ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for strong engineers with experience building software that developers love to work with. Our ideal candidate is someone with a demonstrated drive to build beautiful abstractions that enhance developer productivity.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Improve the developer and agent experience of our SDK and CLI
- Develop new primitives to meet demand for entirely new areas that arise as a result of the ongoing industry transformation
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years of experience developing high-quality Python, JavaScript, or Go applications or libraries where the code is used or interacted with by other developers
- You have a strong code-as-product sense that manifests as a focus on developer ergonomics and productivity
- You understand async programming, concurrency management, and their pitfalls
- You have a high level of customer empathy, good communication skills, and an openness to working directly with our users to help solve their problems
- You’re able to participate in our on-call rotation and respond to production incidents

See yourself at Twilio
Join Twilio as a Program Manager, Carrier Operations & Governance — a tech-forward business analyst and program manager within a brand-new function built from the ground up to reshape how Twilio manages, governs, and optimizes its global telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem.
About the job
This isn't a role that inherits an existing playbook — it's a role that writes one. Twilio is building a highly visible, cross-functional operations & governance team dedicated to optimizing its telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem. Reporting into leadership that maintains regular cadences with Twilio's CEO, CFO, CRO, and Audit Committee, you will serve as the primary owner of critical end-to-end improvements spanning multiple areas of the business, and build internal operating models that unlock new levels of operational maturity and rigor.
In this role, you will bring together, understand, and implement the policies, processes, systems, tools, and controls necessary to build a world-class operating environment. You will own the creation and stand-up of the team operating model, cadences, and runbooks while taking direct ownership of the team's internal Run-the-Business (RTB) engine.
If you thrive in high-visibility environments, love designing systems from first principles, and want to own program execution end-to-end, this opportunity is built for you.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead program execution across four core pillars:
Cross-Functional Governance & Leadership
Drive Visible Governance Programs:
Serve as the core Program Manager for a highly visible, cross-functional governance initiative spanning multiple areas of the business - including building and operationalizing programs from diagnosis, design, implementation, and change management
Maintain Executive Visibility:
Package and present operational narratives, risks, and performance metrics to cross-functional leadership, feeding into C-suite and Audit Committee reviews.
Implement Core Infrastructure:
Lead end-to-end process improvements across carrier operations — understanding, synthesizing, and deploying cohesive policies, workflows, systems/tools, and data-driven controls.
Operating Model, Enablement & Team Infrastructure
Build Team Foundations:
Design and stand up the new Carrier Operations & Governance operating model, operational cadences, and internal team structures.
Author Runbooks & Standards:
Author, maintain, and roll out standard operational runbooks, supply policies, and Rules of Engagement (ROEs) for internal stakeholders and carrier partners.
Design Enablement & Change Management:
Design and create comprehensive enablement programs, training materials, and frameworks to accelerate organizational transformation — actively shifting teams from relationship- and assumption-driven decision-making to a rigorously governed, data-informed operating model.
Insights & Reporting
Business Intelligence:
Leverage quantitative research, machine learning models, performance monitoring, and scalable data foundations that enable fast, economically sound insights.
Data & Reporting Quality:
Execute analytical requests from IRSG, Legal, Finance, and GTM stakeholders, delivering accurate data pulls, ad-hoc analyses, and structured summaries. Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting pipelines.
Design Enablement & Change Management:
Design and create comprehensive enablement programs, training materials, and frameworks to accelerate organizational transformation — actively shifting teams from relationship- and assumption-driven decision-making to a rigorously governed, data-informed operating model.
Drive Team RTB Engine:
Own and manage the day-to-day Run-the-Business (RTB) cadence at the team level, ensuring operational momentum and accountability.
Facilitate Operational Rhythms:
Facilitate regular operational forums, including team OKR tracking, and deal approval workflows.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As we scale our product surface area, we’re looking for Product Managers who are excited to own a variety of high-impact products, and drive outsized outcomes in hard-to-solve and ambiguous problem spaces. This is a role designed for builders who thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex user and workflow problems, and take full ownership of outcomes - from defining the problem space to shipping, scaling, and driving real customer and business impact.
As a Product Manager, you will be accountable for setting the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of one or more core product areas. This is not a “manage the roadmap” role—it’s a “make it successful” role. You’ll develop a deep understanding of users, their day-to-day workflows, and the broader ecosystem they operate in. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems to solve and turn messy, real-world complexity into simple, scalable experiences. You will hold the standard on quality, and not rest until your product is creating the level of impact in the field that you expect.
You’ll work closely with design, engineering, customer-facing teams, and other product managers. You will lead product discovery, define clear requirements, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and push products from 0→1 and from 1→scale with urgency and clarity. This is a highly cross-functional and user-centered role—ideal for someone who loves building foundational experiences that make complex work feel effortless.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the success of one or more core product areas, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact - not just outputs, timelines, or feature delivery.
- Define and drive product vision and strategy by synthesizing user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a clear, scalable roadmap.
