OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end partnership strategy for Sierra’s US, Canada, and UK Government & SLED ecosystem, identifying, prioritizing, recruiting, and structuring the systems integrator, reseller, distributor, and strategic alliances that will most accelerate Sierra’s growth and expand our public-sector reach.
- Build and lead joint go-to-market strategies with key partners, developing compelling joint value propositions, identifying priority accounts and use cases, and aligning sales motions, pipeline goals, and shared success metrics to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Build a scalable partner program and enablement engine from the ground up, including training, certification paths, sales plays, field-facing materials, commercial frameworks, and onboarding programs that give partners the tools and confidence to effectively position, sell, and deliver Sierra.
- Own and grow strategic partner relationships from initial engagement through long-term success, cultivating executive-level sponsorship while establishing the operating rhythms, joint planning, business reviews, governance, and scorecards needed to keep partnerships accountable, productive, and scaling over time.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sierra and the broader public-sector partner ecosystem, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal; bringing market intelligence and partner feedback back into Sierra; representing the company at key industry and procurement events; and using pipeline and performance data to determine where to invest, course-correct, or evolve our partnership strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel strategy, with significant experience across US, Canada, and/or UK Government and SLED markets and a proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that drive engagement and pipeline.
- Strong relationships across the government technology ecosystem, including resellers, systems integrators, distributors, and strategic partners such as Carahsoft, Deloitte, Accenture Federal Services, or comparable public-sector organizations.
- Deep understanding of government procurement and public-sector requirements, including RFPs/RFIs, cooperative purchasing vehicles, GSA schedules, CCS/G-Cloud frameworks, Canadian procurement vehicles, and relevant compliance, security, and accessibility requirements.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to earn senior-level trust and sponsorship while developing GTM frameworks, enablement programs, and operating cadences that scale partnerships.
- AI fluency and a builder mindset, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools and insights in day-to-day work and applying that knowledge to partnerships around an AI-native product like Sierra, along with the ability to travel across the US, Canada, and UK as needed.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience working at or partnering closely with government-focused organizations such as Carahsoft, Deloitte, or Accenture Federal, ideally within a high-growth enterprise company where you helped build and scale a public-sector partner ecosystem.
- Experience structuring and growing strategic partnerships, including negotiating commercial terms, developing co-sell and governance frameworks, and driving joint GTM initiatives, customer events, executive engagement, and partner marketing programs.
- Knowledge of the government technology landscape, ideally including CX/customer service technology, AI/ML applications and public-sector AI policy/procurement trends, with an existing security clearance or eligibility to obtain one where applicable.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:

- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized

These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

The Senior Software Development Team Coordinator (Thailand) is the operational right hand of the Thailand Team Leader within the Sitebuilders Chiang Mai team. This role supports the Team Leader to operate at a strategic and technical level — by owning the people rhythm and day-to-day operational layer of the Thailand hub. The Software Development Team Coordinator reports directly to the Thailand Team Leader and works in close partnership to ensure strong team operations, delivery consistency, and people development across the Thailand hub. This role is not intended to act as a buffer between the Team Leader and the team, but rather as a strong operational partner who increases the effectiveness of both. Success in this role is measured by the health and performance of the team, as well as by the Team Leader’s ability to focus on high-impact strategic and technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Development
• Serve as the primary people manager for Thailand-based engineers — owning regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, and individual development plans in close coordination with the Team Leader.
• Monitor team morale, identify and report risks early, and address interpersonal issues with discretion before they escalate to the Team Leader.
• Support engineers' career progression by identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps, aligned with the Team Leader and UXM Architect’s technical direction.
• Lead onboarding coordination for new Thailand-based hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team's ways of working.
• Build and reinforce a team culture of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement — consistent with the Team Leader's vision for the team.
Delivery & Operational Coordination
• Track Kanban progress across the Thailand team, ensuring blockers are surfaced and resolved without pulling the Team Leader away from technical priorities.
• Manage day-to-day task allocation and priority adjustments in fast-switching delivery cycles within a Kanban system.
• Compile and deliver structured monthly reports to upper management layers detailing overall team status, KPI metrics, operational delivery risks, and sensitive people or performance issues. Every identified issue, bottleneck, or risk must be accompanied by a concrete, actionable remediation plan to improve and resolve the situation dynamically.
• Oversee accurate time logging and estimation integrity across the team (including for the Deputy role itself).
Technical Contribution & Stability Support
• Assist the Front-End Team Leader in identifying potential personnel or project risks and help formulate contingency plans.
• Support the Project Anchors and the Stability Unit by ensuring developers are available and focused during critical production fixes.
• Maintain sufficient technical credibility to follow engineering discussions, understand the team’s work, and ask relevant questions. While this role is not the primary technical authority, it is expected to operate confidently and effectively within technical conversations.
• Act as a first-level escalation point for day-to-day operational and process questions, resolving escalations before it reaches the Team Leader.
• Uphold UXM documentation requirements and Definition of Done compliance within the team.
Hiring Support
• Participate in hiring panels for Thailand-based frontend roles, providing structured feedback on culture fit, communication, and working style.
• Assist in scoping role requirements in coordination with the Team Leader.
Requirements
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a people management or team coordination role in a tech team.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Front End frameworks and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS (React, Angular etc.)). We value the ability to translate technical constraints into project timelines, ensuring you can accurately assess scope and complexity during the planning phase.
• Genuine people leadership instinct — you find energy in developing others, you notice when someone is struggling before they say it, and you handle sensitive conversations with care.
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure — the team should feel steadier because you are in the room.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and leadership mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English; able to represent team dynamics and delivery status clearly to the Team Leader and upward when needed.
• iGaming or SaaS platform experience is an advantage.
Here's what we offer:
· Start with 20 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year (up to 30 days by your fifth year with us), along with 13 public holidays per year.

