Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for a high-ownership self-starter who can originate, structure, and close strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact. Our ideal candidate is an operator with strong drive and bias for action - they move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and are recognized for the impact they deliver. At Checkout.com, ambition and the quality work done gets met with opportunity, and growth is in your hands.
We view partnerships as a core growth engine for Checkout.com - not a support function.
This role exists to turn partnerships into a repeatable, scalable revenue channel through disciplined execution, strong commercial instinct, and relentless ownership.
What you’ll be accountable for
1. Deal Origination & Ownership
- Source and develop high-impact partnerships (including but not limited to advisories/consultants, ISVs/fintechs, SIs and agencies) to go deep with.
- Lead end-to-end partnership cycle: from first conversation → commercial structuring → negotiation → signature → go-live
- Own pipeline generation and progression, through collaboration with Sales Managers for different product pillars.
- Drive clear commercial outcomes: sourced / influenced revenue, pipeline contribution, conversion, partner growth and profitability.
2. Commercial Structuring & Negotiation
- Design scalable partnership models with provided guidance (referral, reseller, embedded)
- Navigate partner negotiations across commercial, legal, and operational dimensions
- Balance short-term revenue vs long-term strategic positioning within your portfolio, be able to forecast and plan ahead
- Operate with precision - all numbers, assumptions, and deal logic must be bulletproof
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the single-threaded owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering, and Marketing.
- Drive momentum and remove blockers - you own the outcome of the partnerships in your portfolio.
- Ensure internal alignment and readiness for launch (onboarding, integration, enablement, GTM)
4. Partner Performance & Revenue Delivery
- You’ll get recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue, not pipeline logos
- Track and manage performance against targets (Net Revenue, Total Processed Volume, Product Penetration, Conversion Rate, etc.)
- Identify and execute on growth levers, solo or in collaboration with the team (e.g. joint GTM, integration optimisation)
5. Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and reporting
- Contribute to building repeatable frameworks (tiering, integration health, GTM motions)
- Raise the bar on quality of output across the team - every deliverable has meaning.
What “good” looks like in this role
- You own your number - and consistently deliver against it
- You operate with speed and clarity, even in ambiguity
- You don’t wait for direction - you create momentum
- You can go from strategy → execution → revenue, without dropping the thread
- You build credible relationships externally and internally, and know how to leverage both to close deals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales in payments / fintech / SaaS / platforms
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed

About the role:
You’ll define, document, and ship the financial logic behind Salmon’s platform — GL structure, postings, fees, and product accounting — as a Systems Analyst in Accounting & Core Engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Translate financial processes (GL, postings, fees, product rules) into technical specs that development teams build from directly

- Run implementation from spec to production, with testing, acceptance, and release control alongside finance, product, and IT
What you’ll own:
- Requirements and specs for accounting processes and financial systems, written as user stories development teams can act on directly
- Posting logic, GL structures, and fee mechanics for new and existing products
- Analysis and documentation of systems with incomplete or missing documentation — you establish what exists before defining what needs to change

What makes you a strong fit:
- 2–3+ years as a System or Business Analyst, including work with financial systems or financial processes
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including the general ledger

Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)

Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits

- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
Location
This role is remote out of Singapore
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function for the DACH region. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building whilst scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across DACH.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value
- Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
- Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward.
- Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy.
- Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface.
- Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience).
- Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell).
- Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer's use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires.
- Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect.
- Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally, and is building their own network across the GTM organization.
- Comfortable with the technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to build depth quickly.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while hitting deadlines.
- Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed.
- You like staying ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and German
WE'D BE PARTICULARLY EXCITED IF
- Like working in a fast pace environment
- Can also speak Spanish and or Italian
- Based in Munich or London so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in the office.
COMPENSATION
We offer a competitive salary, equity and benefits. Your offer will reflect your experience, skills and the scope of the role.
ГибридseniorParis; We can support your relocation if needed