- Lead product discovery through user interviews, workflow mapping, usability testing, shadowing, and qualitative/quantitative research.
- Translate ambiguous, messy problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and intuitive experiences.
- Build, launch, and iterate on new capabilities from 0→1 and from 1→scale, ensuring fast learning cycles and high-quality execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with design and engineering to translate product vision into intuitive user experiences that are technically feasible and built to scale.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure strong product adoption, clarity of value, and real customer impact.
- Set a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the platform.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, workflow-heavy products, or operationally complex environments.
- Proven ability to take ambiguous product ideas from concept to launch and from prototype to real-world usage, with thoughtful prioritization of the highest-impact problems.
- Strong user instincts: You care deeply about how products feel, flow, and fit into people’s daily work and can uncover user needs through strong product discovery practices.
- Technical fluency: Able to break down how complex systems work under the hood, distill technical needs and constraints, and partner with engineering to make smart tradeoffs.
- Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate product decisions, tradeoffs, and priorities to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative leader: demonstrated ability to lead across design, engineering, CX, and go-to-market teams to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum.
- Bias to action: energized by moving fast, testing ideas, learning from feedback, and iterating.
- Ownership mindset: accountable for outcomes, comfortable operating in low-structure environments, and eager to lead end-to-end.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp already serves thousands of organizations in industries where financial operations work differently: construction companies that manage spend by job and cost code, nonprofits that report by fund and grant, and public-sector organizations accountable for every taxpayer dollar.
We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to turn those differences into a durable growth advantage.
You will own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, beginning with Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector. You will decide where Ramp should invest, become the resident expert on how finance works in those markets, influence the product roadmap, and build the cross-product narratives and motions that help Ramp win.
This is not a content-only, campaign-only, or sales-enablement role. You will own the full vertical business read: market choice, ICP, product readiness, positioning, pipeline, win rate, activation, adoption, attach, campaign performance, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the vertical portfolio strategy. Build the business cases, opportunity sizing, segmentation, and priority order that determine where Ramp invests and where it does not.
- Own the vertical business number. Define the scorecard for each priority vertical: pipeline, win rate, attach, workflow adoption, product activation, channel performance, and customer proof.
- Become the market expert. Understand the financial workflows, buying dynamics, regulatory requirements, technology ecosystems, and competitive landscape of each priority industry.
- Influence the product roadmap. Translate market evidence into clear product requirements and help Product distinguish table stakes from differentiators.
- Build industry-specific, cross-product narratives. Package Ramp's cards, expenses, accounts payable, procurement, banking, treasury, travel, and accounting automation around the jobs each vertical needs to get done.
- Own GTM strategy end to end. Define the ICP, audience, positioning, claims, proof, channel strategy, launch plan, sales motion, and adoption plan for each priority vertical.
- Lead market-facing programs. Represent Ramp in the industry through webinars, customer sessions, partner moments, field events, advisory groups, and executive conversations where domain credibility matters.
- Make Sales better at winning. Build workflow-based pitch narratives, sales plays, proof, competitive guidance, and demos that help sellers lead with the customer's industry problem instead of a list of Ramp products.
- Run the operating cadence. Bring Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance into one readout: what is moving, what is stuck, what we learned, and what changes next.
- Build the customer and partner feedback loop. Develop trusted relationships with finance leaders, operators, ERP and implementation partners, associations, and sellers closest to the market.
- Create the verticalization playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking a vertical from market signal to product requirements, GTM package, measurable growth motion, and scaled investment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, growth, sales strategy, or another strategic GTM function, including significant ownership of product or industry outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience building GTM strategy for a specific industry or workflow-heavy market. You should arrive with a strong point of view on verticalization.
- Deep familiarity with at least one of the following: Construction or A&E software, accounting and ERP workflows, nonprofits, public sector, procurement, accounts payable, or financial operations.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, competitive, market, and funnel evidence.
- Experience owning integrated B2B campaigns from audience definition and brief through execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong data literacy. You can interpret pipeline, conversion, win rate, attach, adoption, and channel performance and turn the findings into a decision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a business case for executives, a product narrative for the market, and a sales play that works in a customer meeting.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a vertical SaaS company serving construction, accounting, nonprofits, government, or another operationally complex industry.
- Direct experience with construction ERPs or accounting platforms such as Sage, Trimble, Acumatica, Deltek, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
- Experience marketing a multi-product platform rather than a single point solution.
- Existing relationships with finance leaders, industry operators, implementation partners, associations, or technology partners in a priority vertical.
- Experience building a new PMM or industry-marketing function from the ground up.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing Consumer team. The Consumer team at Kraken focuses on building applications that expose Kraken's product offering to the mass market. Trying to onboard the next 100 million people to the benefits of crypto.
This role involves setting the technical direction for our "Consumer" applications — a suite of products aimed at offering the simplest way for our customers to interact with Kraken — and delivering the hardest parts of it yourself. We expect anyone applying for this role to have an extreme eye for detail, a passion for building genuinely world class user experiences, a "ship fast but don't ship shit" attitude, and the judgment to know which is which without being told.