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven SDR to join our intake pod - the team that runs new clients through their first three months at Belkins. Each pod is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy through the pilot, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This structure means the technical side of outreach is handled for you - your focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments.
You will work across multiple pilot-stage client projects at once (typically 3-4), running high-volume cold calling via power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because every account is brand new, the meetings you book in the first weeks carry extra weight - they're often a client's first real proof that the engagement is working.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple (3-4) pilot-stage client projects at once - every account brand-new, so there's no history to lean on and no slow ramp-up;
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script;
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern - with only three months on the clock, a slow week can't go unnoticed.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns -responding within 4–8 working hours, handling objections in writing, and nurturing prospects until they convert into confirmed meetings;
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years
of outbound SDR experience with a strong
cold calling background
;
Fluent English - written and spoken - comfortable working across US and European time zones;
Metrics-driven:
you track your dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to improve them;
Strong objection handling and a consistent track record of landing next steps;
Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record yet, and able to manage multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
Reliable
CRM hygiene
and disciplined follow-up across all open threads;
Self-starting and proactive - you hold your pace without needing external pressure.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. adjoe Ads is our programmatic in-app advertising platform that seamlessly connects advertisers and publishers through direct integration of our Android and iOS SDKs. Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment.
Where 50 Billion Daily Predictions Begin
The User Experience team is the origin point of adjoe Ads. Everything the system knows about a user, every prediction the ML models make, every bid placed in an auction. It all starts with code this team ships.
The team owns two responsibilities. On the SDK side, a native Kotlin and Swift code runs inside hundreds of publisher apps. It participates in 120 million daily auctions, renders ad creatives across multiple formats, and captures the behavioral signals that power 50 billion predictions per day. The constraint that defines this work: you're executing inside someone else's app, on someone else's device, with zero tolerance for instability. Every ad impression has to feel native and fast to the user.
On the analytics side, the dashboards, investigation tools, and data frameworks that turn raw data into decisions: real-time revenue performance across active campaigns, infrastructure cost visibility, and data quality assessments. If a number matters to the business or to engineering, this team makes it accessible.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Auction & Marketplace Analytics: You will monitor core ad exchange KPIs—including bid rates, win rates, timeout rates, eCPM, and render rates—and run deep dives to uncover bidding patterns and supply path optimization (SPO) opportunities. We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in AdTech (Programmatic, Ad Exchange, SSP, or DSP) who understands what drives marketplace health and revenue.
- A/B Testing & Revenue Strategy: You will design, track, and evaluate A/B tests for product features, floor pricing rules, and traffic shaping algorithms. We are looking for a data-driven thinker who loves solving business puzzles, testing commercial hypotheses, and proving what actually moves the needle on product performance.

Impact of a Billing Systems Architect
As an Enterprise Billing Systems Architect at Upsun, you are the technical anchor of our billing infrastructure, playing a vital role in ensuring our revenue operations, pricing structures, and financial integrations run seamlessly as our business scales. Picking up primary ownership from our implementation partner, you serve as the dedicated technical lead bridging Finance, Product, and Engineering.
You’re deeply analytical, systems-minded, and collaborative—someone who thrives on translating complex business, pricing, and accounting rules into reliable system logic. Working downstream from our core engineering and data mediation teams, you ensure the integrity of our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) platform while continuously optimizing platform performance and automation.
Beyond day-to-day platform administration, you contribute to the long-term evolution of our billing architecture—supporting new pricing model launches, complex usage rating schemes, and financial system integrations. Your attention to detail, technical versatility, and cross-functional mindset ensure our revenue pipeline remains scalable, compliant, and friction-free.
What to expect
Billing Infrastructure & Administration:
Serve as the hands-on technical owner of our BillingPlatform environment, configuring catalogs, price cards, usage rating rules, and automated invoice schedules.
System Operations & Maintenance:
Own ongoing platform health, including system updates, pricing launches, recurring bill-run troubleshooting, sync exception handling, and root-cause issue resolution.
Data Ingestion & Analysis:
Utilize SQL to perform data validation, rating engine auditing, and operational reporting while collaborating with Engineering to receive mediated usage data (e.g., via DigitalRoute or Kafka).
Integrations & API Management:
Maintain and optimize clean, API-driven integrations connecting BillingPlatform to upstream CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), downstream ERP/GL tools (e.g., NetSuite), and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
Revenue Recognition Alignment:
Partner closely with Accounting to ensure system rating rules, revenue schedules, and general ledger mappings satisfy ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Gather technical and operational requirements directly from Accounting, Finance, Sales Ops, and Product teams, translating their vision into sustainable platform configuration.
Data Integrity & Migration:
Maintain billing data continuity and manage subscription data updates or migrations without disrupting ongoing financial operations or revenue recognition flows.
What you bring
Q2C Platform Experience:
Proven hands-on experience configuring and administering enterprise Quote-to-Cash or billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ, NetSuite Billing, Aria Systems, or BillingPlatform).
Data & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency with SQL for querying and auditing billing data, alongside a solid grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL workflows.
Modern Pricing Expertise:
Experience supporting complex SaaS or infrastructure pricing models—such as PLG, hybrid commitment-plus-usage, tiered rates, and consumption-based/metered billing.
Revenue Recognition Knowledge:
Practical understanding of rev rec fundamentals (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and how accounting rules dictate billing engine design.
Cross-Functional Communication:
Ability to bridge technical language and financial business logic, effectively collaborating with engineering teams and accounting stakeholders alike.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
A methodical approach to diagnosing system sync errors, rating anomalies, and integration edge cases to ensure operational continuity.
