Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Commercial (Mid-Market) Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 500-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 and high growth organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex, six-figure, multi-product, platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in San Francisco/Bay Area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, about 30-40%.

What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of closing experience in commercial, mid-market, or enterprise sales, including experience selling to organizations with 500+ employees.
- A consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas in the range of $1 million or more and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Experience selling enterprise platforms or integrated solutions rather than only transactional or stand-alone products.
- Experience creating pipeline through account planning, territory prioritization, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up, with the persistence to build new opportunities.
- The ability to engage security, identity, information technology, DevOps, platform engineering, and executive stakeholders, connecting technical priorities to clear business outcomes.
- Strong account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, negotiation, and executive communication skills, with a track record of winning new customers and expanding existing relationships.
- Preferred: Experience with cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access, cloud security, endpoint security, developer security, software as a service (SaaS) governance, or related technologies; experience selling to technology companies is also valuable.
Bonus points for:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
What you can expect:
• Develop and execute account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
• Build relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, including Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), identity leaders, security architects, and engineering teams.
• Create qualified pipeline by identifying whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, compelling events, and new use cases across identity security, AI adoption, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that connect an immediate customer need to a broader Unified Access strategy spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, information technology, DevOps, engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
• Structure and negotiate multi-year, multi-product agreements while maintaining accurate opportunity data, forecasts, mutual action plans, and close plans.
• Partner with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, channels, alliances, product, marketing, legal, and deal teams to win new customers and expand existing relationships through meaningful customer engagement.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

on what that will take.
About this role
GiveDirectly has delivered more than $1B in cash directly to more than 2 million people living in poverty across 15 countries. We believe cash transfers are one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid, with the research to back it up.
We are growing at an unprecedented scale. By the end of 2027, we will have more than tripled dollars delivered via our current playbook to $750M+, while building toward a step-change of roughly 10x on a new technology stack and operating model. We also believe that we could deliver significant incremental money through external partnerships, whether by sourcing verified lists from an institutional partner like UNHCR, subgranting to partners with existing distribution capacity, or routing funds directly through an established remittance provider.
To evaluate and advance these external opportunities to increase our delivery capacity, we are building a lean internal consulting team. In this role, you will work with high autonomy to elaborate a comprehensive set of options and rigorously evaluate, prioritize, and implement them. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work directly with our Executive team, Country Directors, and external partners. The work is in an early stage, the mandate is wide, and the recommendations you make have the potential to influence delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars.
This role is especially well suited to structured problem-solvers with Director or Team Lead-level experience in consulting, strategy, or operations, in business or social impact contexts. This role is funded through the end of 2027, deliberately matched to the window in which these decisions need to be made. We see a strong case for it to become a permanent function beyond that.
What you'll do
Build and prioritize a portfolio of options
. Generate a comprehensive set of external pathways to increase delivery capacity, from institutional data partnerships to outsourced delivery to telco and payment provider arrangements, and rank them on scale, speed, feasibility, and what it would cost us to pursue them.
Pressure test opportunities to a clear verdict
. Run primary diligence on the options that warrant it, including direct engagement with potential partners, regulators, and counsel, and reach a defensible recommendation to advance or stop.
Advance one or two priorities from evaluation into implementation
. Take the opportunities we select from recommendation through to a live pilot, holding the counterparty relationship and coordinating the cross-functional internal work required to deliver.
Define and run competitive solicitations
. Articulate what we need from a partner precisely enough to publish an RFP (or similar), set selection criteria, and manage and evaluate the responses.
Negotiate with institutional counterparties
. Lead engagement with UN agencies, INGOs, mobile network operators, and government bodies, from first contact through to signed agreement.
Equip Executive decision-making
. Produce the analysis and written recommendations that let the Executive team decide where to commit money and capacity.
What we're looking for
A driven, disciplined explorer of unfamiliar territory.
You have personally taken a mandate as broad as "find us more ways to deliver” and turned it into a short list of options you pressure tested until you arrived at a recommendation. You translate ambiguous ideas into clear strategies with milestones and success metrics. You have done this with no playbook and no team assigned to you. Your work influenced high-stakes strategic decisions.
Strong analytical instincts.
You are adept at using data to generate insights and drive decision-making. You can build comparable estimates for structurally different options, and show what would have to be true for each one to work.
A negotiator who uses leverage intelligently.
You can assess what an institution's incentives and compliance requirements will allow. You position opportunities for collaboration shrewdly, distinguish a difficult but workable partnership from one that will not advance, and judge when to persist, change your approach, or walk away.
A clear, direct communicator.
You cut through complexity and influence senior stakeholders with concise, well-structured thinking. Your recommendations lead with what you think we should do, name the assumptions they depend on, and state what further work would test them.
Embody and set an example for GD values.
We take
our values
incredibly seriously, and expect the people who represent us externally to embody them in all aspects of their work.
Additional areas we’re interested in, though not required
Experience with humanitarian or institutional donors, particularly UN agencies and INGO consortia; mobile money, telco, or payments partnerships; grantmaking, organizational due diligence, or cost-effectiveness assessments; running challenge funds or competitive solicitations; negotiating data-sharing and data-protection agreements; and operating in low-income or infrastructure-constrained markets.
Compensation
The salaries shown below represent annual rates for our common hiring locations. This is a term-limited role through December 2027, so the figure reflects the annualized pay rate, not a guaranteed total over the term. The figure below is also based on external & internal benchmarks, but will be ultimately approved by the hiring manager. If candidates are not located in the US, UK, or Kenya, the hiring manager can provide compensation information during the initial screening.

