a pipeline - Optimise 3D models and meshes (topology, polygon count, UVs, LODs) and textures (compression, sizes, atlases) for mobile, without sacrificing visual quality - Own the Unity import pipeline: import settings, asset post-processors and automation so assets land in our games correctly and consistently - Integrate AI generation tools (image, 3D, animation) into production workflows and evaluate new ones as they appear - Help scale animated assets (e.g. animated store banners and promo visuals) across many games through templates and automation rather than manual work - Debug and fix graphical and performance issues across mobile devices; support shaders, VFX and particles where needed - Document everything so the pipelines keep running and improving after setup PROFILE - 5+ years as a Technical Artist, ideally in mobile games - Hands-on experience using AI in art production (e.g. Scenario, Flux, 3D generation tools, ComfyUI or similar), and a mindset of automating rather than perfecting by hand - Strong understanding of 3D models and meshes and how to optimise them; you don't need to be a 3D modeller, but you know what makes a mesh production-ready - Strong Unity skills: asset import and optimisation, C# scripting for editor tools; Shader Graph/HLSL, VFX and particles are a plus - Experience building tooling for art software, in particular Maya (Python and/or MEL) - Solid grounding in Photoshop and Illustrator: the "art" in technical art matters to us - Good understanding of mobile constraints (performance, memory, draw calls, batching) - Autonomous, pragmatic and deadline-driven: you know when an asset is good enough and move on - Fluent written and spoken English NICE TO HAVE - Python scripting outside art tools (pipelines, batch processing, APIs) - Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and LLM-based agents - Figma, and experience with UI/store assets for mobile games (ASO) - Substance or similar texturing tools; GPU profiling