The opportunity
- Own the architecture and delivery of customer-facing Rust backend services powering trading, payments, and crypto experiences — making the design calls on systems that will outlive the feature you built them for
- Take ambiguous, multi-quarter problems from "we think this matters" to shipped and measured, breaking them down so the rest of the team can move in parallel with you
- Own features end-to-end rather than stopping at the API/backend boundary, and raise the bar on what "end-to-end" means for everyone around you — customer experience, frontend impact, and the product problem behind what you're building
- Partner with product leadership to shape the roadmap for a product area, not just execute against it. You'll bring engineering insight that changes what gets built, and own the outcomes and metrics that follow
- Drive initiatives that cross team boundaries — Kraken's trading infrastructure, platform, and other product teams — building the relationships and technical alignment needed to land them
- Multiply the team: mentor mid-level engineers, review designs before code exists, unblock people quickly, and leave behind patterns and standards that make the next feature easier than the last
- Use AI extensively to amplify scope and speed, moving from manually writing code toward orchestrating AI and validating implementation — and help the team do the same, defining what good AI-assisted engineering looks like here
What you bring
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with deep Rust proficiency across network services, asynchronous code, and distributed systems design (RPC protocols, Kafka, event-driven architectures)
- A track record of owning systems, not just features. You've made architectural decisions in production, lived with the consequences, and can explain the tradeoffs you'd make differently now
- Product engineering mindset. You've shipped features from problem → implementation → launch → user impact, with deep understanding of customer experience and product metrics, and you've influenced what got built and what got cut
- Demonstrated impact through others: mentoring, design review, technical writing, or setting standards that changed how a team worked
- Experience driving work that spans teams or orgs, where the hard part was alignment and sequencing as much as the code
- AI-first development approach where AI is already meaningfully incorporated into your workflow; you actively use AI for coding, understanding unfamiliar codebases, crossing technical boundaries, and validating implementations
- Ownership mindset with collaborative spirit. You personally drive features end-to-end, work across backend/frontend boundaries, and operate outside technical silos
- Openness to how the engineering profession is evolving because of AI, prioritizing shipping valuable products over manual code writing
Nice to haves
- Full-stack experience including React/TypeScript or other frontend frameworks — valuable for demonstrating cross-boundary collaboration mindset
- Cryptocurrency or blockchain domain knowledge
- Experience building and scaling products at consumer-focused technology companies, ideally at meaningful user scale
- Experience introducing AI tooling or workflows to an engineering team
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This role sits at the applied end of our post-training research efforts. You will work directly with stakeholders from the world’s fastest-growing AI companies to post-train open-source models that outperform frontier closed models on their specialised tasks. Your day-to-day is finding creative ways to extract signal from complex, domain-specific datasets and building the reward functions, environments, eval harnesses, and training pipelines that turn that signal into better models. The models you train ship to production and reach millions of users.
We are looking for people with hands-on LLM fine-tuning and RL experience. Researchers who are excited by the prospect of shipping models into production, who can translate a customer's domain-specific requirements into an effective training curriculum, and who know when to be rigorous and when to iterate fast.
RECENT RESEARCH
- Dense, on-policy or both? https://www.baseten.co/research/dense-on-policy-or-both/
- Repeated kv cache for long-running agents https://www.baseten.co/research/repeated-kv-cache-for-long-running-agents/
- Distillation without the dark – replicating black-box on-policy distillation on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/research/distillation-without-the-dark/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and run post-training pipelines: SFT, GRPO, DPO, RLVR, reward function engineering, and synthetic data generation.
- Build task-specific training environments and evals tailored to customer domains like healthcare, code generation, and legal, spanning multi-turn tool use, sandboxed execution, and agentic workflows.
- Work directly with customers to translate production data into training signal, designing reward loops from real usage patterns and handling distribution shift.
- Run and analyze training experiments end-to-end: diagnose reward hacking, importance sampling drift, and advantage estimation instabilities.
- Publish findings at top venues and contribute to Baseten's open-source training libraries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience training LLMs with reinforcement learning — demonstrated understanding of GRPO or PPO beyond recipe-level reproduction, including group advantage computation, clipped objectives, and KL penalty design
- Strong intuition for reward engineering: the ability to distinguish between a reward that trains effectively and one that will exploit at scale
- Experience building multi-turn agent environments with tool use, not limited to single-turn question-answering setups
- Comfort working across the full pipeline from dataset construction through training, evaluation, and deployment
- Experience with production ML systems. Preference for candidates who have closed a training–inference loop where production data feeds back into model improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with RL training frameworks
- Publications at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, focused on RL for LLMs, reward modeling, or alignment
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Sales Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers. This is not demos or research, but helping teams build systems they rely on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and your work directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- This role requires 40% travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $185,000–$315,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
