Location: Remote Workplace: Remote Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform. More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote. We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next. THE ROLE Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale. You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses. YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed. WHAT YOU'LL DO - First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently. - First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires. - First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service. - First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house. WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS Skills - Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time. - Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions. - Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance - Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams - Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process - Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software - Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit. - Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions Experiences - Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley) - J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States - Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association Traits - Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker - Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there. - Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively - Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation - A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS - Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed - A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping - Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land - Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions. WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. For this role, we're looking for someone located in the United States. COMPENSATION + PERKS + BENEFITS Kit has standardized salaries based on position, no matter where you live. This role is an individual contributor level 4 ($227,000) or 5 ($252,000). Location: New York City, New York What the Role Is Babylist is hiring a Senior Experiential Producer for a 6-month engagement who's comfortable leading the strategy, creative direction, and production of events — from marquee Registry Weekend events to partner-sponsored showroom takeovers and brand pop-ups. You'll take a loose brief and own it end to end: concept, creative, vendors, budget, and show-running inside our NYC showroom in Soho. You own how each individual event is conceived and brought to life. Expect several events moving at once, each at a different stage, from early concept through post-event recap. This is a hybrid role based out of NYC with required presence at the NYC Showroom at least 3 days a week with the occasional weekend. On event days, hours could stretch earlier and later to cover load-in (as early as 7am) and breakdown (as late as 9pm), but that's specific to event days, not the norm. Events you’d be responsible for and expected to be on site for: Overview of Events, Pop-ups and Brand Activations October 10/27 Venue Rentals: A partner-rented panel discussion hosted in our owned-and-operated space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own. November 11/9 and 11/10 Venue Rentals: Two partner-rented activations in our owned-and-operated event space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own. With back to back events, producers will need to ensure that load in and break down is done seamlessly. December 12/5–12/6 Registry Weekend: Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences. 12/9: Social Impact Event: A custom partner-sponsored showroom experience featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming. January 1/14 and 1/28: Babylist-produced Event: Two custom partner-sponsored showroom experiences featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming. February 2/6–2/7 Registry Weekend: Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences. Who You Are Comfortable leading strategy, concepting, and production of an event, start to finish — this isn't a role where someone else hands you the concept. Deeply plugged into the brand activation + experiential world — you know what the coolest brand activations out there look like, you know what's trending, and you have impeccable taste to bring it to life. Able to originate the concept yourself — you can build a mood board and a full concept deck from scratch, not just execute someone else's vision. Track record producing design-driven brand experiences and pop-ups — you know the process of turning a brief into a full-blown event, from décor to negotiating with vendors to custom fabrication. Able to run large and small-scale event productions — you feel just as comfortable executing a 500+ person event at the Babylist Showroom as back-to-back 10–15 person influencer gatherings on consecutive weekends. Comfortable holding several events at overlapping stages at once — one in planning, one in production, one in recap — without dropping a thread. Experienced building and managing vendor budgets (catering, rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography) and keeping production on time and on budget. You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next. How You Will Make An Impact Set the strategy and concept for individual events — mood boards, decks, layouts, décor, spatial planning — then produce them yourself, concept through strike. Produce Babylist's signature Registry Weekend events in New York and lead partner-sponsored showroom experiences, from 15-person influencer gatherings to 500+ person multi-programming events. Turn concepts and approved briefs into real production plans, timelines, and workbacks, and lead the planning meetings that keep internal teams and vendors aligned. Source and manage production vendors — rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography, signage, catering — and oversee logistics from delivery through installation and breakdown. Run load-in, show, and strike onsite, owning the run of show and troubleshooting in real time. Wrap up production post-event, document learnings, and feed them into Babylist's internal recap process and the next event's planning. Keep a rolling calendar moving — often conceiving the next quarter's Registry Weekend while still executing the current one About Compensation We use a market-based approach to compensation. The hourly rate for this role is: $76.92 per hour Who We Are Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step. Our Ways of Working Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up. Important Notices Recorded Interviews. Babylist uses an interview recording tool to record and transcribe interviews for evaluation purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By participating in an interview, you consent to this recording and transcription. Interview Integrity. AI is part of how we work at Babylist. We expect you to use it too. Your application and interviews should still reflect you and your own thinking. We'll tell you when AI is encouraged. Misrepresentation at any stage may result in removal from consideration for this and future roles. How We Review Applications We use AI throughout our hiring process to help review, screen, and assess applications. These tools support our team's review; they do not replace it, and every hiring decision is made by a person. Connections at Babylist. If you have a family member or close personal relationship with a current Babylist employee, please let your recruiter know. This helps us keep our process fair and transparent for everyone. Protect Yourself from Scams. All official outreach comes from the Babylist Talent Team via @babylist.com email addresses only. We will never ask for payment or personal financial information. If you receive outreach via WhatsApp, Telegram, or a non-Babylist email, it's not us. Verify open roles at babylist.com/careers.

Location: Cyprus Workplace: remote About Finom Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform. We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe. Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain. At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole. Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business. At Finom, we're transforming how small and medium businesses across Europe manage their money - and financial crime prevention sits right at the heart of that promise. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll take over DRS: a production ML product that scores our whole client base daily and drives our quarantine, alert suppression, and soon our credit decisions. This is genuine end-to-end ownership on a small team - you'll deploy, serve, monitor, and improve the system rather than inherit a finished one. If you're the kind of engineer who quietly keeps production models honest and wants their decisions to actually reach live traffic, this is your seat. What You Will Be Doing Full-stack ML model development (binary classification and regression) for the detection and prevention of financial crime during transaction processing and client onboarding: gathering requirements, prototyping, and deployment in a production environment.