If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

- 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or a related function within a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)/Revenue Cloud, including resolving complex quoting and cross-object issues.
- Strong understanding of commercial deal structures, including annual recurring revenue (ARR), multi-year agreements, amendments, renewals, co-terms, ramps, stub billing, bundled products, and discounting.
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes, documentation, approval workflows, and commercial policies in an evolving environment.
- Sound commercial judgment and the ability to balance customer and seller needs with pricing discipline, revenue integrity, and business risk.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively without formal authority and explain complex commercial concepts clearly.
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI), automation, or workflow tools to reduce manual work and improve the quote-to-cash process is preferred.
What you can expect:
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs), Sales Managers, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on complex, non-standard, and high-impact deals.
- Advise on deal structure, pricing, terms, discounting, approvals, amendments, renewals, co-terms, ramps, bundled products, and other commercial considerations.
- Review and execute deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, ensuring quotes and contracts are accurate, complete, and ready for approval and invoicing.
- Build the foundations of the Commercial Deal Desk, including intake processes, approval routing, discount governance, exception handling, service-level agreements (SLAs), and documentation.
- Create playbooks, training materials, office hours, and practical guidance that help sales teams navigate commercial processes and quoting tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI tooling, and CPQ configuration, while partnering with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Use deal data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, improve deal quality, and recommend changes that support efficient, sustainable growth.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Software Factory, a new product area that puts AI agents on every stage of the development loop — triaging an issue, planning it, writing the code, and checking the result — while keeping people on the judgment calls. Human time and human attention have become the bottleneck, and the opportunity is to move towards automation of continuous software maintenance and improvement. You will define how agents help fix bugs, implement features, improve performance, mitigate security issues, improve code quality, and increase test coverage. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Software Factory.
Define the workflow model — how work moves through classification, analysis, implementation, and review, and where the handoff back to a person belongs
Own the trust and quality bar: evals, verification, retry behavior, and what the factory is permitted to touch without human approval
Define how factories integrate with where engineering work already lives, including GitHub and Linear, and with agent harnesses such as Codex and Claude Code, as well as new dedicated surfaces for interacting with factory agents.
Shape the memory and context model that lets a factory accumulate real knowledge of a repository over time
Work directly with design partners and Enterprise customers adopting factories against their own codebases
What you need
You've worked on developer tooling products, ideally CI/CD, code review, developer productivity, or AI coding tools
You have deep hands-on experience with coding agents and a substantiated point of view on where they succeed and where they fail today
You have the technical depth to reason about agent orchestration, evals, context management, and sandboxed execution
You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted
You have experience with products whose output is probabilistic, including defining acceptance bars and measuring quality over time
You have experience working directly with design partners or Enterprise customers on adopting new engineering workflows
Bonus if you
Have worked on multi-agent systems or agent orchestrators.
Have worked on evals or systematic measurement of AI output quality
Have worked on products adopted bottom-up by individual developers before spreading to teams
Have run or operated a large open-source project
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Workplace: Remote
ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
OVERVIEW
We are hiring an Applied AI Strategy & Ops Lead to own and evolve our internal tooling ecosystem across Ops. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real ownership. You’ll work across a range of tools including support platforms, AI-driven systems, and internal automations to improve how our day-to-day operations function.
You'll act like a product manager, sitting at the intersection of Operations, Engineering, and our frontline teams. You’ll partner closely with Ops leadership to set priorities, then turn them into results: refining the systems we already have, introducing new tools where they’re needed, and making sure our stack scales with the business.
This is not a AI/MI engineer or developer role. You won’t be writing production code. If your background is primarily software development, this role probably isn’t the right fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the roadmap for Ops tooling: gather needs from Ops leadership and frontline teams, prioritize based on impact, and make clear trade-offs.
- Design and improve workflows and automations across our support platform, AI tools, and internal systems, configuring them yourself where it makes sense.
- Partner with engineers and developers to scope requirements, write technical specs, and prioritize tooling work that matters most to Ops.
- Execute against high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the operational stack.
- Translate defined problems into practical, well-scoped technical solutions
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current tooling and proactively address them
- Troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and ensure tools perform effectively in production
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in how our systems connect and operate together
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Product thinking: You’ve owned a tool, process, or internal product end to end, from defining the problem to measuring the result.
- Technical Fluency - You’re comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling. You can build and debug independently and hold your own in technical conversations with engineers.
- Execution Discipline - You take defined problems and drive them through to completion. You manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain a high bar for quality and reliability.
- Systems Thinking - You understand how tools, workflows, and dependencies connect. You look for ways to improve how systems operate together, not just individual components.
- Problem Solving - You can take loosely defined or scoped problems and translate them into practical, well-structured solutions.
- Ownership Mindset - You take responsibility for delivering high-quality work and improving the team’s day-to-day operations through better tooling and processes.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with support platforms such as Zendesk
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation workflows
- Background in Ops, Support, or CX environments
- Experience working with evolving or fragmented tooling stacks
HIRING PROCESS

