Senior SAP Basis Administrator (HANA, S/4HANA - must)

Responsibilities: — Manage the installation, configuration, and upgrading of SAP systems, including SAP HANA, ECC, and S/4HANA, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements. — Monitor system performance and proactively optimize SAP applications and databases to ensure optimal resource utilization and reliability. — Conduct regular system maintenance activities, including backups, patching, and system refreshes, to maintain system integrity and availability. — Develop and document system procedures, operational guidelines, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing. — Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP project implementations, enhancements, and integrations with other systems. Required and Preferred Qualifications: Required: — 4+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a strong focus on HANA and S/4HANA environments. — Experience with SAP components, including transport management, client administration, and performance tuning. — Experience in managing SAP systems on both Unix/Linux and Windows platforms. — B2 English Preferred: — Experience with SAP BTP, including SAP Workzone, SAP Integration Suite, SAP IPS, Cloud Identity — Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate). — Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions and working with cloud environments AWS and etc — In-depth knowledge of SSO technologies — Familiarity with SAP BO and Data Services — Proficiency with Linux and Linux Clusters — Experience with SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and managing SAP landscapes. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies: — Strong understanding of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). — Experience with performance monitoring and tuning tools such as SAP EarlyWatch or third-party monitoring solutions.