- Case Study
- Case Interview with a team member

- Final Culture Interview with Executive Leadership

- You move fast, test, and iterate quickly.
- You ask questions when you're stuck on something.
- You are excited to be part of a growing team.
BONUS:
- You have experience building SDKs.
- You have experience in server driven user interfaces.
- You have shipped your own app to Google Play or the App Store.
- You have experience in Python or other backend development.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:

- Open your first pull request and deploy changes to be used by 32,000+ apps.
- Onboard into our codebase by working on your very first project and shipping it 😺
- Learn how we maintain as much transparency as possible with our work in GitHub.
- Begin reviewing code and add to our engineering culture.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Be able to scope and work on projects self-sufficiently.
- Participate in code reviews, and contribute in other ways (testing, visibility, etc.) to improve reliability and quality of the codebase.
- Understand every product owned by your team.
- Understand and improve many of the codebases that the team works with.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Be the most knowledgeable person on several key features.
- Have your own initiatives for improving the code base and our infrastructure.

THE ROLE
We are hiring a Team Lead, Web3 to lead a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, smart contract and QA engineers in XsollaZK, Xsolla's Web3 ecosystem on a zkSync-based L2. Your team builds:
smart wallets built on account abstraction;
SDKs that game studios and partners use to bring players on-chain;
infrastructure backend services for tokenizing in-game items and currencies;
ecosystem dApps: a DEX, an NFT marketplace and an auction.
This is a management role. Most of your time goes to people and delivery: building the team, growing engineers, and making delivery predictable. The rest goes to technical leadership: architecture, reviews and hands-on code where it matters.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The team: hiring, onboarding, growth and performance of frontend, backend, smart contract and QA engineers
Delivery: predictable commitments, a sustainable pace and the quality of what the team ships
How the team works: processes, engineering standards and an AI-assisted workflow
Relationships with Product, DevOps and other
Xsolla
product teams: priorities, dependencies and expectations
The technical direction of the team's product area: on-chain / off-chain architecture and key technical decisions, justified in writing
Security and reliability of what the team ships: signing flows, contracts that hold user assets, production operation and the team's on-call rotation
WHAT YOU WILL DO
People
Set clear goals and expectations for each engineer
Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews and career development conversations; give direct feedback and address underperformance
Hire engineers across disciplines: define roles, run interviews and onboard new people
Grow engineers through mentoring and build the team's next leaders
Build a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and continuous learning
Delivery
Work with Product to shape requirements, estimate and plan work
Manage scope, workload, risks and dependencies so the team delivers on its commitments
Report progress, risks and blockers to stakeholders
Lead the team through production incidents and post-mortems
Continuously improve development processes and team efficiency
Technical leadership
Review architecture and critical code across backend, frontend and smart contracts, with a focus on edge cases specific to
Xsolla
products: smart wallets, tokenization of in-game items and currencies, marketplace and auction flows
Lead key decisions on smart wallet integration (UserOperations, paymaster and gas sponsorship), session keys and the signing flow
Identify systemic risks (key management, signature phishing, bundler and
RPC
dependencies) and make sure they are addressed before they become incidents
Contribute hands-on to critical features when needed
Set up AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) and drive its adoption across the team
REQUIRED
Management experience
5+ years of engineering management experience
Managing cross-functional teams that combine several disciplines (for example frontend, backend, smart contracts and QA)
Teams you led shipped dApps to production and maintained them
People leadership
Hiring and building teams: defining roles, running interviews, onboarding
Performance management: setting goals, giving feedback, running performance reviews, handling underperformance
Growing engineers: career plans, mentoring
Delivery and stakeholders
Delivery planning: estimation, sprint planning, managing scope, risks and dependencies
Working with Product and other teams on priorities and trade-offs; explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
Leading a team through production incidents and post-mortems
Balancing management with hands-on technical work
Technical depth
A strong technical background: hands-on engineering experience across the Web3 stack, deep enough to lead technical decisions and review work on each layer:
Web3 libraries and wallets: viem and wagmi in production; how wallet signers work (EOAs, browser and embedded wallets, smart accounts, EIP-191, EIP-712, EIP-1193); smart wallets (UserOperations, paymasters, ERC-1271)
Backend: Go and TypeScript (Node.js); processing on-chain events (idempotency, reorgs, retries); asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ or
NATS
); PostgreSQL and Redis; REST and gRPC API design
Frontend: React and TypeScript; web security fundamentals (
XSS
,
CSRF
,
CSP
, safe handling of signatures and keys in the browser)
Smart contracts: reading Solidity and the
EVM
(storage, gas, proxy upgrade patterns, access control); common vulnerability classes (reentrancy, front-running /
MEV
, oracle manipulation, signature replay)
Operations: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD; observability (we use Datadog; experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Graylog or OpenTelemetry also counts)
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Spoken English at B2 level or higher
Nice to Have
ZK
Stack and

, system contracts (ContractDeployer, NonceHolder), L1↔L2 messaging, bridging and finality
Smart contract development in Solidity with Foundry
Deeper account abstraction: ERC-4337 EntryPoint versions and validation rules (ERC-7562, ERC-6492), modular accounts (ERC-7579 / ERC-6900), session keys and delegated permissions (ERC-7710 / ERC-7715), EIP-7702
Hands-on experience with wallet and
AA
infrastructure technologies (Sequence, thirdweb, Privy, Dynamic, Turnkey, Pimlico, Alchemy, ZeroDev, Safe{Core}), with clear views on build versus buy
Key management:
HSM

Managing distributed or remote teams
Gaming or fintech experience with high-load systems
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing.
Significant technical decisions are written up as an
RFC
or
ADR
that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering.
We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
